DOJ to Investigate Anti-White Discrimination in Rhode Island Public Schools

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has opened an investigation into possible discriminatory employment practices at the Rhode Island Department of Education (“RIDE”) and Providence Public Schools (PPS), Breitbart News learned exclusively Friday.

DOJ opened a civil pattern or practice investigation into RIDE and PPS to assess whether their employment practices discriminate against teachers at PPS who identify as white by offering a student loan repayment program only to non-white teachers.

“Establishing or using race-conscious terms and conditions or benefits of employment is a denial of equal employment opportunity and violates Title VII,” said Deputy Assistant Attorney General Mac Warner of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division in a statement obtained by Breitbart News. “This investigation will evaluate whether the Rhode Island Department of Education and Providence Public Schools have violated Title VII in failing to provide equal benefits of employment to all its teachers.”

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, and religion. That law gives DOJ the authority to investigate state and local government employers where it has reason to believe that a “pattern or practice” of employment discrimination exists.

DOJ’s letter to RIDE and PPS notifying them of the investigation was signed by acting Associate Attorney General Chad Mizelle, who Attorney General Pam Bondi charged with supervising the investigation.

O’Keefe Media Group: MGM Casino Marketing Director Says He’s “Not Going to Hire Whites”

A casino marketing director for the MGM Resorts in Springfield, Massachusetts, said he openly discriminates against whites during the hiring process.

“No matter how great they [Whites] look on paper, they don’t fit well with my team,” Albie Velarde, the Director of Casino Marketing at MGM Springfield told an undercover OMG journalist.

“I will purposefully look for those diverse-based hires,” he admitted.

Albie Velarde also revealed that MGM closely tracks the racial makeup of its workforce with HR providing monthly reports.

Velarde said, “At a [MGM] property level, HR sends us, every month when they send us our turnover summary of the month, they’ll point out this month we lost this amount of females versus males.”

These turnover summary reports influence hiring decisions, according to Velarde: “Hey guys, we’re losing all of our female workforce. Let’s try, you know, let’s put more females through the pipeline.”

Velarde also told the undercover journalist that they take race and gender into account when hiring employees to replace others who have left the company.

“So like if I lose one of my female hosts, I would try to replace her with a female,” Velarde said. “Selena, she’s my Vietnamese host, she’s very reserved, she’s very quiet. But that’s her culture. I would replace her with somebody who is, in some capacity, that culture.”

Two Ivy League schools among 51 universities targeted by Education Department for discriminating against white people

Two prestigious Ivy League institutions are among over 50 universities targeted by the US Department of Education for alleged discrimination against white students.

On Friday, the DoED announced the sprawling investigations, accusing reputable institutions like Cornell and Yale universities, of using ‘racial preferences and stereotypes in education programs and activities.’

The federal department’s Office of Civil Rights said that 45 schools, particularly with their graduate programs, acted in violation to the 1964 Civil Rights Act by partnering with The PhD Project.

The PhD Project is a nonprofit program which helps students from underrepresented groups earn doctoral degrees in business, with the goal of diversifying the industry.

The program focuses on supporting Black, Latino and Native American students.

The Education Department alleges that the project limits eligibility based on the race of participants, and therefore, universities involved with the organization are engaging in ‘race-exclusionary practices.’

‘Students must be assessed according to merit and accomplishment, not prejudged by the color of their skin. We will not yield on this commitment,’ Education Secretary Linda McMahon said in a statement.

In response to the allegations, The PhD Project told NPR: ‘Our vision is to create a broader talent pipeline of current and future business leaders…’ The organization added, ‘This year, we have opened our membership application to anyone who shares that vision.’

Trump CUTS OFF Aid To Anti-White South Africa—Offers Deal To Violently Persecuted Farmers: “They will tie people up and drag them behind a truck until they die”

South Africa has been in the news lately, in large part, due to former South African resident, Elon Musk, who has been keeping the news about the genocide of white farmers front and center on his “X” platform.

Yesterday, a video of Julius Malema of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), a far-left minority opposition party in South Africa, surfaced showing him saying that they will be confiscating the land, assets and money from White people that live on their land in response to Conservatives and DOGE pushing to cut their funding.

“We will expropriate without compensation whether they (white Afrikaners) like it or not. If they object, they can seek refuge in America.”

Department of Education Caught Funding Teacher Training Program Implying Babies Are Racist

The cultural and political rot at the Department of Education runs deep.

According to material shared by the conservative anti-DEI activist Christopher Rufo, the department funded a teacher training program implying that babies develop racist traits from the age of just three.

In online training session shared by Rufo, the instructor explained the issue of “Racial Awareness in the Early Years.”

Her training is supported by a PowerPoint that states:

AT 3 MONTHS — Infants who are shown pictures of faces can visually categorize them by race. They often show a preference for faces reflecting the race they see most often, which is typically their own race.

AT 9 MONTHS — Infants are unable to distinguish the facial features of people from racial groups other than their own unless they frequently see books and images featuring racially diverse people.

