Counselor For Sex Offenders Defends “Minor-Attracted Persons”

A counselor for sex offenders who works with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections has stoked controversy after defending “minor attracted persons” and comparing pedophilia to a normal sexual preference.

In a video posted to YouTube that has since been clipped and posted to Twitter, Miranda Galbreath describes adults who are sexually attracted to children as “probably the most vilified population of folks in our culture.”

“The term pedophile has moved from being a diagnostic label to being a judgmental, hurtful insult that we hurl at people in order to harm them or slander them,” Galbreath insisted.

“I also like to use person-first language that recognizes that any label we apply to a person is only part of who they are and doesn’t represent everything that they are,” she added.

Asserting that “many minor-attracted persons never act on their attraction,” Galbreath complained that saying mean things about would-be child molesters is harmful to an “already marginalized population.”

Galbreath sought to remove agency from pedophiles, suggesting that their sickness isn’t their own fault and that their sexual perversions should be accepted on the same level as heterosexuality or homosexuality.

“[Minor-attracted person] simply means that the person has an enduring sexual or romantic attraction to minors. They have not chosen this attraction, just as the rest of us have not chosen whatever our attraction is,” Galbreath said.

“You don’t get to choose to be heterosexual or to be gay or whatever you are, and you don’t get to choose to be a minor-attracted person,” she added.

According to Galbreath’s website, she has 20 years of experience working in the mental health field and also conducts “evaluation and treatment services in the community and within state prisons to folks who have committed sexual offenses,” including for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

The video clip is yet another illustration of the end game of sexual progressivism – the absorption of pedophilia under the LGBTQ+ umbrella.

The Same FBI That Just Raided Trump Ignored Hundreds of Child Rape Victims and Warnings of Mass Shooters

Former president Donald Trump announced on Monday that his that his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida was “under siege, raided, and occupied” by federal agents taking part in an “unannounced raid.” The raid was conducted over allegations that Trump unlawfully removed and destroyed classified White House records after he left office in January 2021.

In February, the National Archives and Records Administration confirmed it had found 15 boxes of classified material at Trump’s home, all of which was reportedly taken from the White House.

The case is similar in kind to the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton in 2016, in which classified emails turned up during an investigation into Anthony Weiner’s sexting of a 15-year-old girl from NC. Weiner is Huma Abedin’s estranged husband and Abedin was one of Clinton’s closest confidants involved in the scandal and owned the home in which many of the classified emails were located.

Nothing would ever come of the investigation into Clinton, however, and the same will likely be true for Trump. Nevertheless, the sheer man hours devoted to such acts of political grandstanding are notable given the seeming lack of these hours devoted to investigating child sex trafficking and mass shooters.

As TFTP reported at the time, less than six weeks before the Parkland shooting, someone the FBI described as “a person close to” to the shooter, reached out to the agency and desperately pleaded for their help. The person reported the Parkland shooter’s “gun ownership, desire to kill people, erratic behavior, and disturbing social media posts, as well as the potential of him conducting a school shooting.”

Instead of investigating the tip, the FBI later admitted that its agents failed to “follow protocols,” and did not follow up. But this was not the first time the FBI received reports of the Parkland shooter’s violent threats.

In September 2017, the mass murdering teen left a comment on a YouTube video that said, “I’m going to be a professional school shooter.” The user who uploaded the video immediately took a screenshot of the comment and submitted it to the FBI. While agents from a local field officer were quick to respond and followed up with an in-person interview, they never fully followed through with an investigation into the shooter.

The Parkland shooter also left comments on YouTube videos claiming that he was “going to kill law enforcement one day,” which should have added to the red flags that would have led to an investigation. But nothing happened.

In similar fashion — leading to the suffering of countless children — multiple agents within the FBI not only failed to investigate but knew about the rampant sex abuse of hundreds of children in the USA Gymnastics program and looked the other way.

The FBI knew about the abuse and allowed the depraved child predator, Larry Nassar, to continue preying on little girls for more than a year after finding out.

According to a report from the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Indianapolis FBI office facilitated this abuse as it violated agency procedures, made false statements and exhibited “extremely poor judgment” in the handling of 2015 sexual abuse allegations against Nassar.

Doctoral student masturbates to fantasy child porn for PhD ‘research’

A PhD researcher at the University of Manchester published an academic article about his experience masturbating to fantasy child sexual abuse material. Swedish-born Karl Andersson is currently attending the University of Manchester and describes his research as a focus on “fans of subcultural comics in Japan experience desire and think about sexual identities.”

Andersson published a paper in the Journal of Qualitative Research titled “I am not alone — we are all alone: Using masturbation as an ethnographic method in research on shota subculture in Japan” that describes his experimental method of masturbating to “shota” pornography.

Shota refers to japanese anime depicting young, prepubescent boys in sexual situations, most often with adult men. Lolicon is the female equivalent to shota, which is Japanese anime depicting a young girl or preteen in sexual situations, often with adult males.

