Rep. Andy Biggs Files Bold Resolution to Remove Deep State Judge James Boasberg Without 2/3 Senate Vote

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) has filed a resolution to remove U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg for failing to uphold the Constitution’s “good behavior” clause—without requiring the traditional two-thirds Senate vote.

The resolution, submitted in the House of Representatives, alleges Judge Boasberg—currently Chief Judge of the powerful United States District Court for the District of Columbia—knowingly abused his position to interfere with the constitutional authority of President Donald Trump.

The resolution declares Judge Boasberg’s conduct a breach of constitutional order, particularly his unlawful meddling in President Trump’s lawful directive to deport members of Venezuela’s notorious Tren de Aragua gang under the Alien Enemies Act.

On March 15, 2025, Trump issued a proclamation invoking the 1798 law to expel these violent foreign operatives, citing threats to public safety and national security.

Instead of supporting the executive branch’s effort to secure the homeland, Boasberg allegedly stepped in to block the deportations—effectively undermining a sitting president’s constitutional authority to defend America from foreign enemies.

The article of removal also raises grave concerns about Boasberg’s prior conduct as a FISA court judge, suggesting that he misused his discretion and failed to disclose payments from outside sources. These actions, Biggs asserts, further prove Boasberg is unfit to serve on the bench.

“James E. Boasberg knowingly extended beyond the bounds of power of his office and unjustly interfered in the execution of foreign policy and national security for partisan purposes of halting the implementation of the President’s foreign policy and for political gain,” according to the resolution.

Furthermore, James E. Boasberg has failed to disclose payments received from non-federal source and abused his discretion during his term on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.”

Now, Rep. Biggs seeks to bypass the cumbersome impeachment process—typically requiring a two-thirds Senate vote—by invoking Congress’s inherent authority under Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution.

It’s a direct shot across the bow at activist judges who think they can trample the will of the American people and the duly-elected President, Donald Trump.

Democrats launching ‘war room’ to push back against Trump

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) announced Monday it’s launching a “war room” in an effort to streamline party messaging and expand its rapid response operation, as Democrats search for new ways to counter President Trump.

The war room operation will take a “walls down” approach between DNC departments focused on messaging, research and mobilization operations, so the party can “take a more aggressive posture with rapid response,” according to the DNC.

Party officials outlined four primary goals of the new operation: to expand Democratic reach into “new information spaces”; to engage in “aggressive daily messaging to counter the Trump administration”; to use “creative opposition tactics” to counter GOP efforts; and to “combat the lies from the right” from a new vertical.

DNC Chair Ken Martin said the war room will “be updating people in real time and around the clock” to counter the Trump administration’s “reckless agenda.”

“While Donald Trump continues to push an agenda that raises costs, destroys jobs, and ruins lives, he also continues to lie, spin, and cheat his way out of accountability,” Martin said in a statement. “And the DNC is doubling down on its efforts to provide the American people with real facts and accurate information about the impact of his policies.”

SURVEY: 55% Of Self-Identified Leftists Say Killing Trump Is Justifiable

The unhinged left, fueled by Trump Derangement Syndrome and seething hatred for Elon Musk, is trending more violent, according to a new study that finds political violence targeting President Donald Trump and his billionaire adviser is “becoming increasingly normalized.”

The report, produced by the Network of Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) in partnership with Rutgers University’s Social Perception Lab, finds a broader “assassination culture” appears to be “emerging within segments of the U.S. public on the extreme left, with expanding targets now including figures such as Donald Trump.”

Less than a year after assassination attempts on then-presidential candidate Trump and the literally explosive violence against Musk’s Tesla electric vehicles, it’s no secret that leftists are ratcheting up violent rhetoric and actions. The more troubling trend is that an “assassination culture” isn’t just coming from the “fringe” left.

“These attitudes are not fringe — they reflect an emergent assassination culture, grounded in far-left authoritarianism and increasingly normalized in digital discourse,” states the report, titled, “Assassination Culture: How Burning Teslas and Killing Billionaires Became a Meme Aesthetic for Political Violence.”

“Geofenced Every Event”: Democrats Caught Staging Another ‘Inorganic’ Color Revolution Operation Against Trump

Far-left, billionaire-funded NGOs—closely aligned with the rudderless and imploding Democratic Party—have been waging a psychological warfare operation against the American people. Framed as “grassroots,” the party of hate and violence—evident in their “Tesla Takedown” color revolution aimed at killing Tesla to pressure Elon Musk on DOGE—has been building momentum in recent weeks to segue into anti-Trump protests this weekend. The goal is to manufacture the illusion that Trump is wildly unpopular, leveraging a vast network of dark money-funded NGOs that supply rent-a-protesters to rallies nationwide.

Ahead of anti-Trump protests, we uncovered the Democratic Party’s NGO war machine, totaling 186 NGOs, unions, and other radical leftist groups that supported Saturday’s mass mobilization efforts of rent-a-protesters and, of course, a grassroots component of the protests (mainly old white angry liberals).

