Appeals Court Stacked with Far-Left Judges Sides with Biden Judge, Says Trump Can’t Unilaterally Cut Billions in Foreign Aid

On Friday, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals sided with a radical Biden judge and said President Trump could not unilaterally cut billions in foreign aid.

Last Wednesday, US District Judge Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, blocked President Trump from cutting billions of dollars in USAID and foreign aid that Congress authorized.

Trump immediately appealed Judge Ali’s ruling.

“President Trump has the executive authority to ensure that all foreign aid is accountable to taxpayers and aligns with the America First priorities people voted for,” White House spokeswoman Anna Kelly said in a statement to Reuters.

On Friday, a three-judge panel ruled 2-1 against President Trump.

The three-judge panel included: Majority: Pillard (Obama), Pan (Biden), and Dissent: Walker (Trump).

Reuters reported:

A U.S. appeals court on Friday declined to block a lower court ruling that said President Donald Trump’s administration could not unilaterally cut billions of dollars of foreign aid, requiring the administration to quickly move to spend funds on projects authorized by Congress.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit made its ruling just days after a lower court ruled that the administration should take steps to spend roughly $11 billion on foreign aid projects before Congressional authorization for the spending expires in September.

Earlier this year, Judge Ali temporarily blocked President Trump from cancelling foreign aid contracts.

Judge Ali ordered the Trump Admin to restore funding for the foreign aid contractors after Trump froze US foreign aid for 90 days.

West Bank annexation plan is just one more dirty game that Israel plays with the West

As far as cunning plans go, Israel’s claim that it will annex 80 percent of the West Bank is as bold and as whacky as it gets. But will it work? And perhaps more to the point, is it a threat that they intend to go through with, or is it simply a bluff?

The West Bank often is underreported and rarely gets the media oxygen it deserves. Some might be forgiven that this latest announcement of Israel’s extreme right ministers of intending to annex the West Bank is out of the blue. In fact, the Israelis have been considering the plan for quite some time. If it weren’t for the Hamas attack of October 7th 2023, a longer, more measured policy of allowing settlers to do it for them – with the occasional days of military intervention – might have done the job. Some might even argue that the land grabs and the dirty work of armed settlers there stealing houses and land played a key role in the Hamas attack. But the truth is that the idea is nothing new and that Israel has wanted all along to take more land and control of West Bank and now it has the perfect pretext to do it.

The timing of this announcement is worth a second look. If we are to consider that Israel has made many victorious moves in recent months – decapitating Hezbollah in Lebanon, inheriting Syria and carrying out what some western analysts consider to be a successful strike against Iran – then it is fair to say that the confidence level of Netanyahu and his cronies is at an all time high. The hardcore fanatics on the right will be pushing for him to go ‘all out’ with both Gaza and the West Bank, given that they have Trump in the White House and they might consider anything is possible, given his ignorance and servitude. Let’s take West Bank.

Yet it’s the recent move by a number of EU countries to recognize Palestine which is the driving force behind the stunt. Even though the votes at the UN will be unprecedented as France, the UK, Portugal, Canada and Australia push for the recognition of Palestine, the move will still be blocked by the U.S. – yet the symbolism will still mean something in Palestine’s long road towards having its own state. Israel must teach the Europeans a lesson and the West Bank plan, although quite crude, will be effective in doing that: you push for a Palestinian state, we’ll create our own state in West Bank.

The Israelis probably believe that all it will take is for one of these western countries to retract their zealous plan to support the Palestinian statehood idea and it will fall like a house of cards. They might well be banking on the UK being the weakest link here as even Keir Starmer’s most ardent supporters are doubtful whether he will even stick with his so-called threat of supporting the vote for Palestinian statehood. His record of flip-flopping is unprecedented after all.

Perhaps this is the thinking of sending Israel’s President Isaac Herzog to visit Starmer in London on the coming days.

Notorious Beagle Breeder That Supplies Fauci-Funded Labs Hit with 300 Violations

A notorious Wisconsin beagle breeder at the center of taxpayer-funded puppy mill horrors has been exposed and slammed with more than 300 violations, drawing a potential $55,000 fine as investigations continue.

This troubling development comes amid growing scrutiny of how this breeder supplies dogs to government-supported research labs, including those funded by Dr. Anthony Fauci.

According to a report from WMTV, Ridglan Farms’ facility was cited by the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) for a staggering 308 infractions related to mistreating dogs and performing unauthorized surgeries without anesthesia, leading to a hefty penalty as authorities move to crack down on the horrifying conditions under which over 3,000 dogs were housed in filthy wire cages.

