South Carolina trans activist arrested for threatening to assassinate Rep Nancy Mace

A trans activist in Greenville, South Carolina, has been arrested by state authorities after threatening to assassinate Rep. Nancy Mace. Samuel T. Cain, who uses the alias “Roxie,” was arrested by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division and was booked on Thursday into the Greenville County Detention Center on suspicion of threatening the life of a public official.

A post allegedly made by Cain stated in all caps, “I’m going to assassinate Representative Nancy Mace with a gun and I’m being 100% dead a**.” The US Attorney’s Office for the District of South Carolina declined to prosecute.

Mace has been the target of assaults and threats of violence by left-wing agitators over her criticisms of the inclusion of trans-identified males in women’s spaces. In December, LGBTQ activist James McIntyre was arrested for assaulting a government official.

In November, a Portland, Ore., Antifa and transgender activist by the name of Andromeda Boyle, formerly known as Joshua Ryan Matthew Boyle, was seen issuing violent threats towards Mace.

Boyle said in an Instagram post in which Mace was tagged, “I hope that one day I do find you in that women’s bathroom, and I grab you by your ratty looking f*cking hair and drag your face down to the floor while I repeatedly bash it in until the blood’s everywhere and you’re dead.”

’86 47′: Ex-FBI Director Comey Posts Cryptic ‘Death Threat’ Towards Trump

A recent social media update by disgraced ex-FBI Director James Comey was widely interpreted as a death threat towards President Donald Trump.

On Thursday, the disgruntled Deep Stater captioned an Instagram post, “Cool shell formation found on my beach walk,” alongside an image of shells on sand organized in the shape of the numbers, “86 47.”

“This is a call for the assassination of President Trump by the former FBI Director!” warned Trump insider Laura Loomer, with many others making the same interpretation.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) alerted FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino that Comey “is calling for President Trump to be eliminated.”

“’86’ is a term used by Antifa militants and street gangs meaning ‘kiII,’” noted journalist Nick Sortor.

Colorado Could Be The Parental Rights Canary In The Coal Mine

Some may look at the pending Colorado legislation destroying parental rights and wrongly see the last gasps of a dying woke regime.

The dystopian state house bill, HB 25-1312 or better known as the “Kelly Loving Act,” allows the Colorado government to remove a child from her parents if parents refuse to go along with her gender dysphoria and self-styled new identity. It represents the most totalitarian legal destruction of parental rights in American history.

The bill passed the Colorado House and Senate. To understand why this destructive legislation might become Colorado law, we need to look closer at the cultural understructure.

The most politically powerful defenders of children are married, biological parents. In 1970, married households with kids under age 18 made up 40 percent of all American households. Today, that number stands at just 17.8 percent of all households.

Colorado sits on the front edge of the demographic cliff with K-12 schools already starting to shutter. According to the US Census, married households with kids in the state are just 81 percent of the national average at 14.4 percent of all households.

So, this evil legislation makes some political sense. The less married parents with kids in any electorate district, the more vulnerable parents and kids are to the onslaught of state power.

And given current trends in marriage and fertility rates – our future politics may look a lot more like Colorado’s politics than anyone realizes. This legal threat to parental rights will spread.

Here’s what we know both from the data and common sense.

A man not married to the mother of his child is less present in the day-to-day life of his child. Nearly all unmarried dads are nonresident dads who see their child less than once a week within two years of becoming a nonresident dad. A large portion of these men see their child only monthly or even less. These children don’t just lack the vital day-to-day influence that only a loving, present father can provide, they lose a powerful advocate and protector – particularly in politics.

Family says woman declared brain dead but her pregnancy continues under state law

The family of a 30-year-old metro Atlanta mother and nurse said she was declared brain dead more than 90 days ago — but is still being kept alive because she’s pregnant.

Adriana Smith, a registered nurse at Emory University Hospital, was nearly nine weeks pregnant in early February when she started experiencing intense headaches. According to her mother, April Newkirk, Smith sought treatment at Northside Hospital but was released after being given medication.

“They gave her some medication, but they didn’t do any tests. No CT scan,” Newkirk said. “If they had done that or kept her overnight, they would have caught it. It could have been prevented.”

The next morning, Newkirk said Smith’s boyfriend woke to her gasping for air in her sleep—gargling sounds he believes were caused by internal bleeding.

