James Comey’s Own Notes Prove He Knew The Russia Hoax Was A Clinton Plot

On Monday, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Lindsey Halligan filed an extraordinary batch of documents in the public docket of her case against former FBI Director James Comey. The exhibits range from Comey’s communications with his handpicked FBI leaker, Daniel Richman, a Columbia law professor the bureau employed specifically to funnel Comey’s preferred narratives to the press, to text messages between Richman and New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt. But the most significant document by far is Comey’s own handwritten notes proving, beyond any doubt, that he knew early on the entire Russia collusion story was a Clinton campaign fabrication.

In other words, Comey knew he should have been investigating Hillary Clinton for orchestrating the most dangerous political hoax in American history, falsely accusing the Republican nominee of colluding with Russia. Instead, he chose to weaponize that lie, using the full force of the FBI to try to destroy Donald Trump. While the majority of the 14 new exhibits reveal how Comey lied and manipulated media narratives through his anonymous conduit — for example, to polish his own image or to make Trump look bad — the most striking takeaway is that we now have proof Comey knew the Russia collusion story was orchestrated by the Clinton campaign.

It is remarkable that these documents survived at all. They were found in an FBI “burn bag,” a method for destroying sensitive materials. For reasons still unknown, several of these bags, reportedly five in total, were never incinerated. Instead, they were placed inside an unused, locked Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at FBI headquarters. Why they ended up there remains a mystery. Perhaps a silent whistleblower or conscientious staffer intervened.

According to a July 2025 internal FBI document opening an investigation into potential crimes surrounding the burn bags, it appears they were placed in the unused SCIF in the days leading up to Trump’s second inauguration in January 2025. This suggests that the documents — which also included materials related to the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid, the Jan. 6 Capitol breach, and the highly classified annex to Special Counsel John Durham’s report detailing how U.S. intelligence uncovered in the summer of 2016 that the Russia collusion plot was a Clinton fabrication — were either being collected for destruction and then forgotten, or time ran out or some other factor derailed that plan, or they were stored secretly to be discovered by the incoming Trump team.

Be that as it may, whether through luck, providence, or a quiet act of integrity, the burn bags remained in the SCIF, where they were discovered earlier this year by FBI director Kash Patel and his team. Their contents now form the backbone of the case against Comey.

Comey’s Hidden Personal Notes on Russia Collusion Coup Are Found in FBI Secret Safe

Jim Comey is in trouble – big trouble.

His notes on the Russia collusion attempted coup of the Trump Administration were found in the Hoover Building in a secret safe in a secret building.

Jim Comey’s future just took a turn for the worse.

Svetlana Lokhova shared the following on X:

COMEY HID HIS NOTES ABOUT THE HILLARY PLAN TO TIE DONALD TRUMP TO RUSSIA IN THE SAFE IN THE SECRET ROOM IN THE HOOVER BUILDING

This is deliberate obstruction of Special Counsel Durham investigation by the FBI leadership.

The FBI leadership also hid hundreds of pages of Crossfire Hurricane documents and attempted to destroy them.

New shocking details emerge about Deep State’s favorite judge, James Boasberg…

There’s a reason the name Judge James Boasberg keeps popping up every time the Deep State pulls another rabbit out of its hat. From Russiagate to FISAgate, from Ray Epps to the J6 show trials, Boasberg’s ghoulish fingerprints are all over the weapons used to attack President Trump and the America First movement for nearly a decade now.

Boasberg supporters like to say he’s “just doing his job.” But when that “job” always involves running cover for Democrats, Deep State operatives, and corrupt bureaucrats… while hammering Trump allies… it’s not exactly hard to connect the dots.

And that brings us to the latest twist in this ongoing judicial saga. What investigative journalist Sundance just uncovered ties it all together with a big bow on top. If you thought Judge Boasberg was an activist before, you might now see him as one of the Deep State’s most key players.

And as you read this very detailed X post, pay close attention to who always seems to rush to Boasberg’s defense… none other than Chief Justice John Roberts. The same day President Trump suggested Boasberg should be impeached for his slew of crazy, biased rulings, Roberts issued a rare public statement shielding him.