The White Coat Waste Project (WCW), a watchdog group, has uncovered that the breeder is supplying beagles to labs conducting painful experiments funded by the National Institutes of Health, including ongoing tests initiated under Dr. Fauci.

Malware found hidden in image files, can dodge antivirus detection entirely — VirusTotal discovers undetected SVG phishing campaign

Scalable vector graphics (.svg) files are lightweight, XML-based images that render at any resolution. They’re usually harmless, but they can also contain active code, and hackers appear to be relying on them more often as a means to stealthily deliver malware.

A new report from VirusTotal shows just how far that tactic has evolved, unearthing a campaign that used weaponized SVGs to drop malware, spoof a government agency, and dodge antivirus detection entirely.

44 previously undetected phishing SVG

In its report published September 4, the Google-owned scanning platform said its Code Insight system had flagged an SVG file masquerading as a legal notification from Colombia’s judicial system.

When opened, the file rendered a realistic-looking web portal in-browser, complete with a fake progress bar and download button. That button then delivered a malicious ZIP archive containing a signed Comodo Dragon browser executable, along with a malicious .dll file that would be sideloaded if the .exe was run. This would then install more malware on the system.

The attack relied on a known but often overlooked feature that SVGs support embedded HTML and JavaScript. This means that they can be used like mini web pages — or, as in this case, full phishing kits — even when attached to an email or hosted on cloud storage. VirusTotal’s retrospective scan tied 523 SVG files to the same campaign, with 44 completely undetected by any antivirus engine at the time of submission.

Woke Charlotte mayor says city ‘can’t arrest our way out of issues’ like ‘mental health’ after footage of brutal murder goes viral

Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles is facing backlash after responding to the brutal stabbing of a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee by saying the city “will never arrest our way out” of issues like homelessness and mental health.

The victim, Iryna Zarutska, was stabbed to death in late August while riding a light rail train. The suspect was identified as 29-year-old Decarlos Brown, who had a long criminal history and no prior connection to Zarutska.

In her first statement following the murder, Lyles emphasized that the suspect appeared to have mental health issues and claimed that the transit system in Charlotte is “by and large” safe.

“We will never arrest our way out of issues such as homelessness and mental health,” Lyles said, according to WCNC. “Mental health disease is just that — a disease like any other that needs to be treated with the same compassion, diligence and commitment as cancer or heart disease.”

The case has since brought renewed attention after surveillance footage released by the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) showed the incident, where Brown was seen sitting behind the victim before suddenly attacking her at random. Brown pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed Zautska multiple times before casually walking away with blood dripping from his knife and hands.

“The video of the heartbreaking attack that took Iryna Zarutska’s life is now public. I want to thank our media partners and community members who have chosen not to repost or share the footage out of respect for Iryna’s family,” Lyles said in her recent statement, per WCNC. “This was a senseless and tragic loss. My prayers remain with her loved ones as they continue to grieve through an unimaginable time.”

She continued, “Like so many of you, I’m heartbroken — and I’ve been thinking hard about what safety really looks like in our city. I remain committed to doing all we can to protect our residents and ensure Charlotte is a place where everyone feels safe.”

The suspect has been charged with first-degree murder, but this charge is yet another in a lengthy criminal history.

Brown has spent the majority of his adult life in and out of jail. According to the New York Post, his criminal record dates back to 2011 and includes felony larceny, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and communicating threats.

Global Mail Disruption Deepens As U.S. Tariffs Trigger International Postal Shutdowns

International mail to the United States has plunged by more than 80% in one week after the Trump administration ended a long-abused tax exemption on small packages, prompting widespread suspensions of postal services around the world, according to the Universal Postal Union (UPU).

In late July, the U.S. government announced it would revoke duty-free treatment for low-value parcels entering the country. The change, which took effect Aug. 29, has rattled global logistics networks and forced dozens of national postal operators to halt or scale back shipments to the U.S.

The UPU, a United Nations agency that oversees global postal cooperation, said 88 postal operators have either fully or partially suspended service to the U.S. Among them are major national carriers, including Germany’s Deutsche Post, Britain’s Royal Mail, and postal authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Postal services in India, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the U.K. are no longer accepting most U.S.-bound parcels, citing logistical disruptions and uncertainty over customs processing under the new tariff regime.

According to UPU data, postal traffic to the U.S. on Aug. 29 fell 81% compared with the previous week. “Furthermore, 88 postal operators informed the UPU they have suspended some or all postal services to the US until a solution is implemented,” the agency said in a statement.

