Hubert Humphrey on civil disobedience…

In an intriguing case out of Canada, pilots from both a military and a commercial aircraft reported seeing a strange green UFO in the night sky. The puzzling dual-witness event occurred at around 2 AM on July 31st and was made public in an incident report issued this week by the Canadian Civil Aviation Authority. The department indicated that the sighting unfolded over the Gulf of Saint Lawrence as a military transport aircraft was flying from Ontario to Germany and a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines passenger jet was en route from Boston to Amsterdam. The normally routine flights took an unexpected turn when the pilots of the two separate planes noticed that they had some strange company as they passed through the area.
The incident report states that they each told air traffic controllers that they had spotted “a bright green flying object” that “flew into a cloud, then disappeared.” Alas, that brief description of the sighting is all that was officially revealed by the Canadian Civil Aviation Authority, which ultimately classified it as an enigmatic ‘other,’ meaning it could have been a “weather balloon, meteor, rocket, UFO.” Although the report also states that there was “no impact to operations,” aviation researcher Steffan Watkins looked into the incident and found a rather surprising detail that goes unmentioned in the official report.
As of this weekend workers in 9 different local government areas of the countries largest state are being forced to provide proof that they have been vaccinated just to be able to feed themselves or their families.
The directive only applies to construction workers and tradesmen at this point, but more industries are expected to be added. It has already begun to have the effect it was intended to. People who were on the fence, but desperate to provide for their families, have already succumbed to getting the jab.
A 31-year old man who drives for an engineering company explained his dilemma to Reuters:
“I didn’t want to get the vaccine … but I needed to get the jab or I don’t have a job.”
As-if Aussies didn’t have enough to deal with already, now they have some bureaucrat psychopath restricting their ability to make a living unless they shoot up the experimental vaccine. I mean my-goodness, the military was just deployed to enforce new lockdowns and is keeping them locked in their homes after only a handful of new cases.

Before this pandemic, it would have been unimaginable for Congress to consider a bill that would ban tens of millions of Americans from flying. But now everything has changed. A new bill has been introduced that would specifically ban all unvaccinated individuals from ever flying again. When I first heard about this, I thought that it couldn’t possibly be true. But it is true. The following comes from the description of H.R. 4980 that has been posted on Congress.gov…
To direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to ensure that any individual traveling on a flight that departs from or arrives to an airport inside the United States or a territory of the United States is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and for other purposes.
The full text of the bill has not been received by Congress.gov yet, and so we don’t know the specifics of the proposed law.
But what we do know is that it would ban you from any flight “that departs from or arrives to an airport inside the United States” if you have not been “fully vaccinated”.
So if you have only had one injection, you would be banned too.
This comes at a time when many in the liberal media are also calling for unvaccinated people to be banned from flights. For example, the following excerpt comes from an article entitled “Unvaccinated People Belong on the No-Fly List”…
But at this stage of the pandemic, tougher universal restrictions are not the solution to continuing viral spread. While flying, vaccinated people should no longer carry the burden for unvaccinated people. The White House has rejected a nationwide vaccine mandate—a sweeping suggestion that the Biden administration could not easily enact if it wanted to—but a no-fly list for unvaccinated adults is an obvious step that the federal government should take. It will help limit the risk of transmission at destinations where unvaccinated people travel—and, by setting norms that restrict certain privileges to vaccinated people, will also help raise the stagnant vaccination rates that are keeping both the economy and society from fully recovering.
This level of extremism deeply alarms me.
We put terrorists on the “no-fly list”.
Now they want to treat unvaccinated people the same way?
That should chill all of us to the core.
If they are going to get this extreme over COVID, what is going to happen when a much more serious pandemic comes along?
Laredo, Texas reached an agreement Wednesday to settle its lawsuit against the Biden Department of Homeland Security for transporting illegal immigrants from the Rio Grande Valley sector into the border city.
Now these individuals are being transported instead to Austin, Dallas and Houston after they are released by Border Patrol.
Laredo Mayor Pete Saenz, a Democrat, said Border Patrol is not testing the people it is releasing for COVID before they are bused out. Under the new agreement, the city is not required to test them, so they don’t have to provide care.
“The reason why we don’t do testing is that once you test, there’s an obligation,” Saenz told MyRGV.com. “If they’re positive, we’re told that you have to quarantine. We don’t have the infrastructure for that.
Researchers in the United Kingdom have discovered a coordinated network of “deep-fake” social media accounts pushing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s views in the guise of ordinary account-holders.
The Centre for Information Resilience (CIR) said it had discovered a network of social media accounts that “distort international perceptions on significant issues, elevate China’s reputation amongst its supporters, and discredit claims critical of the Chinese government.”
In a report published on its website, the CIR said pro-China accounts were part of a “coordinated influence operation” on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube that uses a mixture of artificial and repurposed accounts to post CCP propaganda.

James Euringer, lead singer and songwriter of Mindless Self Indulgence, has been accused of sexual battery of a minor, according to a lawsuit filed in the New York Supreme Court on Monday.
In the lawsuit, the anonymous woman claims that she had a sexual relationship with Euringer from January of 1997 to June of 1999, at which time she was a minor.
As reported by Rolling Stone, the relationship began when she was just 15 and Euringer was 17.
The suit alleges Euringer “groomed and manipulated [her] into believing that his sexually assaultive behavior was not criminal and that by engaging in sexual activity with him Plaintiff was actually helping to protect younger girls from sexual assaults.”
According to documents obtained by Human Events News, the lawsuit also claims that Euringer attended a pedophile-themed party, hosted by Marvel director James Gunn, while dressed in a full-body rabbit suit.
