J6 Political Prisoner Dan Wilson Forced to Self-Surrender By Activist TDS Judge

Almost two weeks after The Gateway Pundit published our story on January 6er Dan Wilson, he has had to self-surrender under the duress of DC District Judge Dabney Friedrich’s court order. Wilson was pardoned on January 20th by President Trump, and now his neck is under the boot of a radical activist judge. She is disobeying a direct order by THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and acting like a spoiled brat bully who hits her little sister because she wants to play with her toy, so her sister doesn’t have any fun either.

It is unbelievable that these unhinged individuals like Judge Friedrich are presiding over our federal courts. She has gone above and beyond her hatred for President Trump by doubling down on her bias towards a January 6th defendant, whose case she presided over. Dan WIlson should be a free man today. The government has recognized that the case against him falls under the scope of the Presidential Pardon.

Wilson has been fighting a case that is directly related to the January 6th-inspired FBI raid on his home. He was arrested after the FBI finished searching the residence, although he was not arrested for his attendance on January 6th.

Wait, what? Yes, the warrant was for J6, but he was arrested for another reason and NOT J6 (at the time). His arrest was for having guns at his home in Kentucky. Over 30 years ago, as a very young man, Wilson became a felon and served his time in prison. According to the law, he should not have had the guns in his home. Some may debate that constitutionally; he can have guns. However, in this case, for right now, it is a debate for another time because the law recognized by the people who lock you up is not debatable, but how they found these guns at his home is.

FAA Admits It Missed Dangerous Patterns Leading Up To DC Plane Crash, Vows Fixes

The head of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) told Congress on Thursday that the agency “[has] to do better” in identifying safety threats following January’s deadly midair collision over Washington, D.C., that claimed 67 lives.

During a hearing before the aviation subcommittee of the Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation, FAA Acting Administrator Chris Rocheleau stated that an artificial intelligence-led review of airports with similar helicopter-airplane congestion is expected to be completed within a couple of weeks.

“We have to identify trends, we have to get smarter about how we use data, and when we put corrective actions in place, we must execute them,” Rocheleau said during the hearing.

The Jan. 29 collision between an Army helicopter and an American Airlines jetliner over the Potomac River left no survivors, marking the nation’s deadliest plane crash since November 2001. Of the 67 deaths, 64 were passengers and crew on the jetliner, and three were the crew of the Black Hawk helicopter.

Trump White House Says Marijuana Decriminalization ‘Opened The Door To Disorder’ In Washington, D.C.

President Donald Trump’s White House says the move to decriminalize marijuana in Washington, D.C. is an example of a “failed” policy that “opened the door to disorder.”

In a fact sheet about an executive order that Trump signed on Friday—which is broadly aimed at beautifying the District and making it more safe—the White House listed several local policies in the nation’s capital that it takes issue with, including cannabis reform. That’s despite the president’s previously stated support for a states’ rights approach to marijuana laws.

“D.C.’s failed policies opened the door to disorder—and criminals noticed,” it says, citing “marijuana decriminalization,” as well as the District’s decision to end pre-trial detentions and enforcement practices around rioters, as examples of such policies.

The executive order itself doesn’t mention marijuana specifically. But it says the directive will involve “deploying a more robust Federal law enforcement presence and coordinating with local law enforcement to facilitate the deployment of a more robust local law enforcement presence as appropriate in areas in or about” D.C., and that includes addressing “drug possession, sale, and use.”

With respect to the fact sheet circulated by the White House, cannabis possession and personal cultivation is legalized in D.C. under a voter-approved ballot initiative, though commercial sales of non-medical marijuana remain illegal (a policy referred to by some as “decriminalization”).

Because of a long-standing congressional rider that’s been annually renewed since that vote, the District hasn’t been able to use local funds to implement a system of regulated recreational cannabis sales, so officials have taken steps to expand the city’s existing medical marijuana program as a workaround.

Trump Vows To Probe Ashli Babbitt Homicide, Consider Comp Fund For Pardoned J6ers

President Trump on Tuesday vowed that he would bring new scrutiny to the Department of Justice’s handling of the killing of Ashli Babbitt by a Capitol police officer during the Jan 6, 2021 riot, and to explore the possibility of a compensation fund for the 1,500 Capitol riot defendants he pardoned.

Trump’s promises came in a Roosevelt Room interview with Newsmax’s Greg Kelly. When Kelly asked Trump about the DOJ continuing to mount a defense against a $30 million wrongful death claim filed by Babbitt’s husband, Trump said he wasn’t aware of it but would look into the matter:

“Well, I’ll look into that. I mean, you’re just telling me that for the first time, I haven’t heard that. I’m a big fan of Ashli Babbitt. And Ashli Babbitt was a really good person who was a big MAGA fan, Trump fan. And she was innocently standing there; they even say trying to sort of hold back the crowd. And a man did something to her that was unthinkable when he shot her. And I think it’s a disgrace. I’m going to look into that. I did not know that.”

