Eric Swalwell Eroticizes Violence Against Women in Disturbing Drunken College Sex Poem Inbox

After I filed a Petition for Writ of Mandate against the California Secretary of State, demanding that Eric Swalwell be removed from the California governor’s race, Swalwell attacked me on Twitter, calling me a “MAGA idiot”.

In my petition, I contended that because the California Constitution requires a candidate for governor to live in the state for 5 years prior to an election, that Swalwell does not qualify.

I cited the fact that Swalwell declared his Washington D.C. home as his principal residence on his Deed of Trust, while not having any address in California.

In fact, Swalwell used his attorney’s address on his personal candidate statement Form 501 when filing to run for governor in California, under penalty of perjury, stating that was his home address. Its all on my website: SwalwellIsDisqualified.com.

All Swalwell had to do on Twitter was say “Hey Joel, you are wrong, here’s my California home address”. But he didn’t have one, so he stooped to name calling.

Swalwell’s childish behavior inspired me to have a look at his college years, starting with his attendance at Campbell University, a private Christian, liberal arts university in Buies Creek, North Carolina for two years after graduating high school from 1999 to 2001.

Swalwell was a Government and History student and wrote for the student newspaper “The Campbell Times”.

Low and behold I discovered that Swalwell also contributed a disturbing violent sex poem to the annual literary magazine “The Lyricist”.

In the 2001 edition of “The Lyricist”, Eric Swalwell wrote a drunken violent erotic sex poem entitled “Hungover From Burgundy”.

The Contributor’s Notes page describes Eric Swalwell as “an active member off the Campbell University student body, a write for the Campbell Times, and is completing his third screenplay”.

Grand Jury INDICTS Democrat Former New Jersey Mayor and Police Sergeant for Drugging and Sexually Assaulting a Child He Met Online

A Democrat politician who once held executive office in Bergen County, while simultaneously serving in law enforcement, is now facing some of the most serious criminal charges imaginable after a grand jury handed down a sweeping indictment last week.

Andrew LaBruno, 44, of Dumont, a former Democrat mayor and current Jersey City police sergeant, has been indicted on multiple felony counts, including official misconduct, first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.

LaBruno, who previously served as mayor of Dumont, New Jersey from 2020 to 2023 after holding a borough council seat, allegedly initiated contact with a juvenile online before arranging an in-person meeting at the child’s residence in Englewood while the victim’s parents were not home.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in the case, LaBruno reportedly sprayed an unknown substance into his hand and placed it over the victim’s mouth and nose, causing the minor to become dizzy and cognitively impaired prior to the alleged sexual assault.

Authorities were alerted to the situation after a 911 call from a concerned member of the public. Responding investigators found the juvenile in what court documents described as a state of “cognitive impairment.”

The indictment includes an additional charge of official misconduct, which prosecutors say stems from LaBruno allegedly identifying himself as a police officer during the encounter in an attempt to hinder his own apprehension, according to NJ.com.

Schumer Moves to FEDERALIZE the Pride Flag After Rainbow Banner Removed from Stonewall Monument — Plans Bill to Make It a Congressionally Authorized U.S. Flag

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is reportedly preparing to introduce radical legislation that would effectively federalize the Pride Flag.

The uproar began when a large Pride flag was taken down from the federal monument in Greenwich Village that honors the 1969 Stonewall riots, the event widely recognized as the birthplace of the modern LGBTQ civil-rights movement.

Federal officials said the removal of the rainbow banner was to enforce longstanding rules limiting flags on National Park Service flagpoles to those officially authorized, namely the U.S. flag and certain others.

Outrage among Democrats was immediate. New York officials and activists re-raised the Pride flag days later in defiance of federal policy. The episode has now been seized upon by Schumer and allies in Congress as justification for a sweeping legislative grab.

Schumer, joined by Rep. Dan Goldman in the House, says he will introduce a bill to make the Pride flag a congressionally authorized national symbol that cannot be removed from federal monuments or properties.

Under the draft language reported in local outlets, the legislation would designate the rainbow banner as protected under federal flag law, giving it the same status as other flags sanctioned by Congress.

Colorado Democrats Introduce Bill to Fully Decriminalize Prostitution — Could Make State First in Nation to Legalize Sex Work

Colorado Democrats have officially introduced a bill to fully decriminalize prostitution.

