New UN Treaty Allows for Virtual Child P*rn

A new UN treaty to combat cybercrimes would allow predators and tech giants to profit from the sexual exploitation of children, including through images created using AI.

These new threats are emerging while the United Nations launches a new treaty to address cybercrime, but the new treaty only addresses some of the threats from sexual exploitation.

While the new treaty calls for criminalizing non-consensual sharing of intimate pictures, it still allows for a broad swath of sexualized content involving children. For instance, while the treaty criminalizes what is newly called “child sexual abuse material,” this term refers narrowly to images of real children. The new term allows for child porn created through Artificial Intelligence. As is now widely known, AI images are shockingly real.

Such images, soon to be allowed by UN treaty, would still be in violation of U.S. federal law. Specifically, in several sections, the new UN treaty allows countries to de-criminalize virtual child pornography in all circumstances as well as private sexting by minors, even to adults.

The General Assembly adopted the treaty on December 24, 2024.  Now countries must sign and ratify it before it goes into force. A signing ceremony for the new treaty will take place at a Summit in July in Hanoi. The treaty will enter into force after forty countries ratify it.

Supporters of the treaty argue that legalizing sexting is compassionate because adolescents have a right to sexual expression. Some argue that letting pedophiles satisfy their sexual preferences with virtual material would make it less likely that they would prey on real children. And they say that dropping the term “child pornography” is necessary to avoid re-victimizing those who have been exploited. They call all this part of a “trauma-informed” and “harm-reduction” approach, based on new theories in behavioral therapy.

Regardless of the merits of such arguments, they would appear to conflict with the priority of law enforcement of preventing abusers from harming future victims. There is no evidence that such new approaches make law enforcement more effective. Until recently, U.S. Justice Department experts argued against it.

Moreover, there is evidence that allowing sexual predators to engage with virtual pornography leads to more child sexual abuse, not less. And anti-trafficking advocates are all too familiar with how underage girls are lured into pornography and eventually the sex industry through sexting.

recent investigation of the Wall Street Journal uncovered how Meta chat bots pose a danger to children and how executives at the company deliberately allowed the chat bots to engage children sexually and to pose as children willing to engage in sexual acts. The investigation found that sexual predators and tech giants have a common interest in ensuring that children can be sexualized online.

Meta programmers were being pushed by the Meta executive suite not to impose excessive limits on sexual content, including involving children as users and objects, because of the high engagement it generates and the profits this would generate. As a result, existing firewalls to protect children were ineffective by design. Chat bots lured children into sexual conversations that eventually lead to progressively more explicit and degrading sexual content. And chat bots also posed as children who are willing to entertain lewd and even violent sexual behavior from their adult and child users.

Utah House Speaker demands state judge resign for giving no prison time to man convicted of child exploitation

After spending just four months in jail, a judge said that a 22-year-old man in Utah will not be given any more time behind bars after he was convicted of exploiting children, with Utah House Speaker Mike Schultz calling on him to resign.

Aidan Hoffman, 22, attended a sentencing hearing overseen by Judge Don Torgerson on Tuesday in Utah, where he pleaded guilty on two felony counts of sexually exploiting a minor, according to KSLTV. Court documents in the case said that Hoffman had distributed as well as had in his possession images of children getting raped and sexually abused.

Hoffman was charged last August on multiple felony counts of exploiting a minor and spent four months in prison, being allowed out in December on certain conditions. However, during the sentencing this week, Torgerson dropped 10 of the other felony charges, only going through with two of them. Instead of giving Hoffman time behind bars, Torgerson decided that he would not go to prison or pay any fine.

Torgerson handed the 22-year-old a suspended prison sentence and said he would be placed on probation for four years, meaning that he would only go to prison if he violated the probation. During the hearing, Torgerson referred to the time that Hoffman spent in jail, saying, “112 days is a lot of jail time. It’s a lot of jail time for someone your age who comes from some level of privilege.”

When speaking to The Post Millennial, House Speaker Mike Schultz, a Republican from Utah’s 12th House district, said he would not rule out impeachment over the matter, and demanded that the judge resign.

