Training exercise or police diversion? Evidence leads Congress to explore new J6 pipe bomb theories

Tevidence obtained by Congress in its quest to unravel the mysteries of Jan. 6 has led the panel leading the investigation to consider that the pipe bombs planted at both the Republican and Democratic National Committees may have been part of an undisclosed training exercise, Chairman Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., told Just the News.

Additionally, new documents raise questions about how valuable cellular phone location data from the days leading up to Jan. 6 — key data that investigators needed for their work — was purged from an AT&T and government system despite a preservation order from the FBI.

Chairman Loudermilk says the evidence from the FBI’s pipe bomb analysis, AT&T’s response to the data request, and a stunning coincidence are leading his panel to consider alternative theories about one of the enduring mysteries of that day.

The details do not add up

Just the News reported on Monday that the pipe bomb analysis conducted by an FBI laboratory found the devices were filled with chemical building blocks of black powder, each was equipped with a 60-minute kitchen timer, and each had destructive potential. However, neither device exploded and they were discovered about 16 hours after the FBI claimed they were planted outside both major party headquarters.

To Loudermilk, these details do not add up.

“I’m not buying the story anymore that they were there on the fifth,” Loudermilk told the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show on Monday.

“I believe that they were put out on the sixth at this point. This is the theory that we’re going on, especially since the lady that found them said there were still 20 minutes left on the timer when they were placed there,” said Loudermilk.

“The other thing is, were there enough…was there enough explosives in the devices to actually cause a massive explosion? That’s one of the things we’re looking at in these reports, which kind of leads us to believe maybe there wasn’t, but there definitely were explosives,” he added.

Spanberger Refuses To Condemn Male Sex Offender Using Girls’ Locker Rooms

Virginia’s Fairfax County claims there is no “probable cause” to charge Richard Cox, a Tier III registered sex offender, for allegedly exposing himself to women and girls.

Fairfax County’s refusal to charge Cox comes despite an Arlington detective’s testimony that Cox was in possession of child pornography and Fairfax County children’s swim class schedules, Cox’s previous alleged admission of his own compulsions to expose himself, and witnesses claiming that he exposed himself to women and girls in Fairfax County recreation centers’ locker rooms, ABC 7 News’ Nick Minock reported.

Abigail Spanberger, the Democrat candidate for governor in Virginia, did not respond to The Federalist’s inquiry asking whether she believes it is appropriate for males to have access to sensitive female spaces such as bathrooms and locker rooms, and whether she supports allowing men like Cox to use their supposed “transgender” identities to access sensitive women’s and children’s spaces. Spanberger has previously refused to condemn men’s access to sensitive women’s spaces, as reported by The Federalist.

In a statement Friday, Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares explained that Cox’s status as a sex offender extends back to the 1990s, and that he was convicted on child pornography charges in 2006. Since then, Miyares noted, Cox has taken advantage of Virginia law that allowed him to change his driver’s license sex description to female, letting him exploit his claimed “transgender” identity and access to female spaces where he allegedly repeatedly exposed himself to women. Cox appealed to this so-called identity in a preliminary hearing in Arlington County Thursday, repeatedly claiming to be a woman and complaining that he was being “misgendered.”

The Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney’s Office “declined to participate in the prosecution of Cox” over a 2024 indecent exposure charge that was eventually dismissed, Miyares said, nor would it prosecute his reported presence near an indoor children’s playground, in violation of his status as a registered sex offender. Miyares attributed Cox’s alleged exposure of himself at an Arlington County high school — testified to in an Arlington County hearing — and other incidents to Fairfax County’s failure to prosecute Cox.

Education Department takes action on report Virginia high school worker helped student get abortion

he Education Department says it is taking “enforcement action” in response to reports a Virginia high school social work helped a student get an abortion without informing her parents.

The incident allegedly occurred at Centreville High School during the 2021-22 school year, according to a release Monday by the department.

