Proof aliens exist? Federal agencies must now deliver all UFO reports for public disclosure – including classified material

Federal agencies have until October 20th to deliver every document, audio and video they have about UFOs to the US government for distribution to the public.

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) issued the instructions this month — putting into action the UFO disclosure amendment to the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as signed into law last December.

The guidelines reveal the latest strategy to compel unwilling parts of the US military and the intelligence community into revealing everything they know about the mysterious airborne events, now called Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP).

The move comes two months after the Pentagon‘s UFO office issued a controversial report to Congress, claiming it ‘found no verifiable evidence that the US government or private industry has ever had access to extraterrestrial technology.’

NARA archivists have issued guidelines mandating that all UFO or UAP documents be delivered in electronic formats with detailed metadata for inclusion a new searchable database to be made available to the public.

The database will include classified material that the NARA will store independently, safe keeping the records until they can be declassified for the public.

BBC Journalist Allegedly Threatened by CIA Over 1994 UFO Landing Case in Zimbabwe

BBC journalist Tim Leach was allegedly threatened by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) while reporting on a 1994 Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) landing case at a school in Ruwa, Zimbabwe.

The case involved 62 students from Ariel School in Ruwa, who reported seeing a disc-shaped craft land in a field behind their playground on 17 September 1994 – some students even claimed that humanoid beings emerged from the craft.

Following the incident, the BBC’s correspondent in Zimbabwe, Tim Leach, visited the school to investigate the case.

After filming a report and sending the tape to London to be aired on the BBC, the tape went missing. That meant Leach had to file a separate report.

Liberation Times can reveal that according to a source who wishes to stay anonymous, Leach confided that he had received threats from the CIA. Leach indicated that the CIA was interfering with his story.

The source also provided Liberation Times with audio of a conversation with Leach from 1994, in which the journalist, sounding rattled, warned them to “be very careful.”

Leach, a former head of the Foreign Correspondents’ Association, died in 2011.

News regarding the CIA’s alleged involvement in the Ruwa case comes months after the Daily Mail revealed allegations that the Agency’s Office of Global Access had conducted multiple retrieval missions of non-human craft.

Three sources, who spoke to the Daily Mail on condition of anonymity to avoid reprisals, were all briefed by individuals involved in those alleged UFO retrieval missions.

Why Have Individuals And Organizations Conducted Treason In America?

As Shakespeare said in his play Hamlet, “Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.” A fish rots from head to tail, and so do corrupt government systems.

They rot from top to bottom.

When the truth is depicted as a threat (Mind War) to those who govern a country, you no longer have a democratic state. Only some things can be disclosed to the public in real time. Still, we are sitting on a mountain of classified intelligence material that goes back more than sixty years and reveals the breeding grounds for covert treasonous activities.

How much time needs to elapse before the American people have the right to know the truth behind what their government agencies have been doing within their own country and abroad in the name of the “free” world?

From this recognition, the whole matter of declassifying material around the Russiagate scandal in real-time, and not highly redacted fifty years from now, is essential to addressing this festering putrefaction that has been bubbling over since the heinous assassination of President Kennedy on Nov. 22, 1963, and to which we are still waiting for full disclosure of classified papers fifty-seven years later.

If the American people want to see who is standing behind that curtain in Oz, finally, now is the time to unveil what is behind the curtain, behind the current Treason in America. As they say, “Follow the Money.”

The intelligence bureaus need to be reviewed for what kind of method and standard they are upholding in collecting their “intelligence,” which has supposedly justified the Mueller investigation and the never-ending Flynn investigation, which have provided zero conclusive evidence to back up their allegations and which have massively infringed on the elected government’s ability to make the changes that they had committed to the American people.

The Church committee constituted the most extensive review of intelligence activities available to the public. Much of the contents was classified, but over 50,000 pages were declassified under the President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992. President Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 1963. Two days before his assassination, a hate-Kennedy handbill was circulated in Dallas, accusing the president of treasonous activities, including being a communist sympathizer.

Biden Moves to Block House GOP From Getting Interview Tapes With Special Counsel

President Joe Biden has asserted executive privilege over the tapes of his two-day interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur in his probe of the president’s alleged mishandling of classified information.

The tapes are at the center of a dispute between House Republicans and Attorney General Merrick Garland, who has defied a subpoena for them and today faces contempt proceedings.

Mr. Garland, in a May 15 letter to the president, said that the “committee’s needs are plainly insufficient to outweigh the deleterious effects that the production of the recordings would have on the integrity and effectiveness of similar law enforcement investigations in the future.”

Assistant Attorney General Carlos Felipe Uriarte asked Republican leaders not to continue with the contempt proceedings.

“It is the longstanding position of the executive branch held by administrations of both parties that an official who asserts the president’s claim of executive privilege cannot be held in contempt of Congress,” Mr. Uriarte wrote to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) in a May 16 letter.

