In the wake of governmental actions during the pandemic, much of the public discourse has focused on individuals who suffered physical or financial injury due to vaccine-related mandates. However, a lesser-explored but equally significant group is those who resisted these mandates for personal, medical, or ethical reasons. As highlighted in the article, “Government Negligence in Pandemic Response,” there were potential breaches of duty by the government in rolling out unproven or harmful treatments, but there are additional implications for those who were indirectly harmed by resisting pandemic policies. This article explores the legal avenues these individuals might pursue, focusing on unlawful discrimination, economic losses, and the broader concept of public authority misuse.

The Legal Foundation for Claims

While individuals who experienced vaccine-related injuries may have clearer paths to compensation, those who resisted mandates may also have endured substantial harm—such as loss of income, restrictions on freedom of movement, and social exclusion. Their legal recourse could vary significantly based on the context, jurisdiction, and the specific nature of their resistance. Below, we explore key areas where legal claims may arise.

1. Loss of Income

One of the most direct and widespread effects of resisting pandemic mandates was loss of income. Many individuals faced termination, suspension, or reduced employment opportunities due to their refusal to comply with vaccine mandates. Employment-related claims often center around wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, or discrimination in the workplace. However, the pandemic created a new legal frontier, raising questions such as whether vaccine mandates violated constitutional rights or unfairly discriminated against those who refused compliance.

Potential Violations of Constitutional Rights

In many jurisdictions, the right to work and the right to make personal medical decisions are fundamental legal principles. Mandates requiring medical interventions, such as vaccination, could be challenged as potential violations of bodily autonomy or personal choice. For example, individuals who refused vaccination for personal or religious reasons may argue that they were coerced into choosing between their job and their bodily autonomy. This argument could gain traction in contexts where courts have recognized an individual’s right to refuse medical treatment, provided that such refusal does not pose a direct and imminent threat to others.

Trump’s 63 Million Doses of Hydroxychloroquine Could Have Been Great for America

Early in the pandemic, President Donald Trump and White House senior official Peter Navarro arranged the donation of 63 million doses of hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) to America’s strategic drug stockpile to combat Covid-19. The government began securing HCQ in March 2020, after Trump, on the advice of his medical and scientific advisors, lauded HCQ as “very encouraging,” “very powerful,” and a “game-changer.” While HCQ (and its structurally similar analogue chloroquine) was not FDA-indicated for Covid-19, it was well-known to have specific off-label pharmacological functionality for preventing viral particle entry into cells, chemical derivatives of which have been utilized for antiviral use as far back as 1934. 

Following Trump’s proposal, HCQ suddenly came under an unwarranted full-scale attack from federal officials, the press, so-called “fact-checkers,” and university professors. Many of the attacks contained outright falsehoods about HCQ’s pharmacology and safety or Trump’s endeavor to make HCQ available to eligible patients. 

The FDA initially issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) for HCQ in March 2020, but withdrew authorization on June 15th 2020, stating the drug is “unlikely to be effective in treating COVID-19 for the [EUA] authorized uses.” Around the same time, the FDA also wrote a methodologically questionable report criticizing HCQ’s safety. The FDA’s narrative was based on preliminary and time-compartmentalized findings, and not a reflection of historical safety or based on the appropriate clinical use of HCQ dosing, prescribing, timing, and duration. The FDA then seemed to label its findings as conclusive, figuratively slamming the door shut on the consideration of new findings.

The Media Wants a Return to 2020

They’re never going to stop.

We’re a few months away from the end of 2024, four and a half years after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. It’s a truth that should clearly be universally acknowledged by now, that the pandemic policies enacted by global governments were a catastrophic failure.

Mask mandates were pointless, harmful, and completely ineffective. School closures were one of history’s biggest mistakes, causing learning loss among young people that will set them back an entire generation. Business shutdowns achieved little except for hurting small business owners at the expense of massive corporations and necessitating a rolling series of money printing leading to rampant inflation.

Then we witnessed the formerly unimaginable emergence of vaccine passports.

Regardless, those policies have generally, and thankfully, come to an end. Overwhelming evidence, data, and scientific studies have confirmed that the Anthony Fauci-CDC doctrine was based on nothing, and accomplished less. But among the fearless media columnist set, there’s a desperation to return to the glory days of pandemic restrictions. The latest example coming from an opinion article published over at The Hill, complete with the usual misinformation, poor reasoning, and willful ignorance of current realities.