“This is deeply troubling and indicative of a broader pattern within the judiciary. Such decisions not only fail to deliver justice for victims but also erode public confidence in the legal system,” he told TPM. “Judge Torgerson’s decision is a failure of justice, and it cannot be ignored. To restore public trust and uphold the integrity of the judiciary, he must resign. Accountability is not optional—it is essential when the stakes involve the safety and dignity of children.”

Torgerson viewed a couple of the videos that were in possession of Hoffman and told those in the hearing he had “seen worse.”

The Grand County Attorney, Stephen Stocks, said that he was shocked by the decision of the judge, as well as Torgerson’s mention of “privilege” in the decision and the comments about the videos.

Charges filed against Utah man accused of abusing his teen ‘spouse’

Criminal charges have been filed against a 29-year-old Midvale man accused of sexually assaulting and beating a pregnant teenager to whom he was allegedly “married.”

The man was charged Friday in 3rd District Court with four counts of unlawful sexual conduct, a third-degree felony, and assault of a pregnant woman, a class A misdemeanor. KSL.com is not naming the man to protect the identity of the victim.

The investigation began on May 13 when a 17-year-old girl, who is six weeks pregnant, reported being assaulted by a 29-year-old man. The girl lives with the man “as a religious spouse,” according to a police booking affidavit.

The girl, who is still in high school, “disclosed she had been in an arranged marriage since January 2024, when she was just shy of her 16th birthday,” the affidavit states. However, Unified police stated in the arrest report that “the marriage was completed through the Muslim religion but is not a legally recognized marriage.”

The girl revealed that she started having sexual intercourse with the man daily after they were “married.”

On the night of May 12, the two got into an argument, and the man “lunged at her and started hitting and kicking her. The victim believes she was hit and kicked by (him) at least 40-50 times,” according to the affidavit.

Police noted the girl had a “large golf ball-sized” bump on the side of her head and bruises on her forearms.

When the man was questioned by police, he “made no mention of having a current spouse or girlfriend,” the affidavit states.

Pervy middle school teacher accused of sexually abusing student, 12, caught sneaking into school dance disguised as an old woman

A Michigan teacher was busted for allegedly sexually abusing his 12-year-old student — after police caught the disgraced educator using a bizarre elderly woman disguise to sneak into a school function, according to police and reports.

Vincent Weaver, a 29-year-old fine arts teacher and dance coach at George Washington Carver Academy, was hit with criminal sexual conduct charges on May 16 for engaging in repeated sick acts with the youngster on school grounds over four months, according to the Highland Park Police Department.

The depraved worker — who has since lost his job — was initially suspended on May 2 after a sex toy fell out of his bag in a classroom, which prompted the victim to report the disturbing abuse on May 15.

But the next day, Weaver sported a surgical mask and dressed up as an elderly woman to attend an off-campus student dance show he was barred from attending, police said.

“We had information that he had choreographed a show that was due to take place at a local college,” Interim police chief James McMahon said at a press conference, WXYZ reported.

Federal Trade Commission Sets Sights On Transgender Procedures On Kids

The Federal Trade Commission is setting its sights on the industry pushing transgender medical procedures on minors, documents obtained by The Daily Wire show, a potential major step in the Trump administration’s efforts to crack down on radical gender ideology.

The FTC, an agency tasked with protecting American consumers, will hold a day-long workshop in July on transgender surgeries, hormones, and puberty blockers, according to an internal memo obtained by The Daily Wire. That’s a likely indicator of the agency’s intentions: the FTC often holds such events before initiating legal action against an industry to gain information, gather evidence, and solicit the input of affected Americans.

“Under the Federal Trade Commission Act, the FTC is provided broad authority to protect consumers from unfair and deceptive trade acts and practices,” the memo reads. “There is now considerable reason to believe that the doctors and medical providers pushing [gender-affirming care] on minors are knowingly deceiving parents by exaggerating [gender-affirming care’s] ‘benefits’ and downplaying its harmful side effects.”

The Trump-appointed chairman of the FTC, Andrew Ferguson, reportedly pitched the president on using the agency to fight “against the trans agenda” before he was selected for the post, according to a document obtained by Punchbowl News in December.

