Deep State In “Fight To The Death” To Defend Voter Fraud

Journalist Alex Newman is an expert on the so-called Deep State.  He is the author of the longtime popular book “Deep State” and, most recently, “Deep State 2.0.” 

The Deep State is not a conspiracy theory.  It is a conspiracy fact. 

This year, the Deep State will be going to war with the Trump Administration to hold onto the voter fraud that has won them elections for many years.  Without voter fraud, Deep State Democrats lose and lose big in the midterms.  They are fighting every way they can to keep the cheating going.  

The Trump Administration is threatening fines and jail time if the Dems in Blue States “Refuse to Cooperate to Secure Elections.”  It is so bad that Harvard PhD and political expert Dr. Jerome Corsi says President Trump must “Stop Voter Fraud or Lose the Republic.”  The fight is going to get much more intense and violent before the midterm elections in November.

Hakeem Jeffries Responds to New Jersey Registering Thousands of Noncitizens by Accusing Republicans of Voter Suppression

House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) responded to the so-called glitch in New Jersey’s MVD voter registration system that illegally signed thousands of noncitizens up to vote by accusing Republicans of voter suppression on Sunday. 

During an appearance on CNN’s State of the Union, Jeffries somehow claimed that Republicans are using the issue for voter suppression as if stopping illegal voters is suppression. Perhaps this would suppress the Democrat vote, which relies heavily on cheating.

Host Dana Bash confronted Jeffries with the damning fact that “New Jersey just disclosed that 6,660 noncitizens were mistakenly registered to vote there from 2023 to 2024.” New Jersey admits that at least 400 noncitizens voted, but Bash was sure to mention, “It is a small number compared to the 7 million voters in New Jersey, and there’s no evidence that that swayed any election.”

“Democrats have repeatedly said that noncitizen voting doesn’t happen. It happened. Is this a problem?” she asked.

“I think that I continue to have confidence in state and local authorities in making sure that there’s going to be a free and fair election in November, and if modest or minor challenges emerge, such as the one that was disclosed voluntarily by the authorities in New Jersey, that it is immediately corrected, and that’s what I expect will continue to happen,” Jeffries responded before going on an unhinged tirade, claiming that the Republicans are engaging in voter suppression by trying to prevent the so-called “modest or minor challenges” before they happen.

“Unfortunately, what we’ve seen from Donald Trump is that in this particular case, Republicans have adopted voter suppression as an electoral strategy,” Jeffries said before attacking Trump’s agenda.

SHOCKING: 75,000 Noncitizens Summoned for Jury Duty in New Jersey Every Year as State’s Voter-Roll Scandal Explodes

Approximately 75,000 noncitizens are summoned for jury duty in the Garden State every year, according to newly disclosed figures from the New Jersey judiciary.

The revelation comes as state officials are already scrambling to explain how thousands of self-identified noncitizens were improperly added to New Jersey’s voter rolls and how hundreds reportedly cast ballots.

You cannot make this up.

The New Jersey Globe reported that New Jersey processes more than one million jury summonses annually using records randomly selected from three state agencies: the Division of Elections, the Division of Taxation, and the Motor Vehicle Commission.

Pete McAleer, a spokesman for the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts, said roughly 20% of respondents report that they fail to meet at least one statutory eligibility requirement.

Approximately one-quarter of those disqualifications, an average of roughly 75,000 people annually over the past three years, were because the recipient was not a United States citizen.

Under New Jersey law, only American citizens are eligible to serve on juries.

Software vendor disputes NJ governor’s ‘glitch’ claim, says state approves foreigners on voter roll

ust hours after New Jersey Democratic Gov. Mikie Sherril blamed a software glitch for thousands of non-citizens being registered to vote, the software company involved issued a statement disputing the claim.

IDEMIA, the software vendor for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, issued a statement saying it was the responsibility of the state government, which is completely controlled by Democrats, to verify eligibility to vote.

“IDEMIA works with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, and has for more than 40 years, to support the process through which eligible individuals may indicate their interest in registering to vote when applying for or renewing a driver’s license or state-issued identification card. IDEMIA’s role is to transmit information through the motor vehicle system,” IDEMIA said in a statement to Just the News. 

“The voter registration information is transmitted to the New Jersey Department of State, Division of Elections, which is ultimately responsible for verifying eligibility to vote. Information submitted by IDEMIA must still be validated and adjudicated by the Division of Elections.”

Sherrill blamed the software company on Tuesday, Just the News reported, saying the glitch allowed 6,660 non-citizens to register to vote. She also said that as many as 400 of those non-citizens has in fact voted in a recent election, though she claimed those who voted “were registered as Democrats, Republicans and Unaffiliated voters and were scattered across the state.” It is unclear for which candidate the non-citizens voted.

“These individuals answered ‘no’ when asked on a keypad whether they were a U.S. citizen when applying for drivers’ licenses and identification cards, but through no fault of their own, the system registered them anyway,” Sherrill said.

Sherrill also said the error occurred under the previous administration of Gov. Phil Murphy, also a Democrat.

