Meet Trump’s CDC Director: Susan Monarez

As the Trump administration has spent its first few months in The White House constructing the physical and digital infrastructure required for a pre-crime, technocratic police state, little attention has been paid to the ways in which the institutions ostensibly dedicated to “public health” are helping build out this digital control grid. As Unlimited Hangout has been reporting for many years now, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, a prominent subgroup of the surveillance state has emerged at the intersection of Big Tech, Big Pharma and the military industrial complex — one that is laying the groundwork to implement the final frontier of mass surveillance: the bio-surveillance apparatus.

During his first term, Trump implemented the notorious Operation Warp Speed, the Pentagon-ran COVID-19 response plan which issued emergency deregulatory measures and massive funding for the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. Now, his second administration has successfully managed to become associated with COVID-era dissidence. This was primarily accomplished through Trump successfully securing the endorsements of figures who were skeptical of the official line on COVID-19, most prominently comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan and longtime environmental litigator and founder of Children’s Health Defense, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Since taking office, however, the second Trump administration has consistently contradicted this unofficial commitment to the spirit of COVID-era dissent and public health institutional overhaul. Just last week, the President touted Operation Warp Speed as one of the “most incredible things ever done in this country.” The week before, he announced an initiative to enable the vast sharing of individuals’ health data across a myriad of “health systems and apps,” in partnership with Pentagon-contracting Big Tech companies. More quietly, however, Trump nominated a seasoned official of the biosecurity apparatus named Susan Monarez to be the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Monarez, whose background is perfectly in line with this technocratic approach to healthcare that the administration has embarked on, was “handpicked” by Kennedy after the previous nominee, Dave Weldon, withdrew his nomination in March. Monarez had been acting director of the CDC for several months and was confirmed at the end of July with little fanfare.

Trump Attempted Assassin’s Identity Still Not Known in Butler, PA

AbleChild has recently obtained a copy of the much sought after autopsy results of alleged attempted assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks. In a word, the autopsy leaves a lot to be desired and, frankly, even with the autopsy, the public still has not been provided physical evidence to, once and for all, indict Thomas Matthew Crooks as the shooter.

First, the autopsy of the alleged shooter was only made public when the Headline USA reporter, Kenneth Silva, filed suit with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records (OOR) to obtain “the medical examiner case information summary, as well as all lab analysis reports, exam images, pathology reports, histology slide recuts, toxicology reports, and scene images for Thomas Matthew Crooks.” The request also included “all records that document the transportation and chain of custody of Crooks’s body from the crime scene to the Alleghany (sic) County Office of the Medical Examiner or any other coroner’s office, including yours – including all internal communications about this decision.”

As expected, and in keeping with all the other investigative reports and materials surrounding this attempted assassination, the request was denied. Silva appealed and was awarded the right to the autopsy but any information dealing with the “histology slides (which would determine the DNA of the shooter), crime scene photos and exam images were denied.

What is most interesting is that despite the entire free world still blabbing about Thomas Matthew Crooks being the shooter, the data released by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner (ME) not only doesn’t describe how the body autopsied was identified, but admits that the Butler County Coroner, William Young, did not provide written communications about the transport or chain of custody of the deceased. Why?

For the record, neither the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), U.S. Secret Service, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Butler Police Depts., Butler County Coroner, or the Allegheny County Medical Examiner have publicly provided any physical evidence that conclusively identifies Crooks as the shooter.

Trump’s Pick For Traffic Safety Agency Will ‘Double Down’ On Marijuana-Impaired Driving Warnings As More States Legalize

President Donald Trump’s nominee to lead a key federal traffic safety agency says he’s prepared to “double down” on increasing awareness about the risk of marijuana-impaired driving in partnership with the White House.

During a Senate committee hearing, the nominee to serve as administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Jonathan Morrison, was pressed on the need to develop technology to detect impairment from THC and also educate the public about the issue.

Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-CO), who has long focused on promoting public safety around cannabis and driving, noted at the hearing that while there’s a national standard for assessing alcohol impairment, “currently, there is no uniform national standard to measure marijuana impairment.”

“Creating a national standard marijuana impairment is going to ease the burden of law enforcement, prosecutions, help clarify legal requirements for states and, without question, save countless lives,” the senator said.

The NHTSA nominee agreed and added that he feels “there isn’t necessarily public consciousness that when people are using marijuana, that it has an impairing effect on their ability to drive a vehicle.”