He called 911. Smith was taken to Emory Decatur and later transferred to Emory University Hospital where she worked. A CT scan revealed multiple blood clots in her brain.

“They asked me if I would agree to a procedure to relieve the pressure, and I said yes,” Newkirk said. “Then they called me back and said they couldn’t do it.”

Smith was declared brain dead. Her family has been by her side every day since, including her young son, who they said still believes his mother is just sleeping.

Trump’s VA Secretary Touts Being ‘One Of The First’ In His Role To Support Psychedelic Medicine For Veterans

The head of the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is touting the fact that he’s “one of the first” secretaries of the agency with a commitment to exploring psychedelics as a potential therapy option for veterans.

During a pair of hearings before the House Veterans’ Affairs and Appropriations Committees on Thursday, VA Secretary Doug Collins was asked about psychedelics issues by multiple GOP lawmakers, fielding questions about his intent to facilitate research in hopes of securing access for the veteran community.

At the Veterans Affairs Committee hearing, Rep. Jack Bergman (R-MI)—co-chair of the Congressional Psychedelic Advancing Therapies (PATH) Caucus—asked whether Collins had “any visibility” about the status of VA-supported psychedelics studies.

“We’re getting there,” Collins said. “I’m also probably one of the first of the [VA] secretaries who’ve actually decided that we will take a look at it. We’re not simply putting it off, and we’re going to do everything we possibly can, under the rules given to us by Congress, to actually continue that look. What we’re seeing so far is positive.”

“What we’re seeing so far in some of the studies that are related to VA, and also outside of VA as well,” he said, “is that there has been—especially when it comes to [post-traumatic stress disorder], and also traumatic brain injury and others—we’re seeing some actual positive outcomes there, especially when it is coupled with intense counseling. And I think that’s the one of the keys that we look forward to.”

David Hogg, Victim of Wokeness

David Hogg is a 25-year-old political activist and, for now, vice chair of the Democratic National Committee. A survivor of the 2018 mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida, Hogg first drew national attention for speaking out vigorously in favor of gun control. He has since become an all-purpose progressive campaigner.

He is controversial, even among Democratic circles, because he has clashed with the party’s establishment. He previously pledged to spend $20 million to primary members of his own party, though he insisted that he would only target Democrats who reside in safe districts. His thinking is that elected Democrats are too old and that the current iteration of the party fails to appeal to younger voters, particularly young males. Hogg is definitely onto something there: Donald Trump made huge inroads with Gen Z voters, in part because Democratic messaging to young men failed to resonate with them.

Hogg made a version of this argument on Bill Maher’s show last weekend, and the comedian was impressed enough to give Hogg a standing ovation and shake his hand. Hogg also won over centrist Democratic strategist James Carville, who had previously called him a “twerp.”

But Hogg has not won over everybody. On the contrary, the DNC is trying to oust him as vice chair. And the reason for that is, frankly, hilarious.

Kalyn Free, a 61-year-old woman with Native American ancestry and a rival candidate, filed a complaint that Hogg’s election as vice chair had violated certain DNC bylaws designed to promote gender-based equity. Essentially, she argued that the process was unfair because it was not sufficiently rigged in favor of her as a woman. For now, the DNC is buying it and has taken steps to void Hogg’s election. The party may schedule a redo, which would require Hogg to rerun for the vice chair position.

What’s funny about all this is that it illustrates the DNC’s precise problem with appealing to young male voters. Essentially, the DNC is clinging to its principles of identity politics, affirmative action, and gender-based preferencing—concepts that are toxic to most voters, including many Democratic voters—to undo the election of a younger,  more rebellious political actor in favor of an older woman.

New Hampshire Senators Approve Psilocybin Decriminalization Bill

A New Hampshire Senate panel has advanced a House-passed bill to decriminalize the use and possession of psilocybin by adults.

The measure, sponsored by Rep. Kevin Verville (R), cleared the Senate Judiciary Committee on a 3-2 vote on Tuesday. It previously passed the full House of Representatives in March.

Before approving the legislation, members of the Senate panel attached an amendment that would enact mandatory minimum sentences for certain fentanyl-related offenses and for distribution of drugs that result in a user’s death.

