FBI Agents Thought Clinton’s Uranium One Deal Might Be Criminal – But McCabe, Yates Stonewalled Investigation: Report

Remember Uranium One? The massive 2010 sale of US uranium deposits to Russia approved by Hillary Clinton and rubber-stamped by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) – after figures linked to the deal donated to the Clinton Foundation?

Turns out rank-and-file FBI investigators thought there was enough smoke to launch a criminal investigation, but internal delays and disagreements within the DOJ and FBI ultimately caused the inquiry to lapse, newly released records reveal.

The materials, made public by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and first reported by Just the News, reveal that investigators argued internally over the delays – which allowed the statute-of-limitations to expire and ultimately halt the case.

The Uranium One transaction – involving the sale of a Canadian mining company with substantial U.S. uranium assets to Russia’s state-owned nuclear firm Rosatom – became a flashpoint during Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Critics argued that then-Secretary of State Clinton, a member of CFIUS, helped approve the deal while donors connected to Uranium One made large contributions to the Clinton Foundation.

The New York Times reported in 2015 that “as the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013 … a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.”

“And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. [Bill] Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock,” the Times reported. “At the time, both Rosatom and the United States government made promises intended to ease concerns about ceding control of the company’s assets to the Russians. Those promises have been repeatedly broken, records show.” -Just the News

Resistance from senior officials – including then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe – slowed the inquiry to the point where statute-of-limitations concerns were later cited to justify shutting it down.

Israel obtained, ignored Hamas document laying out Oct. 7 attack plan, report alleges

Israeli officials had intelligence that Palestinian terror group Hamas was preparing a wide-ranging attack before its October 7 assault but dismissed the information, The New York Times reported Thursday.

A document obtained by Israeli authorities at least a year before the attack “outlined, point by point, exactly the kind of devastating invasion that led to the deaths of about 1,200 people,” the newspaper reported.

The 40-page document, which was reviewed by the newspaper, did not specify when the attack might happen. But it provided a blueprint that Hamas appears to have followed: an initial rocket barrage, efforts to knock out surveillance, and waves of gunmen crossing into Israel by land and air.

Some 3,000 Hamas terrorists burst into Israel on October 7 under cover of heavy rocket fire, attacking army bases and invading communities at a music festival. Some 1,200 people, most of them civilians, were brutally slaughtered in the unprecedented assault, and another approximately 240 people were taken hostage.

The Times said the document, which included sensitive security information about Israeli military capacity and locations, circulated widely among the country’s military and intelligence leaders, though it was not clear if it was reviewed by senior politicians including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

TPUSA Pedophile Ring Exposed: Pastor Rob McCoy Caught Shielding Convicted Child Predator

Turning Point USA Faith co-chair and extreme Zionist Rob McCoy has been caught red-handed defending and integrating a convicted child molester into his church – placing the predator in roles with access to vulnerable families and children, all while gaslighting concerned parents as “gossips” and “slanderers.”

The offender? Thomas Cimino, a sex beast convicted in 1995 for luring multiple young girls – as young as 7 or 8 – with the sick “lost cat” ploy before sexually assaulting them in secluded spots. Cimino served eight years in prison, with evidence including his own palm prints sealing his fate.

Yet, decades later, McCoy – an extreme Zionist – befriended the molester, welcomed him into “home fellowship” groups (usually in homes with kids), and even featured him on a church podcast to whine about how he didn’t deserve prison time for his crimes.

When horrified moms blew the whistle about Cimino’s rap sheet in 2022, demanding the predator be kept away from children, McCoy doubled down: Accusing them of biblical sin for speaking out, while portraying the registered sex offender as a redeemed victim of a series of frame-jobs.

Providence Police Chief Evades Questions, Refuses to Say What Brown Shooter Shouted Before Opening Fire as Reports Indicate He Yelled “Allahu Akbar”

Providence Police Chief Oscar Perez Jr., on Monday, evaded questions on the Brown University shooter and declined to say what witnesses claim the shooter yelled before opening fire at the university.

If the shooter were a White male, we would likely know everything about him.

Rhode Island Officials held a press conference on Monday to provide updates on the Saturday shooting and ongoing investigation as the manhunt for the shooter remains underway.

