Biden-Harris Administration Defends Big Tech Censorship Pressure Following Zuckerberg’s Admission

The Biden-Harris White House looks determined to justify and normalize the practice of the government colluding with private companies, in this instance Big Tech, to censor speech.

After Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg on Monday sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee, admitting that his company came under pressure from the current administration to conduct censorship and that he “believes” that was wrong – the White House doubled down on the controversial, and quite possibly, unconstitutional, policy.

In his letter, Zuckerberg chose to focus on Meta censoring content related to COVID-19, and in response, a White House spokesman revealed the government does not share Zuckerberg’s stance that the policy of pressure was wrong.

“Encouragement” is how that’s phrased. “When confronted with a deadly pandemic, this administration encouraged responsible actions to protect public health and safety,” stated the White House spokesman to media requests.

He further justified the actions described by Zuckerberg as needed because the White House believes private companies, including those from the tech industry, “should take into account the effects their actions have on the American people.”

And with the stage set in this way – the spokesman concluded that these companies are then free to make “independent choices about the information they present.”

But Zuckerberg’s letter to the Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan does a pretty good job of explaining how these “independent choices” get made. Senior figures from the Biden administration, Zuckerberg stated, in 2021 “repeatedly pressured our (Facebook, Instagram) teams for months to censor certain COVID-19 content, including humor and satire.”

The decision on content removal, and introduction of new rules into platform policies to facilitate censorship, Zuckerberg concedes, was “ultimately ours” –  but made under pressure.

If Meta tried to defy these “suggestions” – the administration showed “a lot of frustration.”

Mark Zuckerberg Confirms Biden Administration Pressured Facebook on Censorship, Admits to Throttling Hunter Biden Story

In a revealing letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, Meta Platforms CEO Mark Zuckerberg has addressed significant controversies surrounding the platform’s content censorship practices, especially concerning actions taken during the 2020 presidential election cycle and the COVID-19 pandemic.

We obtained a copy of the letter for you here.

Zuckerberg confirmed that senior officials from the Biden Administration exerted “pressure” on Facebook to censor specific content related to COVID-19, criticizing the administration’s approach. Despite the external pressures, Zuckerberg emphasized that the final decisions on content moderation lay with Facebook, admitting regret over some of the decisions made under this pressure.

Media Claims Elon Musk Is A Threat To Democracy – But Is “Democracy” Even Worth Saving?

There is perhaps nothing more tiresome and embarrassing as the theatrical pearl clutching of leftist media propaganda. For three years the public had to deal with the incessant drone of media fear mongering over the covid pandemic, an event which turned out to be a nothing-burger that 99.8% of the population on average would easily survive. After the 2020 elections we have been inundated with narratives about how conservatives are a “threat to democracy” – A democracy which progressives don’t even believe in as the recent DNC coup against Joe Biden proves.

The latest evolution of the democracy narrative is that free speech (and probably Russia) is the root evil behind civil unrest in western countries. The notion of thought crime is making its way to the forefront of the establishment tool box and this suggests we are entering the next stage of authoritarianism – Open criminalization of speech.

The Guardian in the UK is fully onboard with this development. The media outlet is on the warpath against Elon Musk and X (formerly known as Twitter) after Musk defied European and UK officials and their demands for censorship. In an article titled ‘Inciting Rioters In Britain Was A Test Run For Elon Musk. Just See What He Plans For America’, the platform launches into a tirade of delusional progressive talking points, a word salad designed to distract from the reality that what they are actually calling for is the death of free speech.

The Guardian argues:

“…Back in the golden days of 2020, tech platforms, still reeling from a public backlash, had at least to look as if they gave a shit. Twitter employed 4,000-plus people in “trust and safety”, tasked with getting dangerous content off its platform and sniffing out foreign influence operations.”

“In Britain, the canary has sung. This summer we have witnessed something new and unprecedented. The billionaire owner of a tech platform publicly confronting an elected leader and using his platform to undermine his authority and incite violence. Britain’s 2024 summer riots were Elon Musk’s trial balloon…”

“The presidential election is three months away. What if the billionaire contests the result? What if he decides democracy is overrated…?”

“…What Musk – the new self-appointed Lord of Misrule – has done is to rip off the mask. He’s shown that you don’t even have to pretend to care. In Musk’s world, trust is mistrust and safety is censorship. His goal is chaos. And it’s coming.”

Mark Zuckerberg ‘Regrets’ Censorship of COVID Info & Hunter Biden Laptop Story

Mark Zuckerberg sensationally admitted that the Biden White House pressured Facebook to censor content about COVID-19 and the Hunter Biden laptop story and that he now regrets it.

In a letter to the House of Representatives’ Judiciary Committee, Zuckerberg said the social media giant was “repeatedly pressured” by the government to blacklist information after Joe Biden’s inauguration in 2021.