Late Friday, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow openly boasted about the Democratic Party’s color revolution operation, even giving airtime to Ezra Levin of the NGO Indivisible Project, who attempted to convince the audience that the anti-Musk and anti-Trump protests are organic…

Obama Bashes Trump Saying ‘What if I had Done Any of This?’ – Gets Major Reminders From Twitter/X Users

Former President Obama made an appearance at Hamilton College this week and tried to take some cheap shots at the Trump administration.

He was clearly trying to echo the talking points currently being pushed by his party and the media.

For some reason, Obama thinks no one remembers anything about his presidency.

From NBC News:

Former President Barack Obama said he is “deeply concerned” with some of the actions that President Donald Trump and his administration have taken and seemed to call out the Republican Party for not pushing back on them…

Obama said he’s more troubled by a White House that takes aim at law firms that represent ideas or parties that its occupants disagree with, and that the administration has punished media outlets. Trump has signed executive orders penalizing major law firms and lawyers, prompting outrage within the legal community. The White House has also barred The Associated Press from coverage over its refusal to refer to the Gulf of Mexico as the Gulf of America.

“That kind of behavior is contrary to the basic compact we have as Americans,” he said.

Obama suggested that Republicans would be outraged if he had done similar things as president.

“Imagine if I had pulled Fox News’ credentials from the White House press corps,” he said, adding, “It’s unimaginable that the same parties that are silent now would have tolerated behavior like that from me or a whole bunch of my predecessors.”

Anti-Trump Protester Speechless When Asked Why He’s Protesting – Pulls Out Communist-Leader’s Talking Points Handed to Him With “Free Sign”

A protest against President Trump and Elon Musk is underway in Washington DC today.  The Gateway Pundit earlier reported on the youngest member of Congress threatening “subpoenas and investigations” if they take back the majority.

But is this an organic rally?  Or is it more in line with colour revolutions that the ‘Deep State’ within the U.S. has orchestrated across the globe, most notably the Orange Revolution (2004-2005) and Maidan in Ukraine (2013-2014)?

MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow was promoting these protests last night on her show, telling her audience, “Go to bed kind of early.  Hydrate.  Eat your Wheaties in the morning.  Maybe put off that Friday night cocktail to make it a Saturday night cocktail…I’m only saying that because tomorrow is going to be very busy.”

Maddow then brought on Soros-funded Indivisible co-executive director Ezra Levin to promote the protests.

This type of media rhetoric is right in line with the USAID-funded news organizations that popped up in Ukraine in late November, 2013, to promote the Maidan.  It is worth checking out Oliver Stone’s Ukraine on Fire for free here to understand the innerworkings of USAID and the National Endowment for Democracy in helping to orchestrate these colour revolutions.

Journalists on the ground are documenting people being bussed in, some dressed head-to-toe in “full Islamic garb” and donning Palestinian flags, as shown in a video posted by Laura Loomer to X.

Zoomer Democrat Congressman Reveals During “Hands Off” Protest Exactly What His Party Will Do If they Seize the Majority – Also Takes a Disgusting Shot at Elon Musk

The nation’s youngest member of Congress revealed that absolute h*ell is in store for America should Democrats seize control of Congress while President Trump is in office.

As TGP readers may know, thousands of radical leftists have invaded major cities across America and the world today to protest against the Trump administration’s policies. Of course, these protests are far from spontaneous as far-left groups such as Third Act, Indivisible, MoveOn, and Fight Back Table have been involved in the planning for weeks.

28-year-old Rep. Maxwell Alejandro Frost (D-FL), the first Generation Z member of the United States Congress, was one of the speakers at the “Hand Off Rally” in DC. During his screed, Frost let the cat out of the bag and told the audience exactly what would happen if Democrats seized control of Congress following the 2026 midterm elections.

Also, note the nasty shot of Musk at the end, which could open Frost up to legal action.

“In less than two years, we will become the majority!” Frost boasted. “And I will tell you this: Elon Musk was on the news the other day saying, ‘If the Democrats win, it’s going to be subpoenas and investigations.’”

“It’s the one thing he’s right on,” Frost continued. “You’re d*mn right there’s going to subpoenas! You’re d*mn right there’s going to be investigations!”

“Because when you steal from the people, expect the people to rise up at the ballot box and on the street!”

Other Countries Seem To Like Tariffs… So Why Are People Opposed To Trump’s Tariffs?

April 3, President Donald Trump announced it as “Liberation Day.” And by that he meant we were going to be liberated from asymmetrical tariffs of the last 50 years. And it was going to inaugurate a new what he called “golden age” of trade parity, greater investment in the United States, but mostly, greater job opportunities and higher-paying jobs for Americans.

