Massachusetts Couple Accused of ‘Kidnapping’ Their Own Five Children from State Custody

A Massachusetts couple is facing serious charges after allegedly kidnapping their five children, who had been placed in the custody of the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Isael Rivera, 31, and Ruth Encarnacion, 30, were located by Fitchburg Police in early March, after a multi-state manhunt.

The couple is accused of taking the children across state lines in an attempt to evade DCF intervention.

Authorities believe the family fled Massachusetts shortly before the state attempted to enforce child protective measures, according to WCVB 5.
Rivera, the biological father of four of the five children, was arraigned last week in Fitchburg District Court. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf, and he is currently being held without bail, WHDH reported.

Encarnacion, the mother of all five children, is scheduled to be arraigned this week and faces five counts of kidnapping a minor by a relative. A not-guilty plea has also been entered on her behalf.

According to law enforcement, the family went missing just as DCF prepared to remove the children from Encarnacion’s care on February 27.

Encarnacion’s sister reported her missing days later on March 3, citing a lack of contact since February 26. DCF officially reported the five children missing on March 5, triggering a state and federal search.

Court documents indicate that DCF had opened a case against the couple in February after a pediatrician flagged signs of neglect involving the youngest child, a 9-month-old.

DCF intervened shortly thereafter, but by then, the family had reportedly left Massachusetts.

According to unconfirmed reports, they told their pediatrician they were skipping vaccines for their baby.

Family of Teen Murder Suspect Karmelo Anthony Plans to Use Portion of $400K in Donations for New Home and Private Security After ‘Racist Threats’

The family of 17-year-old murder suspect Karmelo Anthony revealed to use a portion of the $400,000 in online donations—originally raised for legal defense—to buy a new home and hire private security, citing “racist threats” they claim to have received following the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf, a 17-year-old student and beloved member of his high school’s football team.

The shocking revelation came during a court hearing in which Anthony’s bond was reduced from $1 million to $250,000 by Judge Angela Tucker of the 199th Judicial District Court, with only 10% required for his release.

With the donation pot overflowing, Anthony is expected to be released imminently, free to await trial from the comfort of his family’s home—soon to be a new one, thanks to donations from far-left sympathizers, activists, and others buying into the narrative of victimhood.

During a recent court hearing, Andrew Anthony, the teen’s father, admitted that the hefty sum raised for the legal defense fund would also fund their relocation and security measures, citing alleged “racist threats” after their address was leaked online, according to the Daily Mail.

Taylor Lorenz’s Fawning Over Alleged United Assassin Is Normalizing Political Violence

On Sunday’s episode of CNN’s MisinfoNation, self-proclaimed “journalist” Taylor Lorenz played apologist for alleged murderer Luigi Mangione — who is accused of gunning down a health care CEO in cold blood. Lorenz shamelessly described Mangione as a “morally good man” and a “revolutionary,” even cracking jokes when addressing criticisms leveled at him.

But there is nothing humorous about murder. Lorenz’s dismissive attitude is not just tasteless; it’s part of a broader, calculated effort by the left to normalize political violence and numb the American public to its rising frequency.

“It’s hilarious to see these millionaire media pundits on TV clutching their pearls about someone stanning a murderer when this is the United States of America, as if we don’t lionize criminals, as if we don’t have, you know, we don’t stan murderers of all sorts, and we can give them Netflix shows,” Lorenz joked. “There’s a huge disconnect between the narratives and the angles that mainstream media pushes and what the American public feels.”

Lorenz continued: “You’re going to see women especially that feel like, Oh my God, right? Like, here’s this man, who, who’s revolutionary, who’s famous, who’s handsome, who’s young, who’s smart. He’s a person that seems … like this morally good man, which is hard to find.”

Lorenz even likened the fandom around Mangione to that surrounding President Donald Trump: “They want somebody to take on this system. … They want someone to tear down these barbaric establishment institutions.”

But UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was not a “barbaric establishment institution.” He was the father of two, he was someone’s son, and he was the victim of a murder. But that matters naught to Lorenz, who previously went viral after she said she felt “joy” when learning of Thompson’s murder.

But the left seeks to make political violence acceptable. It’s classic Marxist theory, as explained in these pages by J.T. Young.

Somali Criminal Allowed To Stay In UK Because Deportation Would “Stress” Him Out

In yet another incredulous case, the British justice system has decided in its infinite wisdom that a Somali criminal will be allowed to stay in the UK because returning him to his home country would cause him too much “stress”.

Yes, really.

The Telegraph reports that a judge in the upper immigration tribunal ruled that the asylum seeker would suffer “stress” if deported to his homeland, which would worsen his mental health, thereby breaching article three of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), which protects against persecution and inhumane treatment.

The unnamed man, jailed for unspecified crimes, is a schizophrenic who hears voices, and has also been dependent on alcohol for almost twenty years, according to the report, another factor which led to him being allowed to stay in the country since arriving way back in 1999.

