Attorney Who Represented Survivors of Sex Crimes Arrested for Child Pornography

An attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, who represented survivors of sex crimes was recently arrested with possession of child pornography.

Michael T. Dolce, 53, appeared in West Palm Beach federal court for his first appearance in the case on March 30, the Southern District of Florida U.S. Attorney’s Office announced in a release.

According to the release, citing the criminal complaint affidavit, FBI agents executed a search warrant at Dolce’s apartment and found that Dolce was “actively downloading child pornography using peer-2-peer software.”

“Nearly 2,000 images and videos of child pornography were recovered from his devices,” it stated.

At the March 30 hearing, Dolce agreed to submit to pretrial detention while reserving his right to later challenge it, reported the Miami New Times. His arraignment is scheduled for mid-April, according to the outlet. He faces a child pornography possession charge, which has a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

The office of Leonard Scott Feuer, Dolce’s attorney, didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment from The Epoch Times.

Dolce’s LinkedIn profile describes him as a “highly regarded trial lawyer and political activist” whose practice “is dedicated to representing survivors of sexual crimes, including child and adult victims, and adult survivors of child sexual abuse.”

According to the LinkedIn profile, he was a partner at the Palm Beach Gardens office of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll since late 2015. But his name is no longer listed on law firm’s website as of the time of writing.

According to an archived entry on the firm’s website, Dolce was the leader of its Sexual Abuse, Sex Trafficking, and Domestic Violence team.

In a statement to multiple outlets, the firm said it was “stunned and saddened” by the allegations against Dolce. A spokesperson confirmed Dolce was “terminated and is no longer affiliated with the firm.”

“We are focused on attending to the needs of our clients and staff and continuing to cooperate fully with the investigation,” the spokesperson added.

Separately, Dolce’s LinkedIn profile states that he has been on the board of directors of the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence since 2011.

He also served on the advisory board of Florida’s Children First, according to a now-deleted entry on the legal-aid organization’s website. The non-profit group is dedicated to representing “at-risk children, especially those in foster care.”

According to the website’s entry, Dolce founded a political committee called “Protect Our Kids First, Inc.” Separately, he also served on the Florida Bar’s Legal Needs of Children Committee, and on the governing board of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in West Palm Beach.

D.A.R.E. Cop Gets Decades in Prison for Busting Young Boys for Weed, Raping Them Afterward

The Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program could be referred to as an exercise in how not to convince kids to keep away from substances the state deems illegal. As cops hopped on their high horses and had children pledge not to do drugs, the rate of drug use skyrocketed — thrusting the country into one of the worst drug epidemics in human history. The hypocrisy of the cops who pushed the D.A.R.E. program has been well-documented over the years, explaining, at least in part, why the program was such a failure from the start. Now, another cop who pushed kids to “just say no” has given D.A.R.E. a bad name for a totally different reason.

Warminster Township Police Officer James Carey swore an oath to protect the children of Doylestown, and instead of protecting them, this cop preyed on them. Adding to the insidious nature of Carey’s crimes against children is the fact that he committed them while pretending to be a role model as the school district’s D.A.R.E. officer.

As we reported in 2021, Carey, 54, was charged with over 100 counts. A grand jury presented a whopping 80-page indictment against Carey detailing 122 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and other related charges.

As we reported at the time, police believed there may have been other victims, and there were. After yet another victim came forward, Carey was hit with a slew of new charges and now he’s pleaded no contest.

A judge sentenced Carey to 24 1/2 to 55 years in state prison before sending him off with a scathing rebuke.

“Your badge and uniform became weapons of your depravity,” Judge Wallace Bateman Jr. told the former Warminster Township officer. “You preyed upon the most vulnerable of the community.”

Carey was accused of raping multiple boys while working as the D.A.R.E. officer at elementary, middle and high schools in the Centennial School District. The incidents allegedly spanned the course of decades taking place between 1987 and 2009 and involved at least five boys, maybe more.

“Carey ingratiated himself into the lives of minor children, in particular, those who were already facing challenges in their lives,” the Bucks County District Attorney said in a statement, according to NJ.com. “He used his position and authority to groom, not only the children, but their adult caregivers. The grooming tactics he used were pervasive, manipulative and calculated such that he not only lowered the minor’s guard but also attempted to provide an assurance that his crimes would go unreported and if reported, not believed.”

Carey met his victims at school and would lure them to places outside of campus to prey on them, including on overnight camping trips to the Poconos and to Camp Ockanickon, a Boy Scout facility in Medford, Burlington County, according to the district attorney.

Cop Caught on Own Body Cam Harassing Victim Before Turning it Off to Allegedly Rape Her

The now-disgraced officer Deangelo Reyes is a bad cop. Regardless of how his rape trial unfolds, thanks to the release of body camera footage this week, the world now knows that he is a lying sexual predator who uses his authority to intimidate, coerce, and allegedly rape unwitting victims.