And yet, the world seemed to erupt in anger. It was very strange.

Even people on the libertarian right and, of course, the left were very angry. The Wall Street Journal pilloried Donald Trump.

But here’s my question.

China has prohibitive tariffs, so does Vietnam, so does Mexico, so does Europe.

So do a lot of countries.

So does India.

But if tariffs are so destructive of their economies, why is China booming?

How did India become an economic powerhouse when it has these exorbitant tariffs on American imports?

How did Vietnam, of all places, become such a different country even though it has these prohibitive tariffs?

Why isn’t Germany, before its energy problems, why wasn’t it a wreck? It’s got tariffs on almost everything that we send them.

How is the EU even functioning with these tariffs?

I thought tariffs destroyed an economy, but they seem to like them. And they’re angry that they’re no longer asymmetrical.

Apparently, people who are tariffing us think tariffs improve their economy. Maybe they’re right. I don’t know.

The second thing is, why would you get angry at the person who is reacting to the asymmetrical tariff and not the people who inaugurated the tariff?

Why is Canada mad at us when it’s running a $63 billion surplus and it has tariffs on some American products at 250%. Doesn’t it seem like the people who started this asymmetrical—if I could use the word—trade war should be the culpable people, not the people who are reluctantly reacting to it?

Sort of like Ukraine and Russia. Russia invaded Ukraine. Do we blame Ukraine for defending itself and trying to reciprocate? No, we don’t. We don’t blame America because it finally woke up and said, “Whatever they tariff us we’re gonna tariff them.”

Colbert Begs The Deep State To Stop Trump

Late Show host Stephen Colbert called for the “deep state” to step in and stop President Trump enacting his tariff policy, pleading “we’re f*cking dying.”

The ‘comedian’ packaged the plea as a comedy skit, but its not comedy when you don’t even have to scratch the surface to tell he’s deadly serious.

As we highlighted yesterday, the stock markets plunged when it was reported that China would put retaliatory tariffs on US goods of 34%.

However, that plunge started to reverse on news of Trump being open to deals with countries to reduce the tariffs.

It’s part of a long term economic strategy to bring manufacturing back to the US after years of globalist ‘free trade’ agreements such as NAFTA eroded away millions of jobs and businesses.

Trump announced “our Declaration of Economic Independence” Wednesday at a “Liberation Day” event to mark the introduction of reciprocal tariffs on other countries.

Trump said American taxpayers have been “ripped off for more than 50 years, but it’s not going to happen anymore.”

“They watched in anguish as foreign leaders have stolen our jobs, foreign cheaters have ransacked our factories, and foreign scavengers have torn apart our once-beautiful American dream,” he further stated.

“For years, hardworking American citizens were forced to sit on the sidelines as other nations got rich and powerful, much of it at our expense,” Trump urged, adding “But now, it’s our turn to prosper, and in so doing, use trillions and trillions of dollars to reduce our taxes and pay down our national debt and it will all happen very quickly.”

The Resistance Will Not Be Televised

“Resistance is alive and well in the United States.”

So declared the headline of a March 19 article on the nonprofit news site Waging Nonviolence. Authors Erica Chenoweth, Jeremy Pressman and Soha Hammam, political scientists at Harvard’s Crowd Counting Consortium, outlined how—despite a common belief that grassroots public resistance against the depredations of the Trump Administration is lacking or lukewarm—protests are actually rising dramatically.

These demonstrations, the piece said, “may not look like the mass marches of 2017, but research shows they are far more numerous and frequent—while also shifting to more powerful forms of resistance.”

They note that while

the reconfigured Peoples’ March of 2025—held on January 18—saw lower turnout than the 2017 Women’s March, that date also saw the most protests in a single day for over a year. And since January 22, we’ve seen more than twice as many street protests than took place during the same period eight years ago.

The Crowd Counting Consortium, founded in 2017 to collect “publicly available data on political crowds reported in the United States,” tracked more than 2,000 protests in February alone.

The acts of collective resistance documented by the CCC—as well as by other activism-tracking initiatives, such the “We the People Dissent” Substack—span every state. They focus on advocacy for diverse constituencies and issues under attack from the current administration, including public education, Medicaid and reproductive, immigrant, Palestinian, labor and LGBTQ rights.

Their common thread is opposition to Trump’s fascistic ideology and rapid rash of likely unconstitutional executive orders, such as freezing federal budget outlays approved by Congress, the mass firing of government workers and the dismantling of institutions by the “Department” of Government Efficiency by unelected “adviser” Elon Musk.

But if you relied on articles and broadcasts from the legacy national news media during early 2025, you wouldn’t know the extent of grassroots action prompted by this discontent. A FAIR examination of five major outlets found that coverage of anti-Trump/pro-democracy protests roughly overlapping CCC’s study timeframe (January 22 to February 26) was minimal, and downplayed the significance of this opposition, especially around the inauguration.