Trump threatens funding for all California schools over transgender policies

US President Donald Trump on Aug 21 said any California school district that does not adhere to his administration’s transgender policies will not receive federal funding, but gave no other details.

Representatives for the White House and the US Department of Education did not immediately respond to requests for detail following Mr Trump’s comment, posted to his social media platform.

US schools receive the vast majority of their funding through local and state sources, but do receive some money from the federal government.

Mr Trump’s post is the latest salvo in his fight against transgender rights as well as the state of California, led by Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom.

His administration

sued California in July over its policy to allow transgender athletes to compete in girls’ school sports, alleging that it was a violation of federal anti-discrimination laws.

In February, the Republican President

signed a directive to strip federal funding from any school that allows transgender women or girls to compete in female sports.

Representatives for Mr Newsom’s office could not be immediately reached. REUTERS

Trump Administration REVOKES Business License of Employer Who Hired Illegal Alien Responsible for Killing 3 in Florida Truck Crash

The Trump Administration has dropped the hammer on a reckless California trucking company that knowingly hired an illegal alien truck driver who went on to cause a deadly crash in Florida last week that claimed the lives of three innocent Americans.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that an illegal alien, who obtained his truck driving license (CDL) in the Democrat-run sanctuary state of California, killed three Americans after he made an illegal U-turn on a Florida highway this week.

The driver, identified as Harjinder Singh, was arrested and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide after he made an insane U-turn directly in front of a car to his left on Florida’s Turnpike.

The illegal alien showed zero emotion after he exited the 18-wheeler and examined what was left of the vehicle, a pile of mangled metal and three dead bodies.

The truck involved in the fatal Florida Turnpike crash belonged to White Hawk Carriers, a shady outfit based in Ceres, California, with a horrifying track record, according to the Miami Herald:

  • 25 truck safety violations in just 24 inspections.
  • Two drivers busted in 2024 for driving on suspended licenses.
  • And now, an illegal alien driver who couldn’t even speak English—behind the wheel of a massive semi-truck.

According to the Miami Herald, as of Tuesday morning, White Hawk’s U.S. DOT entry shows their insurance canceled and status downgraded to “NOT AUTHORIZED to operate as a MOTOR PROPERTY COMMON CARRIER.” That means their interstate trucking operations are effectively shut down by the Trump Administration.

Trump administration tiptoes into testing prior authorization in traditional Medicare

Traditional Medicare plan holders have typically not had to wait for prior authorization before receiving medical treatment.

Until now.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently announced a new program to test prior authorization requirements for certain services in six states starting Jan. 1.

The states — New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, and Washington — will apply prior authorization evaluations to more than a dozen services.

CMS says the pilot program is intended to root out “fraud, waste, and abuse,” but as Medicare Advantage members know well, prior authorization can lead to frustrating delays in care.

How it works

CMS will contract with private companies to deploy “enhanced technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI)” to conduct the authorization reviews.

It won’t apply to in-patient or emergency services or treatments “that would pose a substantial risk to patients if significantly delayed,” according to a CMS press release. Specific services that will require prior authorization are skin and tissue substitutes, electrical nerve stimulator implants, and knee arthroscopy.

There is genuine concern about the costs of some of these items and services. A recent New York Times article highlighted pricey medical products, including paper-thin bandages made of dried bits of placenta, for Medicare patients.

Federal Agent Warns DC Residents Trump Is ‘Tired Of’ Public Marijuana Consumption Amid ‘Surge’ To Combat Crime In Nation’s Capitol

President Donald Trump is “tired of” marijuana and alcohol being consumed in public, a federal agent told a group of people sitting on a porch in Washington, D.C. in a video that was highlighted by Last Week Tonight’s John Oliver.

As the National Guard and multiple federal agencies—including the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)—take part in the federalization of law enforcement in the District of Columbia, there was one interaction over the weekend that caught national attention.

In the clip featured on Oliver’s HBO show Last Week Tonight, an agent approached a group, apparently on suspicion that they were publicly using cannabis outside their residence.

“We’re doing checks, keeping everybody safe down here,” the agent said, asking if they had “heard of the federal surge that Donald Trump’s putting out.”

He was referencing an executive action that activated the National Guard and other agencies to participate in policing in the nation’s Capitol, with the aim of tackling violent crime. Local officials have disputed the justification for the “surge,” pointing to lower-than-average crime rates in D.C. in recent years.