Babbitt was shot and killed by US Capitol Police (USCP) Lieutenant Michael Byrd as she attempted to climb through a broken window that was part of an interior doorway close to the House chamber. Though the unarmed, 5’2″, 115-pound Babbitt posed no imminent threat of inflicting death or serious injury as she awkwardly navigated the narrow space — with a furniture barricade still ahead of her —  Boyd opted against using any type of nonlethal force, and instead shot her from an ambush position, killing her with a bullet that perforated her trachea and lung.

Well, Well, Well: We May Be Getting Closer to the Truth About the J6 Pipe Bomber

By all rights, Kamala Harris’s storyline for Jan. 6, 2021, should have been that she narrowly escaped being assassinated by a bomb timed to detonate at the Democratic National Committee headquarters when the newly elected vice president was inside. But she never mentioned it. In fact, the pipe bomber case and the FBI’s handling of it turned into vapor right after they tracked down the bomber’s cell phone. None of this makes sense.

Maybe things will make sense soon.

FBI Chief Kash Patel has been sending the documents that the Senate and House Judiciary Committees have been seeking for years. Julie Kelly reports that some of the documents turned over involve the January 6 pipe bomber.

The mysteries of Jan. 6, 2021, are legion. Law enforcement, the feds, and an untold number of their assets were in the crowd inside and out. Munitions were blasted at people protesting outside the Capitol Building, not because they were rioting — they weren’t — but to rile them up.

Intelligence specialists I’ve spoken with say the riot of January 6 was obviously an intentional operation. The Metropolitan Police Department of D.C. was seen on video encouraging protesters to get inside of the Capitol Building (and it’s charging Judicial Watch $1.5 million to get its hands on any more of the videos).

But the pipe bomber story is one of the biggest mysteries of January 6. The FBI originally released grainy video of an individual sitting on a bench in the dark and supposedly planting the pipe bomb the night before outside the DNC. The individual’s eyes have been blurred to subvert facial recognition software.

That person was seen talking on a cell phone. Yet the FBI swore that the same cell phone technology used to track down hundreds, if not thousands, of people in Washington, D.C. around January 6 was now corrupted for this specific bomber on the night of January 5. That’s as interesting as the Secret Service text messages going missing at that time.

Good Riddance! Crews Erasing Black Lives Matter Street Mural Near White House

Workers started removing the massive “Black Lives Matter” painting in the middle of a street just a block away from the White House on Monday.

Last week, Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) introduced legislation demanding Washington, D.C. either paint over the BLM street or lose federal funding and that “Black Lives Matter Plaza” be renamed Liberty Plaza.

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser posted to 𝕏 last week, announcing the mural would be removed to avoid being “distracted by meaningless congressional interference.”

“The mural inspired millions of people and helped our city through a painful period, but now we can’t afford to be distracted by meaningless congressional interference. The devastating impacts of the federal job cuts must be our number one concern,” she wrote.

Secret Service Team Shoots Armed Man During Confrontation Outside The White House

A gunman was shot outside the White House on Saturday night.

The Daily Mail reported that the individual, who was from Indiana, was walking around the streets with a firearm after parking his vehicle on 17th and G Streets. The incident reportedly took place just after midnight.

Thankfully, President Trump was in Mar-A-Lago at the time where he is spending his weekend. He is expected to leave at 5 p.. ET and return to the White House.

Secret Service agents revealed the man appeared to be suicidal. Once he started waving around his weapon, he triggered a confrontation with the Secret Service.

The gunman was transported to the hospital with injuries. There is no word yet on his current condition.

No Secret Service agents were harmed in the incident.

Several Statements in Ray Epps First In-Person FBI Recording From March 2021 Calls Into Question Key Issues From Epps’ Testimony

The Gateway Pundit had obtained, exclusively, a recording of the first-known interview of James “Ray” Epps after the protest at the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021.

The Gateway Pundit’s Alicia Powe has previously reported on some of the discoveries from this recording in a three-part series on The Gateway Pundit (part 1part 2 and part 3).

The interview was conducted at the office of John Blischak, Epps’ attorney, on March 3, 2021 by Agents Alexander Simms and Rob Kalinowski (sp?).  It was a voluntary interview that followed his January 8th phone call to the FBI regarding his placement on the “Most Wanted” list at #16.

“We Need More People”

The first major discrepancy in Epps’ testimony is something The Gateway Pundit published exclusively after receiving a statement from Ryan Samsel’s co-defendant, James Grant once he was clear of the Department of Justice’s wrath.

Epps, during his interview with the FBI, said that he told Samsel, “That’s not why we’re here…don’t be doing that.”  Grant, and Samsel (following the J6 pardons), confirmed that Epps said “We need more people.”  In fact, it is evident on the YouTube video from that day.

Ironically, according to the New York Times, Ryan Samsel told the FBI in January 2021 that when Epps whispered in his ear shortly before pushing the barricades, “his entire words were ‘Relax, the cops are just doing their job.‘”

The New York Times wrote that they obtained a recording of this interview, however, they did not publish the recording and when asked to review it, they did not respond.