WHOA! Brennan Erupts on Former Senior Advisor For Tulsi Gabbard Over Russia Hoax and Hunter Laptop

Former CIA Director John Brennan could not contain his anger as he was confronted by a career intelligence officer who worked at the DNI for a senior advisor for Tulsi Gabbard.

Thomas Speciale, a former senior advisor for Tulsi Gabbard on Thursday confronted John Brennan at a conference and it didn’t go well.

“I don’t know who put you up to this!” Brennan shouted at Speciale during the conference after he confronted him about the fake dossier and the ICA report.

“I don’t know who put you up to this or I don’t know what role you played or who you are but it’s a bunch of bullshit that you just passed off,” Brennan shouted.

After the conference, Thomas Speciale walked up to John Brennan and confronted him directly about his signing the 51 Intelligence Officer Memo knowing full well that Hunter Biden’s laptop was real – and not Russian disinformation.

In 2020, 51 top intel officials — including Brennan — lied about Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell to interfere in the election.

The intel leaders all lied. They knew it was a lie. Joe Biden knew it was a lie. The media knew this was a lie.

The Biden Campaign and then-Secretary of State Tony Blinken organized the massive lie.

Brennan erupted on Thomas Speciale as he confronted him.

A very angry and red-faced Brennan assaulted Speciale and got in his face.

“You misrepresented that!” Brennan said. “We never said it was disinformation. We said it was a Russian influence operation! Which is what they do!”

Brennan continued, “it’s an influence operation! No! You don’t know that!”

After realizing that he probably went too far, Brennan walked away.

Obama’s Latest Ploys at Shadow Government, Internet Censorship Exposed. He Needs to Be Held Accountable.

Former President Barack Obama’s presidential legacy is crumbling before our eyes. While he works to perform the roles of former president and titular head of the Democrat Party, running interference for the flailing campaigns of Democrat gubernatorial candidates Abigail Spanberger (VA) and Mikie Sherrill (NJ), and propping up CA Gov. Gavin Newsom and his unconstitutional gerrymandering scheme, he has the looming threat of the government for whom he used to be the head, precipitating his legacy’s increasing demise.

In July, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard dropped evidence that exposed how then-President Obama and his intelligence apparatus created fraudulent documents that spearheaded the entire Russia Collusion hoax lodged against President Donald Trump 45.

As DNI Gabbard stated,

The stunning revelations these intelligence documents expose should concern every American. There is irrefutable evidence detailing how President Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an Intelligence Community Assessment that they knew was false, promoting the contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, as though it were true. The documents we released shows how they did it: manufacturing findings from shoddy sources, suppressing evidence that disproved their false claims, disobeying IC tradecraft standards, and withholding the truth from the American people,” said DNI Gabbard. “In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of the American people and worked with their partners in the media to promote this lie to undermine the legitimacy of President Trump.

Democrats Exhibit Amnesia About Biden-Era Lawfare

A federal grand jury in Virginia indicted Comey last month for lying to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding by “willfully and knowingly” lying to the Senate Judiciary Committee when he testified that he had not “authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports” concerning the FBI’s 2016 investigation of Hillary Clinton’s use of private email for confidential information.

A 2018 inspector general report suggests that the main factual dispute may be whether Comey authorized, or was merely informed of, the leaks.

Documents published by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, CIA director John Ratcliffe, and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley show that while serving as Barak Obama’s FBI director and then Trump’s first FBI director, Comey used the Steele dossier, which he knew to be unsubstantiated Clinton campaign disinformation, to obtain warrants to spy on the Trump campaign, doctor an intelligence assessment to falsely claim the purpose of Russian interference in the 2016 election was to benefit Trump, and entrap Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn.

Grassley also issued reports establishing that Comey gave Clinton special treatment during the investigation of her emails and intended to exonerate her even before her FBI interview.

This month, Letitia James was indicted for filing a fraudulent mortgage application that described an investment property she was purchasing in Norfolk, Virginia, as her second home. By doing so, she allegedly reduced her interest and fees by $18,933 over the life of the loan.

James ran for Attorney General in New York on the promise that she would “get Trump.” When she was unable to find grounds to pursue criminal charges, she made unprecedented use of a consumer fraud law to pursue Trump for allegedly defrauding Deutsche Bank by overstating the value of Mar-a-Lago. Judge Arthur Engoron implausibly found that Mar-a-Lago’s $18 million tax assessment was its true value. Though Deutsche Bank officials testified they were not defrauded, lost no money, and would happily again work with Trump, Engoron banned the Trump family from doing business in New York, and imposed a penalty that, with interest, topped $500 million.

