Where is Lance Twiggs? Kirk Assassin’s Transgender Lover Has Vanished

Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson lived with his transgender partner – a male-to-female trans named Lance “Luna” Twiggs.

The FBI used Robinson’s texts with his transgender partner to solidify that Robinson was the assassin. Lance Twiggs has not been charged with any crime; however, federal authorities are still investigating.

Last week, Utah authorities released the text exchange between Tyler Robinson and his transgender lover, Lance Twiggs, sent shortly after Kirk’s assassination.

Utah County District Attorney Jeff Gray announced seven charges against Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson. They will also be seeking the death penalty.

Robinson was charged with:

– Count 1: Aggravated murder (capital offense)
– Count 2: Felony reckless discharge of a firearm causing bodily injury
– Count 3: Felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm
– Count 4: Felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore during the shooting
– Count 5: Witness tampering for asking roommate to delete incriminating messages
– Count 6: Witness temperating for demanding trans roommate stay silent, and not speak to police
– Count 7: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child

Jeff Gray released the chilling texts between Tyler Robinson and his “love” Lance Twiggs.

Google Says Users Removed Over COVID-19 Views Can Rejoin YouTube

YouTube creators who were removed over their views concerning COVID-19 or the 2020 election can rejoin the service, Google and its parent company, Alphabet, said in a Sept. 23 letter.

Rules in place prohibiting some discussion of COVID-19 and the election were lifted in 2023 or 2024, Google said through its lawyers.

“Today, YouTube’s Community Guidelines allow for a wider range of content regarding COVID-19 and elections integrity,” it stated. “Reflecting the Company’s commitment to free expression, YouTube will provide an opportunity for all creators to rejoin the platform if the Company terminated their channels for repeated violations of COVID-19 and elections integrity policies that are no longer in effect.”

People whose channels were suspended or taken down included Dan Bongino, the current deputy director of the FBI.

The company said it values conservative content creators and recognizes they regularly land compelling interviewers with politicians, business leaders, and others.

Google described the COVID-19 pandemic as an unprecedented time that forced online platforms to “balance freedom of expression” with moderation of content “that could result in real-world harm.” The situation was complicated by top officials in the Biden administration pressuring the company to take action against certain COVID-19 content “that did not violate its policies,” it said.

“It is unacceptable and wrong when any government, including the Biden Administration, attempts to dictate how the Company moderates content, and the Company has consistently fought against those efforts on First Amendment grounds,” the company stated.

YouTube’s medical content policies evolved throughout the pandemic, as health authorities changed their guidance, the company said. The company is now allowing a wide range of content on COVID-19 and elections.

“In contrast to other large platforms, YouTube has not operated a fact-checking program that identifies and compensates fact-checking partners to produce content to support moderation,” the letter states. “YouTube has not and will not empower fact-checkers to take action on or label content across the Company’s services.”

The letter was sent to Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), chairman of House of Representatives Judiciary Committee.

“Whether you were an established YouTube presence with a massive following like Dan Bongino or just were starting out to express political views there, YOU will have an opportunity to come back onto the platform if you were censored for engaging in political speech,” Jordan wrote on X. “This is another victory in the fight against censorship.”

Google did not respond to a request for comment.

Jan. 6 subcommittee zeroes in on paid informants at the Capitol riot

The chairman of the new House subcommittee aimed at uncovering the truth behind the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C., says his panel is concerned about the dozens of paid, federal informants present during the demonstrations, and is concerned that the intelligence they gathered was not properly shared with law enforcement.

“One thing that we have learned, and this came on the tail end of the Biden administration, when their Department of Justice admitted that they had many, I mean, more than two dozen, paid informants embedded in the crowd,” Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., told the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show yesterday.

How many informants? And what were they paid to do?

“And so my question is, you know…our FBI does pay to have informants through different organizations, and their primary job is intelligence, you know, to provide information. But, with that many paid informants being in the crowd, we want to know how many were in the crowd, how many were in the building, but I also want to know, were they paid to inform or instigate?” Loudermilk continued.

The chairman also said he wants to know whether the dozens of informants spread throughout the crowd properly passed any intelligence on to their law enforcement handlers in advance of the protests.

