Woman accuses Walmart of ‘racism’ after she’s restrained for throwing food at cop, telling him to ‘drag me the f–k out’

A woman accused Walmart of racism after lobbing food at a state trooper who then restrained her in a New York suburban outlet while she bellowed, “Drag me the f–k out.”

In a startling video, the woman — who police said was suffering from a possible “mental health issue” — is seen screaming at the officer while sitting on a motorized scooter inside a Westchester County store around 6:30 p.m. Monday.

It’s unclear why police were called, but the altercation broke out in a checkout line — and the woman appeared to have an array of fresh produce on the belt, a video posted to Reddit showed.

As the officer turns to talk to someone off-camera, the woman stands up from her seat and begins picking up her items — including what appears to be a bottle of soda and a bag of chips — and launching them at the cop.

She’s then is seen focusing the tirade at an array of candy and small items at the checkout lane, destroying the display as she backtracks down the aisle.

The officer follows her and eventually moves to grab her, with the woman hitting him in the face. The pair grapple as the cop tries to get a tight enough grip on her to restrain her. In the process, the woman tears down a Skittles and magazine display as both combatants fall to the floor.

During the commotion, the woman loses a shoe and begins to kick at the officer while repeatedly yelling, “F–kin’ white trash.”

“Take me to jail,” she screams at one point.

New York Governor Signs Budget After Lawmakers Remove Her Plan To Let Police Use Marijuana Odor Against Drivers

The state budget bill signed into law by New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) on Friday notably does not include a controversial marijuana provision the governor proposed earlier this year that would have allowed police to use the smell of marijuana as probable cause that a driver is impaired and then force them to take a drug test.

Amendments made in the legislature this week removed the provision, which a coalition of 60 reform groups had argued in a letter to Hochul and top lawmakers would “repeat some of the worst harms of the War on Drugs” and allow law enforcement to “restart unconstitutional racial profiling of drivers.”

The governor’s plan drew criticism from not just reform advocates but also the state’s Assembly majority leader and the governor-appointed head of the Office of Cannabis Management (OCM), who’d previously said the plan would undermine the goals of legalization and was “not going to work for New York.”

Historically, New York has been home to some of the country’s starkest racial disparities when it comes to enforcement of laws against marijuana. For example, Black people in New York City in the 2010s were more than nine times more likely to be arrested for marijuana possession than white people.

In Hochul’s original budget bill, a line would have added “the odor of cannabis, burnt cannabis or other drug” as a “reasonable cause” for law enforcement to stop and search a vehicle. An amended bill approved by lawmakers this week, however, removed that provision.

After both chambers approved the changes, the legislation went to the governor on Thursday and was signed into law the next day.

As for other cannabis-related provisions in the new state budget, one change eliminates the $229,000 annual salary for the chair of the state’s Cannabis Control Board (CCB).

That official, Tremaine Wright, said this week that she will not leave her post.

Missing Heirs and Mental Illness: The Bizarre Case of Letitia James’s Father’s Estate

New York Attorney General Letitia James has long portrayed herself as a crusader for justice, particularly when it comes to holding powerful figures accountable for financial misconduct.

But a closer examination of the estate of her late father, Robert James, reveals a disturbing and ironic tale of legal manipulation, family dysfunction, and possible fraud – with Letitia James herself at the center.

In 1983, three years before Robert James’s death in 1986, Letitia James was just 24 years old and living at her family’s two-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn with seven siblings. She had not yet entered law school.

That’s when she and her father, Robert James, applied for a mortgage loan to purchase a small home at 114-04 Inwood Street in Queens as “husband and wife.”

According to federal law, misrepresenting one’s relationship on a loan application is a form of “false representation,” or mortgage fraud, a serious offense punishable by fines or imprisonment.

Though Robert James died in 1986, it wasn’t until 1999 that Letitia James filed for letters of administration over his estate. The Inwood Street house she purchased with her father was listed as the only asset.

The Legal Risks Facing Letitia James: Mortgage Fraud, Campaign Violations, Nonprofit Misuse, and There’s More

President Trump declared in the Oval Office on Tuesday that New York Attorney General Letitia James was “a total crook” and said the Justice Department would “do what’s right” after receiving a criminal referral accusing her of mortgage fraud.

He added, “she’s a disaster for New York. She’s a horrible, horrible human being”.

New York Attorney General Letitia James has for years cultivated an image as a champion of ethics, transparency, and the rule of law.