“In 2021, senior officials from the Biden administration, including the White House, repeatedly pressured our teams for months to censor certain Covid-19 content, including humour and satire, and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn’t agree,” wrote the Facebook founder.

Such information included claims that the virus emerged from a Chinese lab, something which subsequently became one of the most likely scenarios, as well as content that questioned the efficacy and safety of the COVID jab.

America’s Frontier Fund: The Venture Capital Firm with Ties to Peter Thiel and Eric Schmidt

Americans are increasingly becoming aware of the fact that the secretive Bilderberg Group is funding both sides of the 2024 Presidential Election, with former Google CEO Eric Schmidt going all in on Democratic Party candidate Kamala Harris, and Peter Thiel investing millions in support of Republican nominee, former President Donald Trump. Both Thiel and Schmidt are steering committee members of the Bilderberg Group.

While knowledge of this illusion of choice is spreading, the connections between Thiel and Schmidt — as well as other members of the Bilderberg Group — run deeper than surface level relationships. Rather, the intersection between the hidden ruling class represented at the Bilderberg meetings, and the Big Tech Technocrats, has immense influence on the U.S. government, U.S. military-intelligence at the highest levels, and, thus, the world in general.

One example of this incestuous relationship can clearly be seen at America’s Frontier Fund.

What is America’s Frontier Fund?

America’s Frontier Fund (AFF) describes itself as “the first investment platform committed to ensuring the United States remains the best place in the world for Frontier Technology innovation and investment returns”. The AFF operates as an investment fund and claims to have “assembled a world-class board of directors and a unique team of investors, scientists, technologists, and policy experts” dedicated to their pro-America vision.

Through their “Frontier Fund I” the AFF invests in domestic companies which align with their mission. They are also focused on “incubating” companies through their “national network of innovation hubs”.

AFF was first announced in May 2021, and has been described as a “for-profit investment fund housed within a nonprofit organization”. This will allow AFF to “leverage the assets of a for-profit business” while also obscuring its investors.

AFF is stacked with individuals with ties to the U.S. military, including Michèle Flournoy, former undersecretary of defense under President Barack Obama, former Secretary of Defense Ash Carter and H.R. McMaster, U.S. national security advisor at the Trump White House.

In May 2022, a leaked draft of the announcement on the creation AFF was obtained by the Tech Transparency Project. This draft shows that AFF originally described itself as the first “public-private, deep-tech fund” in the United States. The implication was that AFF would receive taxpayer funds via the U.S. government, as well as private money from investors.

When Vox inquired about the draft, AFF said it “was not approved and was never meant to be released. We do not describe ourselves that way. We only describe ourselves as a ‘non-profit deep tech fund.’”

AFF said that, up to that point, it had not yet received money from the government, but also noted that it had responded to a request for information from the Department of Commerce about a semiconductor fund. As Vox noted, this is often a first step in the process of receiving funding from the government.

Farage and Musk don’t care about free speech. And Israel really is a terrorist state

In the space of just one week there has been a massive, almost Orwellian crackdown on free speech, with a number of arrests made. Not in North Korea or China but in the USA and UK. Barely days after former UN weapons inspector and social media tsar Scott Ritter had his house raided by FBI officers looking for evidence that he was actually working for America’s enemies we witnessed the arrest and detention of a young British journalist called Richard Medhurst who, when arriving at Heathrow airport from overseas, was escorted off a plane and held on terrorism charges. And then remarkably, Elon Musk, a billionaire who owns X and claims to be a champion of free speech shuts down the account of Egyptian comedian Bassem Youssef – which is followed by rumours on social media that the next polemic commentator to get the chop will be the YouTube talk show hosted by Judge Andrew Napolitano.

What’s going on? What do these individuals all have in common? Clearly their uncompromised stance against Israel is the issue here and we have to assume that either the Zionist State has cracked the whip and wants this baptism of criticism and scorn to stop or the initiative comes exclusively from the deep state itself in the U.S., with London ever grateful to play the role of diminutive pooch in the handbag. But the crackdown is unprecedented and really bears witness to a fear many in the west have had for some time, which is that most of these countries are parodies of democracy. Some even go further and claim, like Youssef, that western countries’ governments are controlled by Israel. Far-fetched? Less so, given the arrests and cancels in recent days.

Yet if it is all about making the accusations against Israel more round-edged, one has to ask the questions whether the decision was wise or foolhardy and taken at what level?

The genocide Israel carries out can’t be covered up or extinguished by the history books, even if those tomes are written by the victors, as Churchill once said.

Britain and the U.S. are complicit in it and will have to face the consequences for it one day. Both the ICJ and the ICC tribunals in the Netherlands are collecting evidence on a daily basis leaving many stunned by the rank desperation and stupidity of this Kristallnacht stunt both by the deep state and by Elon Musk.