“But of these informants, if they were paid to inform, what information did the FBI actually get from them? How did they not know that this was coming?” Loudermilk asked.

“If they had that many paid informants, I believe they did know it was coming,” he asserted.

Loudermilk said his subcommittee is investigating whether some information from informants may not have been passed on for political reasons by those that wanted to conveniently catch “MAGA” in a riot.

“You know that we do have evidence that there were people that were instigating, such as a Metropolitan Police Officer that was undercover in plainclothes. The question would be — when we get more evidence of people who are instigating that may be part of the government or maybe in law enforcement — were they caught up in the moment, or did they have orders to do this? Was this pre-planned?” Loudermilk asked.

Farmers, Ranchers In 49 States To Get IRS Tax Relief Due To Drought

American farmers and ranchers who have sold or exchanged livestock due to drought conditions are eligible for tax relief, the IRS said in a Sept. 22 statement.

Generally, livestock sold due to drought must be replaced within four years. Under the latest extension, farmers and ranchers who had sold livestock due to drought, with replacement periods scheduled to expire by the end of 2025, will now have until the end of the 2026 tax year to make replacements.

Tax gains made from such sales or exchanges can be deferred, the agency said.

The relief applies to “capital gains realized by eligible farmers and ranchers from sales or exchanges of livestock held for draft, dairy, or breeding purposes. Sales of other livestock—such as those raised for slaughter or held for sporting purposes—and sales of poultry do not qualify,” the agency said.

The tax relief applies to “49 states, the District of Columbia, and other regions that reported exceptional, extreme, or severe drought during the 12-month period ending on Aug. 31, 2025,” it said.

To get the tax relief, applicants must prove that the sale or exchange of livestock was prompted by drought, with their areas covered under the federal drought designation, according to the IRS.

The tax relief comes at a time when the Western United States is experiencing “widespread drought conditions,” according to a Sept. 3 post by the National Integrated Drought Information System.

This year, 65.5 percent of the Western United States has been in drought, and 14 percent has reeled under “Extreme or Exceptional” drought, it said.

“Current drought coverage and intensity pales in comparison to peak drought conditions in the early 2020s—59.5 percent of the West was in Extreme or Exceptional Drought (D3-D4) in July 2021,” the post said.

“This record-setting Western U.S. drought in the early 2020s, plus the southwestern megadrought dating back to 2000, has left Western U.S. water supplies in a perilous position.”

For instance, 100 percent of the Colorado River Basin is in drought, reservoir levels in Utah are showing a “drastic decline,” and the state of Washington issued a drought declaration for the third straight year in June, it said.

“As most water in the West originates from runoff due to melting winter snow, the upcoming water year will be crucial for water supplies—and normal won’t suffice,” said the post.

“Many key headwaters need above-average precipitation, in some cases over multiple years, to bring water supplies back to sustainable levels.”

Large-scale syllabi study finds professors only teach left-wing side of controversial issues

Contentious topics are often taught in college classrooms from a uniformly one-sided perspective, according to newly published research that used the Open Syllabus Project, which hosts over 27 million syllabi, to develop its findings.

The research focused on three topics — “racial bias in the American criminal justice system, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and the ethics of abortion”  — to determine how controversial issues are presented.

The research primarily looked at assigned reading materials to conclude that “professors generally insulate their students from the wider intellectual disagreement that shape these important controversies.”

“Personally, I thought we’d find some imbalance, some activist teaching,” co-author Jon  Shields, a professor of government at Claremont McKenna College, told The College Fix. “I just didn’t expect it to be the norm in the cases we studied. That was genuinely surprising to me.”

The 66-page working paper, “Closed Classrooms? An Analysis of College Syllabi on Contentious Issues,” was also co-authored by Claremont McKenna College Professor of Government Stephanie Muravchik and Scripps College Professor of Philosophy Yuval Avnur.

“We were concerned about the health of liberal education, especially in an age when our democracy needs it so desperately,” Shields said. “One way liberal education supports democracy is by shaping the next generation of citizens. And citizens need to acquire both a fluency with the issues that shape our public life as well as an ability to critically assess them.”