Anna Slatz thoroughly researched the topic in a report for Reduxx Magazine, “The medium is largely regarded as a form of fantasy child pornography, and is illegal in many countries including Canada and Australia as a result. It is also considered illegal in the United Kingdom, where Andersson may reside.”

“I wanted to understand how my research participants experience sexual pleasure when reading shota, a Japanese genre of self-published erotic comics that features young boy characters,” Andersson said of his research paper, “I therefore started reading the comics in the same way as my research participants had told me that they did it: while masturbating.”

Andersson described his research method as masturbating exclusively to shota media for three months and logging his masturbation sessions in a diary, which he published in his paper.

Former Nickelodeon star Jenette McCurdy says children’s cable network offered $300,000 in ‘hush money’ not to reveal offers of unwanted massages and underage alcohol

Former Nickelodeon star Jennette McCurdy claimed that the children’s cable TV network offered her $300,000 in “hush money” so that she would not go public with damning accusations.

McCurdy was a Nickelodeon standout actress from 2007 until 2014 – when she was the star of the massively successful “iCarly” TV show and then “Sam & Cat.” During that time, McCurdy said that she was the victim of an alleged abuser that she only refers to as “The Creator.”

McCurdy asserted that “The Creator” pressured her to drink alcohol when she was only 18 years old.

In her upcoming memoir, McCurdy wrote that “The Creator” was “mean-spirited, controlling, and terrifying” and prone to make “grown men and women cry with his insults and degradation,” according to Deadline.

McCurdy accused “The Creator” of giving unsolicited and inappropriate shoulder massages.

“My shoulders do have a lot of knots in them, but I don’t want The Creator to be the one rubbing them out,” she wrote. “I want to say something, to tell him to stop, but I’m so scared of offending him.”

She also claimed that she was “photographed in a bikini during a wardrobe fitting.”

The childhood actress accused Nickelodeon of offering her $300,000 in “hush money.”

When “Sam & Cat” was canceled, her agent informed her that Nickelodeon was “offering [her] $300,000, which she should “think of it like a thank-you gift.”

She said one of her managers told her, “They’re giving you $300,000 and the only thing they want you to do is never talk publicly about your experience at Nickelodeon.”

McCurdy claimed that the “hush money” was “specifically related to The Creator.”

One-Time ‘Detective Of The Year’ Allegedly Sent Sexual Messages To Woman He Thought Was A Child

California cop who was heralded as “Detective of the Year” just three years ago has been charged with sending sexually explicit messages to someone he thought was a teenage girl, authorities said.

Santa Ana Police Detective Gregory Daniel Beaumarchais, 43, is facing a misdemeanor charge of annoying or molesting a victim believed to be under the age of 18, Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer said.

“Police officers are entrusted with the sacred responsibility to safeguard society from harm,” the prosecutor said in a statement. “It is beyond disturbing that a sworn police officer would engage in inappropriate conversations with someone he believed to be a child. Our children should not have to worry about being preyed upon by the very people we teach them who are there to protect them.”

Beaumarchais allegedly exchanged sexually explicit social media messages with a civilian posing as a 14-year-old girl between December 2021 and January 2022. The sexually graphic messages were often sent while Beaumarchais was on duty, Orange County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson Kimberly Edds told the New York Post.

When his social media provider barred him, Beaumarchais allegedly created another account under a similar user name, Edds said.

The civilian who posed as a young girl contacted the non-profit organization Orange County Crime Stoppers and reported the alleged criminality.

Visa ‘Intended to Help’ Pornhub and Its Parent Company Monetize Child Porn, Judge Finds in Allowing Case to Move Forward

In a setback for Visa in a case alleging the payment processor is liable for the distribution of child pornography on Pornhub and other sites operated by parent company MindGeek, a federal judge ruled that it was reasonable to conclude that Visa knowingly facilitated the criminal activity.

On Friday, July 29, U.S. District Judge Cormac Carney of the U.S. District Court of the Central District of California issued a decision in the Fleites v. MindGeek case, denying Visa’s motion to dismiss the claim it violated California’s Unfair Competition Law — which prohibits unlawful, unfair or fraudulent business acts and practices — by processing payments for child porn. (A copy of the decision is available at this link.)

In the ruling, Carney held that the plaintiff “adequately alleged” that Visa engaged in a criminal conspiracy with MindGeek to monetize child pornography. Specifically, he wrote, “Visa knew that MindGeek’s websites were teeming with monetized child porn”; that there was a “criminal agreement to financially benefit from child porn that can be inferred from [Visa’s] decision to continue to recognize MindGeek as a merchant despite allegedly knowing that MindGeek monetized a substantial amount of child porn”; and that “the court can comfortably infer that Visa intended to help MindGeek monetize child porn” by “knowingly provid[ing] the tool used to complete the crime.”