The Tulsa Police Department released footage from Reyes’ body camera this week that showed an incident unfolding in April 2022, leading to rape charges against the officer. Reyes’ police union-appointed defense team is not happy about the video’s release as it needs no interpretation to paint their client in a sick and twisted light.

The incident began in April of last year when Reyes was responding to a call at a local motel. As Reyes was wrapping up the call, he spotted a woman walking her dog and decided to go into full creep mode.

As the officer’s body camera footage showed, Reyes pulls up next to the unsuspecting woman, who was a guest at the hotel and begins hitting on her from his patrol car. Just a couple of lines in, Reyes tells the woman, “You’re sexy. Is that unprofessional of me? I don’t know, I’m sorry.”

“Have you seen a lady in like a yellow hoodie running around here? Looked like she was upset?” Reyes is heard asking the woman. She responds, “No.”

You can hear Reyes ask the woman what her name is before he lies to her and gives her a fake name. “I’m Eric … Nice to meet you.”

Reyes then asks the woman where he can find her later, but she doesn’t tell him, and the encounter ends. Moments after they part ways, this predator cop turns off his body camera before jumping onto his department-issued computer to access information on the woman he just propositioned.

According to his arrest affidavit, Reyes found the hotel where the woman was staying and approached her. Since he had just accessed the woman’s record and noticed that she had prior convictions, he used this against her, threatening to put her back in prison.

According to police, Reyes then kissed her on the neck and based on his statement about putting her back in prison, she became terrified that he was going to plant evidence on her to fabricate an arrest.

The affidavit states that Reyes proceeded to rape the woman after getting her inside the hotel room. The woman submitted to a rape kit after the encounter, proving they had intercourse. Reyes now claims it was consensual.

Polygamous leader used jailhouse phone to have ‘sexual’ conversations with kids: feds

A polygamous leader accused of kidnapping underage girls “brazenly” used the jailhouse phone system to have “explicit sexual conversations” with children, a federal filing states.

While in custody last November on suspicion of sex trafficking, Samuel Rappylee Bateman referred to a 13-year-old girl as his “sexy darling” during a video call that included his adult wives, the US attorney in Arizona alleged in documents filed on March 3.

Bateman, 46, also asked the young teen, identified as Jane Doe 4, about “all the sacred times” they shared together, in addition to more explicit sexual remarks.

The accused child trafficker also reportedly made similarly vulgar remarks during the same call to two 16-year-olds known as Jane Doe 10 and Jane Doe 11, the document claims.

At the time of the phone call, Bateman was barred from contacting Jane Doe 4, who is a named victim in the ongoing child abuse case against him.

Mayor of College Park arrested, charged with 56 counts of child pornography

The mayor of a College Park was arrested Thursday morning on dozens of child pornography counts hours after he resigned from office.

Patrick Wojahn, 47, faces 56 counts of possession and distribution of child porn, the Prince George’s County Police Department said in a statement Thursday morning. Police searched his College Park home Tuesday and seized cell phones as well as a storage device, tablet and computer.

County officials said the department started investigating after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children notified them on Feb. 17 that a social media account had distributed suspected child pornography. Detectives traced the account to Wojahn, authorities said.

Wojahn submitted his resignation after business hours on Wednesday, city officials said in a statement Thursday. He was serving his second term as mayor of College Park, which includes the University of Maryland campus, after winning election in 2015. He previously served eight years as a city councilman.

“Mr. Wojahn resigned his position yesterday and has been cooperating fully with law enforcement,” his attorney David Moyse said via email Thursday. “While too early to comment on the allegations, we will continue to cooperate as the process unfolds.”

In his resignation letter, which the city released, Wojahn said he plans to “deal with my own mental health” and asked residents to keep his family in their prayers.

What life was really like inside the doomsday cult run by the paedophile known as ‘Little Pebble’

His devotees call him Little Pebble; his victims know him as a paedophile.

William Costellia Kamm is the self-appointed leader of a notorious doomsday cult that formed its headquarters in 1987, based in a secure compound in Cambewarra, just outside Nowra on the NSW South Coast.

At its height, thousands of pilgrims from around the world travelled to the bush setting for a spiritual experience like no other.

On the 13th day of each month, the Virgin Mary would appear to William – her apparition only visible to him – and he would pass on her messages and warnings to the gathered and devout crowd.

He declared his compound the Holy Ground, a new promised land for his followers for when the apocalyptic second coming of Christ would wipe out most of mankind.

At the time, Kamm was married and had four children but unknown to his wife, this self-proclaimed Messiah was planning on creating a royal harem, filled with 12 queens and 72 princesses – 84 mystical spouses to bear his children to repopulate the earth.