“So, we wondered: How well are we in the university fulfilling this fundamental mission?”

The trio looked at how prominent works pertaining to select issues are taught alongside equally influential or authoritative works that present opposing views. Turns out, not often.

And that’s a problem, the scholars wrote.

“[S]tudents need to acquire some fluency in the intellectual controversies that shape our nation and world,” they wrote. “If all we expose them to are disagreements within cramped intellectual spaces, then we are not preparing them to think seriously about contentious public issues, much less exercise power over them one day.”

‘Distorted sense of social reality’

The Open Syllabus Project contains 27 million syllabi scraped from the websites of universities, mostly located in English-speaking countries.

According to the research, influential works such as Michelle Alexander’s “The New Jim Crow” and Edward Said’s “Orientalism” are taught more often than John Milton’s “Paradise Lost” and William Shakespeare’s “Hamlet.”

The former argues the American criminal justice system perpetuates racial oppression. The latter is highly critical of Israel. Yet neither, the scholars found, are regularly presented with critics of those works. Instead, such works, they noted, are generally assigned with “fellow travelers.”

Conversely, they also found, when critics of Alexander’s or Said’s works are taught, they are typically taught in addition to the more left-leaning works of Alexander and Said, indicating that there does not appear to be a comparable bias by presumably more right-leaning scholars when assigning texts.

With regard to the issue of abortion, the scholars found that although a similar left-leaning bias was present, it was considerably less prominent than that which was identified for classes dealing with the other two issues.

Nonetheless, the scholars argued that their work still reveals a strong bias in the materials selected to introduce students to important controversies in our society and that this has serious implications.

Students, they wrote, are not being prepared “to think seriously about contentious public issues, much less exercise power over them one day” or acquiring “the civic skills they will need to become citizens in a pluralistic nation.”

Additionally, the scholars noted, “insofar as we’re educating tomorrow’s leaders, they probably won’t lead us anywhere we want to go if they have a distorted sense of social reality.”

Universities should be cultivating “intellectual virtues, like curiosity, critical thinking skills, and intellectual humility,” they stated.  Yet, instead, they noted, universities are cultivating adherence to orthodoxy and presenting false intellectual consensuses.

Looking forward, the trio wrote in their report, “universities must recommit themselves to teaching our disagreements.”

Black Lives Matter Activist in Boston Pleads Guilty to Federal Fraud Charges – Scammed Donors to Fund Her Lifestyle

A Black Lives Matter activist in Boston named Monica Cannon-Grant pleaded guilty to federal charges this week, admitting that she scammed donors and used their money to fund her own lavish lifestyle.

Cannon-Grant was previously held up as an admired figure. The city of Boston named her the Bostonian of the year at one point for her ‘social justice activism’ and she was even recognized by the Boston Celtics basketball team for her efforts.

She is now facing a minimum of two years in prison.

The New York Post reports:

BLM-linked activist admits conning donors to fund her lavish lifestyle

A once-celebrated Boston social activist has pleaded guilty to defrauding donors — including Black Lives Matter — out of thousands of dollars that she used as a personal piggy bank.

Monica Cannon-Grant, 44, pleaded guilty Monday to 18 counts of fraud-related crimes that she committed with her late husband while operating their Violence in Boston (VIB) activists group, according to the US Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts.

The activist scammed money — including $3,000 from a BLM group — while claiming it was to help feed children and run protests like one in 2020 over the murder of George Floyd and police violence.

Cannon-Grant also conned her way into getting $100,000 in federal pandemic-related unemployment benefits — which she used to pay off her personal auto loan and car insurance policy.

But she has now confessed to transferring funds to personal bank accounts to pay for rent, shopping sprees, delivery meals, visits to a nail salon — and even a summer vacation to Maryland.

MSNBC’s Tom Homan ‘Scandal’ Has All The Earmarks Of A Hoax

fter nearly a decade of hoaxes — from Russiagate to Ukraine, from impeachment sagas to the circus around Brett Kavanaugh — the American public has been conditioned to expect another “bombshell” headline every few months. Now, right on schedule, a new one has emerged. This time, the target is Tom Homan, former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and now the border security czar in the Trump administration.