The Home Office has argued that the man, who has been granted anonymity, would be able to get medications he needs in his home country, but the judge still ruled against them.

The man is described as having a “high level of vulnerability” and “complex needs” with “the severity of his mental health problems closely linked to his stress levels and use of alcohol,” according to the tribunal.

Lawyers assigned to the guy argued that he has “no real prospect” of returning to Mogadishu and making a living and that any financial support he would receive would be “limited”, and that he has a “history of being financially exploited”.

The Home Office has a program to offer financial support to foreign criminals being deported through the Facilitated Return Scheme. In other words, the government even offered to pay for the guy’s rehabilitation in Somalia.

SICK: Wisconsin Teen Allegedly Murdered Parents in Deranged Plot to Assassinate President Trump and Overthrow U.S. Government

A horrifying case of domestic terror and political extremism has emerged from the heartland of America.

17-year-old Nikita Casap has been charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide after allegedly murdering his own mother and stepfather in a chilling plan that authorities say was part of a broader, delusional plot to assassinate former President Donald Trump and violently overthrow the U.S. government.

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department announced the charges in a March 27 press release, revealing that Casap also faces charges of hiding a corpse, misappropriating ID to obtain money, and theft of property over $10,000.

According to investigators, Casap reportedly concocted a deranged fantasy that involved killing his parents to gain financial independence and operational freedom to pursue an attack on Trump and launch an anti-government insurgency.

Authorities discovered the bodies of Tatiana Casap, 35, and Donald Mayer, 51, inside the family’s home after a welfare check was requested on February 28.

The gruesome discovery led to an extensive investigation that quickly identified Nikita Casap as a person of interest. He was initially taken into custody on auto theft charges before the homicide case was built.

According to ABC News, investigators are pursuing federal charges, including conspiracy, attempted presidential assassination, and the use of weapons of mass destruction.

According to a federal affidavit unsealed in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the manifesto, authored by Casap under usernames “Awoken” and “accelerationist14,” detailed a plan to assassinate President Trump to ignite nationwide civil unrest, spark a race war, and “save the white race from Jewish control.”

The teen idolized Adolf Hitler and was affiliated with the Order of Nine Angles, a satanic, neo-Nazi terror network that advocates for the violent collapse of modern society.

A three-page manifesto titled “Accelerate the Collapse,” written days after the killings, included chilling instructions: manufacture bombs, assassinate “Jewish politicians and billionaires,” and unleash attacks across the U.S. to destabilize the country. In messages recovered from Casap’s devices, he communicated with international accomplices, sought explosives and drone weaponization kits, and asked about escaping to Ukraine after “the job” was done.

“There’ll never be a perfect revolutionary situation that springs up out of nowhere. We need to create a revolutionary situation ourselves. I do agree that only if terrorism is sustained over a period of time can it be effective,” the manifesto reads.

“In short, huge amounts of violence will be required. Long past are the days when we can vote for a Hitler to save us. It is time we stop waiting. The best day to commit an attack is today, the next best is tomorrow.“

“It is time that we lead the way to the System collapse. Do absolutely anything you can that will lead to the collapse of America or any other country you live in. This is the only way that we can save the White race. White Revolution is the only solution.”

The documents also reveal that Casap had planned multiple coordinated attacks and even discussed a propaganda campaign to glorify the violence.

One conversation explicitly asked an accomplice how long he would have to hide before being relocated to Ukraine. He even arranged to pay for an armed drone capable of dropping explosives and poisons.

Pennsylvania Judge Convicted of Shooting Sleeping Boyfriend in Head

A Pennsylvania judge was convicted of shooting her sleeping boyfriend in the head.

Sonya McKnight, a magisterial judge in Dauphin County, shot her sleeping boyfriend in the temple last February after the victim, Michael McCoy tried to end their relationship and told her to move out.

McCoy, who miraculously survived but is now blind in one eye, told police he woke up “with massive head pain” and couldn’t see. McKnight tried to convince him that he shot himself.

McKnight was convicted of attempted murder and aggravated assault on Wednesday.

This wasn’t the first time McKnight shot a romantic partner. She reportedly shot her ex-husband in the groin after an argument over furniture. She wasn’t charged for that shooting because she said she was acting in self-defense.

NBC News reported:

A Pennsylvania judge was convicted Wednesday of attempted murder and other counts for shooting her boyfriend in the head as he slept last year, officials said.

A jury convicted Sonya McKnight, a magisterial judge in Dauphin County, on one count each of attempted murder and aggravated assault, the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office said.

“There were two people in that house, and only two people in that house,” District Attorney Sean McCormack told reporters after the verdict. “And one of them, the one who was shot, said he did not shoot himself.”

