Biden Spits in the Face of J6 Victims and Americans by Pardoning Capitol Hill Cop Michael Byrd, Who Killed Trump Supporter Ashli Babbitt

As Jim Hoft reported earlier, Joe Biden pardoned Tony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and the entire J6 Select Committee of liars in his final act as president.

They were all faithful servants to the Democrat machine. Now comes their reward.

Now, we learn Biden has extended one final middle finger to the victims of J6 by pardoning all of the Capitol police officers who testified regarding the J6 protests. This means a full pardon to incompetent US Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd, who killed Air Force veteran and American war hero Ashli Babbitt.

Biden, though, sees nothing wrong with pardoning a man many feel is guilty of cold-blooded murder.

“Even when individuals have done nothing wrong-and in fact have done the right thing-and will ultimately be exonerated, the mere fact of being investigated or prosecuted can irreparably damage reputations and finances,” Biden wrote.

“That is why I am exercising my authority under the Constitution to pardon General Mark A. Milley, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee, he added. “The issuance of these pardons should not be mistaken as an acknowledgment that any individual engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any offense.”

“Our nation owes these public servants a debt of gratitude for their tireless commitment to our country.”

J6 was about holding establishment politicians accountable to the people

By the time you read this, you will have already endured the overblown commentary from countless corporate news outlets about January 6, 2021, a day that should remain relatively insignificant in the grand scope of American history. Yet at the same time, you will almost certainly find yourself completely unenlightened as to what the objective, unadulterated truth is about the events that took place at our nation’s capital a few years ago.

Here is that truth, as I see it: J6 wasn’t an insurrection or a failed coup. The people who engaged in that behavior weren’t even close to being capable of carrying out the hyperbolic scenarios portrayed in the media. What is often overlooked, however, is how they still managed to instill fear in the hearts of those ensconced in the ivory tower of Capitol Hill—reminding them, if only briefly, that they work for the people.

To be clear: the protestors‘ method was misguided. But the underlying attitude they carried—the sense that it is not only their right but their duty to hold public officials accountable—is something Americans from all political affiliations could take a page from. It’s worth noting that politicians and major media voices quickly seized on January 6 to make an example of those involved, deploying harsh rhetoric and legal measures that sent a strong message: oppose us in any way beyond casting a ballot, and you risk punishment. This response serves as a chilling deterrent against anyone who might, in the future, choose to exercise the kind of direct, forceful accountability that rattles those in power far more than the occasional protest sign or a single vote.

Why, then, do politicians and mainstream news pundits still use the words “insurrection” or “failed coup” when describing those events—even now—despite evidence to the contrary? The FBI’s investigation into the Capitol incident concluded that the violence was not coordinated by any grand coalition of white supremacists, far-right groups, or supporters of former President Donald Trump. Nor was there a plot to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election or take political hostages. The media has relentlessly bombarded us with rhetoric that the incident was a terrorist insurrection—even though there were only two fatalities that day, both of whom were protestors: Rosanne Boyland, who died of an amphetamine overdose, and Ashli Babbitt, a former Air Force veteran who was fatally shot by an officer when attempting to climb through a shattered window. Her death was ruled justifiable homicide, despite her being unarmed. In an era defined by protests against racism and police brutality—especially as it relates to unarmed black citizens—this instance of a black officer shooting a white woman has been met with considerably less public introspection or empathy, a silence which some find ironic.

The real talking point that should dominate discussions of January 6 is the misuse of the term “insurrection.” There was no plan to overthrow the government, no organized preparation to seize power, and American freedom was never genuinely in jeopardy. For major networks to keep calling that day an “insurrection” is irresponsible and a blatant form of gaslighting.

NEW VIDEO Shows J6 Trump Supporter Rosanne Boyland Shot in the Face by Police Projectile, Then Pushed Down and Smothered, Before Metro Police Officer Beat Her with a Stick as She Died on US Capitol Steps

President Trump held his first press conference on Tuesday after Congress certified him the winner of the 2024 presidential election on Monday.