AT 2 YEARS —Children make strong associations between racial features and human behavior, and begin to use racial categories to understand behavior. Children are observing and internalizing power dynamics among children and adults.

AT 3 YEARS — Children of all races demonstrate social biases primarily by attributing positive traits to the dominant (white) race. Children can respond to positive messaging about their own and others racial identities.

AT 5 YEARS —-Children of all races demonstrate social biases primarily by attributing negative traits to non-dominant (non-white) races. Children are capable of recognizing and acting against racial injustice.

Judge Who Blocked Trump’s Spending Freeze Calls Him a ‘Tyrant,’ Decries Racism as a ‘White People Problem,’ and Advocates Packing His Court with ‘People of Color’ Because It’s ‘Too White’ in Resurfaced 2021 Footage

In a striking example of judicial activism, newly unearthed footage from 2021 exposes U.S. District Judge John McConnell for what he truly is—an Obama-appointed activist masquerading as a judge.

Judge McConnell, who recently blocked President Trump’s initiative to freeze federal spending and audaciously accused Trump of defying his court order, is exposed in a resurfaced video as he lambasts the Trump administration and pushes for identity-based sentencing and the creation of a race-obsessed committee within his court in his attempt to inject his progressive ideology into the legal system.

The interview was conducted in January 2021 and has been published on Helen Cooke’s YouTube channel.

In the footage, uncovered by Natalie Winters, co-host of Steve Bannon’s War Room, McConnell asserts that “racism is a white people problem” and advocates for special sentencing considerations based on gender identity and race.

McConnell: When you’re sentencing someone, you have to take a moment and realize that this middle-class, white, male, privileged person needs to understand the human being that comes before us. That may be a woman, may be Black, may be transgender, may be poor, may be rich, may be whatever—may have experiences that are not yours. And you have to walk in their shoes and understand that the law applies to them where they are. And then you have to apply the law accordingly.”

FAA embroiled in lawsuit alleging it turned away 1,000 applicants based on race — that contributed to staffing woes

The Federal Aviation Administration is fighting a class-action lawsuit alleging it denied 1,000 would-be air traffic controllers jobs because of diversity hiring targets — as it was revealed that staffing levels were “not normal” at the time of this week’s deadly midair collision.

Complaints about the FAA’s hiring policies resurfaced after the American Airlines passenger plane and a Black Hawk helicopter crashed in Washington, DC, on Wednesday, killing 67 people in the country’s deadliest aviation disaster in almost a quarter-century.

Details of the litigation re-emerged, too, as Andrew Brigida, the lead plaintiff in the suit filed in 2015, suggested the federal aviation agency’s obsession with diversity hiring and inclusion had only ensured that an accident was likely to happen.

Race-Baiter Elie Mystal Has EPIC Meltdown Against White People — Blames Them for High Egg Prices Just 5 Days into Trump’s Presidency

In a recent appearance on MSNBC, race baiter Elie Mystal erupted in a fiery tirade against White Americans, blaming them for sustaining what he calls a “disgusting version of America,” all within the first week of President Donald Trump’s term.

This outburst followed Trump’s controversial decision to pardon over a thousand participants of the January 6 Capitol riots.

Mystal had an epic meltdown during a discussion about the broader implications of Trump’s pardons, which he referred to as predictable to those who’ve been paying attention.

“We tried to tell you all,” said Mystal. “Ali, I wrote specifically about this issue, what he was going to do to the Department of Justice multiple times during the election cycle Because as you pointed out in your open, this was all written down.

“I don’t like the shock and awe version of this, because if you had been paying attention, they wrote it down. They told you exactly what they were going to do and exactly how you were going to do it. A majority of White people voted for this. This is the disgusting version of America that people want,” he added.

Mystal then ridiculously blamed White people for the recent spike in egg prices—a mere five days into Donald Trump’s second term as President.

“And, by the way, eggs are still more expensive so you didn’t even get that, great job, white folks!”

NASA ends DEI programs that ‘wasted taxpayers dollars and resulted in shameful discrimination’

NASA has ended its diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility (DEI) programs after all federal agencies were directed to ‘terminate’ the initiatives.

Staff received an email Wednesday from acting administrator Janet Petro, which said the space agency is ‘taking steps to close all agency DEIA offices and end all DEIA-related contracts in accordance with President Trump’s executive orders.’

The order is titled ‘Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing and Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions.’

NASA’s email admitted that ‘these programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars, and resulted in shameful discrimination.’

The space agency has spent at least $22.4 million annually on such programs.

DailyMail.com had uncovered millions of taxpayer dollars were dished out for DEI data analytics and to help the agency ’embark on a venture to incorporate and deeply engrain diversity, inclusion, equity and accessibility in the culture and business.’

Petro, who is the first woman to lead NASA as its acting administrator, also urged staff to report colleagues who have attempted to disguise DEI programs with coded language.

‘There will be no adverse consequences for timely reporting this information,’ the email reads. ‘However, failure to report this information within 10 days may result in adverse consequences.’