The shooting happened Feb. 10, 2024, at a home in Harrisburg after the victim, Michael McCoy, tried to end his one-year relationship with McKnight, authorities said in a probable cause statement.

McCoy told detectives that he had been asleep for about an hour or two when he awoke “with massive head pain” and could not see, police have said in an affidavit.

National Guard Deployed to Albuquerque, New Mexico as Crime Crisis Skyrockets

Albuquerque, New Mexico, is turning to the National Guard for support as crime continues to surge in the state’s largest city. The move comes after local law enforcement requested help dealing with what officials describe as an unrelenting public safety crisis — including violent crime, rampant drug use and a growing homeless population.

Democratic Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham approved the deployment of between 60 and 70 National Guard troops in response to an emergency request from Albuquerque Police Chief Harold Medina. Troops will begin arriving in May and are expected to remain in the city for six months to a year, depending on conditions on the ground.

Albuquerque, home to over a quarter of New Mexico’s population, has been overwhelmed by crime in recent years. Central Avenue — a stretch of the historic Route 66 — has become a hotspot for illegal activity, open-air drug markets and homeless encampments, the Daily Mail reports.

Locals have dubbed the area “The War Zone,” a label that has gained national attention following a visit from YouTuber Nick Johnson, who described the neighborhood as “the most frightful in America” to his 1.1 million followers.

Although the National Guard will assist local authorities, guardsmen will not be performing active police duties, nor will they be armed or in uniform. According to reports, including from the Albuquerque Journal, the troops will wear plain polo shirts and be assigned to tasks such as courthouse and airport security.

Maryland Bill To Shield Records For Pardoned Marijuana Offenses From Public Access Heads To Governor’s Desk

Maryland lawmakers have given final approval to a bill that would require state officials to automatically shield records for low-level marijuana convictions that have been pardoned from public access, and to more broadly expand expungement eligibility for certain other offenses.

The legislation from Senate President Bill Ferguson (D) cleared the Senate last month and passed the House in a 101-38 vote last week. It now heads to the desk of Gov. Wes Moore (D), who requested that the measure be filed at the beginning of the session.

Under the proposal, the Maryland Judiciary Case Search could no longer “in any way refer to the existence of records of a charge of possession of cannabis in a case with electronic records if the charge resulted in a conviction that was later pardoned by the Governor.”

Last year, Moore granted a mass pardon of more than 175,000 convictions around cannabis and paraphernalia offenses, the records of which would be blocked from public access under the bill that’s been sent to his desk. Pardons represent formal forgiveness from the executive, but such relief doesn’t remove the records.

“Hundreds of thousands of Americans unduly carry the burden and stigma of a past conviction for behavior that most Americans, and a growing number of states, no longer consider to be a crime,” NORML Deputy Director Paul Armentano said in a blog post on Tuesday.

“Our sense of justice and our principles of fairness demand that elected officials and the courts move swiftly to right the past wrongs of cannabis prohibition and criminalization,” he said.

According to NORML, more than 350,000 cannabis-related pardons and over two million expungements have been processed nationwide since 2018.

In February, the governor discussed the bill the legislature has now passed, stressing that it would expand opportunities for people to have their criminal records for marijuana expunged by allowing people who violated terms of their parole or probation to petition courts to erase those records.

“A cornerstone of our effort this year will be helping ensure that we confront this myth that every single sentence needs to be treated like a life sentence,” the governor said, “and that is why this session I have introduced legislation to build on the historic cannabis pardons that I signed into law last year, the largest state pardon in our nation’s history.”

The legislation would expand the range of offenses eligible for expungement and remove a requirement that people satisfy “parole, probation, or mandatory supervision” before petitioning a court to expunge their criminal records.

Instead, the proposal would require only that people complete the sentence and wait a certain number of years, depending on the nature of the conviction.

Member of ‘Zizian’ cult facing murder charges disrupts court with outbursts about transphobia

At a court hearing in Fairfield, Calif. on Tuesday meant to set a new trial date for two trans Zizian members accused of murder, attempted murder and escape, one of the defendants was ordered to be ejected again from the courtroom after screaming repeatedly about transphobia.

“The jail has been hormonally detransitioning me for a quarter of a decade,” Alexander “Somni” Leatham yelled behind a mask while reading from a statement held in his shackled hands, which rattled loudly. During the outburst, Leatham, who stands at six feet tall, resisted and tried to break out of the grasp of two sheriff’s deputies. Leatham, 29, is a male who identifies as a transgender woman. His co-defendant “Suri Dao,” 24, is a woman who identifies as trans nonbinary. They are both members of an extremist transgender leftist “rationalist” vegan cult linked to at least eight deaths. The members follow the teachings of a trans anarchist named Jack LaSota, who uses the alias “Ziz.” The group is informally referred to as “Zizians” by outsiders, though they did not use that name to refer to themselves.

Defendant “Suri Dao” is the alias of Colorado woman, Tessa Berns.