James vigorously sought to execute the judgement and foreclose on Trump’s properties. An appellate court stepped in, reducing Trump’s appeal bond to $175 million, and later throwing out the financial penalty.

Both indictments were secured by former Trump lawyer Lindsey Halligan, appointed to serve as interim U.S. attorney in Virginia when experienced prosecutor Erik Seibert declined to pursue the cases, and came just days after Trump posted a caustic text on Truth Social directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to prosecute Comey and James.

Democrats have been more muted about last week’s indictment in Maryland of former Trump National Security Advisor John Bolton for mishandling classified information.

I previously wrote about Democrats’ hypocrisy in objecting to investigations of their colleagues who engaged in lawfare against Trump and his supporters, though I cautioned the administration against prosecutions based on laws that are not traditionally enforced.

The facts suggest the three cases are indeed retribution. That does not void the indictments. Every lawyer is taught that the purpose of criminal justice is rehabilitation, retribution, and deterrence. Rather, the issue is whether these are selective prosecutions of laws that are not enforced against others. That is difficult to establish, particularly for these laws and by officials who hold a public trust.

Lindsey Halligan Brings Russiagate’s Last Case To A Close After Seven Years Of Injustice

It may surprise some people, but until this week the Russia collusion hoax was still alive. Two prosecutions from the Robert Mueller era were still ongoing. On paper, the first, against a dozen Russians no one has ever seen or heard of, who were accused of hacking the Democratic National Committee (DNC) without a shred of verifiable evidence, remains open. But for all practical purposes, the hoax is now over, because the other, far more consequential case finally came to an end on Monday thanks to the courage and persistence of the new U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, Lindsey Halligan.

Many of us remember the abusive prosecutions Mueller’s team inflicted on figures such as Michael Flynn, Roger Stone, and George Papadopoulos. Far fewer know about the collateral damage that extended beyond President Donald Trump’s circle. One of the most egregious cases targeted a Dutch-Turkish businessman, Ekim Alptekin.

Alptekin had no connection to Trump, no connection to Russia, and no reason whatsoever to be caught in the Mueller dragnet. His only “crime” was hiring Gen. Michael Flynn’s consulting firm, the Flynn Intelligence Group, for a project unrelated to the 2016 election. The project involved raising awareness about an alleged radical Islamist cleric living in the United States, a matter of concern to Alptekin but irrelevant to anything Mueller was supposed to be investigating.

So why was Alptekin targeted? Because Mueller’s team combed through Flynn’s client list, searching for anyone they could pressure into making false claims. They zeroed in on Alptekin, attempting to coerce him into asserting that Flynn had secretly lobbied on behalf of Turkey without registering under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), intending to use that fabricated claim as leverage against Flynn and, ultimately, Trump. When Alptekin refused to lie, Mueller’s prosecutors proceeded to file bogus FARA charges against him.

Flynn’s business partner, Bijan Rafiekian, was hit with parallel charges. Unlike Alptekin, Rafiekian lived in the U.S., so his case went to trial. Predictably, he was convicted by a heavily partisan Northern Virginia jury, only for Judge Anthony Trenga, a George W. Bush appointee, to throw out the verdict almost immediately, finding that the government had failed to prove its case. This alone is remarkable and highlights how in Alexandria, right across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C., the jury pool is deeply tainted and partisan. After a long and messy appeals process, Rafiekian’s case was dismissed entirely.

Yet the related case against Alptekin somehow stayed alive. For seven years he lived in legal purgatory, unable to see his wife and children for fear of extradition, his business destroyed, projects abandoned, accounts frozen, millions in legal fees piling up, and his professional reputation shattered.

House Judiciary Chair Refers Ex-CIA Director John Brennan for Criminal Prosecution

Republicans who lead the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday referred former CIA Director John Brennan to Attorney General Pam Bondi for criminal prosecution in connection with an investigation in 2016 into alleged Russian–Trump collusion.

