Two men accused of ‘swatting’ by making hoax calls to US and Canadian police – as they appear in court

Two 18-year-olds appeared in court today accused of swatting – by allegedly making hoax calls to American and Canadian police.

Dylan Ash, from Warrington, Cheshire, and Kieron Ellison, from St Helens, Merseyside, are both charged with conspiring to pervert the course of justice in Canada and the USA between October 2022 and June 2023.

They appeared in person for a ten-minute hearing at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court today.

A third person, Liam White, 22, from Western-super-Mare in Somerset, appeared via video link.

Swatting involves making a hoax call to the emergency services in an attempt to bring about the dispatch of a large number of armed police officers to a particular address.

The trio were charged after a joint investigation by Merseyside Police and US law enforcement, including the FBI.

According to police it relates to an internet-based group which allegedly ‘planned, advertised and carried out calls to emergency services and internet celebrities reporting fabricated serious, life-threatening incidents, “active shooter threats” to prompt an emergency response.’

Ash – dressed in a white shirt, tie, black trousers and trainers – and Ellison, wearing a grey T-shirt, blue tracksuit bottoms and trainers, were supported by family members.

White wore sunglasses on his head during the brief hearing.

The trio only spoke to confirm their names, addresses and ages and did not enter pleas.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia bragged he could kill his wife and get away with it, she claimed in newly unearthed protective order request

Alleged MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia once boasted he could kill his wife and “no one could do anything to him,” according to a request for a motion for a protective order she filed in 2020.

“I also have a [recording] that [he] told my ex-mother-in-law that even if he kills me no one can do anything to him,” Jennifer Vasquez Sura, wrote in the document she filed with the District Court of Maryland for Prince George’s County on Aug. 3, 2020.

The newly surfaced document preceded a 2021 protective order request she filed against her husband. In that document she alleged he had punched, scratched and grabbed her — with some of the alleged abuse so severe, she was left with bruises and bleeding.

The 2020 request for a protective order details a fight the couple allegedly had, with Sura alleging that Abrego Garcia took her phone and demanded her car keys before flying into a rage when she refused. She said she went upstairs to cook breakfast for the kids but Abrego Garcia shut off the stove before locking the children in their bedroom, according to the document.

Noncitizen Voting And Voter Fraud Schemes: DOJ Investigates Voting Crimes Across Multiple States And Elections

Within the last week, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against multiple foreign nationals for illegally voting in American elections. The DOJ also revealed a foreign national pleaded guilty to conspiring in a voter registration fraud scheme.

As my colleague Beth Brelje reported, the DOJ announced Monday that 45-year-old Akeel Abdul Jamiel was charged with illegally voting in the 2020 election. Jamiel, an Iraqi, allegedly voted in the November 2020 election in Saratoga County, New York, despite not being a citizen. The U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) contributed to the investigation, the DOJ noted.

Some 1,200 miles south, 32-year-old Uzbekistan national Sanjar Jamilov pleaded guilty to “conspiring to submit fraudulent voter registrations,” the DOJ announced Tuesday. Jamilov was originally charged earlier this year, and his “sentencing date has not yet been set.”

According to a plea agreement, the DOJ explained, the scheme began when 45-year-old Russian national Dmitry Shushlebin “hired Jamilov and others to submit more than 100 fraudulent voter registration applications to the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections in February and March 2023.” The applications used names other than those of the perpetrators and “bore various indicia of fraud,” like “repeat[ed] dates of birth and addresses,” as well as “nearly sequential Social Security numbers,” according to the DOJ. The applications were rejected after a county election supervisor detected fraud.

“Dmitry Shushlebin has been charged for his alleged role in this case. The case is currently pending,” the DOJ added.

OUTRAGEOUS! Radical Judge RELEASES Alleged Tesla Firebomber From Prison, Citing Suspect’s Multiple Supposed ‘Medical Needs’ Including Access to “Gender-Affirming Care”

An outrageous travesty of justice occurred in Missouri recently that could cause millions of Americans to lose faith in the criminal justice system.

As KSHB reported on Wednesday, a radical judge ordered a deranged leftist credibly accused in federal court of firebombing two Tesla Cybertrucks and charging stations in Kansas City to be released from prison back on April 24.

United States Magistrate Judge Jessica Hedges ruled that it was wrong to hold 19-year-old Owen McIntire behind bars before trial for his alleged crimes after agreeing with the defense’s desperate pleas for mercy.

