City of Madison Clerk Admits to Sending Thousands of Duplicate Absentee Ballots Across 10 Wards Ahead of Presidential Election

Deputy Clerk of the City of Madison, Jim Verbick, has confirmed that 2,215 duplicate absentee ballots are being sent out across ten wards, just weeks ahead of the critical presidential election.

Verbick claims that the ballots were sent due to a data processing error, which was allegedly caused by a mistake when attempting to merge files containing absentee ballots for voters with identical ballot styles, WKOW reported.

“There was a human error that occurred. Despite duplicate ballots being sent out, we will only accept one ballot from every voter, and when we get them back we will make sure that we only have one ballot.”

According to the Madison Clerk’s Office:

The Madison Clerk’s Office is rectifying a data processing error that caused duplicate absentee ballots to be sent to around 2,000 voters. The error affected only an isolated number of voters and was quickly caught and corrected so that it will not affect any other ballots going forward.

The Clerk’s office has been contacting voters individually to inform them of the error, caution them to submit only one ballot, and to destroy the second one to avoid any confusion.

Because the duplicate ballot envelopes have identical barcodes, in the unlikely event that a voter submits two absentee ballots, only one can be counted.

Once that envelope barcode is scanned, the voting system does not allow a ballot with the same barcode to be submitted. The voter is also marked in the poll book as having submitted their absentee ballot as another safeguard against the voter submitting a second ballot.

The clerk’s office insists that the problem is being addressed, but with confidence in election processes already fragile, many are questioning if this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Tax-Funded Group Trains Wisconsin Daycares To Encourage Riots And Abolishing The Police

Atax-funded Wisconsin organization trained daycare workers to teach infants and toddlers to participate in violent partisan protests and support abolishing the police.

Daycare workers who participated in an April training from the tax-funded organization Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA) received “diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging” kits worth $600 each that included board books teaching babies race hatred and gender dysphoria. The kit came to light this week when a daycare owner who received one went public with what she found inside.

In the training, an author of three of the books in the kit, Megan Madison, told daycare workers that “the color-blind approach” to race “is ineffective and potentially harmful.” Madison cohosted the training with WECA’s diversity director, Tanya Johnson.

Any organization that receives federal funds risks violating federal antidiscrimination law by disparaging Americans based on their race, said Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty attorney Dan Lennington. WECA is essentially a clearing house for taxpayer funds, directing it to daycares for food welfare, daycare worker training, and more.

Johnson opened the training by stating her pronouns and giving a “land acknowledgment” that asserted parts of the United States actually belong to tribal peoples whom U.S. armed forces conquered long ago.

“We respectfully acknowledge the land on which we are holding this training, the traditional land of Ho-Chunk Nation,” she claimed. “Today we recognize and honor with gratitude both the land and the indigenous people who live and who continue to live on the land now called the United States.”

Madison, who led the training with Johnson, thanked Johnson for the land acknowledgment and claimed she lives “on Lenape land,” or what everyone knows to be New York City. The Lenape were a barbarous tribe known for attacking unarmed noncombatants, torturing women and children in front of their family members, massacres, and skinning some victims’ heads while they were still alive. They were also known for murdering people solely due to the color of their skin.

Madison and Johnson went on to encourage daycare workers to adopt “race related teaching practices” that elevate “awareness of race-related injustices and the inclination to take action to stop them.” Below are slides presented during their training.

Wisconsin loophole allows nearly 150,000 to vote without showing photo ID

A damning report is raising the alarm about a legal loophole allowing thousands to vote in Wisconsin without showing photo identification as required by state law.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty’s Monday morning release reveals the “indefinitely confined” voter rolls have reached more than 144,000, up 116% since 2016.

This state accommodation designed for the disabled, elderly, ill and infirm came under the spotlight in 2020 when Wisconsin’s two largest cities — Milwaukee and Madison — told citizens to use the little-known law to vote without a photo ID during COVID restrictions.

President Biden won the state by almost 21,000 votes in 2020; former President Donald Trump won by about 27,000 in 2016. Polls show Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris neck and neck this year.

Dairy Staters are required to show a government-issued photo ID when voting but not when registering to vote. “Indefinitely confined” voters check a box when registering to sign up for automatic absentee ballots “for every election” until they are no longer indefinitely confined or fail to return a ballot.

Wisconsin Election Legislative Committees Gives DOT Ultimatum on Non-US Citizens Driver’s License Data in Time for November Presidential Election

In a rather tersely worded directive, the Chairman of the Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections and Senate Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection, sent the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Agency Director (DOT) an immediate request for data information that documents how many non-US citizens in Wisconsin have a driver’s license and or a photo ID.

These Committees held a Joint Public Hearing with the DOT regarding this matter in May of 2024 (click here – Elections expert testify about noncitizen voting in Wisconsin – WPR) and the DOT did not comply with the request of the Committees in time for the November 2024 Presidential Election.  WEC Administrator Wolfe was invited to attend this meeting but was a no-show again.

The DOT has since that meeting has refused to release any information due to “privacy” concerns for non-US citizens with a Wisconsin driver’s license.

