RFK Jr. Blocked from Testifying at Court Hearing on Pennsylvania Ballot Eligibility

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was effectively silenced by Democrat operatives during a crucial court hearing in Pennsylvania—a state that’s a must-win for anyone eyeing the presidency.

The Democrats’ latest stunt? Preventing Kennedy from testifying on his own behalf as they attempt to bar him from the ballot, claiming that his candidacy paperwork includes a bogus home address.

The allegation, which reeks of desperation, is part of a broader smear campaign aimed at keeping RFK Jr. out of the running.

Kennedy’s lawyer expressed outrage over the judge’s decision to proceed without allowing Kennedy to testify after his flight was canceled.

“This is the first that I’m hearing about this,” Commonwealth Court Judge Lori Dumas said, showing little concern for the unforeseen travel issues that led to Kennedy’s late arrival.

The hearing was scheduled to be in Philadelphia, but the last-minute change to Harrisburg severely limited Kennedy’s travel options—a fact the judge seemed all too eager to ignore.

“He was late through no fault of his own,” said RFK Jr.’s attorney, Paul Rossi. “We don’t control the airlines, and when the airline cancels the flight into Harrisburg, as you know, flights into Harrisburg are far and few between, unlike Philadelphia, where this, where this hearing was originally to be scheduled.”

RFK Jr. Says Vance Is CIA, despite Having a Former CIA Member Running His Own Campaign

RFK Jr. has warned that Trump’s new VP pick, JD Vance, is acting in the interests of the CIA, despite having a former CIA member running his own campaign.

In a clip posted on social media, RFK Jr. excoriates Vance, and by extension Trump, for being corrupt and in thrall to the vested interests of the intelligence community and military-industrial complex.

“His pick as vice president is a salute to the CIA and to the intelligence community and to the military-industrial complex,” said RFK Jr.

“And their gravy train is going to continue.”

Social-media users were quick to point out that RFK Jr. has his own direct ties to the CIA—and they didn’t mean with regard to the assassination of his uncle and father.

Back in October, RFK Jr. replaced his campaign manager, former Congressman Dennis J. Kucinich, with his daughter-in-law, Amaryllis Fox Kennedy.

Amaryllis spent a decade working for the CIA in its “most elite and clandestine operations unit,” according to The National Pulse. In her memoir, she claims to have been deployed to 16 different countries in the hunt for the world’s most dangerous terrorists.

Senior members of the CIA have poured scorn on her account of her time with the organization. William Murray, a CIA operations agent, said, “You don’t go wandering around Karachi on your own… you’ll wind up in some warlord’s harem, or you’ll wind up dead.”

Biden Finally Gives RFK Jr. Secret Service Protection

48 hours after a ‘deluded gunman‘ with no internet footprint tried to assassinate Donald Trump at a Pennsylvania rally from a nearby rooftop that should have been a layup for the Secret Service, the Biden administration is finally giving Secret Service protection to Robert Kennedy, Jr.

“In light of this weekend’s events, the president has directed me to work with the Secret Service to provide protection to Robert Kennedy Jr.,” said DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, adding “We are in a heightened and very dynamic threat environment.

Earlier in the day, Trump said it was “imperative” that Kennedy be granted Secret Service protection.

“Given the history of the Kennedy Family, this is the obvious right thing to do!” he said on Truth Social.

Over the weekend, Kennedy security consultant Gavin de Becker told Politico that the campaign had a pending formal request with the DHS.

Kennedy has repeatedly asked for Secret Service protection throughout his campaign for president – including after a man was arrested twice in the same day for scaling the fence of Kennedy’s Los Angeles home last October.

Kennedy had been twice refused by DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

It’s not right for the President to provide protection to his family and political favorites while denying it to political rivals. During his first week as Attorney General, my father assembled all the DOJ’s senior prosecutors to tell them that he would not tolerate any politicization of law enforcement,” Kennedy wrote on X at the time.