FOX4 obtained court documents that revealed the defense’s reasons for releasing Owen McIntire from jail. Among the reasons listed are treatment for depression and ‘gender-affirming care.’

Yes, McIntire’s lawyers wanted him freed partly because the suspect wanted to continue his transition toward becoming a ‘female!’ And the judge ruled in their favor!

Former USDA Program Director Pleads Guilty in $400,000 Kickback Scheme — Faces Prison for Corruption and Abuse of Public Office

In yet another disgraceful case of federal corruption, a former United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) official has pleaded guilty to a years-long kickback scheme that bilked taxpayers out of nearly $400,000.

Kirk Perry, 60, of Lorain, Ohio, who once held a position of trust as a USDA Program Director, admitted in court to conspiring with his nephew, Jamarea Grant, 31, to defraud the federal government by submitting fraudulent invoices for work that was never done.

The scam ran unchecked from 2015 through 2022, even as Perry enjoyed the benefits of his federal post, quietly funneling money into his own pockets and betraying the public trust.

According to Interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Ed Martin and Special Agent in Charge Jeldrys Lowry of the USDA’s Office of Inspector General, Perry orchestrated a scheme in which his nephew was placed in a no-show job through USDA contractors, reporting directly to Perry himself. Grant received nearly $400,000 for work he never performed — with Perry signing off on it all.

Even more brazen, Perry had direct access to his nephew’s bank account and siphoned off about $125,000 of the stolen funds into his own pocket.

Perry pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly to conspiracy to commit money, property, and honest services wire fraud. Grant had already pleaded guilty to the same charge last November. Perry now awaits sentencing on December 4, 2025, while Grant’s sentence is pending.

The Department of Justice confirmed that both men face up to 20 years in federal prison for their crimes.

FBI Arrests Ringleaders of International Sadistic Child Exploitation Network “764” — Nihilistic Extremist Group Linked to Graphic Abuse and Violence Involving Minors

The FBI has arrested two ringleaders of the international child exploitation network known as “764,” a nihilistic violent extremist (NVE) group bent on destroying civilized society.

Leonidas Varagiannis, 21, a U.S. citizen residing in Thessaloniki, Greece, and Prasan Nepal, 20, of North Carolina, face charges for orchestrating a heinous enterprise that targeted vulnerable children as young as 13.

Varagiannis was apprehended in Greece yesterday, while Nepal was arrested on April 22, 2025, in North Carolina, with court hearings pending in Washington, D.C.

If convicted, the defendants will face a maximum penalty of life in prison.

The group operated globally, including in Washington, D.C., using encrypted messaging platforms to coordinate their activities.

The arrests were announced by Interim Attorney Ed Martin, Attorney General Pamela Bondi, and FBI Assistant Directors Steven Jensen and Christopher Raia.

“The allegations in this case are not only disturbing, they are also every parent’s nightmare” said U.S. Attorney Martin. “The number of victims allegedly exploited by these defendants, and the depths of depravity are staggering. Justice demands that our response be swift in order to ensure public safety, hold the wrongdoers accountable, and bring the victims some sense of closure so they can heal.”

“These defendants are accused of orchestrating one of the most heinous online child exploitation enterprises we have ever encountered – a network built on terror, abuse, and the deliberate targeting of children,” said Attorney General Bondi. “We will find those who exploit and abuse children, prosecute them, and dismantle every part of their operation.”

The 764 network allegedly targeted vulnerable minors, often girls with mental health challenges, grooming them to produce and share sexually explicit content and engage in self-harm.

This material was compiled into “Lorebooks,” which were shared within the group’s private channels, such as “764 Inferno,” to gain notoriety and recruit new members.

The affidavit details horrific acts, including coercing victims to cut the names of 764 members into their bodies, set themselves on fire, or harm their pets and siblings.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan Cites Southport Stabbing to Justify Targeting Online “Conspiracy Theories” and “Misinformation”

London Mayor Sadiq Khan has announced an £875,000 ($1,170M) expansion of his Shared Endeavour Fund, using the tragic mass stabbing and murders in Southport to justify an intensified campaign against what he describes as “online conspiracy theories and misinformation.”

London Mayor Sadiq Khan has announced an £875,000 ($1,170M) expansion of his Shared Endeavour Fund, using the tragic mass stabbing and murders in Southport to justify an intensified campaign against what he describes as “online conspiracy theories and misinformation.”