Sen. Tara Reardon (D) asked colleagues if the idea is that “we’re trading” the House-favored move to reduce psilocybin penalties in exchange “for enhanced penalties” on fentanyl that were contained in a separate bill that passed the Senate in January and has since remained pending before the House Judiciary Committee for months.

“One might say that, yes,” replied Chairman Bill Gannon (R).

Under the psychedelic-focused provisions of HB 528, a first psilocybin offense would be a violation, subject to a fine of $100 or less.

Second and third psilocybin offenses, meanwhile, would be class B misdemeanors, carrying fines of up to $500 and $1,000, respectively, but with no risk of jail time. Fourth and subsequent offenses would remain classified as felonies.

Sales and distribution of the substance would still be illegal, as the reform would apply only to “a person 18 years of age or older who obtains, purchases, transports, possesses, or uses psilocybin.”

As originally introduced, the legislation would have completely removed penalties around obtaining, purchasing, transporting, possessing or using psilocybin, effectively legalizing it on a noncommercial basis. However a House committee amended the bill before unanimously advancing it in March.

Verville previously told Marijuana Moment that the House’s passage of his psilocybin bill was “an historic, albeit small first step on our journey to correct 60 years of demonstrably failed policy on psychedelics.”

Gay imam who performed same-sex marriages in South Africa murdered in suspected hate crime

A South African imam known advocating LGBTQ+ inclusion within Islam was shot and killed in what some suspect to be a hate crime. The imam had performed same sex marriages and was reportedly the world’s first openly gay imam.

Imam Muhsin Hendricks, an imam who had performed same-sex marriages in South Africa, according to Breitbart, was fatally attacked on Saturday near Gqeberha, formerly known as Port Elizabeth. Authorities say unknown assailants in a pickup truck blocked his vehicle before two masked individuals opened fire.

According to the BBC, local police said, “Two unknown suspects with covered faces got out of the vehicle and started firing multiple shots at the vehicle.”

The Muslim Judicial Council condemned the killing, stating, “While police are still investigating the motive, speculation suggests it may be linked to Hendricks’ views on same-sex relationships.” The organization emphasized that “the sanctity of human life is a fundamental tenet of Islam” and denounced violence against any community.

Executive director at the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association Julia Ehrt is calling on authorities to investigate “what we fear may be a hate crime.”

“He supported and mentored so many people in South Africa and around the world in their journey to reconcile with their faith, and his life has been a testament to the healing that solidarity across communities can bring in everyone’s lives,” she said.

Treasure Hunter Claims to Have Found Legendary Lost Nazi Gold Train

An anonymous treasure hunter claims to have found the location of the legendary ‘Nazi gold train’ said to have been filled with riches from World War II and hidden in Poland. The subject of countless searches in the past, the apocryphal cache of pilfered priceless pieces is thought to have been buried in the Polish city of Wałbrzych. Talk of the treasure has been rekindled this week after a local media outlet revealed that community officials received a mysterious missive earlier this year wherein a man asserted that he found three WWI railroad cars hidden in a sizeable tunnel in a forested area of the city.

Sharing details on the letter, Wałbrzych spokeswoman Kamila Świerczyńska described the man’s claims as “substantive and concrete.” She also noted that the missive included several attachments with maps, geodetic data, and a witness account from a resident who lived in the area when the train was allegedly hidden. While the treasure hunter asked that his name be withheld from the public, Świerczyńska noted that city officials met with the man, who explained how he determined the location of the lost gold train by “analyzing various sources and documents.”

Police Arrest One of Four Suspects Behind Murder of Top Infowars Writer Jamie White

After nearly two months, police in Austin, Texas, have announced the arrest of one of four suspects believed to be behind the murder of top Infowars writer Jamie White, who was shot and killed outside his apartment last March.

The suspect, 17-year-old Eloy Adrian Camarillo, was taken into custody on May 1 and booked in the Travis County Jail on capital murder by terror threat charges with a $250,000 bond over the March 10 killing.

You can support Jamie White’s family HERE.

KXAN reports:

According to investigators, White was attempting to stop four suspects from burglarizing his vehicle at the complex — a green Kia Soul. One of those four suspects was identified as Camarillo, who police said was a “co-conspirator” in the deadly shooting, court records said.

Detectives in March reported they were initially able to obtain DNA from one of the suspects on White’s car, and said they’d located a stolen getaway vehicle used during the crime that was later ditched in South Austin.