Biden Administration Files Emergency Motion to Strike Down Injunction in RFK Jr., CHD Censorship Case

Lawyers for the Biden administration today filed a motion with the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals seeking to block an injunction that would have prohibited White House officials from coercing or significantly encouraging social media platforms to suppress or censor online content.

The move came less than 24 hours after a lower court denied two crucial motions by government defendants seeking to overturn the preliminary injunction, set to take effect July 7, in the Kennedy v. Biden censorship lawsuit.

Judge Terry A. Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana on Tuesday rebuffed the administration’s attempts to delay or modify the Kennedy v. Biden preliminary injunction.

The injunction was granted in February but temporarily stayed until 10 days after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on a similar injunction in a related censorship case, Murthy v. Missouri.

On June 26, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that the plaintiffs in Murthy v. Missouri did not have standing to bring the case.

In their dissenting opinion, Justices Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito Jr. argued that the majority decision was “blatantly unconstitutional” and that the court was “shirk[ing] its duty” by failing to rein in government censorship.

Attorneys for Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — plaintiffs in Kennedy v. Biden — said they believe CHD and Kennedy have standing, and overall, a stronger case.

Given the 5th Circuit’s previous ruling upholding the injunction in the related Missouri v. Biden case (later named Murthy v. Missouri), attorneys who spoke with The Defender were cautiously optimistic about the new developments.

Trump and RFK Jr. Agree to ‘The People’s Town Hall,’ But Biden Will Be Missing

President Joe Biden will be the odd man out in a series of town halls focused on the presidential election, according to a new report.

Cable news network NewsNation and social media giant X have secured an agreement “in principle” of former President Donald Trump and independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to participate in live town halls, according to Axios, which cited sources it did not name.

“The Biden campaign has not agreed to take part,” Axios said in an article published on Thursday.

The Trump-Kennedy project is not a debate, but separate live interviews in what is being billed as “The People’s Town Hall.”

Dates and locations have not been determined, but the concept is that users can submit questions to moderators both before and during the events, Axios said it was told.

The final slate of questions will be determined by the moderators, who have not yet been picked.

Axios said X CEO Linda Yaccarino instigated the concept and reported that the goal “is to make X the destination in which everyday people can have a greater voice in the political process.”

Biden and Trump are scheduled for a debate hosted by CNN on June 27 in Atlanta, but Kennedy has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission over the event, according to Fox News.

“The violations occurred when, based on the available evidence, CNN colluded with the Biden committee and the Trump committee to schedule and did schedule a debate with criteria that were designed to result in the selection of certain pre-chosen participants, namely Biden and Trump,” the letter of complaint said.

The alleged collusion means CNN is “in a clear breach of federal campaign finance law,” the letter said.

“This Isn’t a Conspiracy”: Watch RFK Jr. Lay Out How and Why the CIA Killed His Uncle

In an appearance with Tim Pool, independent presidential candidate RFK Jr. laid out how and why the CIA, in concert with organized crime, assassinated his uncle John F. Kennedy. The assassination was part of his uncle’s larger battle with the military-industrial complex.

“The group that killed him was a group from the Miami Station and they were angry at him for his failure to overthrow Castro, and they were angry at him because he was pulling out of Vietnam.”

RFK Jr. laid out in detail how members of the CIA colluded with “mobsters” who had been involved in the disastrous Bay of Pigs invasion and other attempts to oust or assassinate Cuban leader Fidel Castro.

He also laid out the key role of CIA director Allen Dulles, whom his uncle fired after the Bay of Pigs. According to RFK Jr., Dulles continued to direct the CIA after his dismissal, and he was also instrumental in ensuring the Warren Commission, convened after President Kennedy’s assassination, directed its attention away from the CIA.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Jeopardizes More Support After Celebrating Pederast And Leftist Icon Harvey Milk

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK) has made a handful of statements in recent weeks that have exposed his far-left stance on key issues.