More: Southport Tragedy Becomes Starmer’s Stage for Big Brother Britain

Despite the gravity of the Southport attacks, Khan appeared to frame the event more as a case study for the dangers of social media rather than focusing on the violence itself, saying: “The Southport disorder and chilling hate crime attacks that followed shocked our nation and showed how false information on social media spread like wildfire with devastating consequences.”

The move directs a significant portion of the new funding toward policing online speech under the guise of protecting “vulnerable young Londoners from radicalization and misinformation online.” This expansion fits within the Mayor’s broader £15.9 ($21.31M) million anti-extremism agenda, the largest of its kind initiated by a London mayor.

According to the official press release, the Southport incident highlighted “increased concern about online radicalization and the spread of misinformation,” even while admitting that overall hate crime incidents have been declining across London.

Nevertheless, the Mayor maintains that the numbers, despite dropping, are still “too high,” justifying the fresh wave of funding and monitoring efforts.

CNN ruthlessly mocked for blurring picket signs of arrested illegal migrants on White House lawn

CNN faced a torrent of ridicule Monday after blurring out signs showing criminal migrants who have been arrested during a White House media event.

The move was slammed by critics as an outrageous attempt to shield the public from the grim reality of illegal immigration.

The signs, featuring the photos and offenses of 100 deported illegal immigrants, were planted along the White House driveway and placed deliberately in the line of TV news cameras to highlight President Donald Trump’s progress on border enforcement during his second term’s first 100 days.

Both CNN along with MSNBC blurred the images of placards.

‘They really don’t want you to miss it,’ CNN anchor Jake Tapper said before launching into a commentary dripping with sarcasm over the signs.

‘They subtly and tastefully decked the White House north lawn with dozens of yard signs featuring photos of people that the Trump administration claims are in the country illegally.

‘Each poster staying “Arrested” and listing the alleged offense with which they have been charged.

The list of names included illegals arrested for heinous crimes such as rape, murder, the sexual assault of children, and dealing drugs.

Fears of New US Serial Killer After Eighth Death in String of Peaceful Towns

Social media users fear that a serial killer is on the loose in New England after police pronounced a woman dead in Massachusetts on Tuesday.

Between March and April, three Northeastern states have reported the discovery of human remains, most of them belonging to women, according to Fox News.

This latest incident in Springfield, Massachusetts, where police responded to a call about an unresponsive woman found near a bike path, marked the eighth death that internet sleuths have attributed to a supposed killer.

It is unclear if the woman died before police arrived, but the Springfield Police Department revealed that she was dead shortly after they arrived on the scene.

While SPD has not yet determined a cause of death, the woman’s demise has fanned the flames of the ongoing rumors.

The rumors reportedly originated on a Facebook group called “New England Serial Killer,” which is changing its name due to Facebook policy. The group has more than 66,000 members.

Before this incident, four sets of remains — in different stages of decomposition — were reported in Connecticut, one in Rhode Island, and now three in Massachusetts, according to Fox News.

“The first thing that strikes me as curious is the fact that seven sets of remains have been found over the span of two months,” Peter Valentin, chair of the Forensic Science Department at the University of New Haven, told Fox News. “That in and of itself is rather curious. It’s certainly a lot to find in a little. It’s a large number of human remains to find in a short period of time.”

While the bodies were discovered over two months, each had decomposed to different degrees of severity, indicating the deaths had happened much further apart.

Judges Behaving Like Criminals

They didn’t “make a mistake.”
They didn’t “misunderstand the law.”
They didn’t “exercise poor judgment.”

No—New Mexico Judge Joel M. Cano, Massachusetts Judge Shelley Richmond, and Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan made conscious, deliberate, and premeditated decisions to aid criminals, obstruct law enforcement, and desecrate the very system they were sworn to uphold.

In just a few days’ time, these three black-robed offenders committed what can only be described as acts of judicial treason against the American people.

And make no mistake: holding them fully accountable isn’t merely an option—it’s an absolute necessity.

The job of a judge is straightforward: apply the law without favoritism or fear. That sacred charge, that solemn duty, is what gives judges their authority—and what earns them the public trust. But when judges weaponize their position to protect fugitives, sabotage the work of police, and allow criminals to escape from the very courthouse where justice is meant to be served, they don’t just break their oaths.

They break the law itself.

America is rightly furious at these acts of betrayal. What’s stunning—what’s infuriating—is that Democrats are not furious at the judges for betraying the law. They are furious that anyone would dare arrest them for it.