Real-Time Self-Assembly of Stereomicroscopically Visible Artificial Constructions in Incubated Specimens of mRNA Products Mainly from Pfizer and Moderna: A Comprehensive Longitudinal Study

In the early days of the push to her dearth’s population into the COVID-19 global “vaccine”experiment, a small number of medical doctors and independent researchers began raising concerns about the observed ineffectiveness, even negative impact,of the modified-RNA injectables(Beattie, 2021; Hughes, 2022; Santiago, 2022; Nyström and Hammarström, 2022).In addition to questions raised about their ingredients, the irreported mode of defending the body focused on inducing serum-neutralizing antibody IgG production instead of generating more effective secretory antibodies (IgA). The latter in the respiratory mucosa have always served as the principal line of natural defense against viral respiratory infections. Given the possibility that new variants of SARS-CoV-2 could be rapidly induced by billions of injections being promoted by authorities worldwide, increasing numbers of deaths were attributed to strains of SARS-CoV-2and severe sequelae (Lyons-Weiler, 2020; Vojdani & Kharrazian, 2020; Vojdani et al., 2021)leading to many deaths in population centers around the world(Beattie, 2021). Official Korean Government reports as of December 2022, for example, showed approximately 2,600 deaths and more than 18,000 other acute sequelae from the COVID-19 injectables. The contradiction between claims of efficacy and material evidence of harm is inescapable: South Korea could claim one of the highest vaccination rates in the world (88% jabbed at least 3 times) while effectively, thereafter, also exhibiting the highest infection rate (89%) in April 2022when flu season and respiratory colds are at a minimum. These facts alone are signs that the injectables provided no protection and were not preventing COVID-19. The reverse was the case. The injectables were neither safe nor effective. These figures alone should motivate physicians and medical researchers to reconsider the maxim that “correlation does not equal causation”. In some instances, it does (Beattie, 2021, 2024).Here,we show observable real-time correlations between causes and effects in the living cells of human beings as they react to the toxicity of COVID-19 injectables.We also show microscopic evidence of self-assembling structures appearing in various media in which the fluid from COVID-19 injectables, particularly, Pfizer and Moderna products, were incubated for up to 12months or more.In the wake of the mass vaccination program,by as early as March 2021and over the following months, significant increases in excess deaths of “unknown” causes and severe sequelae —blood clots, inexplicable haemorrhaging, multiple organ damage (and failure), sudden spikes (cardiotoxins) in heart disease, blood cancers including leukemia and lymphoma, a range of other “turbo” cancers, miscarriages, neurological and autoimmune disorders, to name a few, have appeared in patients(Nyström and Hammarström, 2022; Santiago & Oller, 2023; Perez et al., 2023; Mead et al., 2024a1).These observations spurred our interest in examining the larger picture both in society and in the laboratory where clearer images of the injectable contents themselves could be subjected to careful analysis under the microscope. This report of our results was aided by the independent research of a cohort known as Korea Veritas Doctors (KoVeDoc) with whom we shared injectables manufactured by Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca,and Novavax. All of these were widely used throughout South Korea. These products appeared to cause a range of negative health effects in patients: advanced stages of aggressive breast cancer,dysfunctional uterine bleeding, spontaneous abortion, sudden increases in heart disease (dyspnea and palpitations), pneumothorax disease, multiple skin diseases, and rapid onset of aggravated autoimmune conditions.

They should be held accountable because by refusing to look at their own data, they are killing people. Too bad nobody in Congress will bring this data to their attention.

World Economic Forum finally tells the truth about Covid: It was a ‘test’ of our obedience to rapidly forming new world order

I have long said that Covid 19 was launched by design by a small number of people in the globalist predator class for one reason and one reason only — as a beta test for the coming technocratic new world order.

Now, we’ve got the World Economic Forum coming out and all but admitting that was exactly why the Covid-19 “pandemic” had to happen.

The WEF gleefully posted the following snippet to the “My Carbon” page of its website where they make a pitch for so-called smart cities, which is just another term for 15-minute cities.

The first of three “developments” that the WEF says must be in place before the world can evolve into its utopian vision of “smart and sustainable cities,” is compliance with restrictions on our freedom. It writes:

1. COVID-19 was the test of social responsibility – A huge number of unimaginable restrictions for public health were adopted by billions of citizens across the world. There were numerous examples globally of maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, mass vaccinations and acceptance of contact-tracing applications for public health, which demonstrated the core of individual social responsibility.

