CDC Ordered To Disclose Crucial Information From COVID-19 Vaccine Surveillance System

The top U.S. public health agency must disclose information provided by people who experienced problems following COVID-19 vaccination, a federal court has ruled.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is being ordered to produce 7.8 million free-text entries from V-safe, one of its vaccine surveillance systems.

Data from the system released under court order in 2022 showed that 25 percent of V-safe participants missed school, work, or other normal activities due to post-vaccination issues, and nearly 8 percent of participants reported seeking medical attention, such as hospitalization after receiving a shot. That data, from boxes checked by users, came through an order in a case that started as a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

But the CDC resisted releasing the free-text entries, arguing that many of them include information that should remain private.

“CDC determined that many of these responses contain personally identifiable information, the disclosure of which would publicly link participants to highly sensitive health information,” government lawyers representing the agency said in one brief. “And because it would take tens of thousands of workhours to manually review and redact millions of free-text responses, CDC determined that segregating the non-exempt information within these responses would be unreasonably burdensome and was therefore beyond its FOIA obligations.”

The CDC said it would take one worker 59 years to complete the work if it were ordered.

The government’s arguments were rejected by U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, an appointee of former President Donald Trump, in response to a fresh lawsuit.

“While the burden to produce the requested free-text responses may be heavy, this court does not find that it is unreasonable,” he said in the new ruling.

The CDC can go through the records and redact personally identifiable information as allowed by FOIA but must do the work and produce the records with the redactions, he added later. Evidence produced in the case indicates that about 93 percent of the records will require no redactions.

The materials will be important for people who experienced problems following vaccination, the judge said.

“Production of the free-text data will permit independent researchers to put the government agencies to their proof by considering all of the available data,” he said. He noted that CDC studies on v-safe data only covered data from the first week or two after vaccination but that the surveys collected data for up to one year after receipt of a shot.

Study: 70% of deaths linked to Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in Japan were reported within 10 days of vaccination

A peer-reviewed Japanese study published in the journal Cureus has revealed that around 70 percent of people who died in Japan after receiving the Pfizer’s Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine passed away within the first 10 days after vaccination.

In the study, researchers examined the link between Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination and deaths within 10 days of vaccination. The research team defined the risk period as within 10 days of vaccination, with vaccination day being Day 1, and the control period defined as 11 to 180 days following vaccination.

The analysis was divided into two groups: Group 1 included volunteers aged 65 and above and Group 2 included people aged 64 and younger.

The scientists reported that there were 1,311 deaths in Group 1, which was made up of 662 adult men and 649 adult women. In Group 2, they identified 247 deaths, 155 males and 92 females.

Findings revealed that the percentage of reported cases that experienced death within 10 days after COVID-19 vaccination was “71 percent in Group 1 and 70 percent in Group 2.” In Group 1, more women than men died overall due to different medical conditions in the first 10 days of vaccination. After 10 days, there were more deaths reported among the males.

Many of the post-vaccine deaths occurred on day one, followed by the third and fourth days. (Related: COVID-19 vaccine data administrator reveals deaths related to bad batch of Pfizer shots.)

Autopsies were performed in just eight of the 239 unexplained death cases. Aside from these unknown deaths, the biggest causes of mortality in the over 65s were ischemic heart disease with 119 deaths, heart failure with 92 deaths and aspiration pneumonia or asphyxia with 72 deaths.

In Group 2, over twice the number of men died than women from different medical conditions within the first 10 days of vaccination. Overall deaths after the initial 10 days were only a little higher among the men. The highest number of post-vaccination deaths was recorded on the third day, followed by the fourth, second and fifth days.

Only nine of the 51 reported “unexplained deaths” had autopsies. After unexplained deaths, the biggest causes of death in Group 2 were ischemic heart disease with 27 deaths, cardiac arrhythmias with 24, subarachnoid hemorrhage with 20 and myocarditis or pericarditis with 17 deaths.