Witnesses say the shooter “yelled something” before killing two students and wounding nine more, and early reports suggest the shooter shouted “Allahu Akbar” before opening fire.

But Perez wouldn’t tell reporters what he said, claiming, “That’s part of the investigation.”

A reporter even pleaded with Perez to tell reporters what the shooter said to help the public identify him, reasoning that “it’s possible a friend or family member might recognize if the person said something that was significant.”

However, Perez claimed that he could not say, suggesting the case may be in jeopardy if he were to share this evidence.

Later, when another reporter pressed Perez, he gave similar answers, dodging the question again. After reporters began to shout questions about apparent cell phone videos from the scene, Providence Mayor Brett Smiley stepped in to declare a wrap on the presser.

New memos show how corruption probe into Clinton Foundation was killed: ‘We were told NO by FBI HQ’

Atop Republican senator has provided Just the News a timeline written by FBI investigators laying out the repeated political obstruction those agents faced from their own bosses and the Justice Department during the 2016 election and beyond as they probed whether Hillary Clinton engaged in a pay-to-play corruption scheme involving her family foundation.

“Field agents were frustrated. But HQ would not let it go forward,” the newly-released and lengthy investigative timeline reveals. “We were trying to explore the [Clinton] Foundation, and we were told ‘NO’ by FBI HQ.”

Not the first timeline showing interference

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley made the records produced to him by FBI Director Kash Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi available to Just the News this weekend. Grassley’s office said the senator’s request for these records was prompted by whistleblowers who first brought the issue to his attention.

This follows Patel unearthing a shorter timeline, written in 2017, which also chronicled the extensive stonewalling that bureau investigators in three cities faced from the Obama-era DOJ and FBI during the 2016 election.

FBI agents tried to get the help of federal prosecutors to determine whether or what crimes occurred while Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State, most notably, because at that time, her family foundation solicited hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign and U.S. interests with business before her department.

“Shut it down!” then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates is quoted as demanding in the shorter timeline of the politicized barriers that agents in New York City, Little Rock, Ark., and Washington D.C. reported.

The shorter timeline — written by a DOJ lawyer assigned to the FBI under former bureau Director James Comey — was secured by top aides to Patel and was obtained by Just the News earlier this year. The newly-released and longer timeline was handed over to Grassley’s office by the FBI along with a host of corroborating internal emails and was recently provided to Just the News.

The final entry in the shorter timeline came in August 2017. The longer timeline continued to lay out the slow-walking and interference by the FBI up through early 2020.

You can read the new and lengthier timeline and newly-public internal records here:

Clinton Foundation – Investigative Timeline

Altogether, the evidence makes clear that the DOJ, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, and other officials within the FBI placed hurdles in front of agents who believed they had evidence to justify a public integrity criminal case.

Head of FDA Says Biden Administration Hid Data On Heart Risks From COVID Vaccines

The head of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Commissioner Marty Makary, claimed that the Biden administration withheld data from the public on the risks of myocarditis from the COVID-19 vaccine. This vaccine was created and pushed by the first Trump Administration under Operation Warp Speed.

Trump has taken full responsibility for implementing the mass vaccine policy rolled out to the public at “warp speed.” However, the FDA appears to be placing the blame for hiding safety and efficacy data on the Biden administration.

“We have done more to study myocarditis and to go back and look at deaths of people, of children from the Covid vaccine,” Makary told NBC News in an interview. “Internal data submitted on myocarditis, we found that the Biden administration was sitting on data on myocarditis in young people, and it was not made public.”

Makary’s claim comes less than a week after Vinay Prasad, the FDA’s top vaccine regulator, told agency staff in a memo that an internal review found that at least 10 children died “after and because of receiving” the Covid shot. Prasad suggested — without evidence to support his claim — that the child deaths were tied to myocarditis. –NBC News

Pfizer Scientist Says The Company Is Looking Into Myocarditis From The Shots

Myocarditis has been one of the sticking points for “anti-vaxxers”. When it comes to health and safety, the heart should not be on line.

But even those who have taken the shots are now noticing that they may not have been as safe as originally indicated. In May 2021, around the same time Pfizer’s COVID-19 shot was authorized for young teenagers, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) vaccine safety group said it was reviewing reports of heart inflammation in young people.

