2nd woman found dead inside a local firefighter’s home, 2 families want more answers

A 39-year-old woman was found dead in Frontenac Saturday in what investigators have called a sudden death.

Sarah Kathleen Sweeney was a local doctor. She was found inside a home belonging to a firefighter, a man who has connections to another story that First Alert 4 Investigates dug into two years ago.

In 2021, First Alert 4 Investigates exposed questions about Grace Holland’s death. She died from a single gunshot wound to the head. Creve Coeur police had ruled her death a suicide. But Grace’s family was—and still is—concerned by how the investigation was handled. In part, they say, because Grace’s fiancé is a captain in a neighboring fire department.

Now, Saturday, another death inside that same person’s home, this time on Conway in Frontenac.

Police told First Alert 4 Investigates that they were called at around 6:45 a.m. and found a 39-year-old female deceased inside. They’ve classified it as a sudden death only.

According to officials, there were no obvious signs of injury or struggle. The medical examiner’s office said they will need toxicology results and other investigation tools to determine the cause of death.

Grace’s family learned about it shortly afterward, raising many more questions.

An attorney for Grace Holland’s family, Javad Khazaeli, sent First Alert Four a statement saying: “We are saddened to learn of another death, especially of such a young person. We hope that the Frontenac Police do what the Creve Coeur Police and the County Medical Examiner didn’t do in the past and fully investigate this tragedy.”

First Alert 4 spoke with some of Sweeney’s family members, who said they were not aware of any life-threatening medical condition or any immediate reason for her sudden death. But they also said they had not spoken to her in two years, even though they said they had tried to raise their concerns about Grace’s death.

Inside secret tunnel built by ‘extremist Jewish students’ linking historic ‘cleansing bath’ to Brooklyn synagogue that was only discovered when homeowner heard ‘suspicious noises at night’

A new video shows the secret underground tunnel dug by a group of young Orthodox Jewish men that is at the core of a bizarre dispute with religious leaders.

The tunnel was discovered by rabbis in December, who were horrified that the young men had burrowed it from the Chabad Lubavitch synagogue in Crown Heights.

Initially, local site Crown Heights Info reported that it led all the way to a women’s mikvah at the end of the street – several houses away.

However the operators of that women’s mikvah say it does not, and instead connects the synagogue with an out-of-use historic men’s mikvah at 770 Eastern Parkway – the synagogue site.

The NYPD is yet to confirm exactly where the tunnel leads, what is being used for or what the young men have been charged with.

After learning about what the young men had done, the Chabad’s rabbis ordered it to be filled, but when construction workers showed up last night to complete the work the young men blocked their way, jumping into the tunnel and sparking a riot that was filmed and broadcast on social media.

In the end, 12 young men were arrested by the NYPD, who had to be called in. The site has been at the center of a dispute between the rabbis and ‘extremists’ who both stake claim to the property.

High-end sex ring in Boston and D.C. areas was ‘honeypot’ scheme by Russia, China, South Korea or even Israel – to ensnare US officials, intelligence experts believe

Intelligence experts are becoming increasingly convinced that six high end brothels in the suburbs of Boston and Washington, D.C. were set up by a foreign nation as an espionage ‘honeytrap’.

They believe the brothels – allegedly masterminded by a 41-year-old South Korean woman – targeted politicians, high ranking government officials and defense contractors.

But the mystery is which country was behind the scheme. RussiaChina, Korea itself, or even Israel are all seen as possibly being behind the scheme.

‘Having the Koreans out front could have been a false flag to give China or another country plausible deniability if the plot unraveled,’ a one-time CIA senior operations officer told DailyMail.com in an exclusive interview.

The brothels were raided in November and prosecutors said they were looking to charge 28 people in Massachusetts alone.

Pennsylvania residents left terrorized after finding notes about JFK, terror-riots, SS and Lord of the Rings inside SEALED packets of Lucky Charms, Lindt Chocolate and chai tea

Pennsylvania residents have been left terrorized by mysterious notes found inside sealed food packages that reference JFK, terror-riots, SS and Lord of the Rings.

The cryptic notes have been discovered in ordinary grocery items, including Lucky Charms, Lindt Chocolate and Chai tea, bought from multiple stores in Northeastern Pennsylvania and across the state.

Joe Miller, from Sugarloaf Township, couldn’t believe his eyes when he found a folded piece of paper containing secret society messages in a box of Lucky Charm’s S’mores cereal that he purchased last week.

‘It just bothers me. The note really – it’s the note that really bothers me. These notes are found inside food like kids’ food,’ Miller told WBRE.

He promptly reported the discovery to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and local news outlets.

More than a dozen people in the area have expressed concerns about the notes, with two area congressmen promising to investigate.

The notes contain a mash-up of words with references to current events and conspiracy theories.

In an interview with WBRE on Tuesday, Miller, who bought the cereal from a Luzerne County grocery story, said: ‘I opened up the box … I poured it out in my bowl and out came this paper that was all folded up just like this,’

‘Oh, I was devastated. I mean I didn’t even want to eat the cereal, although, I still have the box here.

‘Probably not going to eat it. I don’t know what’s inside the cereal or if this note laced with anything.’

Another resident from Montoursville, Pennsylvania, revealed she found a similar cryptic note in a sealed box of Chai tea.

‘It’s kind of disturbing that this could happen in sealed-up bags. Things like this it’s a little unnerving to me,’ Chris said.

Other residents also shared their experiences on social media.

One told WBRE on Facebook: ‘I found one several months ago and just last month in Lindt dark chocolate. They were purchased from different retailers. Tried to research but came up with nothing.’

What Was the Purpose of a Roman Dodecahedron?

One of the significant advantages any historian of ancient Rome has is a wealth of written material that has survived from 2,000 years ago to help explain to us what the remains of the Roman Empire mean.