Findings also revealed that there was a significant difference in male and female deaths due to myocarditis or pericarditis during the “risk period,” with eight men dying compared to one woman. Additionally, heart failure resulted in the deaths of nine men compared to two women.

Researchers reported that some of the myocarditis or pericarditis cases “may be included within the unexplained deaths category,” adding that myocarditis is a complication of vaccination, especially in young adults and adolescent males.

One contributing factor for higher deaths of men during the first 10 days is believed to be the high number of myocarditis or pericarditis deaths including undiagnosed cases.

Fauci FINALLY confesses to Covid failures – admitting lab leak is credible, praising Trump on China and revealing he told schools to impose vaccine mandates

Dr Anthony Fauci admitted that the lab leak Covid origin theory was credible as he shed more light on the chaotic decision-making process behind the scenes of America’s pandemic response.

During his second day of marathon grilling by Congress, the former White House advisor confessed that the lab leak – the idea Covid was engineered and accidentally released from a lab in Wuhan – was ‘not a conspiracy theory’.

The U-turn is significant because he was the chief architect of a 2020 paper that discounted the theory. Fauci’s friends and former colleagues also spearheaded a paper in the Lancet that called believers conspiracy theorists and racists.

Fauci, 81, sat before the House coronavirus subcommittee for a second seven-hour stretch of questioning on Tuesday about the pandemic response that he oversaw and its myriad flaws.

The infectious disease expert said that data did not support recommendations to keep six feet of distance from another person and that vaccine mandates he personally advised likely increased vaccine hesitancy.

The Covid vaccine gave me side effects that ruined my life, but Facebook keeps censoring me from telling my friends about what happened

A woman who says she suffered chronic health complications after taking the AstraZeneca vaccine claims to have been censored from sharing her story on Facebook.

Caroline Pover, 52, received the jab in March 2021 and within nine hours, experienced convulsions, shivering, breathing difficulties and low blood pressure.

Ms Pover, of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, says she was hospitalised when her condition escalated to ‘stroke-like’ symptoms, in addition to exhaustion, breathing difficulties, a racing heart and migraines.

Her story was shared in a national newspaper in March last year as she and 800 other victims struggled to claim the Government’s Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS).

But after sharing the link on her Facebook feed at the start of this year, Ms Pover says the website put a warning notice on her account.

Ms Pover, herself a freelance journalist and entrepreneur, said: ‘My posts about what was happening to me started having FB “notes” appearing underneath them about vaccination.

‘A group page I was an admin on was shut down completely by Facebook in the summer of 2021.

‘When I posted the Daily Express article, which did an excellent job of not discussing anything pro or anti… I received a warning and the post was hidden.

‘It’s a ridiculous situation for vaccine-injured people, who have a right to information.

‘If this was an online support group relating to cancer or another type of serious condition, we’d be outraged at the thought of it being censored and we’d be very sensitive to people having to navigate a very complicated health situation.’

Death rate after Covid vaccines is much higher than flu shots, says Sen. Johnson

“Using the midpoint assumption that 70% of distributed flu vaccines were administered, the 25.5 deaths per million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine represents a 55 fold increase over the flu vaccine deaths per million doses. This is a shocking difference and only adds to the growing evidence of safety signals that are screaming to be taken seriously.”Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin)

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) has sent a letter to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra, FDA Commissioner Robert Califf, and CDC Director Mandy Cohen regarding concerning information on the safety of the Covid-19 vaccines. According to an analysis conducted by the senator’s office, Covid vaccines are far deadlier than flu shots.

Johnson also questioned the health agency officials on their awareness of a recently released study that researchers claimed raises additional safety concerns about Covid-19 vaccines relating to the production of “off-target” or incorrect proteins.

And Johnson reiterated his previous requests for the agencies to produce data on the safety of the Covid-19 vaccines.

“When it comes to responding to my data requests on the adverse events associated with the Covid-19 vaccines, your arrogant lack of transparency has been unprecedented, irresponsible, and completely unacceptable. Over the course of the last 32 months, I have raised questions, sent formal requests, and conducted oversight on the safety and efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccines,” wrote Johnson. “Instead of addressing my legitimate questions and requests for information, you and other public health officials continue to promote the Covid-19 vaccines as safe and effective and often use the number of vaccine doses administered as support for that misleading claim.”