In addition to allegedly scheduling the appointment for the 17-year-old student, the social worker also allegedly paid the clinic fees and “swore the girl to secrecy without informing the student’s parents,” the release also states.

Also, the social worker allegedly pressured another student to get an abortion, telling her she “had no other choice” and directing her to the same clinic for an abortion, which the student ultimately did not do.

The department started the enforcement action under the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment, which gives parents of students the right to be notified and say no to any non-emergency, invasive physical examination or screening that is required by a school district.

“It shocks the conscience to learn that school personnel in Fairfax have allegedly exploited their positions of trust to push abortion services on students without parental knowledge or consent,” said Candice Jackson, the department’s acting general counsel.

The department requested Fairfax County Public Schools to provide information by Oct. 17 on its policies and whether federal funds were used for “sensitive medical services, including abortion-related referrals or procedures.”

The allegations regarding the social worker were first detailed in August in a Substack post, according to The Washington Post.

The school district launched an investigation into the allegations that month and said Tuesday that it “welcomes the opportunity to answer the DOE’s questions, based on our ongoing review of these 2021 allegations.”

Gay Porn Star Austin Wolf Sentenced to 19 Years in Prison for Heinous Child Sex Crimes

Austin Wolf, who was once described by British GQ as “a big name in gay porn” and an OnlyFans pioneer, was sentenced to 19 years for heinous sex child sex crimes.

The 44-year-old Wolf, real name Justin Heath Smith, was convicted for various sex crimes involving minors, including the attempted rape of a 7-year-old boy. He also admitted to abusing a 15-year-old boy in court.

“Justin Heath Smith’s crimes against children are horrible,” US Attorney for the Southern District of New York Jay Clayton said in a statement Monday.  “He targeted kids as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and those like him off our streets for as long as possible and never near our children.”

According to the New York Post, Smith admitted “he and another adult man had sex with a 15-year-old in 2023 and that he had intercourse three times with another person who Smith believed to be 15 years old, but who in fact was an adult, the SDNY stated.”

Smith also attempted to solicit rape with children.

“Just prior to being arrested in April 2024, Smith tried to meet up with the father of a 7-year-old who offered to allow the sicko to sexually abuse the child, according to the court,” noted the NY Post.

“In January 2024, the former smut star made plans with another adult man to sexually abuse a 9-year-old, but the would-be conspirator, who was caring for the child, backed out when the now-convicted was waiting downstairs,” it added.

A search warrant for Smith’s home found he had over 1,291 files containing child pornography, including 75 files showing infants and toddlers, and some videos depicting violent rape.

UK Pub Transformed Into 1984 Theme Park In Protest Of Starmer’s Digital ID Dystopia

A landlord in the UK has renamed his pub ‘The George Orwell’ and made it entirely 1984 themed, complete with projections of the dystopian novel’s most memorable themes and phrases along with images of Prime Minister Kier Starmer as the evil Big Brother.

As we have highlighted, Starmer recently announced Chinese communist-style digital tracking is coming to the UK with a new mandatory “right to work” scheme in the form of a universal ID called the “Brit Card”.

It’s all predicated on the back of out of control mass illegal immigration, with the leftists using the crisis created by the previous Conservative government and amplified by Starmer’s cabal in an attempt to rollout Orwellian style surveillance and control.

While they claim the scheme will help to stop “illegal” immigrants from crossing the channel by denying them access to work, the possibilities for control via biometric tracking are endless.

Forcing baker to make same-sex wedding cake recreates printing press censorship: scholars to SCOTUS

hirty-five years ago, Justice Antonin Scalia led a Supreme Court majority to gut the free exercise of religion under the rubric of “neutral” and “generally applicable” law, a decision that most members of the current court “have called into doubt” even as lower courts employ the 1990 Smith precedent “to permit government oppression.”