Others claim that the ruling class did not pressure the FDA to approve the COVID injections and that there was no wrongdoing.

The Shadow War: How LA County’s Power Brokers Ousted Sheriff Alex Villanueva to Bury Their Corruption Scandals

Los Angeles County has always run on power, proximity, and the kind of insider privilege that never appears on a balance sheet. But over the last four years, the mask has slipped.

The coordinated takedown of former Sheriff Alex Villanueva wasn’t a matter of reform, ideology, or even public safety. It was a political survival mission, a shadow war waged by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and their well-funded network of nonprofits, consultants, and operatives who needed Villanueva out of the way before his investigations dragged them into the sunlight.

The truth is brutally simple: Villanueva became a threat the moment he started pulling the threads that held LA County’s corruption tapestry together.

Today, as new scandals erupt across homelessness funding, ARPA distributions, and county contracting, the motive behind his removal has never been clearer. They didn’t defeat Villanueva because he failed. They defeated him because he got too close.

The unraveling started in October 2021, when Villanueva publicly accused the Board of Supervisors of operating like a continuing criminal enterprise and urged the FBI to investigate.

It wasn’t hyperbole; it was a direct shot at the county’s ruling class and their multimillion-dollar political machine. What followed was the kind of coordinated response that only happens when power brokers feel the walls closing in.

Villanueva’s internal Public Corruption Unit had already begun connecting dots between county contracts, campaign donors, political appointees, and no-bid deals quietly awarded to friends of the Board. One of those threads led straight to Supervisor Sheila Kuehl and her close ally Patti Giggans, whose nonprofit, Peace Over Violence, won an eyebrow-raising series of sole-source contracts to operate a transit hotline that produced more invoices than meaningful data. LASD investigators executed warrants in September 2022, and the political establishment erupted in outrage, accusing Villanueva of retaliation rather than acknowledging the substance of the allegations. It was the moment the fight went from backstage maneuvering to open warfare.

Trump Admin To Stop Food Stamp Payments To Democrat States Covering Up Welfare Fraud

he Trump administration announced that it will soon stop food stamp funding to 21 Democrat-led states and Washington, D.C., because they refuse to provide data about recipients, choosing instead to run cover for illegals and massive welfare fraud.

Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins said in a Tuesday cabinet meeting that 28 states and Guam, run by Republicans, have provided data like names and immigration statuses for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) recipients, but that the remaining Democrat-run states are refusing to comply.

“So as of next week, we have begun and will begin to stop moving federal funds into those states, until they comply and they tell us and allow us to partner with them to root out this fraud and to protect the American taxpayer,” Rollins said at the White House.

Over 20 million SNAP recipients live in the Democrat-run states, nearly half of all 42 million recipients — a enormous number that should make anyone suspicious of the program.

The data was requested earlier this year, but the Democrat states filed a lawsuit claiming the data request violated privacy laws, essentially arguing that the government and taxpayers are not allowed to ensure accountability by tracking people who use the program.

The lawsuit is really a ploy to keep illegal immigrants in the country and on public welfare. As the lawsuit points out, the data could be used to inform better immigration enforcement. While the Trump administration maintains that the data will be used to clean up waste, fraud, and abuse, it should absolutely use the data to help deportation enforcement as well.

SNAP, much like other welfare programs, is notorious for fraud and abuse and often allows people who do not really need food assistance to game the system, not to mention the fact that the program allows recipients to purchase massive amounts of junk food that are clearly not “nutrition” as the program implies.

What’s worse is that 59 percent of illegal immigrant households use at least one welfare program, and 52 percent of legal immigrant households do the same. Native-born households account for 39 percent.

Food assistance like SNAP is one of the biggest categories of welfare for immigrants.

MINNESOTA SCANDAL EXPLODES: Over 480 DHS Employees Accuse Gov. Tim Walz of Orchestrating Massive Cover-Up — Retaliated Against Whistleblowers to Shield Somali Illegal Fraud Ring That Stole Over $1 Billion

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is under fire after employees from the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) issued a bombshell statement accusing the far-left governor of orchestrating a sweeping cover-up to shield a sprawling Somali immigrant fraud ring that stole more than $1 billion in taxpayer funds and punishing whistleblowers who tried to stop it.