If passed, Senate Bill 26-097 would make Colorado the first state in the entire country to completely remove criminal penalties for buying and selling sex between consenting adults.

If enacted, the legislation would repeal the state criminal offenses of:

  • Prostitution
  • Soliciting for prostitution
  • Patronizing a prostitute
  • Keeping a place of prostitution
  • Pandering related to arranging prostitution

According to the official legislative summary, the bill would statewide decriminalize “commercial sexual activity among consenting adults” and explicitly prevent local governments from passing their own ordinances banning prostitution.

That means cities and counties would be legally barred from criminalizing prostitution even if local officials or voters object.

Lead sponsors of the legislation include:

  • State Sen. Nick Hinrichsen (D-Pueblo)
  • State Sen. Lisa Cutter (D-Jefferson County)
  • Rep. Lorena Garcia (D-Adams County)
  • Rep. Rebekah Stewart (D-Lakewood)

HUH? AOC Gives Word Salad About Inequality, Suggests Marco Rubio is Racist for Saying Cowboys Came From Spain – “I Believe The Mexicans and Descendants of African slaves Would Like to Have a Word”

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) made a fool out of herself once again while speaking on income inequality during an event on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference on Sunday.

While speaking at a TU Berlin event with German Bundestag member Isabel Cademartori, AOC was asked about her comments regarding wealth redistribution and taxing the rich, which she had made on Saturday, and she randomly pointed to remarks by Marco Rubio about Cowboy culture coming from Spain.

While speaking at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, Rubio highlighted the spiritual and cultural connections between America and Europe. Rubio noted that America began with Christopher Columbus,  the legend that defined the imagination of our pioneer nation,” bringing Christianity to the new world. He further described how English settlers brought their language and political and legal systems, how the Scots-Irish brought the American pioneer spirit, and how German farmers and craftsmen sparked an agricultural boom in the early days of America.

“Our expansion into the interior followed the footsteps of French fur traders and explorers whose names, by the way, still adorn the street signs and towns’ names all across the Mississippi Valley. Our horses, our ranches, our rodeos – the entire romance of the cowboy archetype that became synonymous with the American West – these were born in Spain. And our largest and most iconic city was named New Amsterdam before it was named New York,” Rubio said.

This was AOC’s “favorite part” from the Cuban Secretary of State’s speech, which was rightfully, as she put it, “a pure appeal to Western culture.”

“He said that American cowboys came from Spain,” she reminded the audience. “I believe the Mexicans and descendants of African slave— enslaved peoples would like to have a word on that.”

However, it is well documented that Spanish conquistadors and missionaries heavily colonized Mexico and the Southwest region of the United States in the 16th century. Spanish vaqueros were the inspiration of the cowboy culture in the Southwest, not Mexicans or slaves.

She then went on a confusing tirade about the changing culture, aka race and demographics, as millions of unvetted aliens are shipped into the once-predominantly White United States and Europe, and demanded an end to “the hypocrisy towards the global south.”

“That is a challenge that is difficult for much of the typical crowd at Munich to hear,” she said before pivoting to the arrest of Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro and claiming that the US kidnapped him and engaged in “acts of war” against Venezuela, solely because “the nation is below the equator.”

Her hilarious comments follow her complete faceplant when asked a simple question about foreign policy at the Munich Security Conference on Friday.

Maricopa County Recorder Finds 137 Illegal Voters, Refers 60 Non-Citizens to be Prosecuted for Voting as Democratic Arizona Secretary of State Whines Over Kristi Noem’s Visit to Arizona and Claims Illegals Can’t Vote

While Democrats claim that illegal aliens can’t vote in elections because it’s already illegal and they need to sign an affidavit attesting they’re eligible to vote, Maricopa County recently identified over 100 noncitizens who were registered to vote.

While investigating a voter registration glitch that occurred in the state’s Motor Vehicle Division voter registration system, which, for nearly 20 years, allowed individuals who received a driver’s license before 1996 to vote without citizenship verification, the County Recorder’s office said it identified 137 non-citizens who were registered to vote.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on this issue, which surfaced in September 2024, just months before the 2024 election. The massive “error” allowed anybody who received a driver’s license before 1996 to vote without citizenship verification, and left nearly 100,000 voters with no citizenship verification. It was later revealed that the error may have affected more than 200,000 voters.