They were testing us. That’s what Covid was all about. They wanted to see how many of us would give up our individual freedom and individual sovereignty by complying with a “new normal” that consisted of restrictions bordering on the absurd. Why, for instance was it “safe” to shop at Lowe’s or Home Depot but unsafe to shop at a small business or attend church? Why was it OK to go to strip clubs in Michigan but you couldn’t buy seeds for a garden?

What the WEF is implying with its above statement is that in order to be “sustainable,” people and societies will need to be compliant with a new more authoritarian global order. Don’t ask questions. Don’t resort to logic. Just obey.

Would we be obedient in the face of idiotic new laws and regulations, like wearing face diapers to stop what was said to be an aerosolized virus, and standing six feet apart in public, and submitting to a never-before-used, unlicensed mRNA gene-based injection? They said it was good for you, so roll up your sleeve. Don’t ask questions. If you did, you could lose your job and be treated as a societal outcast. Many people lost friends or even close family members to this monstrous “test” of our willingness to unquestioningly do what we’re told.

So now, as real news of the Clot Shot Pandemic spreads to the naïve naysayers and pro-vax zealots and their loved ones, mainstream media must run cover to protect the vaccine industrial complex, the “holy grail” of medicine and for the next plandemic where Big Pharma and Big Government will certainly push just as hard, if not harder, for every human to commit suicide via vaccination.

Mark Zuckerberg Apologizes for Biden Administration Censorship, Sending Liberal Elites Into Denial

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg sent a letter last week to the House Judiciary Committee saying he regrets not being more outspoken about “government pressure” from the Biden administration to “censor” COVID-19 content, causing liberal pundits and media outlets who have denied this censorship to panic and deny what Zuckerberg wrote. The Meta CEO also admitted that his company demoted a story critical of Biden’s son—the Hunter Biden laptop scandal—right before the 2020 election.

In 2021, senior officials in the Biden administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured our teams for months to censor certain COVID-19 content, including humor and satire, and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn’t agree …. I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it …. and we’re ready to push back if something like this happens again.

Journalist Kara Swisher began lying about the matter in a CNN interview, alleging that the Supreme Court had found there had been no censorship and that the Biden administration had not pressured Meta. Both claims are false.

In the recent Supreme Court ruling, judges skipped over claims of whether the Biden administration had actually censored Americans, arguing that the plaintiffs did not have standing to sue the White House. Swisher could have learned this by reading an article on the decision in the New York Times, the very publication where she was a contributor.

As for the Biden administration pressure to censor—something that Swisher denies—the evidence of this was made clear from Meta internal communications released by the House Judiciary Committee last May.

Zuckerberg texted three Meta officials—Sheryl Sandberg, Nick Clegg, and Joel Kaplan—on July 16, 2021, “Can we include that the [White House] put pressure on us to censor the lab leak theory?”

FOIA Files: How Academics Identified “Misinformation” Around COVID-19

Last month, Racket received a new series of disclosures from the University of Washington. This latest production clocks in at 836 pages, and it’s almost too dense to adequately summarize here. For that reason, we’ve divided the revelations into three categories: (1) communications that broadly concern UW’s crusade against “misinformation” and “disinformation,” (2) communications that concern UW’s relationships with government actors, and (3) communications that concern UW’s analysis of data from social media platforms. The most pertinent communications are summarized in this article. As usual, you can read the unabridged documents in the Racket FOIA Library.

Most of the emails regarding “misinformation” and “disinformation” pertain to COVID-19. On March 20, 2020, just days after states had started implementing lockdown orders, UW professor Jevin West emailed his peers an update on the school’s Center for an Informed Public. According to West, the CIP had put together a collection of 100 million COVID-related tweets, with much of the Center’s research centered around social media companies’ efforts to combat COVID “misinformation.” West credits co-author and biology professor Carl Bergstrom with popularizing the “flattening the curve” strategy in venues like the World Economic Forum.

CDC-backed report claiming ‘white people’ didn’t care if ‘people of color’ died from Covid released by Washington health dept

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) has released a taxpayer-funded report claiming white people didn’t care that people of color were dying during the pandemic, a document that provided no sources to back up the outrageous claim.

The DOH posted “A Chorus of COVID – Voices from the Frontlines” on X, claiming the “insight report” would “help us all reflect on lessons learned” during the pandemic. Funding for the report was provided in part through a grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

According to the report, “Sometimes white people disengaged on safety when they learned people of color needed help.” However, the document provided no sources to substantiate the claim, or any others made throughout the report.

Ironically, after making the racist and divisive claim, the report added, “Don’t foster divisions in our community. It collectively costs us human lives.”
