Minneapolis Dem Carjacked After Winning Election on ‘Restorative Justice’ Platform

Minneapolis City Councilman Jamal Osman was carjacked Monday night, just days after winning reelection on a platform that emphasized criminal justice reform and alternative responses to crime.

Police Chief Brian O’Hara confirmed the incident Tuesday, saying two juveniles — ages 15 and 16 — were arrested after stealing Osman’s car and crashing it shortly afterward.

According to police, the suspects approached Osman, threatened him with mace, and stole his vehicle.

The two teens then collided with several cars and a fire hydrant before fleeing on foot.

Officers later captured both suspects, who are being held pending charges.

Epstein, Wolff Colluded to Blackmail Trump, New E-Mails Show.

Democrats from the House Oversight Committee have made public a series of 2015 emails between deceased pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and author Michael Wolff, concerning President Donald J. Trump. However, while the Democrats are promoting the redacted emails in an attempt to damage Trump, what they actually appear to show is Epstein confirming to Wolff that Trump “asked [G]hislaine to stop,” and Wolff advising Epstein on how he could blackmail the America First leader by “generating a debt.”

“Trump said he asked me to resign [from the Mar-a-Lago club], never a member ever,” Epstein claims in one of the released emails to Wolff, adding, “Of course he knew about the girls as he asked [G]hislaine to stop.”

In another exchange, Wolff writes to Epstein, “I hear CNN planning to ask Trump tonight about his relationship with you–either on air or in scrum afterwards.” Epstein responds, “[I]f we were able to craft an answer for him, what do you think it should be?”

At this point, Wolff advises Epstein at length on how to manipulate the situation, writing, “I think you should let him hang himself. If he says he hasn’t been on the plane or to the house, then that gives you a valuable PR and political currency. You can hang him in a way that potentially generates a positive benefit for you, or, if it really looks like he could win, you could save him, generating a debt. Of course, it is possible that, when asked, he’ll say Jeffrey is a great guy and has gotten a raw deal and is a victim of political correctness, which is to be outlawed in a Trump regime.”

The emails reference an Epstein victim whose name has been redacted being at Mar-a-Lago. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt identified her as the late Virginia Giuffre, stressing that Giuffre had “repeatedly said President Trump was not involved in any wrongdoing whatsoever and ‘couldn’t have been friendlier’ to her in their limited interactions.”

Notably, Giuffre did report seeing former Democrat President Bill Clinton and former Democrat Vice President Al Gore on Epstein’s private island, Little St. James, dubbed ‘Pedo Island’ by the media.

Pelosi’s Likely Successor Dwarfs Her Radicalism

With the Wicked Witch of the West Coast — a.k.a. Nancy Pelosi — finally retiring from Congress, the race is on for her broom ride to Washington, DC. Unfortunately, if you can believe it, those seeking to fill this congressional power vacuum are even more ideologically and morally duplicitous.

One such front-runner candidate for Pelosi’s seat is California State Senator Scott Wiener.

Wiener, a San Francisco politician, has generated immense human suffering in the Golden State. He’s responsible for SB 132, the 2020 law that allows males misidentifying as females to be housed in women’s prisons. This heinous legislation has turned into a form of cruel and unusual punishment for incarcerated females, many of whom have been raped, harassed, and intimidated by mentally ill males.

Wiener would rather see these women experience brutalization than admit that his stance is terribly wrong. In fact, whenever he’s confronted with the issue, he shuts down, doesn’t actually address the problem, and in some cases calls those who protest it “disgusting.”

Wiener is also behind SB 357, a law that decriminalized loitering with the intent to solicit prostitution. Guess what that hellish decision led to? The sexual slavery of young women and men — some of whom are minors — who are being flaunted with impunity down the streets of Los Angeles. This is not justice. It’s a tragedy.

SB 357 is even unpopular with some Democrat lawmakers because when legislators tried to introduce a bill to protect these vulnerable children by prosecuting their customers, Wiener and his ilk changed the legislation beyond all recognition.

Wiener was behind SB 107, which made California a sanctuary kidnapping state for gender-confused kids to run to if their families disagree with their adoption of gender pathology. As California Policy Center President Will Swaim put it, “Team Wiener says the law, which Newsom signed in 2022, protects vulnerable kids from bad parents and regressive red-state policies. You might say it violates parental rights, encourages runaways, and makes those kids vulnerable to abuse, including sex trafficking.”

These are but a taste of Wiener’s legislative bugaboos. If any bill has anything to do with the promotion of promiscuous sex and/or annihilating the freedoms of parents and the safety of children from predatory behavior, his name is generally associated with it. Even recently, after black lesbian rap artist Tish Hyman got kicked out of her gym for confronting a gender-confused man for being in a women-only space, guess who Wiener defended? Hint: It wasn’t the black lesbian; it was the wife-beating, gender-confused sociopath.