Arizona executive branch officials, who were fraudulently elected after 60% of voting machines failed Republican voters in 2022, were further caught discussing the error and admitting that the 2020 and 2022 elections were “challengable” as a result.

Nearly half of them, 60, “have voted in prior elections,” according to the Recorder’s office.

Those 60 individuals have been referred for prosecution to the Maricopa County Attorney’s office and the Arizona Attorney General.

This comes after Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem visited Arizona on Friday to deliver remarks in support of the SAVE America Act. Some speculate that the federal government may return to Arizona to investigate the fraud in the state’s elections.

After Noem’s speech in Arizona, where she rebuked the state’s election procedures, Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes attempted to puff out his chest and own Noem with a contemptuous video statement, claiming that Arizona already requires proof of citizenship to vote. “We’ve been doing that for 20 years, maybe not in the Dakotas, where you came from, but we do it here,” he said.

However, this is not true. To vote in Arizona, one simply must check a box saying they are a US citizen. Ironically, the Secretary released the following video on the same day that Maricopa County found the illegal voters!

Investigation into Democrat Ilhan Omar’s Husband May Reach to Somalia, Kenya, and the United Arab Emirates

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) wants officials to look abroad regarding Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) husband, Tim Mynett, and his failed business ventures.

Comer wants the House Ethics Committee investigation to look at countries such as Somalia, Kenya, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the New York Post reported Saturday.

The news comes after Omar’s net worth increased from $51,000 to $30 million in one year with the surge of wealth linked to two of Mynett’s businesses. However, Omar has said people were falsely claiming she was worth millions and pointed the finger at conservatives who she said were unfairly targeting her, per Breitbart News.

According to the Post, “Mynett’s investment firm Rose Lake Capital wanted to build solar panels in Africa and his main business partner received a $10,699 air ticket to Dubai after talks about a deal there.”

The outlet continued:

Comer’s committee initially spearheaded the probe and in a Feb. 5 letter to Mynett, demanded he turn over “all documents and communications” by anyone affiliated with either Rose Lake Capital LLC or his failed California winery eStCru LLC related to travel “to the United Arab Emirates, Somalia or Kenya, or travel undertaken to solicit business connected to those countries. This includes the dates of travel, the individuals who traveled, and the stated purpose of each trip.”

The deadline for Mynett to respond is Thursday.

Michigan Lt. Gov. Gilchrist Missed about 94% of Senate Sessions He Was Supposed to Attend

Democratic Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist II, who recently dropped out of the governor’s race to run for secretary of state, skipped about 94 percent of the Michigan Senate sessions over which he had the responsibility to serve as president, the Detroit News reports.

Craig Mauger, the Detroit News Lansing reporter, writes:

Gilchrist’s habitual absences in the Senate break with a longtime tradition in Michigan, where lieutenant governors usually have presided over the Senate session on a daily basis. They have raised questions about what tasks he’s chosen to take on instead, as he earns an annual taxpayer-funded salary of about $111,000.

Across three lieutenant governors over the last 20 years, Gilchrist has posted the two lowest annual attendance percentages compared with the number of days when senators were asked to be in Lansing. The Detroit Democrat led the Senate for 6% of the days senators were there in 2025 and 39% of the days in 2024, a Detroit News analysis shows.

A spokesman for Gilchrist declined to comment to The News.

CA Pot Tax Heist: $370 Million Stolen from Kids’ Drug Prevention to Fund Dem Voter Registration Scam

Steve Hilton announced the first findings from the newly formed California Department of Government Efficiency, led by Jenny Ray LaRue, alleging large-scale fraud involving state funds.

Speaking outside the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, Hilton said the new department had begun examining financial activity within state agencies and tracking alleged misuse of taxpayer money.

“Welcome everyone. We are here outside the California Department of tax defeat administration. This is where your money goes. This building is where your money goes into the Democrats bottomless money pit,” Hilton said.

Hilton referenced a prior estimate released weeks earlier, which he said projected at least $250 billion in fraud statewide.

“Our estimate, as you may remember, that we put out a few weeks ago, at least $250 billion of fraud in California,” Hilton said.

“And today, we’re announcing our first findings since we got to work in Cal DOGE just a few weeks ago, just a couple of weeks ago, and here it is. It’s a classic.”