President Biden’s counsel accused House Republicans of wanting the tapes for political purposes.

Coronavirus Pandemic Select Subcommittee Moves Closer To The Covid-19 Origin Coverup To Protect Anthony Fauci

The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic sent a subpoena Wednesday to compel Dr. David Moreno to testify in a public congressional hearing on May 22 before Anthony Fauci’s scheduled public hearing on June 3.

Just like the National Institute of Health (NIH) and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) officials, like Dr. Francis Collins and Dr. Anthony Fauci, wanted to create the narrative that vaccinations were the only answer to COVID-19 pandemic in order to lift the lockdowns, and worked overtime to not create vaccination hesitancy by pushing the false narrative that COVID-19 vaccinations were “safe and effective” for all, congressional investigators are slowly unraveling how many players also are working overtime to protect Anthony Fauci over the COVID-19 origins. It is of no surprise that Dr. Peter Daszak of EchoHealth Alliance is involved, as is his mentor, Dr. David Moreno, who was Fauci’s Senior Scientific Advisor at NIAID, who was put on administrative leave in 2023.

Congressman Brad Wenstrup (R-OH), Chairman of the Select Subcommittee, lowered the boom Wednesday by sending the subpoena to Morens after the subcommittee uncovered evidence suggesting Morens intentionally obstructed the investigations into the origins of COVID-19.

In June 2023, Morens tried to avoid potential Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests by using his personal email instead of his NIH email, a letter from Wenstrup reads. Lawmakers have been asking if documents have been destroyed.

After the subcommittee discovered Morens’ potential federal records violation, the NIH placed Morens on administrative leave.

In October 2023, Wenstrup announced a subpoena for NIH records related to Morens’ potential federal records violation. NIH conducted an internal investigation into Morens’ actions but did not share its findings with Capitol Hill.

In November 2023, EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak appeared for a transcribed interview and called Morens a “mentor.”

In December 2023, Morens was scheduled to appear for a transcribed interview. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) stepped in and prohibited Morens from answering any questions about the origins of COVID-19.

House Takes Steps to Hold Attorney General in Contempt

Two top lawmakers in the U.S. House of Representatives on May 13 took steps to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, recommended the lower chamber hold Mr. Garland, who was appointed by President Joe Biden, in contempt for failing to comply with congressional subpoenas.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), meanwhile, scheduled a hearing this week to advance a resolution to hold Mr. Garland in contempt.

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) did not respond to a request for comment.

The actions come after the DOJ, Mr. Garland’s department, declined to provide the House with audio tapes of President Biden’s interview with special counsel Robert Hur, despite subpoenas being issued for the tapes. The department also refused to hand over recordings of President Biden’s ghostwriter speaking with Mr. Hur, who was appointed by Mr. Garland.

Mr. Hur said in his report that President Biden intentionally kept and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency ended. President Biden repeatedly consulted the documents after leaving office for a book, one of the “strong motivations” to not comply with rules governing retention of materials marked classified, according to the report.

Insurance Data Showing the U.S. Excess Death Crisis Slides Behind a $10,000 Paywall

The Society of Actuaries has put up a five-figure paywall for access to new reports on covid mortality that in the past have revealed shocking rates of above-normal, or “excess,” deaths.

In a post on its website, the SOA—a national source of risk data for life insurers—said it will charge $10,000 for four updates of post-pandemic deaths through next February.

“This new series of group life mortality quarterly reports and data are only available for purchase,” SOA communications manager, Michael Nowak, confirmed in an email. Previous reports—which showed young workers dying at far higher excess rates than senior citizens—are still available on the SOA website, he said, and new, less-technical ones will be released to the public at an unspecified time.

Some industry watchers suggested the non-profit society, whose members pays dues, may be trying to develop a new business model. But it also may be attempting to extract itself from the contentious and politically charged issue of excess deaths and, moreover, what is causing them.

Nowak would not grant my request to interview an SOA official who recently told a trade publication that deaths in young insured adults in 2023 were still far above normal. “Very important information in our reports we’ve been studying,” the official told me before our communication was cut off.

Moreover, in an email, Nowak included an advisory, writing, “Please know that the SOA Research Institute data and reports on COVID-19 mortality does not validate any claims made to suggest a causal relationship between COVID-19 vaccines and mortality.”

I had not asked about such a relationship.

The society’s primary job is to help insurers set rates based on the likelihood of injury and death, an indisputably technical and costly task. But because it is considered an unbiased source of trend information, its reports have also helped define the pandemic toll on working-age, insured people. While SOA has the right to use its reports as it sees fit, their loss would be a blow to pandemic information.

In six articles published in mainstream venues, Dr. Pierre Kory, president emeritus of FLCCC Alliance, and I have used Society of Actuaries findings to call attention to the unheralded problem of excess deaths in America. In the first nine months of 2023, 158,000 more Americans died than normal, fifty times the toll in the World Trade Center attacks and more than in every U.S. military conflict since the Vietnam War.

