“The Democrats Have To Cheat To Win”: Voter Fraud Is Legion In America

The next big battle in elections is the 2026 Midterms in November. Dr. Jerome Corsi has a Harvard PhD in political science. He has written more than 30 books with many of them becoming best-sellers.

Dr. Corsi says the Democrats have been stealing elections nationwide for years.  This November, the Dems will try again, but team Trump is trying to stop the biggest ever voter and election fraud that robs the voice and will of “We the People.” 

Dr. Corsi contends:

“I think this is probably one of the biggest stories in America.  The vote cheating by Democrats is legion.  I mean it’s rampant.  You’ve got 29 states that refuse to turn over to the Department of Justice (DOJ) their state voter registration data bases because they know they are packed with people that don’t exist, illegal immigrants and dead people.  These voter rolls are a disgrace.”

Assistant DOJ AG Harmeet Dhillon recently found 350,000 dead people and 25,000 foreign citizens on the voter rolls in the states that complied with the DOJ request.  These were red states.  So, what are the odds the amount of dead, non-existent and illegals go way up in the blue state voter rolls?

How is the cheating done with inaccurate and fraudulent voter rolls?  Dr. Corsi explains, “The voter rolls have algorithms in them that we have shown allow the creation of all these records that are false records…”

”  The records can be hidden in the data base and pulled out and used in mail-in ballot schemes.  That’s what’s been happening, and it just happened in Virginia.  The ballot was being taken on the redistricting, and when you watch it very carefully, the vote against redistricting was leading.  Then, there were two bumps.  Those bumps were the registration of mail-in ballots, and the vote favoring redistricting are ahead, and they stay ahead.  Well, that’s not accidental.  That is the voting of false records, and this is a pattern in order to cheat on the election, on the side of the Democrats’ favor.”

Dr. Corsi goes on to say, “They can go into the computer, and they vote the non-citizen and the non-existing voters…”

”  They suddenly ask for mail-in ballots, which are not mailed anywhere.  They are printed and tabulated, and since the number of the non-existing voters matches the number of the ballots, it’s counted.  The trick is to create voters that don’t exist, voters that shouldn’t be on the rolls and give them legitimate state ID’s and vote them through the machine and get away with it as cheating.  This is done in virtually every state in the country. . .. Study after study has been done that show these techniques are used and done.”

It does not look like the “Save America” voting legislation is going to get past the Democrats and RINOs in Congress.  This means it will all come down to the President’s executive powers to stop voter and election fraud.  This will be a huge violent fight because Dr. Corsi says:

Harmeet Dhillon on DOJ Suing Multiple States and DC Over Access to Voter Rolls: “We Have Found at Least 350,000 Dead People Currently On the Voter Rolls” 

US Assistant AG for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon was on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to discuss the DOJ suing 29 states and DC over access to voter rolls.

Bartiromo and Dhillon also discussed the Russia Collusion Hoax and why it appears that no one is ever held accountable for it.

“Our audience knows exactly what happened with the Russia Collusion story. No one has been held accountable. Why not?” Bartiromo asked.

“I heard Kash’s remarks. I agree with them. And you know, your folks need to understand that when we start these investigations, it takes time. We have to interview a lot of witnesses. We don’t want to do what the other side did, which is just jump to conclusions. And so we are building strong cases,” Dhillon said.

“Some of the judges out there, particularly judges appointed more recently, have been, you know, doing their own form of lawfare by simply denying the Trump administration’s valid cases in court,” Dhillon continued.

“I can assure you that you know, the whole Department of Justice is very committed to this, and acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is continuing the work started under the Attorney General Pam Bondi,” Dhillon explained.

“If the Republicans lose seats in the House, will these investigations get derailed?” Bartiromo asked.

Trump 2020 Election Lawyer John Eastman Disbarred in California For Challenging Democrat Fraud

President Trump’s 2020 election lawyer John Eastman was officially disbarred in Californian on Wednesday.

The California Supreme Court affirmed that Eastman was disbarred after a two-year battle with the state bar.

CBS News reported:

John Eastman, Chapman Law School’s former dean, lost his law license after he allegedly helped President Trump try to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

“After extensive proceedings before the State Bar Court’s Hearing and Review Departments, both of which found Mr. Eastman culpable of serious ethical violations, the Court has imposed the discipline warranted by the clear and convincing evidence that he advanced false claims about the 2020 presidential election to mislead courts, public officials, and the American public,” said State Bar Chief Trial Counsel George Cardona.

The California Supreme Court affirmed Eastman’s disbarment two years after the State Bar found him culpable of 10 disciplinary charges, claiming he engaged in misconduct by allegedly helping Trump try to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

Eastman was disbarred in April 2024 after a judge ruled he should have his law license stripped for challenging the 2020 election.

John Eastman previously asked a California judge to pause the disbarment ruling, citing massive legal fees.

Eastman faced disbarment in California for ‘undermining democracy’ by trying to ‘overturn the presidential election.’