During his press conference from his home in Mar-a-Lago, President Trump made headlines when he announced he was changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico – to the Gulf of America.

President Trump also told the assembled journalists that he heard there was a second person who died on January 6, 2021 at the pro-Trump protests on Capitol Hill.

Actually, Mr. President, four people died that day, three were killed by police action, on January 6, 2021.

Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed in cold blood by Officer Michael Byrd. Kevin Greeson died of a heart attack. Benjamin Phillips was killed when Capitol Police fired exploding cylinders into the crowd, and he was knocked unconscious, and Trump supporters were unable to revive him. And Rosanne Boyland was gassed, pushed down, smothered until unconscious, and then beaten with a stick by Officer Lila Morris several times as she lay dying on the US Capitol Steps.

The Capitol Police also attempted to kill Derrick Vargo when they pushed him off a three-story ledge. He survived with serious injuries.

Mass Protests Break Out in China After Student’s Death

Protests broke out in China’s northern province of Shaanxi on Thursday, a week after a teenage boy fell to his death from a school dormitory.

The protest was unusually large and fierce for subjects of the authoritarian Chinese Communist regime. Security forces responded with vicious beatings, while government censors frantically deleted videos of the scuffles posted to social media.

The victim of the January 2 dormitory accident, a 17-year-old identified only by his surname “Deng” (as is common in Chinese media), was a third-year student at the Pucheng Vocational Education Center.

According to local officials, Deng was awakened on the night of his death by other students talking loudly in the dormitory. He launched into a “verbal and physical altercation” with another student, which was broken up by a school official.

What happened next is uncertain. Deng’s body was discovered by another student outside the dormitory building later that evening. The sliding window of a bathroom overhead was open, and a wooden stool was reportedly discovered under the window.

The police conducted a hasty autopsy and decided his death was not a “criminal case.” The school issued a statement describing his death as an “accident where a student fell from a height.”

Deng’s family rejected this account of the young man’s death, insisting that he was “bullied on campus” and his body displayed injuries that were inconsistent with death from a fall. The family said police hustled them away from viewing the body before they could perform a thorough examination.

The family also said the school told them its surveillance system was mysteriously “damaged” so there was no security footage from the night of Deng’s death to review. When his relatives took possession of his cell phone, they found some of his photos had been deleted without explanation.

Schumer, silent on Biden’s clemency for cop-killers and child-raping serial killer, tells Trump not to pardon J6 protesters

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (N.Y.) is among the Democrats apparently keen to pretend that any kind of presidential pardon is now off the table after President Joe Biden gave an “unconditional” blanket pardon to his felonious son Hunter Biden and commuted the sentences of monstrous child-killers, city-impoverishing fraudsters, and other predators.

Schumer noted Monday on X, “It is utterly shameful that the president-elect is considering pardons for January 6 rioters.”

After winning the election in a landslide, President Donald Trump told Time magazine in an interview, “We’re going to look at each individual case, and we’re going to do it very quickly, and it’s going to start in the first hour that I get into office.”

“A vast majority should not be in jail, and they’ve suffered gravely,” added Trump.

Weeks later, Trump reiterated in an interview with NBC News’ “Meet the Press” that he would begin issuing pardons to Jan. 6 protesters on his first day back in office, noting that unlike the radicals involved in the genuinely deadly BLM riots who largely got out legally unscathed after inflicting billions of dollars of damage on the nation, Jan. 6 protesters were treated “unfair[ly].”

“Those people have suffered long and hard. And there may be some exceptions to it. I have to look,” said Trump.

When asked whether he would consider also pardoning violent protesters, Trump noted that some of the convictions for violent crimes were bogus and said, “I’m going to look at everything. We’re going to look at individual cases.”