Little Pebble claimed God chose who his brides would be but as Detective Chief Inspector Peter Yeomans from the State Crime Command puts it, it was Kamm who did all the grooming, and his preference was under-age girls.

“He was using religion in such a way that just split families. So, it was just awful and it continued for many many years. I see it as grooming with the families to get to these children and it’s just terrible,” he says.

The QAnon ‘Meme Queen’ Wants Trump To Help Her Convicted Pedophile Son

For the last five years, Deborah Sullivan has been at the forefront of the QAnon movement, fighting a non-existent Democratic cabal of elites running a child sex trafficking ring. As the self-described QAnon “Meme Queen” she has produced more than 4,500 memes about the conspiracy, many of them focusing on former President Donald Trump, who she believes is secretly working to save the children.

“The TRUTH about the Crimes Against Children, which have been committed world-wide, will UNITE us all,” Sullivan wrote on Facebook last August alongside a meme featuring Trump appearing to save two infants from a variety of figures including former President Barack Obama, former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, Pope Francis, and Queen Elizabeth, who was a central figure in QAnon lore

But earlier this month, when Sullivan’s own son was convicted of repeatedly abusing his stepdaughter in Oklahoma City, her passion for “saving the children” seems to disappear. Instead, she defended her son as “innocent,” blasted the justice system as “crooked,” and attacked the 12-year-old girl at the center of the case as “a horrible liar.”

Now she is appealing to her community of fellow Qanon believers to come to her aide, including a direct plea to Trump himself.

“Dear Mr (Real) President aka Q+, my name is Deborah Sullivan aka The Meme Queen. I am an OG Anon and I desperately need your help, I need you to be my BATMAN,” Sullivan wrote in a message posted on her Truth Social account. “This spiritual battle has entrapped my son, with false accusations of child sexual assault.”

Sullivan proclaimed her son, Michael Aaron Wall, was innocent of the charges against him and was convicted as a result of “prosecutorial misconduct” and “a crooked DA.”

What Sullivan didn’t tell her more than 10,000 followers on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Telegram and Truth Social were the details of the charges her son was convicted of.

Prosecutor suspended by Soros-backed DA George Gascon for ‘misgendering’ trans child molester

Los Angeles prosecutor Shea Sanna was suspended by far-left District Attorney George Gascon for deadnaming and misgendering 26-year-old Hannah Tubbs, a biological male who identifies as transgender. Sanna prosecuted Tubbs for grabbing a 10-year-old by the throat in 2014 at a Denny’s and sexually assaulting the girl in a bathroom stall.

According to Fox News “Sanna has argued in the past that jailhouse phone calls show Tubbs was attempting to use gender identity to game the justice system – an argument that sources say made others in Gascon’s office uncomfortable and led to the suspension.”

Tubbs began identifying as transgender and using a different name after Tubbs was connected to the child molestation case via DNA evidence.

In January 2022, Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a Juvenile Detention center after pleading guilty to molesting the 10-year-old. Despite being an adult, Gascon sought to have Tubbs sent to Juvenile Detention because Tubbs was under 18 when Tubbs assaulted the 10-year-old.

“Tubbs has a lengthy criminal history in California and Idaho,” reports Fox and Tubbs has been recently accused of “beating a man to death in the woods with a rock in Kern County” in 2019.

Tubbs is being held on $1 million bond after being charged with murder and robbery in connection to Michael Clark’s death and has pleaded not guilty.

The 10-year-old, now an adult, told Fox, “I’ve also heard that my attacker goes by she/them pronouns now. I see it also unfair to try him as a woman as well, seeing how he clearly didn’t act like one on January 1st of 2014.”

Courthouse audio recordings between Tubbs and Tubbs’ father showed the offender saying, “So now they’re going to put me with other trannies that have seen their cases like mine or with one tranny like me that has a case like mine. So when you come to court, make sure you address me as her.”

Naming the names. Final batch of documents containing ‘salacious’ allegations related to Jeffrey Epstein associates – including Prince Andrew – will finally be made PUBLIC after dozens of John and Jane Does agree to unsealing

The final batch of court documents containing ‘salacious’ allegations related to 167 of Jeffrey Epstein‘s associates, victims, and employees, will finally be unsealed – nearly four years after the disgraced financier’s death.

The material will be made public in the coming months and, DailyMail.com can reveal, is expected to include information pertaining to at least one ‘public figure.’

The documents refer to ‘alleged perpetrators’ or individuals accused of ‘serious wrongdoing’, as well as law enforcement officers and prosecutors, according to a declaration filed on Wednesday.

Prince Andrew, who is accused of having sex with Epstein victim Virginia Roberts when she was 17, and Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, are understood to be among the individuals mentioned in the papers.