The DOT request from these Legislative Committees, dated September 3, 2024 (See attached DOT Letter Non-US Citizens Driver’s License), asks for an immediate release of the non-US citizens data from the DOT that have a Wisconsin driver’s license and or a photo ID to assist all Wisconsin Clerks (1,852) in the administration of elections with integrity to make sure only US citizens receive a ballot for the Wisconsin Presidential Election in November.

The DOT was reminded in the Legislative Letter that as a State Agency they (DOT) are absolutely required to release this information upon request to the proper authorities per Wisconsin State Statute 13.45 (7) (click here – Wisconsin Legislature: 13.45).

The DOT was further reminded that this request is in compliance with the Driver Privacy and Protections Act (DPPA) with respect to the Legislative Committees are not a “person”, but rather a “State or agency thereof” per various portions of 18 U.S.C. 2725 (2) (click here – 18 USC 2725: Definitions (house.gov)) and that disclosure of this information is allowed per 18 USC 2721 (a) and (b) (1) and (4) (click here – 18 USC 2721 – Prohibition on release and use of certain personal information from State motor vehicle records (govregs.com)).

Finally, the DOT was reminded that the Governor’s Office wants this information shared between the DOT and the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) to assist all Clerks in the administration of elections with integrity to make sure only US Citizens are participating in Wisconsin Elections.

Wisconsin ‘Emergency Rule Making’ Is Election Fraud

Independent journalist Peter Bergnegger is calling out Wisconsin election corruption:

Wisconsin Patriots call to action: the Wis. Election Commission and squatter Meagan Wolfe are up to their tricks again – in an email by WEC attorney written by Jim Witecha, he said it was too late to go through the normal rule-making process (required in our state) on election observer rules.

So he unlawfully declared (paraphrasing) “so we’ll have to do it via Emergency Rule Making”. Citizens there is election fraud right there  – again. As WEC had all kinds of time to address the rules pertaining to election observers if they wanted, years in fact. Instead, they waited until it was too late and then jumped to the use of “Emergency Rule-making.” The election fraud is there is no emergency, they can’t even tell you what the emergency is. Ask them: what is the emergency? And ask them where/when did they publish it?

It was even ruled in Wisconsin Courts back in 2021 Covid did not rise to the level of an emergency.

WEC purposefully didn’t get their observer rules passed in time for the upcoming very important elections, they now want to cheat by doing a chicken little of “emergency, emergency”. WEC’s strategy is to not have the rules passed before the legislative session closed is their modus operandi…so they can proceed to make emergency rules without going thru the normal process of scrutiny through the legislative process. THERE IS NO EMERGENCY!

The State Legislative Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules (JCRAR), has the power to suspend these emergency rules once published in the admin. register.  Senator Nass (R) and Representative Neylon (R) are co-chairs for this JCRAR joint committee.

Rules are not valid if they exceed the bounds of correct interpretation per Wis Stat 227.11(2)(a).  WEC wants to clarify in these emergency rules: 1) What interactions are permissible between observers, voters, and election officials, 2) How a chief inspector may restrict which areas are open to observers, 3) What may count as disruptive behavior”.

Leftie Judge in Wisconsin Alters Election Law — Rules Indefinitely Confined Voters Can Download Ballots Online without a Voter ID

As The Gateway Pundit reported in November 2020, the total number of “indefinitely confined” voters, or Express Votes ballots for individuals with disabilities, skyrocketed from around 60,000 in 2016 to over 240,000 in 2020.

No photo ID is required in Wisconsin for indefinitely confined voters.

A local Madison news outlet reported on the ‘indefinitely confined’ ballots from the 2020 election:

These voters are not required to show proof of a photo ID to vote absentee if they apply for a certification declaring them indefinitely confined whether it be due to age, physical illness, infirmity or they are disabled for an indefinite period.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) does not allow using the confined status as a way to avoid using a photo ID, instead, it’s an option thousands more voters used this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

They don’t have to show a photo ID but it does not exempt them from voter registration, signing their absentee certificate and having a witness on their absentee ballot,” said Meagan Wolfe, Wisconsin’s chief election official.

The MacIver Institute has more:

The total number of indefinitely confined voters in Wisconsin now stands at 243,900. Last year, the total number was only 72,000. That is an increase of 238% in just over a year.

Those voters enjoy a special perk when requesting an absentee ballot – they are exempt for the state’s voter ID law.

Wisconsin officials blamed COVID for the surge in indefinitely confined voters in the state.

Democrats know this is an optimal way that allows them to cheat.

Wisconsin Elections Commission Accused of Being in Contempt of Court for Disregarding Temporary Restraining Order

The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) is facing criticism for violating a temporary restraining order that’s in place concerning absentee ballot envelopes. The news comes on the heels of the partisan August 13 primary, just as clerks are preparing to mail out ballots.

On Monday, June 24, lawyers representing a Wisconsin voter named Thomas Oldenburg filed a motion accusing WEC of being in contempt of court.

