New study shows violent video games do not make teens more aggressive

A pair of researchers with the University of Oxford and Cardiff University has conducted a study aimed at determining whether playing violent games cause young people to become more aggressive. In their paper published in the journal Royal Society Open Science, Andrew Przybylski and Netta Weinstein describe their study that involved surveying approximately 1,000 teens and their parents in Great Britain and what they learned from them.

As video games have become more life-like and violent, people are questioning whether teenagers playing such games might become more aggressive. Some studies have been conducted, but thus far, but results to date are inconclusive. The researchers with this new effort suggest past efforts to study the impact of video games on teams excluded a critical factor—the opinions of the parents. To overcome that problem, the researchers surveyed approximately 1000 14- and 15-year-old adolescents of both genders and their parents.

The teens were asked questions surrounding video game play, such as how much they played, what kinds of games were involved, and the ratings of the games. They were also asked if they thought games made them more aggressive, particularly immediately after playing. The parents were asked similar questions regarding video game play by their child and perceived aggressive tendencies.

Stats Show Almost One in Two Young Somali Men in Oslo Commit Violent Crime

Official statistics out of Norway reveal that almost one in two young Somali men aged between 15-24 living in Oslo have been charged with a violent crime.

According to figures from the Norwegian Central Statistics Office, 483 ethnic Somali men in that age bracket have been prosecuted for violent crimes.

That compares with 32 out of 1,000 ethnic Norwegians who have been charged with assault.

As we previously highlighted, a 2019 study out of Norway found that children of migrants commit more crimes than their parents.

According to the data, Norwegian born men aged 15-35 with a Somali family background were 4.6 times more likely to have committed a violent crime.

Men in the same age group with Iraqi backgrounds were 4 times more likely to have committed a violent crime, while the same pattern is observed in Moroccan Norwegians (3.2), Turkish Norwegians (2.8), and Pakistani Norwegians (2.4).

Chronic problems caused by mass migration have again been in focus over the last week as Elon Musk takes Keir Starmer’s Labour government to task over its refusal to approve a new inquiry into Muslim grooming gangs.

Rep Nancy Mace accosted at US Capitol by Chicago trans activist, suspect in custody

On Tuesday, South Carolina Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace was accosted on the grounds of the US Capitol. The suspect was taken into custody. Mace said the person was a male trans activist. Mace has made controversy in recent weeks by insisting that women’s bathrooms on Capitol Hill be for women only. After her advocacy, House Speaker Mike Johnson made that an official rule.

“This attack shows how far the Left will go to silence women in our fight against the trans takeover,” Mace told The Post Millennial. “We’ll push harder, move faster, and stand stronger. Let me be clear: I won’t be silenced—not now, not ever.”

After the attack, she was seen wearing a brace.

Deadly Weapon — The Mental Health Industry’s Lethal Treatments

Spencer Pearson, a former high school football star, was handed a life sentence last week for his 2023 violent and vicious stabbing attack of then 17-year-old Madison Schemitz in Ponte Vedra, Fla. It’s reported that Pearson “trembled and bowed his head in court” as the judge passed sentence.

Yes, as one would expect when one’s life is on the line, Pearson was contrite. And it’s important to note that Pearson’s attorney tried, unsuccessfully, to use the attackers “varied mental illnesses” as a mitigating defense. Of course, anyone would argue that someone who committed such a brutal attack must be suffering from mental illness. But is it that easy? Or is it possible that something else is at play?

For example, lots of young teenage boys’ experience getting dumped by girlfriends and don’t stalk them and then violently, repeatedly stab the former girlfriend, her mother and a stranger who stepped in to try and stop the rampage.

No. Something else is at play here and, based on other brutal attacks carried out by seemingly normal unassuming teenage boys, one cannot help but admit this attack has the odor of a life of mental health intervention.

Of course, it’s difficult to know for sure, but there are clues. According to one article in the Jacksonville Florida Times-Union “while in the third grade, a teacher made his parents aware that he suffered from anxiety.”

Did his parents act on that information and get their son mental health help to deal with his anxiety? Like so many other young boys, was third-grader Pearson “treated” with psychiatric mind-altering drugs at that time? That information has not been made public.

Viral video reveals Israeli hooligans attacked Dutch police while instigating Amsterdam unrest

Footage by a teenage YouTuber shows Tel Aviv Maccabi hooligans attacking Dutch police while pelting private homes with stones and hunting victims with metal pipes. The video offers the clearest evidence yet Israeli ultras provoked the violence which gripped the city.

A November 8 video report by a 16-year-old who publishes YouTube reports under the moniker “Bender” provided extensive on-the-ground footage of a mob of armed Tel Aviv Maccabi ultras hunting victims, throwing metal poles at police vehicles, threatening journalists, and even being detained after attacking undercover police officers. 

While Western corporate media, US President Joe Biden and the Dutch government have faithfully echoed the Israeli propaganda narrative that the Maccabi ultras were innocent victims of an antisemitic “pogrom,” no mainstream media outlet has reported to date that the Israeli football hooligans attacked police vehicles and undercover officers, in addition to their assaults on Muslim taxi drivers and other Dutch citizens.

In a statement to The Grayzone, Amsterdam police spokesperson Eline Roovers refused to discuss the documented attacks by Israeli thugs on Dutch police officers and vehicles. “We cannot comment on ongoing investigations, which means we are not able to answer questions related to this now,” Roovers stated, referring us instead to a press conference by Police Chief Peter Holla.

In his statement to the press, Holla acknowledged that “a [Palestinian] flag was taken down by Maccabi supporters,” who also “vandalized a cab.” On Amsterdam’s Dam Square, he said, “a Palestinian flag was set on fire.” 

