Peru Slams Pfizer Over Legal Immunity For COVID Vaccine Side Effects

Health minister Pilar Mazzetti told lawmakers that she has been in “constant contact” with Pfizer since July. She was not able to elaborate in-depth due to a confidentiality agreement with the American multinational pharmaceutical company. But she did say contract disputes materialized in December. 

“With Pfizer, there are some details where there is no agreement,” Mazzetti said. She added, “this has to do with prices and the delivery schedule” as well as “the waiving of important elements such as … jurisdictional immunity.”

“One indeed needs the vaccine, but it is also true that there are aspects related to aspects of our sovereignty that the country has to protect … it has to do with risk for future generations,” she said. 

She told lawmakers, “we hope that the controversy will be resolved so we will be able to determine when the vaccine will arrive.”

Mysterious Ship Carrying 20 Lost in the Bermuda Triangle

When a ship carrying 20 people disappears in the Bermuda Triangle, it makes the mainstream news. When details about the ship and the passengers are concealed from the public, it’s generally assumed the boat was trafficking in drugs or carrying people attempting to escape from their home country and enter the U.S. illegally. When the ship is not found and the search is called off, it also makes the mainstream media. When the weather was clear, no explanations are given by the Coast Guard or other search agencies, and the mainstream media moves on to other news, that’s when disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle become mysterious. We’ve reached that point with a 29-foot (9-meter) Mako Cuddy Cabin vessel with 20 people onboard that left Bimini in the Bahamas on 12/28/20 but never arrived at its destination — Lake Worth, Florida. That area is the Florida corner of infamous Bermuda Triangle – long the home of missing boats and planes. What happened to this one and why is there so little information about it?

Pre-departure COVID-19 testing and negative results for air travellers coming to Canada

On December 31, 2020, the Minister of Transport, the Honourable Marc Garneau, under the authority of the Aeronautics Act, is requiring effective January 7, all passengers five years of age or older, be required to test negative for COVID-19 before travelling by air from another country to Canada.

Documentation of a negative laboratory test result must be presented to the airline prior to coming to Canada. The test must be performed using a COVID-19 molecular polymerase chain reaction (or PCR) test within 72 hours prior to boarding a flight to Canada.

All travellers will have their quarantine plans reviewed by a government official and, if not suitable, will be asked to quarantine in a federal quarantine facility.

Travellers to Canada must use ArriveCAN and provide accurate contact information and their mandatory 14-day quarantine plan on or before entry.

The government has taken action to increase surveillance and enforcement of these mandatory quarantine restrictions. 

Violating any instructions provided when you enter Canada is an offence under the Quarantine Act and could lead to up to six months in prison and/or $750,000 in fines.

Pharmacist accused of spoiling COVID-19 vaccine believed it would change people’s DNA, officials say

The pharmacist accused of intentionally spoiling nearly 600 doses of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at a clinic made his initial appearance in a Wisconsin court Monday.

Steven Brandenburg is the pharmacist accused of intentionally spoiling vials of vaccine at the Grafton Aurora Medical Center on Dec. 24.

According to a probable cause statement, Brandenburg removed the box containing the vaccine from a refrigerator and let it out for 12 hours, rendering it useless.

Brandenburg told investigators that he believed the vaccine was not safe for people and would “harm them and change their DNA,” the probable cause said.

Brandenburg, according to the Grafton Police Department, is an “admitted conspiracy theorist.”

Brandenburg was arrested on Dec. 31 on charges of first degree recklessly endangering safety, adulterating a prescription drug, and criminal damage to property.