MSNBC’s Ken Dilanian and Carol Leonnig reported on Saturday that Homan had supposedly been ensnared in a sting operation run by the Biden-era Department of Justice and FBI in 2024. According to their story, undercover FBI agents posed as business executives seeking help in obtaining border security contracts. MSNBC claimed Homan accepted “$50,000 in cash after indicating he could help the agents — who were posing as business executives — win government contracts in a second Trump administration.”

Those are MSNBC’s exact words: “indicated he could help.” Not “said,” not “confirmed,” not “promised,” not “agreed.” Just “indicated.” That slipperiness alone should set off alarm bells. In legal and journalistic terms, it means nothing. At its most generous, it could be seen as a subjective impression. More realistically, it appears to be a deliberate attempt to insinuate wrongdoing without citing any evidence.

Tellingly, MSNBC’s story contains no direct quotes from Homan at all. When it references the alleged recording of his interactions with undercover agents, it only says that “hidden cameras [were] recording the scene at a meeting spot in Texas.” There is no transcript, no quotations, and no evidence of what Homan actually said. If Homan had said anything remotely incriminating, MSNBC would right now be airing it on a loop.

Perhaps the most glaring problem with the story is that if Tom Homan really had done anything wrong, why didn’t the Biden DOJ bring charges? This wasn’t Trump’s Justice Department in 2024. It was Merrick Garland’s DOJ and Christopher Wray’s FBI. If they had any evidence that Homan took a bribe or engaged in corruption, they would have prosecuted him instantly and with fanfare, especially given his reputation as one of the toughest immigration enforcers in the country.

Instead, the file was carried over into the Trump administration, where, according to a statement issued by Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel, it was “subjected to a full review by FBI agents and Justice Department prosecutors” before being closed. That should have been the end of it. Yet someone has now leaked this non-story to MSNBC to create yet another hoax.

Which brings us to the messenger: Ken Dilanian.

Dilanian’s reputation in Washington is notorious. During the Russiagate years, he earned the nickname “Fusion Ken” for his uncanny habit of publishing exactly the kind of stories Fusion GPS, the Clinton-funded smear shop behind the Steele dossier, wanted in print. Discovery in lawsuits after the collapse of the collusion hoax uncovered emails showing Fusion GPS directing journalists to run stories, sometimes even giving them the exact framing to use. While Dilanian’s name did not appear in those specific exchanges, his track record speaks for itself. He was one of the most reliable megaphones for whatever narrative Clinton operatives wanted out there.

And that’s not all. Dilanian also sent draft articles to CIA officials for prepublication approval, even offering to make edits based on the agency’s feedback. In other words, he has literally acted as a mouthpiece for the intelligence community.

Pregnant Liberal Women Post Videos Downing Tylenol to Own Trump: This Is an ‘Attack on Women’

Some pregnant liberal women are posting videos of themselves downing acetaminophen — commonly known as Tylenol — following the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) announcement on Monday in which President Donald Trump recommended pregnant woman limit intake of the drug due to possible associations with an “increased risk of autism.”

Trump made the recommendation on Monday alongside Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz. Trump’s administration has made it clear from the beginning that they are determined to identify the possible causes in the stunning rise of autism in children in recent years, deeming it “among the most alarming public health developments in history.” Data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows that 1 in 31 children in the United States have autism.

“I think I can say that there are certain groups of people that don’t take vaccines and don’t take any pills that have no autism. That have no autism. Does that tell you something? That’s currently, is that a correct statement by the way?” Trump said, as Kennedy said “there are some studies that suggest that.”

“Yeah, with the Amish for example,” Kennedy said.

Trump then announced that the FDA will be “notifying physicians that the use of acetaminophen — which is basically commonly known as Tylenol, during pregnancy can be associated with a very increased risk of autism,” Trump said.

Some liberal women have used this announcement as a way to “own” Trump, making videos of themselves downing Tylenol.

In one video, a woman shows off her pill with the caption, “here’s [sic] me, a PREGNANT woman, taking TYLENOL because I believe in science and not someone who has no medical background,” she wrote, making no mention that Trump did not randomly make this announcement based on his own opinion.