The chairman of the panel, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), wrote in a letter that Brennan allegedly “knowingly made false statements during his transcribed interview” in May 2023 with the House Judiciary Committee, and that he provided “numerous willfully and intentionally false statements of material fact” during his testimony.

As an example, the letter said that Brennan, who had served as CIA director under President Barack Obama, had denied that the intelligence agency used the “Steele dossier” in coming up with a post-election assessment following Donald Trump’s first presidential win in 2016. The reference is to a collection of documents and claims that were put together by former UK intelligence official Christopher Steele.

Used as Democratic-funded opposition research against Trump in 2016, the dossier has long been discredited as false by Republicans as well as by former special counsel John Durham. In a report released in 2023, Durham said that FBI investigators did not corroborate a “single substantive allegation” in the dossier, even though it was continually cited in warrant applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to surveil former Trump aide Carter Page.

According to Jordan’s Oct. 21 letter to Bondi, Brennan told lawmakers that he wasn’t involved in analyzing the Steele dossier and that he only saw it after the 2016 election. Jordan said that Brennan’s statement to Congress about the CIA not being involved was false.

“I said the first time I actually saw it, it was after the election. And the CIA was not involved at all with the dossier. You can direct that to the FBI and to others,” Brennan had testified before the lawmakers, according to the letter.

Legal watchdog asks U.S. whistleblower agency to probe hiding evidence on infamous Steele Dossier

Alegal watchdog is asking the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, the government’s main whistleblower protection agency, to investigate whether several federal agencies “fraudulently concealed” responsive documents about the Steele Dossier at the heart of the now-discredited Russia collusion probe.

The concealment is related to a Freedom of Information case brought by the Southeastern Legal Foundation, which first represented Just the News in seeking the Steele dossier documents years ago, made the dramatic legal request this weekend after documents declassified recently by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard unmasked a secret effort to thwart the release of evidence under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

A concerted effort to hide Steele Dossier records from press and public

“Southeastern Legal Foundation is committed to ensuring governmental integrity and exposing government corruption,” the group wrote Acting Special Counsel Jameison Greer in a letter dated Friday. “SLF therefore asks OSC, upon a finding of arbitrary and capricious withholding of responsive documents, to report violations of the law to the President and the Attorney General for appropriate action.”

The group said documents and reports recently released by Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe unmasked a concerted effort to hide evidence about problems with the Steele Dossier, including from the FOIA request filed by Southeastern Legal Foundation on behalf of Just the News.

“Based on Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard’s and Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (DCIA) John Ratcliffe’s bombshell 2025 reports, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) fraudulently concealed documents responsive to Southeastern Legal Foundation’s 2019 FOIA requests for communications about the now-infamous Clinton-funded Steele Dossier,” the group alleged.

“SLF therefore asks OSC to investigate the Intelligence Community’s (IC) and their principals’ improper withholding of these documents,” it added.

Trust in the Mainstream News Media Hits New Low in the US at 28%

Fake news peddlers at The Washington Post and New York Times won a Pulitzer Prize in 2018 for their reporting on the Russia collusion scam.

We now know that every bit of this story was fake news and completely manufactured to bring down Trump.

Not a single reporter had the integrity to return their trophy for lying to the masses.

The latest Gallup poll found that American’s trust in the media is at an all-time low.

Just 20% of Americans say they have trust in newspapers, television or radio to report the truth. This number was twice as high at 40% just 5 years ago.

Maybe its all of their lies?

Gallup reported: When Gallup began measuring trust in the news media in the 1970s, between 68% and 72% of Americans expressed confidence in reporting. However, by the next reading in 1997, public confidence had fallen to 53%. Media trust remained just above 50% until it dropped to 44% in 2004, and it has not risen to the majority level since. The highest reading in the past decade was 45% in 2018, which came just two years after confidence had collapsed amid the divisive 2016 presidential campaign.

Republican’s trust in mass media is at 8% today.

Democrat’s trust in the mass media is at 51% today, barely a majority.

A poll back by Gallup and the Knight Foundation in 2023 found that only 26% of American’s view the news media favorably. 50% of respondents believe the mainstream media intends to mislead and misinform the public.

A 2021 report found that the US ranks dead last in media trust in polling of 46 different countries.

The poll was taken during the COVID epidemic when people trusted the media only later to find out that most everything they were told was complete fake news.