Samsel did acknowledge that he had an informal interview with the FBI on January 30th, 2021, in which they provided him with coffee and a fresh can of Copenhagen Mint, his chew of choice.

During that interview, according to Samsel, the FBI was trying to convince him to confess that Epps was the “voice of reason.”  When Samsel asked what charges he was facing, the agents responded that it was up to him, but he could possibly face conspiracy to murder an officer.

He then immediately requested an attorney, at which time things began to turn.  The Copenhagen-gifting FBI agents became more typical of what we are accustomed to regarding treatment of J6ers.

Elon Musk Drops Truth Bomb on Washington’s Corrupt Money Machine: “This is Really Going to Get Me Assassinated”

Elon Musk just dropped a bombshell on the Joe Rogan Experience, confirming what many Americans have long suspected—Washington, D.C. is a cesspool of corruption, and the Democrats are the primary beneficiaries.

“I think maybe three-quarters of the graft is Democratic. I think there’s maybe 20–25% that’s Republican,” Musk revealed, exposing how the system is rigged for political elites.

“Most of the graft is going to the Democrats, but they throw some bones to the Republicans too, so then they’re in on it.”

In a shocking but unsurprising exchange, Musk and Rogan discussed the absurd wealth accumulation of members of Congress, who are somehow able to transform their modest $170,000-a-year salaries into multimillion-dollar fortunes.

Musk didn’t hold back, stating, “It’s literally impossible” for these politicians to legally amass such wealth.

The conversation inevitably turned to one of the most notorious examples of Washington corruption: former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and his husband Paul Pelosi.

It can be recalled that Paul Pelosi dumped over $500,000 worth of Visa stock just weeks before the Department of Justice slapped the financial giant with an antitrust lawsuit.

Following the lawsuit’s announcement, Visa’s stock price plummeted by 5.5%, leading to speculation about the timing of Pelosi’s stock sale.

Former President Donald Trump has publicly called for Nancy Pelosi to face prosecution over the transaction, suggesting that the sale was not coincidental.

“Nancy Pelosi sold vast amounts of Visa stock one day before the big lawsuit that we all read about a few days ago,” Trump said. “She should be prosecuted… Nancy Pelosi should be prosecuted for that.”

This incident is not isolated. The Pelosis have a history of fortuitously timed trades that have consistently outperformed the market, leading to widespread speculation about the use of nonpublic information for personal gain.

For instance, in 2023, their investment portfolio reportedly achieved a 65% return, significantly surpassing the S&P 500’s 24% gain.

Moreover, in 2022, Paul Pelosi purchased over $1 million in Nvidia call options just weeks before a congressional vote on substantial subsidies to the chip manufacturing industry, raising further eyebrows about potential conflicts of interest.

In the same year, Paul Pelosi dumped 20,000 shares of Google stock in December—a month before the Department of Justice and Merrick Garland filed their antitrust lawsuit.

Nancy Pelosi has consistently denied any wrongdoing, asserting that she does not own any stocks and has no involvement in her husband’s financial transactions.

Gun Owners Take DC Magazine Restrictions To Supreme Court

Gun owners in the nation’s capital are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down the District of Columbia’s ban on magazines with more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

The petition in Hanson v. District of Columbia was docketed, or officially accepted for filing, by the court on Feb. 28. The respondent, the District of Columbia, was directed to file a response by March 31.

The district enacted the Firearms Registration Amendment Act of 2008 after the Supreme Court invalidated the city’s sweeping restrictions on gun ownership in District of Columbia v. Heller (2008). In Heller, the nation’s highest court determined that individuals have a right to possess firearms for lawful purposes, including self-defense at home.

The statute made it a felony-level offense to have a magazine that could hold more than 10 rounds. A violation can result in a prison term of three years and a fine of $12,500. District officials say the law is needed to protect the public.

Lead petitioner Andrew Hanson and co-petitioners Tyler Yzaguirre, Nathan Chaney, and Eric Klun, who all have concealed carry pistol licenses in the District of Columbia, possessed magazines holding more than 10 rounds outside D.C. and said they would use their magazines for lawful purposes in the district if the 10-round limit did not apply.

Hanson argues in the petition that the district’s magazine cap is unconstitutional according to a test the Supreme Court articulated in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen (2022), which recognized a right to bear arms in public for self-defense.

Weeks after Bruen was decided, the petitioners sued the District of Columbia, asking for a declaration from a federal district court that the magazine cap ran afoul of the Second and Fifth Amendments.

U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras issued an April 2023 decision that denied Hanson’s request to block the law on constitutional grounds. Contreras found that the local law adheres to the U.S. Constitution.

The judge found that the District’s ammo limitation, which was aimed at promoting public safety, was justified. The ban constituted “an attempt to mitigate the carnage of mass shootings in this country.”