The three guilty were commentators and journalists who are hell-bent on saying or reporting the truth, no matter how unpalatable it may be. We can assume in the case of the young journalist Medhurst that instructions to scare him with the Heathrow stunt were probably instructions from Langley which UK cops happily obliged to execute.

Democrat Group Files FEC Complaint Claiming Elon Musk’s X Interview with Trump ‘Amounted to a Virtual Campaign Event’

President Donald Trump has once again become the target of lawfare following his interview with X boss Elon Musk.

Democrat political action committee End Citizens United filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) over the interview.

The unprecedented live-streamed conversation received over one billion views around the world.

Musk has also offered the same opportunity to Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris, but the offer was ignored.

The FEC complaint alleges their broadcast “amounted to a virtual campaign event” for Trump, Newsweek reported.

The 45th president sat down with Musk on his X platform for a two-hour interview.

The pair spoke about a wide range of issues, including criticism of Trump’s agenda and Harris, his Democrat opponent.

Kamala Campaign Cheered On DDoS Attack On Musk-Trump ‘X’ Interview.

Vice President Kamala Harris‘ campaign cheered on a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) targeting X—a leading American company—on Monday, as it disrupted a conversation between former President Donald J. Trump and tech mogul Elon Musk.

DDoS attacks involve flooding websites with bogus bot or botnet traffic to sabotage their functionality or knock them offline altogether. The one on the Trump-Musk X space comes as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is investigating a recent hack of the Trump campaign, attributed to Iran, in which internal emails were accessed.

Nevertheless, the Vice President’s team appeared thrilled that her leading election arrival—and a top U.S. business—were targeted again on Monday, trolling him on his Truth Social platform. Once their conversation concluded, Harris‘ team put out a statement sneering at Trump and Musk as “self-obsessed rich guys… who cannot run a livestream in the year 2024.”

Trump Slams Biden ‘Coup’; Urges “We Don’t Have A President Right Now”

During Donald Trump’s conversation with Elon Musk on X Monday, which has generated over a billion views, the Republican nominee spoke about the ousting of Joe Biden from the race and questioned who is currently in charge of running the country.

“Biden is close to vegetable stage, in my opinion,” Trump urged, adding “I looked at him today on the beach, and I said, ‘Why would anybody allow him — the guy could barely walk. Does he have a political adviser that thinks this looks good? Because it looks so bad.”

Trump was referring to a video that surfaced of Biden again lounging at the beach this past weekend.

“He can’t lift the chair,” Trump continued, explaining “The chair weighs about three ounces. It’s meant for children and old people to lift, and he can’t lift it. The whole thing is crazy.”

Musk noted “It’s clearly, like, we just don’t have a president right now,” to which Trump responded, “You don’t have a president.”

Trump also addressed the way Biden was ousted from the race, noting “This was a coup. This was a coup of a president of the United States. He didn’t want to leave.”

Trump reiterated that high ranking Democrats told Biden he could go out the “nice way” or the “hard way.”

Neuralink CEO Claims Its Second Brain Implant is “Working Very Well.” But Is It?

Neuralink has implanted its experimental N1 brain-computer interface (BCI) in a second patient, with Elon Musk, the company’s CEO, reporting the procedure is “working very well.”

“I don’t want to jinx it, but it seems to have gone extremely well with the second implant,” Musk said during a recent appearance on Lex Friedman’s podcast. “There’s a lot of signal, a lot of electrodes. It’s working very well.”

However, the question remains whether the experimental technology is indeed working well, as many issues have arisen since the first human was implanted with the game-changing brain chip.

In September 2023, Neuralink advanced to human trials, marking a significant milestone by implanting its brain chip in its first human patient. Noland Arbaugh, a 30-year-old quadriplegic, volunteered for the procedure and demonstrated the ability to play video games and chess using only his mind, thanks to the technology known as “The Link.”

Since then, only a some of the device’s components have been functioning correctly. Musk notes that only 400 of the 1,024 electrodes implanted in the user’s motor cortex transmit signals, showing a roughly 10 percent improvement over the 80-85 percent malfunction rate observed in Neuralink’s first volunteer.

A total of 870 electrodes have reportedly detached from Noland Arbaugh after it was revealed that the brain chip had moved from its initial location within his skull, an unexpected outcome for the Neuralink team.

Currently, there is no information that has been made available to the public on why this happened. However, Arbaugh has said the company expressed concerns over the prospect of bringing him back in for surgery to remove the chip. Instead, Neuralink reportedly decided to pivot to another plan where the implant would remain intact. The Neuralink team then designed a new “recording algorithm” to help improve the user interface.