Pennsylvania Sec. Al Schmidt Uncovers Hundreds of Non-Citizens on Voter Rolls in Addition to Another 11,000 Previously Flagged

Pennsylvania Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt (R) has confirmed that hundreds of non-citizens were found registered to vote, and in some cases casting ballots, in the Keystone State.

The revelation comes on top of a much larger pool of 11,198 voters who were previously flagged for eligibility concerns, triggering renewed scrutiny over how such discrepancies were allowed to persist in a critical swing state.

According to Spotlight PA, Schmidt’s own investigation as former Philadelphia City Commissioner uncovered a disastrous PennDOT motor-voter glitch that let 168 non-citizens in Philly register through the automatic system (required by federal law but botched beyond belief), plus another 52 registered by other shady means. These non-citizens didn’t just sit on the rolls, they cast a total of 227 votes across multiple elections!

And that’s just Philadelphia. Statewide, back in 2018, officials sent confirmation letters to 11,198 voters flagged as potential non-citizens after matching driver’s license data with immigration records.

Some were removed, but the state still admits they don’t have an exact count of how many illegals slipped through. This scandal traces back to the mid-1990s, meaning generations of non-citizens have been diluting the votes of real American citizens in the Keystone State!

Despite this, Schmidt has stopped short of embracing what many Americans see as very real and growing threats—particularly when it comes to noncitizen voting. Instead, he continues to emphasize a so-called “balance” between election security and voter access.

“I’ve always heard my whole life, even though I grew up in Western Pennsylvania, about concerns about voter fraud and voting irregularities in Philadelphia elections,” Schmidt told Votebeat and Spotlight PA in a recent interview. “So I wanted to be able to sort out fact from fiction.”

California Supreme Court Orders Sheriff Bianco to Pause His Massive Election Fraud Investigation and Preserve 650,000 Ballots He Seized

The California Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered Sheriff Chad Bianco to pause his massive election fraud investigation and preserve the 650,000 ballots he seized.

Last month, a state appellate court rejected California Democrat Attorney General Rob Bonta’s emergency writ to halt Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco’s bombshell investigation into 45,000 extra votes mysteriously counted in the November 2025 special election.

Chad Bianco, a Republican currently running for California governor as a Republican, moved to seize approximately 650,000 ballots and initiate a recount after a citizens’ group reported significant discrepancies, according to CalMatters.

Bianco revealed that a team of 10 investigators had already begun counting ballots before being ordered to halt their work, as part of an ongoing election investigation, The Sun reported.

According to Bianco, the team’s initial progress suggested that counting the approximately 611,000 ballots would take about five days to complete. However, the effort was paused before a full review could be conducted.

Earlier this week Bianco paused his investigation because of the onslaught of legal issues.

California Attorney General Bonta slammed Sheriff Bianco and celebrated the State Supreme Court’s order.

O’Keefe Media Group: California Identity Scam: Petition Fraudsters Log Into Online Database to Get Real Voter Names for Forged Signatures

The O’Keefe Media on Tuesday released part III of its cash-for-ballots investigation into voter fraud in California.

In part III, undercover journalists discovered that the petition fraudsters are logging into an online database to get real voter names for the forged signatures.

Sigvalid.com was identified as the online database.

Per OMG:

In Part III of the cash-for-ballots investigation, petition fraudsters on Skid Row in Los Angeles were caught on hidden camera logging into an online database accessing registered voter names and addresses. These identities were then given to homeless individuals and used to sign in the name of on election petitions.

Our undercover footage shows these signatures completed under false identities, followed by cash payments.

We tracked the names used in the footage and went door-to-door to verify the individuals whose names appeared in the footage. Residents confirmed the addresses were accurate, but denied ever signing any petitions.

Actual voters are angry and demanding authorities take action.

“That’s my address… but that wasn’t me,” one of the voters said.

O’Keefe and Higby then went door-to-door to the real addresses on those lists, only to find longtime residents confirming the named voters hadn’t lived there in years, yet election mail was still being delivered to ghosts.

Minnesota Election Judge PLEADS GUILTY to Letting Unregistered Voters Cast Ballots in 2024 Election

In another devastating blow to the Democrats’ endless claims that there’s no election fraud, a Minnesota election judge has now pleaded guilty to a felony for deliberately allowing unregistered voters to cast ballots on Election Day.

Timothy Michael Scouton, 65, of Nevis, Minnesota, the head election judge in rural Badoura Township, Hubbard County, admitted in court on Monday that he allowed 11 unregistered individuals to vote without meeting the most basic legal requirements.

Scouton was responsible for ensuring that all voting procedures complied with Minnesota law.

Instead, prosecutors say he accepted ballots from voters who had not completed legally required registration forms, a fundamental safeguard in the election process.

The Gateway Pundit reported in 2024 that the investigation was initiated after Hubbard County Auditor Kay Rave discovered discrepancies in the election materials returned by Scouton.

Among the ballots and documents was a glaring omission: no completed voter registration forms for the 11 individuals who had reportedly cast ballots, according to KSTP.com.

According to court filings, Scouton underwent both basic election judge training and head judge training earlier this year.