For instance, we know how the towns of Pompeii and Herculaneum ended up buried under volcanic ash because Pliny the Younger wrote about Mount Vesuvius erupting in 79 AD and destroying the two settlements.

Likewise, we know that the giant concrete arches dot Italy and France today’s landscapes today because many Roman authors dedicated sections of their work to the discussion of the aqueducts.

Julius Sextus Frontinus, a Roman engineer, even wrote a book called On Aqueducts in the first century AD.

But occasionally, historians are stumped by something from Roman times because there is no obvious answer for what it is, and there is also no documentary material from the time that discusses it. Such is the case with the Roman dodecahedra.

Twins, 5, found dead in NYC apartment were foaming at the mouth and nose and had been sent home sick from school with ‘intense and strange symptoms’

The five-year-old twins found dead by their mother at their home in the Bronx this week were foaming at the mouth and nose and had been sent home sick from school after being ‘violently’ sick and displaying ‘strange symptoms’, the NYPD has revealed.

The siblings, a boy and a girl, were discovered by their mother on the floor of their home on Monday morning. They have not yet been named publicly.

Their deaths continue to mystify police, who say there is no sign of foul play. The apartment was well heated with ample food for the children.

In the weeks before his death, the boy exhibited cold symptoms for about two weeks, including a runny nose and vomiting.

His sister had an ear infection, was vomiting and acting irrationally, including biting and spitting.

Despite adequate heat in the apartment, both children were cold to touch when their mother found them dead on Monday.

The children’s father is a home health attendant who had urged his wife to take them to the emergency room.

She last saw them alive at 5am and planned to take them to the hospital when they woke up but found them lifeless at 11am.

The medical examiner’s office also told officials there is no evidence of strangulation, bruising or any other injuries on their bodies.

No drugs or such paraphernalia were found in the home.

Official lay dying unnoticed in DeSantis’ office for 24 minutes: law enforcement report

Peter Antonacci left a meeting with Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) on Sept. 23, 2022, and several moments later, he was dead mere steps from the room. No one noticed. It has been over a year, and the information about the incident is only now being revealed.

Florida Bulldog reported Sunday that the man DeSantis hired to head up his so-called “elections fraud unit” lay dead or dying in the governor’s office before anyone noticed. With security cameras turned to watch, for 24 minutes, Antonacci lay motionless on the ground.

At the time, authorities claimed “he died while at work in the Capitol building, of which the governor’s office is a part,” said the Bulldog.

The information is only coming to light now because the Florida Bulldog filed a public records request about the matter in February after being tipped off that Antonacci died in the governor’s office.

The report by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) continues: “At approximately 1:46 p.m., Mr. Antonacci is observed standing up and walking out of the conference room [redacted]. … “He steadies himself on the left wall. The hall [redacted] when he falls and appears to strike his head on the door on the [redacted] (sic). There appeared to be no foul play in the Room (sic) or hallway. At approximately 2:10:05pm, FDL Comm. [Mark] Glass appears to notice Antonacci down the hallway to his aid (sic).”

The 911 call from a staffer in the governor’s office reported that someone was doing CPR and they were searching for a defibrillator. She thought he had a heart attack.

“By the time a Capitol police officer arrived a minute or two later and hooked the pulseless Antonacci up to an automated external defibrillator (AED), the machine that can administer a life-saving electrical shock to victims of sudden cardiac arrest, assessed Antonacci and advised that ‘no shock’ was needed,” the site explains.

His doctor confirmed that Antonacci had heart disease and other cardiac issues, signing off on the cause of death being related to that condition.

The local news site also observed that the report went into detail about what Antonacci was wearing, but couldn’t identify all 11 people who were in the meeting at the time. FDLE chief of staff Shane Desguin noted that he knew there was an emergency because he heard the “thud” of Antonacci hitting on the floor and then, about 25 minutes later, heard Glass shouting for help. The law enforcement official did not investigate the “thud.”

The Bulldog spoke to a Florida medical examiner who called it unusual not to have an autopsy in such a case.

First photos reveal the COCAINE found in the White House: Images of the baggy in cubby hole that sparked White House investigation – and the culprit has still not been found

Photos of cocaine found in a phone locker in President Joe Biden‘s White House this summer can be revealed by DailyMail.com for the first time.

The Secret Service included images of the bag of white powder that was found in a cubby hole used to store personal belongings near the White House’s West Executive entrance in response to a Freedom of Information Act request.

Cocaine was found on Sunday, July 2 while the Biden family – including son Hunter – was spending the weekend away at Camp David ahead of the Fourth of July holiday.

The discovery prompted an evacuation of the West Wing and street closures surrounding the White House and then triggered an 11-day investigation once the substance was identified as the illicit drug.

Documents obtained by DailyMail.com also show the Deputy Director of the FBI was involved in the investigation, which clouded the Biden administration in scandal this summer.

The Secret Service closed the investgation in less than two weeks due to a ‘lack of evidence.’

The list of suspects had been narrowed down to 500, but security footage wasn’t able to determine the owner as cameras do not face the locker area.

It is unclear if any suspects were interviewed during the short investigation.

There also weren’t usable fingerprints or other DNA evidence on the ‘dime-sized’ zipper-lock bag that contained less than a gram of the drug.

It had been sent to the FBI’s lab at Quantico for this analysis, the documents show.

The Secret Service said the cocaine was sent for ‘destruction’ on July 14, a day after the probe wrapped up.

Initial reports about the incident said the cocaine was discovered in the White House library, then the West Wing lobby and then finally the cubbies by the West Executive entrance.

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s initial response to questions about whether the cocaine could belong to a Biden came in the form of pointing out that they weren’t home.