So say a former federal appellate judge, the allegedly fifth-most cited legal scholar of all time and a dozen other First Amendment and antidiscrimination law scholars, who together urge SCOTUS to “emphatically cast aside” Smith in accepting a case whose central question it has repeatedly decided.

They are joined by 16 states and several religious denominations and advocacy groups in supporting Tastries baker Cathy Miller’s SCOTUS petition to hear her eight-year legal saga, after the California Supreme Court refused to review an appeals court ruling that overturned a trial ruling in Miller’s favor for refusing to design a cake for a same-sex wedding.

The Golden State “has repeatedly compared Cathy’s religious beliefs about marriage to racism,” her lawyers at religious liberty law firm Becket said. California made the same comparison when female inmates sued to block its law incarcerating males with them.

The California appeals court distinguished its ruling from SCOTUS precedents in favor of Jack Phillips’ Masterpiece Cakeshop and Lorie Smith’s 303 Creative, against Colorado’s compelled creation of cakes and websites for same-sex weddings respectively, by claiming the cake Miller refused to make “conveyed no particularized message about the nature of marriage.”

Miller’s petition asks SCOTUS to resolve whether “compelled participation in a ceremony” is banned only when third parties view that participation as “endorsement,” if Miller must show “unfettered discretion or categorical exemptions for identical secular conduct” to prove a law is not generally applicable, and if 1990’s Smith should remain at all.

Joy Reid Thinks Freedom is Dangerous — Warns Conservatives Want No Income Tax, No Regulations, Unlimited Wealth, and Generational Prosperity Without Taxes

Race-baiter Joy Reid sat down with BET Networks’ Miabelle and unleashed a tirade against what she calls the “dangerous” plans of conservatives and MAGA Republicans.

According to Reid, the real threat to America isn’t skyrocketing crime, open borders, or inflation, it’s the horrifying prospect of… freedom?

During the interview, the two discussed “Project Esther,” a Heritage Foundation initiative.

According to Reid, the project isn’t about protecting free speech or academic integrity, it’s a “conservative scheme” to suppress pro-Palestinian protests, silence dissent, and, somehow, force women back into the home.

Joy Reid: “And so Project Esther has those twin goals—protecting Israel from protests and criticism by making that criticism basically illegal, shutting down those protests on college campuses, and forcing women back into the home.”

According to Reid, conservatives want to enslave Black Americans all over again.

Reid went on to claim that Republicans are “desperately” trying to restore a “hierarchical past” from the 1890s or earlier, where there were no taxes, no regulations, and no “natural rights” for working Americans.

Of course, she left out the fact that it was Democrats who ran Jim Crow, Democrats who enforced segregation, and Democrats who blocked civil rights bills for decades.

Miabelle: Wow. And what does this mean for Black people?

Joy Reid: Well, what we always have to remember is that when they say they want women back home, they don’t mean us, because they do want us in the home cooking for the white family.

Miabelle: Yes.

Joy Reid: They want back the kind of world in the 1950s, where the only time you saw a Black woman, she had a maid’s uniform on, and she was taking care of your children. And the only time they saw a Black man was when he was their butler or their driver.

They really miss the hierarchical past that we tried to leave behind, but that’s not that old — we’re talking about the 1950s.

They desperately want that world back, if not the ’40s, ’30s, or the 1890s. So, the goal of trying to force the country backwards to that late 19th century or early 20th century — they’re very serious about it.

And one of the reasons they’re so serious about it is that if you go back before the 20th century, there were no income taxes, there were no regulations on business. You could earn as much money as you wanted, and leave 100% of it to your children with no taxes.

That’s the world they want back. And to get it back, they need society to change. They need people to be less modern. They need people to want fewer things. They need people to be satisfied just being workers.

And they don’t really believe that any of us have natural rights. They believe only the super rich, only the billionaires have real, true rights, and everyone else are just workers.