“When MindGeek decides to monetize child porn, and Visa decides to continue to allow its payment network to be used for that goal despite knowledge of MindGeek’s monetization of child porn, it is entirely foreseeable that victims of child porn like plaintiff will suffer the harms that plaintiff alleges,” Carney wrote.

After Police Ignored Her, Woman Shoots Cop Husband for Sexually Abusing Kids at a Daycare She Owns

A former Baltimore cop and his now-estranged wife are both currently sitting in a Maryland jail and the story of how they got there is quickly becoming a viral cause for support. Shanteari Weems, 50, shot her husband, James S. Weems Jr., 57, in the head, after learning that he allegedly sexually abused multiple children at the daycare she owns in Baltimore County.

#FreeShanteari is now trending on Twitter as the internet and public at large demand her release from jail. Many are also asking how they can contribute to her legal defense since GoFundMe deleted her fundraiser.

The Weems’ story unfolded last week on July 20 and July 21 when Shanteari began receiving text messages from the parents of children she looks after at her Lil Kidz Kastle daycare. The parents were informing her that James had been molesting children at the daycare.

According to court documents, Shanteari said during an interview with police that she had received “multiple messages and phone calls from parents and teachers” about molestation at her daycare.

Qiana Johnson, who led a group of protesters outside of Shanteari’s courtroom appearance on Monday, said Shanteari had tried to go the traditional route and report her child molesting husband to police — but her reports fell on deaf ears — so she took matters into her own hands after the cops ignored her.

“She’s placed complaints to the proper authorities before… and her cries for help went unanswered,” Johnson told WUSA9. “Our public, our government, did not keep her or the children safe.”

Shanteari had apparently planned to “hurt” James at the hotel that weekend and when she confronted him, he allegedly came toward her at which point she shot him, twice — non-fatally.

According to the Baltimore Banner, D.C. police also found a notebook in the hotel room with handwritten notes in which the author wrote that they wanted to shoot the victim but not kill him, but maybe cause paralysis, and that they “want these kids to get justice.” The notebook also included an informal will distributing belongings.

After shooting James, a subsequent standoff ensued and Shanteari barricaded James and herself in the hotel room. When police attempted to gain entry into the room, she reportedly screamed: “If you come in, I’m going to shoot myself.” And when they asked about her husband, she yelled, “F him—he’s a child molester!”

With police at the door, James yelled for help and Shanteari allegedly responded with “Shut the f up… I will kill you!”

Eventually, Shanteari surrendered without incident and was taken into police custody.

‘Evil in the heart of America’: Shocking doc exposes mystery surrounding alleged 1988 prostitution ring, detailing child victims’ horrific claims of being flown across US and abused by high-powered officials – and their accusations of ‘cover up’ by the FBI

A resurfaced documentary is exposing a series of horrific accusations made by alleged victims of a 1988 child sex trafficking ring in 1988, who claim they were flown around the US to abused by high-ranking officials – alleging that FBI ‘covered up’ the shocking crimes they were subjected to.

Back in the 1980s, several alleged victims claimed that a man named Lawrence King ran an underground club in Omaha, Nebraska, through which he, along with well-known politicians, businessmen, and media moguls, are said to have forced children as young as eight years old to have sex with them.

In 1990, a Nebraska county grand jury concluded that the claims were a ‘hoax,’ and a federal grand jury later agreed that the allegations had no base. However, in 1993, a film crew flew to Omaha to shed further light on the shocking accusations, interviewing the alleged victims and others who were said to be involved as part of a documentary.

The alleged victims told documentary makers that the government forced them into silence by threatening those who spoke out, using scare tactics, and even murder – with one of them even alleging that they killed his brother in an attempt to get him to stay quiet about the accusations.

But days before the movie was supposed to premiere on the Discovery Channel, it got shut down with no explanation. Now it has finally been released and uploaded to Real Women/Real Stories‘ YouTube page – leaving many to wonder, was the prostitution ring real and did the government hide it, or was it really just an elaborate ‘hoax’ as the grand jury determined?

Transgender Former Cop Arrested After Allegedly Befriending, Sexually Abusing Children

Diana Guevara, a former police officer who transitioned to the opposite sex, was arrested in Citrus County, Florida, on charges related to sexual activity with minors after allegedly fostering relationships with children for the purpose of sexual abuse.

Guevara, who is biologically male but identifies as a transgender woman, was a Miami-Dade police officer prior to transitioning, according to a 2017 Miami Herald article touting the benefits of sex change surgeries. Guevara was arrested July 13 on charges of unlawful activity with certain minors, transmitting harmful materials to minors and four counts of lewd and lascivious battery, according to a Citrus County Sheriff’s Office press release.

A parent allegedly overheard one of the victims talking to another child about engaging in sexual activities with Guevara and reported it to deputies, according to the release. The same victim said they received explicit photos and videos from Guevara.

Victims said they had engaged in sexual activity with Guevara during separate police interviews, and investigators found evidence to support the victims’ claims about Guevara sending explicit images over social media, according to the press release.