On November 7, Rave alerted authorities after discovering that the required registration documentation for the 11 individuals was missing.

Scouton was then arrested and charged with two felonies for this outrageous scheme.

Scouton ultimately admitted in court this week that he allowed the votes to be cast without proper registration, acknowledging that his actions violated the law.

As part of a plea agreement:

  • Scouton pleaded guilty to one felony count of allowing unregistered voting
  • A second charge of neglect of duty will be dismissed
  • He now faces up to 5–10 years in prison and fines up to $10,000, depending on sentencing outcomes

His sentencing is scheduled for May 18, and he has already been barred from serving as an election judge in the future.

California AG Rob Bonta Rushes to Court to Stop Sheriff Bianco’s Ballot Count in Riverside

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco criticized California Attorney General Rob Bonta after the state filed an emergency writ seeking to halt the counting of ballots tied to a local investigation into the November 2025 special election.

Bianco, who is running for governor, said the move comes as his office investigates what he described as a discrepancy between the number of ballots cast and the number of votes reported in Riverside County.

“Hello California Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco and your next governor. Well, well, well, the political corruption in California just gets bigger and bigger. Our embarrassment to law enforcement. Attorney General Rob Bonta just filed an emergency writ with the court of appeals to stop ballots from being counted in Riverside County,” Bianco said.

According to Bianco, the investigation centers on an alleged difference of approximately 45,000 votes.

“For those not aware, we are conducting an investigation into an alleged and potential 45,000 extra votes counted than the number of ballots cast in the November 2025 special election,” he said.

Bianco said the review is focused solely on reconciling totals, not analyzing how votes were cast.

“So we are all clear, this isn’t about counting yes and no votes. This is simply counting the total ballots and comparing that total with the number of votes reported by the Dominion machines, plain and simple common sense,” he said.

Democrats’ Fraud-Friendly Election Rules Destroy Public Trust

When Donald Trump was elected for his first term in 2016, a large majority of Democrats believed the election was rigged. When Joe Biden was elected in 2020, a large majority of Republicans believed the election was rigged. America is the world’s showcase democracy. Why can’t we have elections people can trust? I’m usually critical of both parties, but when it comes to election integrity, the Democrats are 100 percent of the problem.

Why are the Democrats to blame? The answer becomes obvious by asking a few simple questions. Why do Democrats oppose updated voter registration lists? Why do Democrats fight for laws that enable vote harvesting — sending activists out with stacks of ballots to be filled out with their assistance by people in housing projects, nursing homes, and targeted neighborhoods? Why do Democrats oppose in-person voting requirements and insist that unrequested ballots be mailed to all registered voters? Why do Democrats want ballots to be accepted after Election Day? Why do Democrats oppose voter ID and citizenship requirements?

The answers to these questions are revealing. On the voter registration lists of many states, as many as 10 percent to 20 percent of names listed represent people who have died or moved. It’s easy to put a few people in a room in key voting precincts and have them identify registered voters who are not going to vote — at least for themselves. It’s easy to imagine how ballots could be completed in their names, then bundled and dropped in an unsupervised drop box.

Another easy way to cheat is vote harvesting, in which the harvester completes a quantity of ballots and takes them to unlikely voters for their signatures — or forges their signatures. No wonder Democrats oppose signature verification.

In-person voting with ID requirements makes it very hard to cheat. Such guardrails prevent local party bosses from determining how many votes are needed and then delivering ballots to a drop box hours or even days after an election. Democrats oppose both.

Call me partisan, but you have to be blind not to see what’s going on here. Democrats need to cheat to win, and since most of the swing states are controlled by Democrats, often with the help of Democrat judges, it has been virtually impossible to create elections people can trust. Democrats respond to efforts to create honest elections with cries of racism and voter suppression. Proposals such as the SAVE Act in Congress would solve many of these problems, but almost all Democrats oppose it, and Republicans in the Senate have yet to show the courage to pass it.

The lack of election integrity in America is compounded by the lack of integrity in political service. This begins at the federal level with confusion about who our congressmen, senators, and presidents are supposed to serve. Every member of congress and president takes an oath to defend the Constitution. The Constitution is a directive from “We the People of the United States.” Federal officials, including our military, are in office to serve the people of the United States — not the people of their congressional district, states, noncitizens, special interests, or other countries. An oath to defend the Constitution is an oath to serve all the citizens of the United States.

Most congressmen and senators act like their job is to take money from the federal treasury back home to their states and congressional districts; get money and contracts for businesses in their states; or get money for special interests and designated constituent groups. They put thousands of earmarks in legislation that sends billions of dollars back to local projects in their states, claiming the Constitution gives Congress the authorization to spend federal tax dollars on anything they want. They recently even changed the name of “earmarks” to “Community Project Funding,” as if Congress is authorized to fund community projects. Nowhere in the Constitution is Congress given the authority to fund local community projects such as museums and buildings named after congressmen and senators.

For decades, congressmen and senators have been serving themselves and special interests instead of the “general welfare” of the nation. That’s why America is hopelessly in debt with no plans to reduce spending.