And With That Development, the Dems’ Latest Trump-Epstein Stunt Has Imploded

I knew this was going to be a nothing burger this morning—I just wanted to see this thing implode, as with any significant anti-Trump narrative manufactured by the Left. With the Democrats defeated on the Schumer shutdown, they’re back onto the Jeffrey Epstein files. Like the Russian collusion hoax, every development is one dud after another. Democrats released a trove of emails, where it’s been alleged that Trump and the late New York financier and pedophile spent hours with a victim (via Axios):

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released emails Wednesday, including one from 2019 in which disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein alleged that President Trump “knew about the girls.”

The big picture: Democrats assert the emails “raise serious questions” about Trump and his knowledge of Epstein’s crimes 

Trump had earlier dismissed demands for additional files tied to the Epstein investigation as a Democratic “hoax.” He’s acknowledged he was once friendly with the convicted sex offender but said that they had a falling out. 

Context: In the 2019 email, Epstein’s line that Trump “knew about the girls” appears to refer to the president’s past claim that he banned Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago club for allegedly approaching young women who worked there. 

Driving the news: House Oversight Ranking Member Robert Garcia (D-Calif.) said the emails “raise glaring questions about what else the White House is hiding and the nature of the relationship between Epstein and the President.” 

In a 2011 email, Epstein alleged that an individual whose name was redacted as “VICTIM” spent hours with Trump at Epstein’s house. 

And this is why Democrats can’t be trusted with all the files—not all of them are real. They want anything that can be used to damage Trump. In this case, it could be alleged, to the shock of no one, that they manufactured a fake news story. NONE of the Epstein victims who have come forward have accused Trump of wrongdoing. Also, the victim in this document dump is the late Virginia Giuffre, so why are Democrats making it look like she committed perjury? It’s just a mess.

Report: Tammy Duckworth Staffer Allegedly Posed As Lawyer to Help Free Illegal Immigrant From ICE Custody

A staffer for Senator Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) is in hot water after being accused of posing as an attorney to gain access to illegal immigrants at a St. Louis, Missouri, facility. The allegation came from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which sent a letter to Duckworth today.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said a member of Sen. Tammy Duckworth’s office misrepresented himself as the attorney of a detained illegal immigrant to facilitate their release.

According to a letter sent Wednesday to Duckworth, D-Ill., U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Acting Director Todd Lyons said the staffer told federal agents he was the attorney of Jose Ismeal Ayuzo Sandoval — a 40-year-old illegal immigrant previously deported four times to Mexico and who had a DUI conviction.

The letter says the staffer entered an ICE facility in St. Louis, Illinois, on Oct. 29.

“At approximately 1:29 p.m., an individual identified as Edward York, who according to publicly available information, is employed as a Constituent Outreach Coordinator for your Senate office, entered the field office lobby, and in a discussion with a federal officer, claimed to be Mr. Ayuzo’s attorney. Mr. York demanded to speak with his ‘client,’” the letter states.

California Representative Eric Swalwell has faced a barrage of controversy in recent years, from his alleged ties to the Chinese spy “Fang Fang,” to his removal from the House Intelligence Committee over national security concerns, to his infamous on-air mishap during a 2019 interview on Hardball with Chris Matthews.

Now, a new revelation raises even more serious questions about Swalwell’s integrity and eligibility to serve in Congress.

Despite serving as a Congressman from California’s 15th District and claiming Hometown: Livermore on his official House profile, Swalwell has declared his Washington, DC property as his “principal residence.”

A public Deed of Trust for Swalwell’s DC home at 209 S Street NE, dated April 18, 2022, confirms the property is designated as his “principal residence” as a condition of the loan.

Prosecutors: Ex-Hochul Aide Spied for China, CCP Paid Her Enough to Buy Mansion, Ferrari, Condo in Hawaii

A Chinese former top aide to New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo enjoyed a lavish lifestyle and millions of dollars in kickbacks working as an undeclared agent for China, federal prosecutors claim. 

Linda Sun, 41, is accused of working as an unregistered operative for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and using her position to influence the governors into acting favorably toward Beijing, the Daily Mail reported.

During Sun’s trial on Monday, prosecutors alleged that she earned a government salary of $145,000 but received millions of dollars in side deals orchestrated by Chinese officials. Per a Wall Street Journal report, Sun and her husband, Chris Hu, 42, used their alleged ill-gotten gains to buy a $3.6 million mansion in Long Island, a $1.9 million condo in Hawaii, and a 2024 Ferrari Roma worth $243,300. 

Sun allegedly regularly communicated with CCP insiders and even at Nanjing-style salted duck dinners made by the Chinese consulate chef, prosecutors claimed. She often traveled to China and even celebrated the CCP’s 70th year in power in Beijing, the court heard.