Over 148,000 Mail Ballots Rejected In California’s Primary Election, Data Show

Election data that was provided by California state officials for last month’s primary elections show that more than 148,000 mail-in ballots were rejected, an uptick of more than 40,000 from the 2024 primary.

All in all, 148,241 were rejected in the state’s June 2 primary election, according to data released by the California Secretary of State’s office, which manages elections. The figure represents 1.73 percent of all mail-in ballots.

According to the data released earlier this month, more than 93,000 mail-in ballots were rejected by officials because they arrived too late. Another 8,300 were rejected because there was no voter signature on the ballot, and nearly 44,000 were rejected due to a non-matching signature.

Meanwhile, some 580 weren’t used because no photo ID was provided, more than 740 were rejected because the voter had already voted, around 640 were rejected because the ballot was missing from the envelope, and roughly 450 were flagged as having multiple ballots in each envelope, the election figures show.

The data provided by the office did not list the rejected ballots by party registration.

The rejection rates varied by county, with Tulare County having the highest rate at 3.52 percent. Alpine and Merced counties saw 3.36 percent rejection rates, according to the data. The lowest was reported in Placer County, with a 0.93 percent rejection rate.

Los Angeles County, the county with the highest population and most voters, reported a 1.34 percent rejection rate, while San Diego County saw a 1.37 percent rate, the figures show.

The 2026 primary rejection figures are up from the 2024 primary, when 108,982 mail ballots were tossed, representing a 1.56 percent increase, according to the California Secretary of State’s office.

Kim Alexander, the head of the California Voter Foundation, told media outlets this week that ballot rejections during the primary election last month were largely due to them being mailed too late.

“Ballots rejected due to lateness are caused primarily to being postmarked too late to count, not because they arrived too late to count,” Alexander told The Associated Press.

Following last month’s primary, President Donald Trump criticized California’s election system. At one point, he questioned results showing Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt falling to third place behind two Democrats.

“Not possible for Spencer Pratt to have lost the L.A. runoffs after the big lead he had,” Trump wrote on social media at the time. “Rigged Elections!”

California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s office has sought to counter claims made by Trump that elections are being mismanaged in the state, including a post issued on X last week.

“California law is clear: You MUST be a U.S. citizen to vote state and federal elections,” the post said. “Voter fraud is EXTREMELY RARE – and almost always committed by U.S. citizens.”

Newsom added that the Trump administration has “provided NO evidence to support” recent claims of non-citizens being registered to vote in California. It came as Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin said on July 17 that around 250,000 non-citizens were registered in New Jersey, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and California.

The Trump administration has sought to tighten rules around mail-in ballots, issuing an executive order that would create a voter list regarding who could get a mail-in ballot during elections that was blocked by a judge in late June. Trump has long said, especially in the lead-up to and after the 2020 election, that voting by mail leads to fraud and irregularities.

On Thursday, Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-Wis.) and Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers called on the U.S. Postal Service to address delays in the state in April.

“Hundreds of absentee ballots received by the Postal Service before Wisconsin’s Spring Election were delivered after Election Day, preventing them from being counted,” the two Democrats wrote to U.S. Postmaster General David Steiner.

The California Secretary of State’s office did not respond to a request for comment on Friday.

CNN Host Admits He Was Wrong to Claim Illegal Immigrant Voting Never Happens, Following Discovery of Voter Fraud in New Jersey

Michael Smerconish of CNN, who is billed as a conservative commentator, said that he was wrong to dismiss the idea of illegal immigrants voting during a recent conversation with journalist Mark Halperin.

Their discussion was focused on the discovery of thousands of illegal immigrants who were registered to vote in the state of New Jersey.

It’s amazing that the New Jersey story broke just a few days after Trump gave a national address about election integrity in which he alleged that this exact thing is happening in multiple states.

FOX News reports:

CNN and SiriusXM host Michael Smerconish acknowledged Wednesday on “The Michael Smerconish Program” that he could no longer claim noncitizen voting never occurred after New Jersey disclosed that a software error improperly registered roughly 6,600 noncitizens and fewer than 400 cast ballots.

“I can’t say that any longer,” Smerconish said. “I don’t know how often it does happen, but I can’t say any longer, ‘This never happens.’”

Smerconish said he had previously reached the opposite conclusion after discussing a January New York Times analysis titled “Initial Review Finds No Widespread Illegal Voting by Migrants, Puncturing a Trump Claim.” The analysis found no evidence of widespread fraud but noted that noncitizens sometimes appeared on voter rolls…

Political analyst Mark Halperin agreed that the disclosure undercut categorical claims about noncitizen voting while cautioning that more information was needed before conclusions could be reached about its scale.

“Based on what we now know, the thing that Democrats said doesn’t happen happened,” Halperin said. “And it’s not right to take the word of the Democratic governor of New Jersey about what actually happened.”

Michigan City Council Member With Violent Past Charged With Election Fraud

Flint, Michigan, City Council Member Leon El-Alamin, seems to believe honesty is the best policy. 