Republicans investigate resignations of 2 FDA scientists after hasty launch of Covid boosters

The head of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Washington); Subcommittee on Health Chair Brett Guthrie (R-Kentucky); and Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Chair Morgan Griffith (R-VA), are looking into the resignations of two reputable FDA scientists. The scientists resigned in 2021 after hasty approval of Covid vaccine boosters.

The retirements of Dr. Marion Gruber, director of the Office of Vaccines Research and Review at FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), and Dr. Philip Krause, deputy director of the office, were announced in late summer of 2021 by the agency. No mention was made about why Gruber and Krause were leaving the agency.

However, multiple news reports circulated that doctors Gruber and Krause were frustrated with the Biden administration’s plans to move forward with recommending COVID-19 booster shots without the scientists’ prior approval. In other reports, sources told Politico that the two officials were at odds with the FDA’s top vaccine official, Peter Marks, and were discontented over the roles of the CDC and its Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices in decisions that they believed should be handled by the FDA.

On behalf of the Health and Oversight Subcommittee Republicans, the members of Congress sent a letter to FDA commissioner Robert Califf, addressing their concerns.

Study Finds COVID Vaccination Independently Associated With Long COVID Syndrome

People who receive two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine may be more likely to develop long-COVID, a new study finds.

In the study published in PLOS One, researchers examined data from 487 and 371 individuals at four weeks and six months post-SARS-CoV-2 infection, respectively, to estimate the incidence, characteristics, and predictors of long COVID among patients. Long COVID symptoms were reported by 29.2 percent of participants four weeks following infection. This number dropped to 9.4 percent at six months, indicating symptoms may diminish over time.

Researchers found that the greater the severity of infection a patient had, the more likely they were to experience long COVID. The incidence of long COVID at four weeks of follow-up in those who experienced mild/moderate disease was 23.4 percent compared with 62.5 percent in those with severe cases.

At six months, the incidence of long COVID was considerably lower. For those with mild/moderate infection, only 7.2 percent reported symptoms compared with 23.1 percent in those with severe/critical cases. The most commonly reported symptom was fatigue. Other symptoms included cough, cognitive dysfunction or brain fog, and loss of taste and smell.

During the four-week follow-up, patients were more likely to experience long COVID if they had preexisting medical conditions, a higher number of symptoms during the acute phase of COVID-19 illness, if their infection was more severe or resulted in hospitalization, or if they had received two COVID-19 vaccine doses.

Although previous vaccination was associated with long COVID, the authors could not find “any interaction effect of COVID-19 vaccination and acute COVID-19 severity on causing Long COVID.”

Supreme Court Wipes Out Three Rulings Rejecting Federal COVID Vaccine Mandate

The U.S. Supreme Court vacated the rulings in three lower court cases that had challenged the Biden administration’s federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate for federal agency employees and military service personnel. The decision by the nation’s highest court to grant the Biden administration’s request to set aside the previous judicial rulings rejecting a federal COVID vaccine mandate erases the legal precedent set by the lower courts.

The Appellate courts were split in their decisions about the COVID vaccine mandate with those challenging the federal vaccine mandate succeeding in some cases and the Biden administration prevailing in other cases.

The Supreme Court majority instructed the lower court to dismiss the cases as moot after the vaccine mandates were rescinded. By wiping out the historical record, the Supreme Court has ensured that any legal challenges to future vaccine mandates will be cases of first impression without precedent.1 2

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna’s husband quit the U.S. military over its COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Now the couple are suing the government for lost salary and out-of-pocket medical costs

In September 2021, an Air Force technical sergeant named Andrew Gamberzky requested a religious exemption, due to his Christian beliefs, from the military’s then-mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy.