However, my review of public records and court filings, which I have documented in The Gateway Pundit series “The Letitia Files”, reveals a range of troubling issues that could pose serious legal and ethical consequences for New York’s top law enforcement official.

Did You Notice What Was Missing From This NYT Piece About This Illegal Alien’s Heinous Crime?

This story is almost unbelievable. If you haven’t heard it, it’s likely due to the liberal media either ignoring the story or sanitizing it to the point where most would gloss over it. In New York City, an illegal alien was busted for raping a corpse on the subway. I’m not kidding. But, of course, the publication didn’t say the man was her illegally. He’s a ‘Brooklyn man’ in this warped narrative. Trump officials were quick to point out that a key fact was omitted from the piece (via NYT):

A Brooklyn man was arrested on Monday [April 28] after the police said he violated a corpse on an R train in a Manhattan subway station earlier this month.

The man, whom police identified as Felix Rojas, 44, was charged with first-degree rape, more than two weeks after the event. He is expected to be arraigned later on Monday, according to a spokesman for the Manhattan district attorney. It was unclear whether he had a lawyer.

A law enforcement official familiar with the case said a man, later identified by police as Mr. Rojas, entered an R train while it was at the Whitehall Street-South Ferry station in the financial district around 11 p.m. on April 9 and was on the train for about 45 minutes before noticing the unconscious man in the car.

The man who died had boarded the train earlier that evening at about 8 p.m., the official said. A spokeswoman for the Police Department said Monday that he had died of natural causes.

After seeing the man’s immobile body, Mr. Rojas rummaged through the dead man’s pockets and had sex with the body, according to an internal police document. Then, they said, he fled the train.

The entire episode was caught on surveillance cameras in the car. There were no other passengers on board at the time.

DESPERATE: Crooked NY Attorney General Letitia James Announces ANOTHER Lawsuit Against President Trump As Her Own Legal Troubles Pile Up

America’s most corrupt attorney general is getting quite desperate as she fights off credible allegations of mortgage fraud.

As the New York Post reported, New York Attorney General Letitia James announced during a National Action Network rally in Harlem on Saturday that she and other Democratic attorneys general will sue the Trump administration’s Department of Health and Human Services over so-called healthcare funding cuts.

“The White House is threatening our way of life in so many ways, and I just want you to know that in the coming days we will be filing a lawsuit against them (HHS),” James told the attendees at a National Action Network rally in Harlem.

“All of these funds and more!” James yelled. “We got to stand up, and that’s why Democratic attorneys general will be joining me in filing this lawsuit in the coming days.”

She refused to provide any additional details regarding the lawsuit.

This is far from James’s first frivolous lawsuit against the Trump administration. Back in March, James and a coalition of twenty other Democrat state attorneys general (and the District of Columbia AG) filed suit against the Trump administration to stop the reduction-in-force (RIF) layoffs of just under half the department’s over 4,000 workers that Secretary Linda McMahon announced.

Illegal Alien Charged in Rape of Corpse on NYC Subway

An illegal alien has been arrested for raping a corpse in a New York City subway car, authorities say.

On Thursday, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) revealed the immigration history of Felix Rojas, 44, who allegedly performed horrific sexual acts on the body of a man who died inside a Manhattan subway car last month.

Rojas was arrested on Sunday and charged with rape and grand larceny in connection with the attack, which unfolded on April 8.

That night, 37-year-old Jorge Gonzalez boarded an R train and bummed a cigarette off another passenger, surveillance footage shows.

Minutes later, Gonzalez lost consciousness and ultimately died from causes that remain unclear, although his estranged wife has reportedly said he suffered from cirrhosis tied to alcohol abuse.

Rojas approached Gonzalez approximately 30 minutes later and began rifling through his pockets.

The suspected thief then proceeded to methodically penetrate Gonzalez’s mouth and anus, repositioning the victim’s body multiple times and pausing when the car doors opened, prosecutors say.

“To make sure he had not missed anything when he searched the victim before sexually assaulting him, the defendant searched the person of the victim once more after he had penetrated him, going so far as to take off the victim’s shoes,” said Assistant District Attorney Antonio Melchionna during Rojas’ arraignment on Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court.

“The defendant was careful enough to stop what he was doing as the train would approach and stop at stations along the line. He even took the time to sit down and act inconspicuous as passengers entered the train car.”

Rojas was arrested after his son alerted authorities upon seeing security footage released by NYPD.