Ferguson believed the FTC could “investigate the doctors, therapists, hospitals, and others who deceptively pushed gender confusion, puberty blockers, hormone replacement, and sex-change surgeries on children and adults while failing to disclose strong evidence that such interventions are not helpful and carry enormous risks,” Punchbowl reported.

The FTC declined to comment for this story. But the leadership, contents, and guests of the proposed workshop — “The Big Lie: The Dangers of Gender-Affirming Care for Minors” — strongly indicate that the commission plans to make good on those promises.

Transgender pedophile’s ‘appalling plot to create army of babies’ after being admitted to female prison

A so-called ‘transgender‘ pedophile had been hoarding bottles of semen in the hopes of impregnating female prisoners, according to a whistleblower at the women’s correctional facility.

Sean Windingland, 35, who is currently serving 36 years for sexually assaulting two 6-year-old relatives and sharing the footage online, was transferred to the Shakopee female prison in Minnesota, which touts itself as a place that gives inmates a ‘chance to bloom’.

Windingland was placed into the state prison after a change in policy that allowed men who say they are transwomen to be housed alongside women.

Fellow inmate at Shakopee, Jamie Ali, made the shocking claim about Windingland’s disturbing prison cell stockpile in what she said was part of a pattern of failure by the (DOC) to protect vulnerable women.

‘He was storing it to, I guess, get IPs (Imprisoned Persons) pregnant … or to give to them so they could then therefore try to impregnate their self,’ she told Alpha News.

‘How in the hell would that have been appropriate to put him in all woman’s prison? I mean somebody make it make sense.’

Due to transgender inmates being inside the facility, she said she is now isolating herself from the general population.

‘I am a survivor of sexual assault. I’ve been raped three times. I also experienced domestic violence growing up and in my previous relationships so the whole thing being here with these men has been a nightmare,’ she said.

White House Responds to Massachusetts Judge for “Protecting Criminal Illegal Immigrant Monsters” – Shows List of Murderers, Child Sex Offenders, and Drug Traffickers Judge is Protecting

The White House called out “far-left activist” Massachusetts Judge Brian Murphy in a press release Wednesday after he ruled the administration cannot deport violent criminal aliens.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Biden-appointed US District Judge Brian Murphy said the Trump Administration violated his court order when it deported seven illegal aliens to South Sudan. He said they failed to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries.

Murphy even suggested Trump Admin officials may have committed contempt for enforcing immigration policy.

The individuals were sent to South Sudan because they’re so bad that even their home countries “would not take them back,” said Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons.

The seven illegal aliens from several different countries have been convicted of murder, sexual assault with children or incapacitated individuals, drug trafficking and other drug charges, and robbery. Most of them have convictions for multiple crimes.

In response to Murphy’s ruling, the White House issued the following news release on Wednesday, featuring the mugshots and rap sheets of the aliens:

It’s another attempt by a far-left activist judge to dictate the foreign policy of the United States — and protect the violent criminal illegal immigrants President Donald J. Trump and his administration have removed from our streets.

“We conducted a deportation flight from Texas to remove some of the most barbaric, violent individuals illegally in the United States. No country on earth wanted to accept them because their crimes are so uniquely monstrous and barbaric … Thanks to the courageous work of the State Department and ICE and the President’s national security team, we found a nation that was willing to accept custody of these vicious illegal aliens,” said Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

“As a career law enforcement officer and a career officer with ICE, I’ve been dealing with these recalcitrant countries for years — having to see repeated murders, sex offenders, violent criminals re-released back into the United States because their home countries would not take them back,” said Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons“Under President Trump and under the leadership of Secretary Noem, we are now able to remove these public safety threats so they won’t prey on the community anymore.”

Chicago priest accused of molesting kids makes bombshell claim against Pope Leo

A defrocked priest who was accused of sexually abusing at least 13 children has made a bombshell claim against the new pope.

Robert Prevost, who was named the new head of the Vatican earlier this month, has been accused of turning a blind eye to the Church’s sexual abuse scandal in Chicago when he served as the head of the Midwest Province of the Catholic Church’s Augustinian order.

Now, former priest James M Ray also claims Prevost signed off on his move to a Hyde Park monastery near a Catholic elementary school – despite the fact that Ray had already been accused of molesting children.