‘No Name Given’: Oklahoma nabs 125 illegal-immigrant drivers

State and federal law enforcement officials have arrested 125 illegal immigrants during a targeted enforcement action along Interstate 40 in western Oklahoma, Gov. Kevin Stitt announced today.

Under Operation Guardian, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), in partnership with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), encountered numerous commercial truck drivers operating with licenses issued by sanctuary states, including one individual whose New York commercial driver’s license (CDL) identified the individual as “No Name Given.”

“If New York wants to hand out CDLs to illegal immigrants with ‘No Name Given,’ that’s on them. The moment they cross into Oklahoma, they answer to our laws,” Stitt said. “I want to thank our troopers and ICE officials for their hard work. This is about keeping Oklahomans safe.”

During the Operation Guardian enforcement action, Stitt announced that law-enforcement officials apprehended more than 125 illegal immigrants from multiple countries, including India, Uzbekistan, China, Russia, Georgia, Turkey, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Mauritania.

In some self-proclaimed “sanctuary” states, local and state officials have actively taken steps to protect illegal immigrants from immigration enforcement, including through the issuance of driver’s licenses to people who entered the nation illegally.

That practice has come under fire since some of those drivers reportedly cannot read English and do not know U.S. traffic laws.

In August, three Americans were killed when an illegal immigrant semi-truck driver attempted an illegal U-turn on a Florida turnpike and caused a minivan to violently crash into the truck’s trailer.

The illegal alien was an Indian national who was granted a commercial driver’s license by California.

State of Utah: Charlie Kirk autopsy report will not be made public by medical examiner’s office

Unlike other states, Utah doesn’t have county coroners. Instead, a state Office of the Medical Examiner performs required autopsies and issues those reports.

But autopsy reports are not public documents under Utah state law and may not be released to the public: They can only be released to the following: next-of-kin, law enforcement, a legal representative and a physician who attended the deceased person.

When asked by Crossroads Report today, the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner said they could not even confirm whether an autopsy was being performed on Charlie Kirk.

“We are not able to make any comment about any cases that have been worked on, past or present,” said Danielle Conlon, a spokesperson for the office.

Swiss Man Chooses Jail Over Fine After Conviction for LGBT Comments Online

A Swiss man is choosing prison over paying a fine after courts punished him for comments on social media about biological sex.

Emanuel Brünisholz, who repairs wind instruments in Burgdorf, announced that he will serve 10 days behind bars beginning in December rather than hand over hundreds of francs to the state.

The case began nearly three years ago when Brünisholz replied to a Facebook post by Swiss National Council member Andreas Glarner.

In his response, he wrote: “If you dig up LGBTQI people after 200 years, you’ll only find men and women based on their skeletons. Everything else is a mental illness promoted through the curriculum.”

That remark was quickly flagged by activists, who reported it to police as incitement to hatred under Article 261bis, the country’s anti-discrimination law.

What was once a narrowly tailored rule to stop racist propaganda has, since 2020, been extended to cover “sexual identities.”

According to local media, this expansion opened the door for Brünisholz’s prosecution. On August 15, 2023, local police interrogated him, demanding to know his intent.

When asked what he meant by his post, he answered: “Well, that those who think there’s not just man and woman, I want to tell them that there’s only man and woman.”

As reported by Reduxx, asked about his opinion of the “LGBTQI” community, he said: “Nothing, absolutely nothing. It’s an extremist bunch. They want to silence me.”

Authorities concluded his statement demeaned LGBT individuals and thus violated human dignity.

He was fined 500 Swiss francs, with the penalty convertible into jail time if unpaid. After he contested the order, the Regional Court of Emmental Oberaargau reaffirmed the guilty verdict in December 2023 and added another 600 francs in court fees.

Instead of complying, Brünisholz declared he would not pay. On September 19, 2025, he posted an image of his summons from the Bernese Office of Justice Execution alongside the words: “It’s happening. On December 2, I’m going to prison for 10 days!”