According to DHS insiders, Walz not only ignored early warnings but actively retaliated against agency employees who sounded the alarm.

They now accuse his administration of using political intimidation, monitoring, threats, and agency manipulation to suppress evidence and silence witnesses.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, 70 members of the Somali community in Minnesota were involved in stealing $250 million in COVID funds that were intended to feed children.

Millions of dollars were stolen from American taxpayers and sent overseas to Somalia, and 80% of the money has not been recovered.

Seven defendants were tried in connection with the scheme on charges related to stealing more than $40 million in taxpayer funds, and five were found guilty. However, the FBI is still investigating an attempt by a Somali woman to bribe one of the jurors with $120,000 in cash.

However, the fraud extends deeper, with multiple schemes of this nature occurring over the last five years.

Per the New York Times, “Federal prosecutors say that 59 people have been convicted in those schemes so far, and that more than $1 billion in taxpayers’ money has been stolen in three plots they are investigating.”

During an interview with NBC’s Kristen Welker, Walz responded by touting Minnesota’s “generosity” and claiming the state attracts opportunists because it is “prosperous and well-run.”

Rather than taking accountability, he dismissed concerns about foreign-led theft as lazy demonization.

The UFO paradox has no easy solution

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

Our government is spending many millions of dollars investigating UFOs (or UAPs).  There are certain paradoxes concerning these phenomena, and it seems that there are more inconsistencies all the time.  This is leading to chaos, confusion, and further distrust of institutions.  The government, to paraphrase President Reagan, is not the solution.  It seems to be the problem.

The most noticeable paradox is that UFOs, with their supposed advanced technology, should have better stealth than do our supposedly, relatively primitive aircraft, such as the B-2 bomber — but they don’t.  UFOs, if they wish not to be seen, should never be detected at all — or, if they do not care whether they are seen, should be observed very frequently, and under conditions conducive to accurate, detailed photography.  Either one or the other of these should be likely, but neither is the case.

What is least likely is the halfway measure — that is, they only sometimes get seen, but never under conditions that would provide convincing proof of their existence, such as for example as we have with photographs of eagles or hummingbirds.  Instead, all we get are fuzzy, grainy pictures that never persuade reasonable skeptics.

It has long been stated by such skeptics that they would be persuaded of the existence of nonhuman advanced technology if they could see it firsthand, and analyze it, to show that it could not have been created with our present abilities.  Proof would consist of actual specimens of such technology or actual specimens of alien creatures themselves, with demonstrably different biology than anything that could have evolved on Earth.

To date, nothing of the sort has been presented for public examination.

What we have instead is sworn testimony by witnesses that they have seen advanced technology not of human origin — and even seen the aliens themselves.  Despite their high degree of credibility, that is not enough.  There is a disturbing gap, slight, but one in which even they might have been deceived.

We are therefore presented with two extraordinary claims.  One is that our government has in its possession, incontrovertible proof beyond doubt, that there are otherworldly spacecraft in our skies.  The other claim is that numerous expert witnesses of high repute are mistaken, deceived, or lying.  We cannot decide between either of these claims without extraordinary evidence, and that evidence has not been presented to the satisfaction of the public.

How long can this continue?

Our elected representatives have held public hearings that always seem extraordinary but inconclusive.  Those same representatives have also held “closed” secret hearings, in which they say they have heard compelling testimony from eyewitnesses, who offer strong evidence, perhaps extraordinary evidence, that our government has in its hands undeniable proof of the sort that will convince even the hardest skeptics that we have been visited by intelligent creatures from another planet, or even another universe.

Some of the claims are beyond extraordinary, such as that our government is in close communication with alien creatures who are influencing our own technological innovations.

There is an old adage by book reviewers in which the weakness of much science fiction is that when anything can happen, no sense can be made of what does happen.

If the extraordinary claims are true, if there is indisputable evidence, we should either be given it or be given a persuasive reason why it should be withheld.

Having neither, the next logical conclusion for many of us is that our government is up to no good, and/or it is utterly incompetent, or even worse.  What that “even worse” could be might be dreadful.  I will leave that territory to the writers of science fiction.