‘He’s the one who gave me permission to stay there,’ Ray recently told the Chicago Sun-Times

The priest is included on an Archdiocesan list of accused sexual offenders, which claims he was subject to ‘limited ministry with restrictions’ starting in 1990 following sexual abuse allegations.

Still, he worked for three parishes – and in 2000, the Archdiocese of Chicago stepped in to help him find a place to live where he would not pose a threat to the public.

However, they ultimately let Ray stay for two years at the St. John Stone Friary – which is less than one block from the St. Thomas the Apostle Elementary School and across the ally from a child care center.

The school was never notified that Ray – who has never been convicted of any crime and is not included on any government sex offender registries – was moving into the area, and there is no indication that the child care center was notified either.

Washington State Dems vote against informing parents about sexual assault of a child by a school employee

In a move that has sparked fierce backlash from Republican lawmakers and parental rights organizations, Washington Governor Bob Ferguson signed House Bill 1296 into law on Tuesday, effectively dismantling key provisions of Initiative 2081—a voter-backed parental rights initiative supported by over 454,000 Washingtonians.

HB 1296, sponsored and passed by the Democratic majority in the Legislature, revises the parental rights measure that was enacted with bipartisan support just one year ago. The original initiative outlined 15 rights for parents of public school students, including the right to be notified of academic, medical, safety, and law enforcement matters involving their children, and the right to access educational and medical records.

Critics say the new legislation guts the core of Initiative 2081. Among the most controversial changes:

  • Schools can delay parents from receiving information about their students and entirely removes access for parents receiving medical and mental health records.
  • The bill removes the requirement to notify parents when their child receives medical services from government employees in schools.
  • It allows government employees up to two days to notify parents that their child was the victim of a crime or sexual assault in school.
  • The bill creates significant legal and bureaucratic hurdles for parents seeking to hold schools accountable when rights under I-2081 are violated.
  • The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) is granted expanded authority to penalize school districts that fail to comply with its directives.

The bill passed along party lines, with every Republican legislator voting against it. Rep. Travis Couture (R-Allyn), a vocal opponent of HB 1296, denounced the measure as a “slap in the face to democracy” and criticized Democrats for overturning a measure they had previously supported. “We have seen a stunning amount of sexual misconduct and sexual assaults by educators in our schools just in the last year,” Couture said. He proposed an amendment that would have required immediate parental notification if a student was sexually abused by a school employee—an amendment Democrats voted down.

Let’s Go Washington, the citizen-led group that spearheaded the original initiative, issued a sharp rebuke following the bill’s signing. Founder Brian Heywood said in a statement to The Ari Hoffman Show on Talk Radio 570 KVI, “This is a direct assault on parents and a damnation of Governor Ferguson’s claim to be a moderate for Washingtonians.” Heywood emphasized the group’s commitment to repealing the new law, stating, “We will do everything in our power to reverse this gutting of the Parental Rights Bill.”

The legislation has also drawn national attention. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) called the changes “utterly insane,” while former President Donald Trump weighed in on Truth Social, claiming, “Washington State Democrats voted not to inform parents if a child is sexually abused by a school employee.” Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk also shared the news, amplifying conservative criticism.

Police: Fmr NFL linebacker among over 250 people arrested in human-trafficking sting operation

A former NFL linebacker is among more than 250 individuals arrested in connection with a human trafficking sting operation in Florida.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has announced that Adarius Taylor – who played seven NFL seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Carolina Panthers, and the Cleveland Browns –  was arrested last month as part of the “Operation Fool Around and Find Out.”

The former athlete’s original last name was Glanton, but he legally changed it to Taylor to honor his father.

According to a report by the Orlando Sentinel, Taylor, 34, even brought his 6-year-old to the alleged “sting site” — leaving the child in the car as he went inside.

Sheriff Grady Judd explained that the child has since been taken into custody by the Florida Department of Children and Families.

“Obviously he must have hit one too many people as a linebacker, because his brain cells are scrambled,” Judd said.

The former NFL line-backer has now been charged with felony negligent child abuse without bodily harm and misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution.

Taylor was one of 255 people — including 36 illegal immigrants— who were arrested in the nine-day police operation, between May 2nd and May 10th