Over 1,580 defendants have been charged with crimes connected to the Jan. 6, 2021, protests. Blaze News previously reported that nearly 1,000 people have pleaded guilty to Jan. 6 charges, 68% for misdemeanors and 32% for felonies. Of those who pleaded guilty to felonies, 53% were for supposedly assaulting law enforcement officers. Some of the most consequential prison sentences ranged from 10 to 22 years.

Mike Davis, founder of the Article III Project, told the Washington Examiner in a statement that “nothing that happened on Jan. 6 calls for a 22-year prison sentence, especially when the Biden Justice Department essentially gave amnesty to the much more deadly and destructive BLM and Antifa rioters.”

Explosive Claim: Journalist Steve Baker Alleges Gen. Mark Milley Approved Heat and Sound Directed Energy Weapons During 2020 Riots — Claims He Has Evidence to Prove It

In a bombshell revelation during an appearance on Sara Gonzales Unfiltered, investigative journalist Steve Baker has accused General Mark Milley, then-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, of authorizing the use of heat and sound-directed energy weapons against protesters during the violent riots that rocked Washington, D.C., in the summer of 2020.

Baker claims to have photographic evidence to substantiate these allegations, with a full exposé promised in the coming days.

It can be recalled that during the summer of 2020, a series of protests and riots erupted across the United States following the death of George Floyd.

These events, often referred to as the “Summer of Love,” resulted in significant loss of life and property damage.

By early June 2020, at least 19 deaths were reported in connection with the protests nationwide.

114 police officers were assaulted at the Capitol Hill protests. 180 police officers were assaulted and injured during the BLM riots in Washington, DC in the summer of 2020.

Over 700 police officers were injured in the BLM riots nationally — and that was just the first half of 2020!

Between May 26 and June 8, 2020, the riots caused an estimated $1–2 billion in insured property damage across 140 U.S. cities in 20 states, making it the costliest civil unrest in U.S. history.

Speaking to host Sara Gonzales, Baker detailed the alleged deployment of heat and sound-directed energy weapons during the Summer of Love.

According to Baker, these weapons—capable of emitting both super audible and subaudible frequencies—can be used for crowd control or, more ominously, as tools to incite agitation and violence.

‘The View’ Host Compares Jan 6th To THE HOLOCAUST

January 6th rolled around again Monday and provided the leftist corporate media with an excuse to once again declare the date some sort of Pearl Harbour or 9/11 like anniversary, purely to smear Trump supporters.

The View host Sunny Hostin went even further by directly comparing the events of January 6th 2021 to slavery and the holocaust.

Yes, really.

Hostin stated “After January 6th, I think we need to find moral clarity, you know, in this country. I just remember after January 6th, you had someone like Mitch McConnell placing the blame on January 6th where it belonged, squarely on Donald Trump’s shoulders.”

She continued, “And then you started seeing people backtrack that and losing their moral center. You had Condoleezza Rice, I believe, on this very show saying, you know, we need to move on from January 6th.”

“I say no, you don’t move on, because January 6th was an atrocity. It was one of the worst moments in American history,” Hostin continued to blather.

“And when you think about the worst moments in American history, you know, like World War II, things that happened, you know, like the Holocaust, chattel slavery, we need to never forget. Because past becomes prologue if you forget and erase,” she concluded.

NBC News Goes After ‘False Claims’ That Aren’t False in Congressman’s J6 X Post

To hear the mainstream media tell the tale, Jan. 6, 2021, was the worst moment in our nation’s history. While there’s no denying that the incursion on the Capitol was an unfortunate event, the media and the Biden administration’s overreaction to it was even worse.

Four years later as Congress gathers to certify another presidential election, the 2021 incident is still fresh on the minds of leftists. The NBC News liveblog about today’s election certification is full of references to four years ago. One of those references is a ridiculous assertion that Rep. Mike Collins (R-Ga.) made “false claims” in a post on X on Monday morning.