Prosecutors further claimed Sun funneled the money she received from China through Hu’s businesses. The couple is also accused of accumulating $2.3 million in kickbacks from imports on personal protection equipment during the coronavirus pandemic.

Sun began working in the Cuomo administration in 2012 and held various positions, including Global New York Trade Manager, Asian Outreach Director for the Office of the Governor, and Queens Regional Representative, according to the report. She was named “chief diversity officer” in 2018.

Police Were Called to Homes at Center of Letitia James Fraud Case Two Dozen Times

Police have been dispatched to two homes owned by New York Attorney General Letitia James and occupied by her troubled family members over two dozen times, according to reports.

The revelation largely centers around an existing controversy surrounding her Virginia home and her mortgage fraud indictment. As Breitbart News detailed:

On October 9, James was indicted by a Virginia grand jury in a case related to a mortgage she took out on a home in Virginia. According to the indictment, to receive more favorable mortgage rates, James claimed the Virginia home would be used as her second home. Mortgage rates are higher for those who intend to rent the property out, which is what James appears to be doing.

Notably, the home is occupied by James’s fugitive grandniece Nakia Thompson, who reportedly moved into the home in 2020 with her three children.

According to reports from the New York Post, for this home alone, cops have been dispatched a dozen times “including several instances in which they were called multiple times in a day.” These were for various reasons — from vandalism to domestic issues and suspicions persons, per the report.

However, Thompson took to Facebook to address backlash and claimed she has not been in trouble in “years at all.”

Despite that, it should be noted that six of the calls to that specific home occurred in October 2025 alone.

Another home James purchased in 2023 also appeared to be for the purposes of housing her family members who have criminal backgrounds as well.

“That property also has had repeated police calls, with 10 visits by officers between April 2024 and April 2025,” per the Post. This included a call for assault, per the reports.

Dem-run city hires inspectors to snoop in residents’ garbage cans to make sure they’re recycling properly

Residents in a California city can expect to see trash inspectors lifting their garbage cans in the early morning hours as the city continues to crack down on recycling. 

Officials are sending teams of Compliance Officers or ‘lid lifters’ to walk through neighborhoods before trash collection and monitor whether residents are properly sorting their trash and recycling. 

The initiative in San Diego was launched following the passage of a law in the California State Senate (SB 1383), which established a new organic waste recycling program. 

The city will not issue citations to those who violate the recycling rules, but instead will place an ‘oops’ tag on the bin, notifying the owner that they made a mistake. 

Some bins may have a ‘do not collect’ sticker on them, which requires homeowners to sift through their trash and call the city for a new pickup.  

The lid lifters won’t be sifting through garbage cans and are only tasked with inspecting what they can see after looking inside the bins. 

City Waste Reduction Program Manager Alexander Galasso told local ABC affiliate, KGTV: ‘Waste doesn’t end when you come to the trash can.’

‘There is a life after waste and we want to make sure that these are sorted correctly, because not only does it impact our staff and trucks, but it impacts what goes into our landfill.’

Sunny Hostin Scolds John Fetterman For Voting In Favor Of Not Starving His Constituents

Sunny Hostin spent part of Tuesday’s broadcast of “The View” scolding Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) for voting with Republicans to bring the longest government shutdown in history to an end — and he pushed right back.

Hostin’s cohosts — most of whom have been pushing for Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) ouster since he “caved” and voted to avert the last potential government shutdown in March — began by pressing Fetterman on whether or not he believed Schumer was still the right person to lead the Senate under the current circumstances.

“Senator Bernie Sanders said the vote was a horrific mistake. Governor Gavin Newsom called it pathetic and a surrender. Poll after poll found Americans on both sides of the aisle blaming Republicans,” Hostin said. “Even Marjorie Taylor Greene blamed the GOP. As you mentioned, Democrats had big wins last week, so you had momentum. Why give in now? Why bring a butter knife to a gun fight?!”

Hostin went on to argue that Fetterman was taking a major risk in trusting Republicans to follow through on promises to hold a vote on the Affordable Care Act subsidies and deliver back pay to furloughed federal workers, saying, “I believe you are wrong!”

“Well, first of all, MTG is quite literally the last person in America that I’m going to take advice [from] or to get their kinds of leadership and values from,” Fetterman shot back.

He went on to note that he had voted to keep the government open from the start, largely because he knew how a shutdown would impact people in his home state.

“I promise you, this isn’t a political game. It is viewed [that way] by many of us, but the reality is, 42 million Americans now [are] not sure where their next meal is going to come from because we vote like that. Or people that haven’t been paid for five weeks now and that kinds of chaos. Those kinds of workers have to borrow more than half a billion dollars from their credit union just to pay the bills,” he said.