If Big Tech Doesn’t Treat Leftist Terrorists Like It Did Donald Trump, Government Should Make Them

The tragic murder of Charlie Kirk has exposed the dark underbelly of left-wing discourse on the Internet as users on BlueSky, Reddit, and Discord celebrate the vicious assassination of a young husband and father because of his politics and faith. Moreover, FBI Director Kash Patel has confirmed evidence that some media users may have previewed Kirk’s killing days beforehand (the FBI is investigating at least twenty Discord users for their communications with the killer).

This entire episode highlights the dangerous radicalization that has happened over years as extreme rhetoric online pushes young people toward desperate and awful acts. Social media companies need to take responsibility for their role in radicalization, and their failure to address irresponsible liberal discourse after their aggressive censorship of conservative viewpoints exposes a dangerous double standard.

A template for how private actors can self-police was on display Tuesday when local television affiliates, Nexstar and Sinclair, forced Disney/ABC’s hand to cancel indefinitely Jimmy Kimmel Live! They recognized that the callousness and blatant misinformation on that show did not serve the public interest. By contrast, social media titans have enabled irresponsible leftist rhetoric to proliferate and pollute civil discourse.

For the last decade, the Left has sought to drive conservatives from the public square through tools like deplatforming and debanking. Working hand-in-glove with the Biden administration, for instance, the Big Tech companies canceled thousands of conservative voices who dared to challenge the then-conventional wisdom during the Covid-19 pandemic. And they did so again after the 2020 election, targeting “election deniers” and “J-6ers” for cancellation, even going so far as to ban President Trump. Not only everyday citizens, but a half-dozen senators and congressmen (all Republicans) had their accounts suspended for violating these “community standards.” Even Stripe stopped processing campaign contributions to Donald Trump because the financial services company believed he violated their arbitrary standards.

When the Big Tech companies defended those decisions in the media and the courts, they turned again and again to their “terms and conditions,” the contracts users sign that permitted the companies to remove content that violated their “community standards.” The popular conversation site Reddit, for instance, has a set of “Reddit Rules” that include principles like “[e]veryone has a right to use Reddit free of harassment, bullying, and threats of violence. Communities and users that incite violence or that promote hate based on identity or vulnerability will be banned.”

On January 8, 2021, two days after the protests taking over the Capitol, the news magazine Variety reported that “Reddit on Friday said it banned r/donaldtrump — one of the biggest pro-Trump subreddits on the platform — after ‘repeated’ violations of the site’s policy against inciting violence.”

Many of these decisions occur down the Internet stacks and not just at the platform level, such as a cloud services company that manages the site’s traffic or even the app store. This was on full demonstration in 2018 when Cloudflare CEO Matthew Prince unilaterally decided to stop servicing the alt-right website Daily Stormer after they were instrumental in planning the infamous neo-Nazi demonstration in Charlottesville, Virginia. As Prince explained in a Wall Street Journal column, he decided it was no longer in Cloudflare’s interests to service this client, so he pulled the plug. Prince simply found that the Daily Stormer was in breach of his company’s Terms of Service and decided to act accordingly.

Jimmy Kimmel Fake Cries as He Confronts His Own Lies About Charlie Kirk Assassination After Being Yanked Off the Air

Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel tried to stage a desperate damage-control moment on Tuesday night, choking up on camera as he attempted to walk back his lies about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Just last week, Kimmel told his dwindling audience that Kirk was killed by a “MAGA conservative,” a smear designed to demonize Trump supporters and weaponize a national tragedy for political gain. The statement was false, reckless, and dangerous.

The backlash was immediate. FCC Chairman Brendan Carr blasted Kimmel for spreading blatant disinformation on national television, warning of potential federal action against ABC and its parent company Disney.

Disney, facing mounting outrage, abruptly yanked Kimmel’s show off the air. But less than a week later, ABC announced he would be returning, prompting fury from viewers and broadcast partners alike.

By Monday evening, Sinclair Broadcast Group—which owns 30 ABC affiliates—announced it would no longer carry Jimmy Kimmel Live! in protest of ABC’s cowardly cave.

On Tuesday, Nexstar Media Group followed suit, pulling the show from all 32 of its ABC affiliates.