Collins, who has a reputation for humorous posts on X, wrote:

On #ThisDayInHistory in 2021, thousands of peaceful grandmothers gathered in Washington, D.C., to take a self-guided, albeit unauthorized, tour of the U.S. Capitol building.

Earlier that day, President Trump held a rally, where supporters walked to the Capitol to peacefully protest the certification of the 2020 election. During this time, some individuals entered the Capitol, took photos, and explored the building before leaving.

Since then, hundreds of peaceful protestors have been hunted down, arrested, held in solitary confinement, and treated unjustly. Countless hours and taxpayer dollars have been spent pursuing innocent grandmothers and raiding President Trump’s home, while terrorists and millions of illegal immigrants continue to cross our nation’s borders, causing havoc in our communities.

Thankfully, President Trump has announced that, on day one of his presidency, he will grant pardons to nonviolent defendants.

Full disclosure: Collins is my congressman, and I think the world of him. I also enjoy his sense of humor on social media.

Surprise! House Releases Bombshell Report on January 6 Pipe Bomber Revealing FBI Engaged in Massive Coverup and Refuses to Cooperate with Investigators

A new report released by the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight into the January 6 pipe bomber shows the FBI stopped looking for the suspect in 2021 and covered up evidence.

The FBI is now refusing to cooperate with Congressional investigators.

In September, former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino said according to a whistleblower, after the pipe bombs were found at the RNC and DNC headquarters, “assets on the ground, including a whistleblower, was briefed about the pipe bombs the next day and show a picture of a guy in a hoodie.”

However, according to the whistleblower, the law enforcement agents were told to stand down two days later.

“But two days later after the pipe bombs, he notes, emphasis his — without explanation, they were told to stand down! No need to look for the guy anymore” Bongino said.

This directly contradicts previous statements by FBI Director Christopher Wray.

Meet the new generation of tax resisters refusing to pay for war

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, the IRS has taken the unusual step of extending the tax season to July 15 — a move that gives people more time to consider using the old, but often overlooked tactic of war tax resistance from the safety of their homes.

For most people tax season is a hassle — involving organizing paperwork, gathering receipts, slogging through indecipherable forms — but it’s hardly an ethical or moral quandary. However, war tax resisters see taxes through a moral lens. For them it is a time ripe with opportunities for civil disobedience, charitable giving, and sophisticated accounting in the pursuit of peace — and now public health — by refusing to pay some or all of their income tax (and even their employment taxes in some cases).

The tactic is most associated with historic peace churches, including Quakers and Mennonites, and Vietnam-era anti-war activists. As a result, the demographic associated with the tactic tends to be older, but in an age of never-ending wars, climate change and an escalating pandemic, it is now being explored by millenials and younger people.

The War Resisters League, or WRL, a secular pacifist organization founded in 1923, estimates that in fiscal year 2021, some 47 percent of the federal budget will be allocated to military spending. The budget (nearly $3.5 trillion dollars in 2021) is funded by income taxes, hence war tax resisters primary focus on refusing to pay income taxes.

There are a variety of ways to avoid income taxes, some of which are legal and others which are not. Resisters may choose to live under the taxable level ($12,400 for an individual in 2020), which is legal, while others choose to file their taxes and refuse to pay any amount owed, which is illegal. Some even choose to send the money that they would have paid in taxes to a charity or non-profit, which could be an attractive option for those wanting to redirect their money to support those risking their lives to respond to the coronavirus. A host of options between those two poles are outlined by WRL and the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee, or NWTRCC, a coalition of groups and individuals founded in 1982 to support war tax resistance.

“It encourages you to question how you’re relating to other people and society,” said Rev. Jerry Maynard, a 26-year-old Independent Catholic Priest, founding pastor of The People’s Church, and NWTRCC board member, who has been practicing war tax resistance since 2013. “It makes you aware that you aren’t just a fleeting reality in this giant, expansive world, but you’re really a cog in the machine. [At the same time] you’re conscious, so you can decide whether you want to turn this way or that way or if you don’t want to turn at all.”