But as federal agents swept the streets of D.C.—which White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Tuesday resulted in 465 arrests over about two weeks—questions are being raised about the nature of the crimes those officers were targeting.

Oliver said that “the purest expression” of the disconnect was “this cringe-inducing encounter where a group of agents approach a man they mistakenly think is smoking marijuana on his back porch, which, by the way, is completely legal in D.C.”

(For the record, possession of limited amounts of marijuana by adults is legal in the District under a voter-approved law—but public consumption is prohibited.)

Trump Calls on Biden-Appointed Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook to Resign After FHFA Director Pulte Sends Criminal Referral to DOJ for Mortgage Fraud

President Trump called on Biden-appointed Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook to resign on Wednesday after  the head of the U.S. Federal Housing Finance Agency, Bill Pulte, criminally referred her to the Justice Department for mortgage fraud.

According to Pulte’s criminal referral, Lisa Cook committed mortgage fraud by lying on her mortgage application and falsifying bank statements when she designated her out-of-state Atlanta condo as her “primary residence”—just two weeks after taking a loan on her Michigan home, which she also claimed as her “primary residence.”

By claiming “primary residence” on her out-of-state condo, Lisa Cook received more favorable loan terms and a lower interest rate.

On June 18, 2021, Cook acquired a loan on a property in Ann Arbor, Michigan. On the mortgage agreement, Cook represented to “use the Property as Borrower’s principal residence within 60 days after the execution of her agreement, Pulte said.

On July 2, 2021, just two weeks later, Lisa Cook also purchased a condo in Atlanta and entered a 30-year mortgage agreement and affirmed the property would serve as her primary residence within 60 days of the execution of the mortgage and would serve as her primary residence for a full year, Pulte’s referral said.

According to Pulte, while Cook affirmed her Atlanta property would serve as her primary residence, online records indicate that the property was listed for rent in September 2022.

“While the property was listed for rent in 2022, a review of Ms. Cook’s federal government financial disclosures for calendar years 2022 and 2023 indicate that she has not disclosed any rental income tied to this address,” Pulte wrote in his criminal referral.

This is textbook occupancy fraud.

Trump Denied Work Permit, Biden Approved — Now Three Americans Dead

A deadly highway crash in Florida has brought renewed scrutiny to federal immigration policies after it was revealed that the driver responsible, an illegal alien from India, had been granted a work permit under the Biden administration despite being previously denied under the Trump administration, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

On Tuesday of last week, Harjinder Singh, a truck driver originally from Punjab, India, made an illegal U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce.

The maneuver caused a collision with a minivan, leaving three people dead. Singh was later arrested in Stockton, California, on Saturday and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide.

Video footage captured Singh exiting his 18-wheeler following the crash, showing little visible reaction as he inspected the wreckage that left three victims dead.

The Trump administration’s halt on medical evacuations from Gaza is a death sentence for Palestinian children

The U.S. State Department’s decision this weekend to halt all visitor visas for people from Gaza, which includes the medical-humanitarian visas that have brought injured children to American hospitals, will cost Palestinian lives. Officials say this process will be subject to a “full and thorough review”. For a child with infected burns or a deep trauma wound, a pause is a verdict on their life. The freeze did not arise from new intelligence or any novel identification of problems in the temporary visitor visa pathway. It followed a social-media panic with the circulation of mischaracterized videos of injured children arriving under the care of a U.S. nonprofit being labeled as a “security threat,” rhetoric amplified by political allies. The State Department then announced it was stopping visas while it re-examines procedures.

The racism and misinformation at the heart of that panic deserve naming. Some have labeled the process of evacuating children with amputations and burns as being potentially linked to terrorism and even characterized their joyful cries as “jihadi chants.” That is textbook dehumanization: take a population of wounded kids and code them as a threat to justify exclusion. Many have commented on the chain reaction from such posts to the administrative action. The line from a viral smear to a federal policy that blocks chemotherapy, skin grafts, or prosthetics for children should shame us, and the speed with which it occurred.

It also wildly overstates the scale of what has actually happened. In total, many of the NGOs running these U.S. transfers report a few dozen total children to date, not a “flood”. Individual city stories have been about twos and threes: a pair treated in Dallas; several children welcomed in Boston. This is the opposite of a large-scale pipeline; it’s a narrow, highly vetted corridor that exists because Gaza’s health system has been shattered.