“I deal with a lot of different types of people. I’m always me regardless of who they are. Whether it’s the governor or mayor, I’m still going to be honest and tell you the truth of what’s going on, and the things that you can do to help,” El-Alamin said in a profile produced by Muslims for American Progress (MAP) Project. 

But the community activist and face of Democrat Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s sweeping criminal record expungement program finds himself allegedly at odds with the truth, once again in trouble with the law — this time facing election fraud charges amid his re-election campaign. That may be the least of the former drug dealer’s problems in a swing state notorious for election integrity issues. 

‘Political Distraction’

El-Alamin is free on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond after his arraignment earlier this month, according to mlive.com. He was expected to appear in court for his preliminary hearing on Thursday. If convicted of the charges against him, Flint’s 1st Ward councilman could be sentenced to a maximum five years in prison, and he’d lose his place on the November ballot. 

El-Alamin, 45, stands accused of lying on his affidavit in April 2025, claiming he resided within Flint’s city limits to qualify for the council seat. He did not, Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton told ABC 12 in Flint. Instead, El-Alamin was residing in nearby Mt. Morris Township, residents and others told police. A tenant at the Flint address listed on the councilman’s affidavit also told investigators that El-Alamin did not live there, but that he was the landlord of the property.

MI COUNTY CLERK DROPS BOMBSHELL: 1,062 NON-Citizens Found in Jury Pool List – 40 Are Registered to Vote In ONE County!

Macomb County Clerk Anthony G. Forlini is once again exposing a serious and ongoing problem in Michigan’s election system under Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

From January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, Forlini’s office identified more than 1,000 prospective jurors who self-reported that they are not U.S. citizens. Of those individuals, 40 were found registered to vote in Macomb County’s Qualified Voter File.

Five of them even have a voting history.

The Clerk’s Office referred these findings to the Michigan Bureau of Elections on January 13, April 28, and July 10, 2026.

In January 2026, The Gateway Pundit reported that Forlini had identified 239 non-citizens in the jury pool over just four months. Of those, 14 had been registered to vote at some point, and several appeared to have voting histories — including one who voted multiple times.

“It is unconscionable that this problem continues,” Forlini said. “To provide greater transparency, our office posts a running tally of these findings on our website so the public can stay informed and lawmakers can better understand the scope of the issue as they consider reforms.”

Under Michigan law, only U.S. citizens are eligible to vote or serve on a jury. Yet non-citizens continue to receive jury summonses because the jury pool is generated from the Secretary of State’s driver’s license database, which includes non-citizens.

UNHINGED: Far-Left Democrat Mikie Sherrill Smears Trump as Worse Than Vladimir Putin After State Registered 6,600 Noncitizens to Vote and Hundreds Cast Ballots

In a staggering display of far-left gaslighting and total lack of accountability, New Jersey Democrat Governor Mikie Sherrill is facing intense heat after serious voter roll irregularities, including thousands of non-citizens improperly registered to vote, came to light in the Garden State.

Instead of taking responsibility for the catastrophic failure inside her state’s government, Sherrill did what Democrats always do when caught flat-footed: she lashed out at President Donald Trump and even dragged Russian President Vladimir Putin.

You cannot make this up.

“We moved very quickly because the people of New Jersey obviously deserve accountability and transparency,” Sherrill told reporters during her press conference on the new legislation cracking down on surveillance pricing.

“We’re running an independent investigation right now to get to the bottom of exactly how this happened and what’s going on.”

Sherrill then pivoted immediately to attacking the Trump administration for demanding answers about the noncitizens who were placed on her state’s voter rolls.

“But, you know, it is not a surprise to me that the federal government—the Trump administration—wants to immediately weaponize this against people, as opposed to focusing on making sure that we’re running free and fair elections,” she said.

It’s Not Just a New Jersey Scandal – SIX States Were Previously Caught Including THOUSANDS of Non-Citizens on the Voter Rolls

On Tuesday, New Jersey Democratic Governor Mikie Sherrill took to X to confess that she had learned of a “serious software error” in the state’s Motor Vehicle System that allowed thousands of foreign nationals to register to vote between June 2023 and June 2024.

This “coincidentally” occurred right in the midst of the 2024 election campaign. Sherill, of course, tried to assure that the impact was ‘minor.’

President Trump later highlighted the massive number of illegal voters across the country in a renewed push for Republicans to pass the SAVE America Act.

35,152 non-citizens were registered to vote in New Jersey not the 6,600 people that the New Jersey governor announced in her initial tweet.

The Department of Homeland Security recently said that “preliminary reviews” of voter records in California, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania found the following.

  • 190,832 non-citizens registered to vote in California.
  • 35,152 non-citizens registered to vote in New Jersey.
  • 15,903 non-citizens registered to vote in Nevada.
  • 14,576 non-citizens registered to vote in Pennsylvania.

Obviously, this is a widespread problem but as reported earlier, it is not a surprise and is almost expected.

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Wednesday, New Jersey is one of many States that DO NOT use the free Federal SAVE system to check for illegal aliens in their voter registrations or existing voter rolls.