In his written request to the Oregon Air Force National Guard, Gamberzky decried the lack of “long-term research on the impacts and effects to human health and behavior” of the COVID-19 vaccine. (Decades of vaccine history and data from more than 1 billion people who have received COVID-19 vaccines suggests limited danger from the vaccines themselves although new research on the impacts of those with Long COVID have shown its at-times devastating health impacts.) He objected to the use of any “fetal material” in its research, development and the vaccines themselves. (While historic fetal cells from the 1970s and 80s were used in the production and development of COVID-19 vaccines, the vaccines themselves don’t contain fetal cells.) He also noted that, having been injured while on duty in Afghanistan and having been previously infected with the virus, he had antibodies to the virus and would be able to “continue to serve my country well.”

Gamberzky — who, at the time, was married to Anna Paulina Luna, a self-described Republican media personality who would go on to win a congressional race in 2022 to represent Florida’s 13th district, outside Tampa — quoted three verses of Scripture and ended the letter with the name and phone number of his pastor at his family’s church in Largo, Florida.

Gamberzky ultimately resigned although it is unclear if the military formally ruled on his request. In his complaint, Gamberzky was told “by members of his squadron not to bother” pursuing the request “as they were all getting denied.” He was one of roughly 17,000 service members who refused the vaccine. More than 2 million other service members, and nearly 350,000 Defense Department civilian employees, were vaccinated.

Now, Gamberzky and Luna, a member of the House Freedom Caucus and an ardent Trump supporter, are suing the Department of Defense, the Air Force, the National Guard and the Oregon Military Department in federal court, claiming the vaccine mandate violated both their constitutional First Amendment rights and religious freedoms. They are seeking damages for Gamberzky’s lost salary, medical expenses, retirement benefits and bonus pay, along with attorneys’ fees.

The complaint, filed in late November and amended this week, also cited Luna’s “then ongoing medical treatments” and the loss of healthcare coverage to them. It’s unclear from the complaint what specific medical treatments Luna paid for, and exactly how much, but the suit alleges “thousands of dollars” in out-of-pocket medical bills. She gave birth to her first child this August.

An explosive new study describing “unintended immune responses” from mRNA injections has dropped a tactical nuke on Pfizer

Pfizer must feel like it’s been one damned thing after another these days. In a year packed with horrible news for the jabs – not to mention poor jab recipients – yesterday saw a critical new discovery of jab problems, possibly the worst and most damning yet. How bad was it? It was so bad that, even though I almost never make predictions any more, I will predict this: The FDA will be forced to withdraw the mRNA covid shots because of this study.

I’m not even joking about that.

Our investigation begins with yesterday’s Telegraph article about a new study headlined: ‘One in four who had Moderna or Pfizer Covid jabs experienced unintended immune response’.

The explosive, new, peer-reviewed, gold-standard study is already making news even though it was only published yesterday, 6 December. And it published in the well-respected journal Nature, featuring the multisyllabic, incomprehensible title, ‘N1-methylpseudouridylation of mRNA causes +1 ribosomal frameshifting’.

This study has twenty authors. There is safety in numbers.

Don’t let the mind-numbing title fool you. If Kevin McKernan’s SV40 monkey virus discovery tossed a hand grenade into Pfizer’s machine-gun bunker, this carefully-written study dropped a tactical nuke on Pfizer’s Pacific Fleet anchoring at Hawaii. The study’s implications are vast.

Since the science is a little thick – no, it’s very thick – I’ll start by telling you the end first.

Here’s how The Telegraph’s article defensively described the study’s results. Keep in mind, they were down-playing the results, as much as they possibly could:

No adverse effects were created by the error, data show, but Cambridge scientists found such vaccines were not perfect and sometimes led to nonsense proteins being made instead of the desired Covid “spike”, which mimics infection and leads to antibody production (and) an immune system flare-up.

The new study, published in Nature, found this occurred in around 25-30 per cent of people.

Hahaha! The vaccines were “not perfect!!” Oh my gosh! Please, stop! Hahahaha! It hurts to laugh! Whew. Alright, I’m okay now. Onwards.