New York Is Quietly Rolling Out Precrime Surveillance Tech

Picture this: it’s rush hour in New York City. A guy in a Mets cap mutters to himself on the F train platform, pacing in tight circles. Nearby, a woman checks her phone five times in ten seconds. Overhead, cameras are watching. Behind the cameras? A machine. And behind that machine? An army of bureaucrats who’ve convinced themselves that bad vibes are now a crime category.

Welcome to the MTA’s shiny new plan for keeping you safe: an AI surveillance system designed to detect “irrational or concerning conduct” before anything happens. Not after a crime. Not even during. Before. The sort of thing that, in less tech-horny times, might’ve been called “having a bad day.”

MTA Chief Security Officer Michael Kemper, the man standing between us and a future where talking to yourself means a visit from the NYPD, is calling it “predictive prevention.”

“AI is the future,” Kemper assured the MTA’s safety committee.

So far, the MTA insists this isn’t about watching you, per se. It’s watching your behavior. Aaron Donovan, MTA spokesperson and professional splitter of hairs, clarified: “The technology being explored by the MTA is designed to identify behaviors, not people.”

And don’t worry about facial recognition, they say. That’s off the table. For now. Just ignore the dozens of vendors currently salivating over multimillion-dollar public contracts to install “emotion detection” software that’s about as accurate as your aunt’s horoscope app.

Iraqi Man Charged For Illegally Voting In U.S. Election Is Another ‘Rare’ Non-Citizen Voter

Oops, it happened again. Another non-citizen has been charged with voting in a federal election. The Department of Justice (DOJ) last week charged Akeel Abdul Jamiel, 45, with illegally voting in the 2020 election. Jamiel, a non-citizen from Iraq, voted in the November 2020 election in Saratoga County, New York, according to the DOJ.

The single page charging paper was filed by U.S. Attorney John A. Sarcone III in the Northern District of New York on April, 24. It simply reads, “Akeel Abdul Jamiel, an alien, fully knowing he was not a United States citizen, did knowingly vote in an election held in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for President, Vice President, and Member of the House of Representatives, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 611.” That is a “voting by aliens” charge which carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison and a fine of up to $100,000.

The DOJ said the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) assisted in the Jamiel investigation, but did provide further detail.

Democrats and their propaganda press partners continue to resist passage of the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility” (SAVE) Act, which would prevent non-citizens from voting in federal elections, saying non-citizens never, or only rarely, vote in U.S. elections. But the examples of non-citizens voting like this are plentiful, and each one points to an obvious conclusion: Our elections are vulnerable to rigging.

Earlier this week, Elections Correspondent Logan Washburn reported that a Chinese student in Michigan allegedly voted in November’s election. Haoxiang Gao, a University of Michigan student, skipped court and a judge issued a bench warrant to arrest him.

The SAVE Act, which has passed a House vote, awaits action in the Senate. SAVE would require states to get proof of citizenship, in person, before registering an individual to vote for a federal election. Under SAVE, citizens seeking voter registration would provide a REAL ID, U.S. Passport, military identification, birth certificate, or other forms of identification proving citizenship.

“Here is yet another reason why New York State should require identification to vote,” U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y. said in a statement. She voted in support of the SAVE Act earlier this month and says her state laws also need attention. “New York remains one of the few states without any form of voter identification requirement. That is unacceptable. Every legal voter—regardless of party—deserves to know their vote is protected and not canceled out by fraud or abuse. Democrats continue to undermine election integrity—not only by pushing noncitizen voting but by relentlessly opposing basic voter ID laws.”

The New York State Court of Appeals recently struck down a law that allowed more than 800,000 noncitizens to vote in New York City elections, Stefanik said.

New York City Considers ‘Accelerator Restrictors’For Habitual Speeders

For those of you who’ve had your share of speeding tickets, just imagine putting your pedal to the metal, only to have your car’s accelerator top out at — or below! — the speed limit.

A new measure under consideration in New York City could really clamp down on repeat speeders with accelerator-restrictor technology … particularly focusing on speeders cited on surface streets and in school zones. The city could end up mandating the accelerator restrictors to force chronic speeders to involuntarily slow down.

The devices are part of a pilot program known as Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA). Some use GPS data and maps to determine the correct speed depending on your car’s location. Some makes and models already have this technology installed as of a year ago. Vehicles that do not currently have ISA would have to be modified to add the technology.

If approved, New York would join Virginia, Georgia and Washington, D.C., in enacting new state laws requiring convicted speeders be forced to install ISA devices to curb their ability to accelerate beyond legal limits.