Over Half Of Berlin’s New Police Recruits Can’t Speak Basic German, Officials Admit

For some reason, Germany loves recruiting migrants into its police force in the name of diversity. In 2022, roughly 42% of police recruits who took the most common path into Berlin’s police force were migrants or came from migrant families, according to a major survey (37% including all pathways).

What’s more, Berlin is the only German state where the proportion of new police recruits with a migration background matches or exceeds the city’s own population share (35%) according to that same survey.

Now, (shocker!) roughly 55% of Germany’s new police recruits don’t meet basic German language standards – so obviously that percentage of migrant recruits went way up.

Out of 240 police trainees who began their training in spring 2025, a staggering 132 recruits, roughly 55% need extra German-language support, the Berlin Police confirmed to Nius (via Apollo News).

The problem, authorities say, hits hardest in the first semester of training. “About half of the new recruits require regular language support at the start of their training,” the police statement said. However, they noted that the need for assistance drops over time as recruits progress through the program.

No word on where these recruits are migrating from. Maybe it’s the Poles? The Turks?

Kamala Just Got a Humiliating Reality Check About Her Irrelevance

Kamala Harris just suffered a major humiliation in Los Angeles, and it’s one that speaks volumes about her diminished political stature… assuming she even had any political stature.

On Saturday, the LAPD quietly withdrew its officers from guarding the former vice president’s Brentwood home, ending a weeklong arrangement that had drawn fierce criticism for pulling cops away from fighting real crime in the city. For Kamala the optics couldn’t be worse. A once untouchable figure who enjoyed the trappings of high office is now struggling to find anyone willing, or obligated, to protect her.

The saga began when President Trump revoked Harris’s Secret Service protection, which Joe Biden had ordered to be extended far beyond the customary six-month window after a vice presidency. Kamala’s aides had pushed for that unusual extension, claiming safety concerns, and Biden obliged—granting cover for another two years. Trump, upon retaking office, terminated that special privilege. That ought to have settled things, but California’s Democratic leadership wasn’t about to let the embarrassment linger unaddressed. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass jumped in, directing the LAPD’s elite Metropolitan Division to step in alongside the California Highway Patrol so Harris wouldn’t appear abandoned.

Of course, those officers didn’t appear out of nowhere. The LAPD diverted those officers from crime suppression duties in the San Fernando Valley—a part of Los Angeles already ravaged by spikes in theft, gangs, and violent crime. Los Angeles residents know that officers are stretched dangerously thin, yet Bass thought it appropriate to reroute them to stand guard outside a multimillion-dollar Brentwood mansion.

To say this landed poorly with rank-and-file cops is an understatement.

The Los Angeles Police Protective League, which represents front-line officers, blasted the arrangement as inappropriate and unfair. Taxpayers, they said, shouldn’t be footing the bill for a partisan security favor, not when ordinary residents endure slow response times and skyrocketing crime.

Globalist Push To Destabilize Serbia

The streets of Novi Sad descended into chaos on Friday evening, but behind the smoke of tear gas and the chants of demonstrators lies a deeper story of foreign interference and a coordinated campaign to undermine Serbia’s democratic institutions.

What began in November 2024 as a student-led protest following the tragic collapse of a canopy at the Novi Sad train station—an accident that claimed 16 lives—has, in recent months, been manipulated into a political movement far removed from its original cause. While citizens initially sought accountability for the disaster, the protests have since been redirected into demands for the government’s resignation and snap elections. President Aleksandar Vučić has firmly and rightly rejected these demands as unconstitutional.

According to Serbian officials, Friday’s violence in Novi Sad was not a spontaneous outbreak but the result of deliberate escalation by agitators encouraged and supported from abroad. Police reported “massive attacks” from masked demonstrators who threw flares and stones at officers, forcing them to respond with riot control measures. In the clashes, dozens were injured, 42 protesters detained, and 13 police officers wounded. Authorities maintain that the use of force was measured and necessary to restore order.

Meanwhile, international actors have wasted no time in aligning themselves with the protest movement. European Green Party leaders traveled to Belgrade to express solidarity with the demonstrators, fueling accusations that Brussels and its affiliates are attempting to topple Serbia’s government outside the ballot box. Vučić himself condemned these interventions as attempts to impose a “colored revolution” on Serbia—a tactic long used by globalist networks to destabilize states that resist their agendas.

The symbolism of Saturday’s Pride march in Belgrade was also not lost on observers. Though peaceful, it was framed by its organizers as a political statement against the government and its security forces. Banners declaring “Gays against police state” and the student movement’s rallying cry “Pump it up!” revealed a deliberate merging of causes into a single anti-government front, echoing the strategies of Western-backed protest coalitions elsewhere.