Fauci Ignored Early Reports of Vaccine Injuries, Emails Obtained by CHD Reveal

Dr. Anthony Fauci knew COVID-19 vaccines were causing serious injuries within days of the vaccines’ rollout in December 2020, according to documents obtained by Children’s Health Defense (CHD). However, he didn’t respond to emails from people who described their injuries and asked for help — and he didn’t warn the public.

The 300-page tranche of documents released on April 21 relates to correspondence between the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and people who contacted the agency about adverse events they experienced after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

CHD requested the documents via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in November 2022. On April 12, 2023, CHD sued the NIH to obtain the records after the NIH failed to respond to the FOIA request.

As part of an October 2023 settlement, the NIH agreed to produce up to 7,500 pages of documents at a rate of 300 per month.

Dr. Joel Wallskog is a Wisconsin orthopedic surgeon who stopped practicing medicine after being injured by Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine. He told The Defender the documents prove public health officials, including Fauci, “were well aware of the avalanche of adverse events that were occurring early in 2021.”

“No communication was made about these adverse events to the public,” said Wallskog, now co-chairman of React19, a nonprofit representing vaccine injury victims. “This prevented the public from receiving informed consent.”

Wallskog said that while the emails “are heartbreaking,” Fauci “was too busy to respond to Americans pleading for help.”

Pfizer agrees to settle 10,000 lawsuits accusing pharma giant of hiding cancer risks of heartburn drug Zantac

Pfizer has agreed to settle more than 10,000 lawsuits alleging it it of hiding the cancer risks of its heartburn drug Zantac.

The financial details have not been revealed but pharma rival Sanofi agreed to pay more than $100million to resolve 4,000 Zantac-cancer claims last nonth.

The over-the-counter pill was pulled in the US in 2020 after animal studies found a key ingredient released ‘probable human carcinogens’.

Pfizer was the primary manufacturer of Zantac from 1998 to 2006, when several suits claim it should have known that the drug was contaminated with NDMA.

Plaintiffs claimed the drug was contaminated with the impurity through improper manufacturing practices, and that Pfizer withheld this information from consumers.

NDMA is a chemical byproduct of many industrial manufacturing processes, including the production of rocket fuel.

Documents Reveal US State Department Officials Knew COVID Leaked From a Wuhan Lab and CCP Covered It Up Back in July 2020 – Then They Lied to the American Public for Years!

The Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic released shocking statements and documents on Tuesday night that reveal that the U.S. State Department knew COVID leaked from a Wuhan Biolab and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) covered it up.

The documents reveal that the State Department knew this since July 2020.

The highly redacted documents show enough proof to see the US Government has been lying to the American public since at least July 2020. They knew all along it was a leak from a bio lab.

“These classified documents were previously released in an unclassified and highly redacted FOIA production to US Right To Know. Today, Chairman RepBradWenstrup requested StateDept rapidly declassify the documents and share the truth about the origins of COVID-19 with the American people,” the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic wrote on X.

The letter, addressed to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, reads:

The Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic (Select Subcommittee) is investigating the origins of COVID-19. Since April 2, 2020, Committee on Oversight and Accountability Republicans have investigated the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, including the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) role in obscuring the truth regarding the initial outbreak, and whether any U.S. taxpayer dollars funded the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s (WIV) dangerous gain-of-function research.’ On February 27, 2023 we wrote to the Department requesting information pertinent to this investigation.’

Pursuant to that letter, the Department recently produced classified documents to the Select Subcommittee that were previously released in an unclassified and highly redacted Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) production to U.S. Right to Know.? These documents contain highly pertinent information that credibly suggests:

  1. COVID-19 originated from a lab-related accident in Wuhan, China;
  2. The CCP acted to prevent, and in fact obstructed, a fulsome investigation into these matters; and
  3. A seamless relationship between the WIV and the Chinese People’s Liberation Army.

The American people deserve to see the information that is hidden under these redactions.

We write to you today to request that you immediately take steps to declassify this information such that the American people have a more complete picture of the government’s evidence regarding the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic.

To ensure that these documents are expeditiously reviewed for declassification, the highly redacted FOIA versions are enclosed. In addition to the rapid commencement of a declassification review, the Select Subcommittee requests a staff level briefing to occur before May 14, 2024.

This briefing was previously requested on April 24, 2024 with the goal of it occurring prior to the Select Subcommittee’s hearing with the President of EcoHealth Alliance, Inc.—and known WIV collaborator—Dr. Peter Daszak. However, the Department responded that it could not support a briefing on that timeline.

The Select Subcommittee is authorized to investigate “the origins of the Coronavirus pandemic, including but not limited to the Federal Government’s funding of gain-of function research” and “executive branch policies, deliberations, decisions, activities, and internal and external communications related to the coronavirus pandemic” under H. Res. 5.

The US and CCP hid this from the public.