A recent example of this, for which he was ripped online heavily for, was when he celebrated pederast and leftist icon Harvey Milk.

“I want to take a moment to celebrate Harvey Milk Day and honor a man whose bravery transformed our society,” RFK wrote on X. “Harvey Milk was a trailblazer for LGBTQ+ rights and the first openly gay individual elected to public office in California.”

He added at the end of his post, “In this time of turmoil and war, let’s honor Harvey Milk by spreading his message of peace and social justice for all.”

Don’t Fall For RFK Jr.’s Home Loan Scheme

America’s housing crisis is real, and it’s getting worse. Home prices have shot up by an average of 30 percent over the past several years, and in 2023 home sales were lower than they had been in almost 30 years. A recent survey revealed that only 53 percent of non-homeowners believe they could one day own a home, while 12 percent say the possibility of owning a home feels “hopeless.” The Cold And Uncared For Society (CAUFS) defines housing as unaffordable if it costs more than 30 percent of an individual’s income, yet more than 18 million households in the U.S. currently pay more than half their income for housing.

In response to this crisis, independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has proposed a new federal home loans program, aiming to provide government-backed 3 percent mortgage bonds to anyone unable to afford a house.

“If you have a rich uncle who co-signs your mortgage, you will get a lower interest rate because the bank looks at his credit rating,” Kennedy said at a town hall in South Carolina. “I’m going to give everyone a rich uncle, and his name is Uncle Sam.”

This should ring an ominous bell to anyone trying to pay off federal college loans. Kennedy’s plan is essentially a clone of the federal student loans program but for first-time home buyers instead of teenage college students. The concept is that if you can’t buy a house because of insufficient funds, the government will lend you the money. What could possibly go wrong?

To answer this question, just look at what happened with federal student loans. Colleges know that students have access to easy loans, so they raise tuition with little fear of losing enrollment. This has resulted in a vicious cycle where college tuition far outpaces inflation, leaving millions burdened with crippling debt and limited financial opportunities after graduating.

As student loan debts ballooned, so did tuition rates. The Congressional Budget Office reports that between 1995 and 2017 federal student loan debt grew “from $187 billion to $1.4 trillion (in 2017 dollars).” This is because colleges kept raising tuition, knowing that students could borrow to cover it.

Al Lord, the former CEO of Sallie Mae—once the largest federal student loans lender—explained the phenomenon simply: “Schools were able to hike tuition since students now had expanded access to loans.” Lord further admitted that colleges raise tuition rates “because they can, and the government facilitates it.”

A study from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York revealed that each additional dollar in student aid corresponds to a 60-cent increase in tuition. The pattern is clear: more student aid means higher tuition.

RFK Jr. warns Americans ‘will be slaves’ if central bank digital currency is established

Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. declared in no uncertain terms recently that establishing a Central Bank Digital Currency in the country will be “the end of freedom; we will be slaves if we allow that to happen.”

In a wide-ranging discussion at the University of Austin about freedom of speech and civil discourse, Kennedy said he didn’t “get” the connection between CBDCs and the loss of freedom of expression and other freedoms until he witnessed the Canadian trucker protest.

“The truckers in Canada were protesting the COVID mandates, the lockdowns, masking mandates, vaccination mandates, and others,” Kennedy began. “They started in Alberta. They picked up thousands of trucks as they drove across Canada to Ottawa.”

When they got to Ottawa — they were trying to petition Prime Minister Trudeau — and they were exercising a right that we all take for granted in this country: the right to assemble, the right to protest, the right to petition their government, and the government instead condemned them as right-wing fascists and racists, which if you look at the videos, they’re the opposite. Looks like Woodstock. They were delivering bottled water, they were cooking food for the poor, they were picking up garbage. There were musicians on every block.

It was really a beautiful thing.

However, the Trudeau government perceived the protesters to be an existential threat.