The Dutch police said 5 people were hospitalized during the Nov. 7 mayhem, and 30 suffered more minor injuries. 

Effectively confirming the Israeli hooligans as the source of the violence in Amsterdam, Holla stated, “peace [returned]” only after Maccabi supporters were “accompanied by the police back to their hotels with the use of buses.”

However, the police chief’s comments evinced heavy political bias in favor of the very element that instigated the violence: “I can imagine that Israelis feel unsafe,” he said. “As mentioned before, their well-being is our top priority.”

On October 18, 2024, Law Enforcement Today had the following headline, which passed by almost unnoticed: “DoD secretly reauthorizes bill that would allow military intervention domestically…and adds ability to use deadly force.”

The reissue of Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 5240.01 was quietly put into effect on September 27, 2024, six weeks before our presidential election. It is a formalized license to kill.

 Why? Because the Democrat party has determined that civil unrest is bad after condoning the 2020 “mostly peaceful” riots that consumed much of our nation in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death. It provides protection for the military to kill under clear cover of authority. Imagine the outcry if this had occurred under Donald Trump. This directive was not necessary.

President Trump argued for the use of National Guard or military assistance during this period of civil unrest as local law enforcement was unable to control the rioting mobs, although he was talked out of using an authority that presidents have used regularly over the last one hundred years:

Violent Leftist Arrested For Beating Trump Supporter in Grocery Store, Breaking His Teeth Over ‘Trump 2024’ Hat

This is what happens when Trump supporters are labeled “garbage,” “Nazis,” and “Fascists” by Democrat leaders and their media stenographers.

A violent leftist was arrested for beating a Trump supporter at a Bath, New York, grocery store on Friday.

60-year-old Robert Yott was arrested on Friday after he became aggressive and confronted a Trump supporter wearing a ‘Trump 2024’ hat at Tops Friendly Markets.

According to police, Yott repeatedly punched the Trump supporter in the face and broke his teeth.

A Bath man is facing charges after he allegedly attacked a stranger in a grocery store for wearing a Trump hat.

Robert Yott, 60, was arrested following an incident at Tops Friendly Markets on West Morris Street in Bath on Nov. 1. According to the Village of Bath Police Department, Yott became aggressive and started a confrontation with a stranger shortly before 10 a.m. on Friday because the stranger was wearing a Trump 2024 hat.

Police say Yott punched the victim in the mouth and head multiple times. The victim’s teeth broke, and their mouth became bloody because of the attack, which appeared to be a random act of violence. Yott and the victim had never met before the attack.

Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton have referred to Trump supporters as “Nazis” and “garbage” over the past week.

Karoline Leavitt Absolutely Destroys ABC Propagandist for Defending Democrats’ Hypocrisy on Political Violence

The Trump campaign’s National Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, made waves in a blistering takedown of mainstream media’s double standards.

Leavitt appeared on ABC to address former President Donald Trump’s comments about Liz Cheney, which the media falsely spun as advocating her execution.

Leavitt quickly dispelled the narrative, calling out Democrats’ hypocrisy and the media’s blatant attempts to twist Trump’s words.

ABC’s Elizabeth Schulze began the segment by suggesting Trump’s comments were “inciting violence” against Cheney.

Leavitt expertly dismantled Schulze, pointing out that Trump’s comments were a valid critique of Cheney’s hawkish foreign policy stances and her willingness to send American soldiers to war while she herself has never served.

First of all, President Trump is saying the truth, and he is 100% right about Liz Cheney and so many others who have made up the Washington DC establishment class for so many years. They are so quick to take action that starts foreign conflict and wars, sending America’s sons and daughters into overseas conflicts where many American soldiers have lost their lives when they themselves have never served in combat.

This is an issue that both Democrats and Republicans, by the way, have taken with the Washington DC establishment class for so many years. That’s all President Trump was expressing on that stage last night. It’s shameful that we woke up today to so many misleading headlines from the mainstream media, saying that President Trump was suggesting Liz Cheney should be executed. That is utterly absurd. What he was suggesting is that Liz Cheney should maybe understand the severe consequences of war before she tries to send more Americans overseas to fight in them.

When Schulze pushed the narrative that Trump’s words could lead to violence, Leavitt flipped the script, exposing the left’s hypocrisy.

Unhinged Transgender Activist Caught on Camera Throwing Tomato Juice on Conservative Students at UC Berkeley

An unhinged transgender activist was caught on camera throwing tomato juice on conservative students with Turning Point USA during a tabling event at UC Berkeley.

The table was being manned by parental rights advocate Harrison Tinsley and former “trans kid” Chloe Cole, who has since detransitioned and become a fierce advocate against child sex changes.

Cole posted images of the activist on X and wrote, “You still can’t change your gender, and you can’t expect me to believe someone like this is mature enough to make life-changing decisions.”

According to Cole, the activist “drenched a chapter member and his MacBook.”

She later added, “The perpetrator was detained. I will do my best to press charges.”

“They Were Talking About Trump, Which Got Her Upset” – Police Report Identifies Transgender Attacker of Kari Lake’s Daughter as Rebecca Kimpel – Kimpel Charged With Assault

The Gateway Pundit has obtained a copy of the Arizona State University Police report detailing assault charges against Rebecca Kimpel, a transgender student who dumped his entire drink on Kari Lake’s daughter while she was registering voters at Arizona State University.

The police report identifies the attacker as a female, but an Instagram account that links to Rebecca Kimpel’s YouTube page shows a video of the suspect, and he’s clearly a dude.

The Gateway Pundit reported on the incident last week during Turning Point Action’s “Greek Voter Registration” event. Lake’s daughter, Ruby Halperin, was left soaked along with her papers for registering voters.