For context, a Marinette County judge granted a temporary restraining order last month against WEC, saying that the state election commission must not require clerks to use newly-designed absentee ballot envelopes until the judge makes a final ruling. According to state law, these ballot envelopes were designed in a manner that violates existing Wisconsin election laws.

According to Wisconsin law, an absentee voter requesting a ballot via email must submit a signed ballot application inside of his or her ballot envelope in order for it to be counted. However, WEC attempted to roll out a new ballot envelope that requires voters to certify the envelopes themselves are the applications, which lawyers argue violates existing state election laws since an envelope can’t replace a legally-required application form.

Despite the judge’s order, WEC held a public meeting on June 10, 2024 where the commission openly discussed plans to disregard the TRO. The meeting can be viewed here via WisconsinEye.

“I think as an agency we should be proud of this envelope and encourage all of our clerks to please continue to use it because it’s really a terrific envelope,” said Commissioner Ann Jacobs.

WEC counsel Jim Witecha also said, “The form is not required for mandatory use and kind of recommend they proceed as they see fit. We do not believe that at this time it should impact the voters or the clerks if they continue to use it.”

11 Ancient Canoes at Lake Mendota Reveal Wisconsin’s Early Civilizations

Archaeologists from the Wisconsin Historical Society have unearthed up to 11 ancient canoes at the bottom of Lake Mendota in Madison, Wisconsin, offering new insights into the region’s early civilizations. Among these remarkable finds is a dugout canoe estimated to be approximately 4,500-years-old, making it the oldest canoe ever discovered in the Great Lakes region. This discovery not only sets a new record but also deepens our understanding of the technological and cultural practices of the ancient peoples who once inhabited the area.

The Journey to Discovery

The journey to this significant discovery began in 2021 when a dive team excavated a 1,200-year-old canoe from Lake Mendota, Madison’s largest lake. Nearly a year later, divers successfully retrieved a second wooden boat estimated to be 3,000-years-old. At the time, this canoe was considered the oldest of its kind ever found in the Great Lakes region. However, this record was shattered with the recent unearthing of an even older elm canoe, dating back to around 2,500 BC, shown in the top image.

Wisconsin Public Radio (WPR) notes how in total, the archaeologists have discovered as many as 11 ancient canoes in a section of Lake Mendota, including the two excavated in 2021 and 2022. The canoes range in age from 800 to 4,500-years-old, representing different periods and potentially multiple generations of canoe builders.

Dr. Amy Rosebrough, State Archaeologist for the Wisconsin Historical Society explains of the remarkable set of findings on the Wisconsin Historical Society website:

“What we thought at first was an isolated discovery in Lake Mendota has evolved into a significant archaeological site with much to tell us about the people who lived and thrived in this area over thousands of years and also provides new evidence for major environmental shifts over time.”

Wisconsin elementary school teacher, 24, busted for ‘making out’ with 5th-grader — three months before wedding

A 24-year-old Wisconsin elementary school teacher was arrested Wednesday for allegedly “making out” with her fifth-grade student — less than three months before her wedding.

Madison Bergmann’s alleged abuse of the 11-year-old boy came to light when the student’s mother overheard her son talking to the teacher on the phone, CBS News Minnesota reported.

The victim’s parents allegedly found texts between the pair, and the boy’s father then stormed into River Crest Elementary School with printouts of the conversations.

The deranged text chain included messages from Bergmann allegedly discussing multiple encounters inside the classroom during lunch or after school.

She is also accused of telling the child how much she enjoyed him touching her and “making out,” the charging documents state.

Wisconsin Bird Group Teaches Fourth Graders All About The ‘Gender Fluid’ Wild Kingdom

Well, everybody’s heard about the bird. The bird is, after all, the word. In this post-apocalyptic “diversity, equity, and inclusion” age, the gay bird, the trans bird, the bi-bird, is the word. Or bi-bi birdie, if you prefer.

The Southern Wisconsin Bird Alliance, formerly known as Madison Audubon, offers “LGBTQIAP+ in Nature,” a class exploring the diverse range of sexuality and so-called gender fluidity in the animal kingdom. To fourth-graders.

“We know that there is a beautifully wide range of ways that humans identify, and scientists have learned that there are many examples of plants and animals that are LGBTQIAP+ in nature, too!,” the alliance declares on its website. You can come out now, lavender. Your secret’s out. And ferns, the lesbians of plants, you’re not fooling anyone.

“We created a lesson on this topic last year and recently shared with one of our fifth grade groups. It provided a great opportunity to build inclusive community within the classroom and led to thoughtful questions and discussion from the kids,” the environmental group gushes.

Just in case you’re scoring along at home, the ever-expanding alphabet of depravity in human beings is now being foisted on unsuspecting flora and fauna.

Kids can learn all about fish “that change sex (sometimes repeatedly)” — without the help of child-mutilating doctors. They can catch up with “bisexual bonobos” (real swingers, those monkeys), or “gender fluid” hummingbirds.

The lesson is open to grades four through eight, “with options for adjusting for elementary students through high school.” Do they save the pansexual pandas for the upperclassmen?
