Biden’s Handler Caught on Hot Mic Treating Him Like a Toddler After Unhinged Speech

Joe Biden’s handler was caught on a hot mic treating him like a toddler after he delivered a speech to Nebraska Democrats on Friday evening.

Joe Biden delivered a speech at the Nebraska Democrat Party’s “Ben Nelson Gala” in Omaha on Friday evening.

At one point Joe Biden began attacking President Trump and said this week’s election results is sending a message to ‘Trump and his crowd.’

‘You work for us, Mr. President!” Biden shouted. “We don’t work for you! You work for us! Not just billionaires and millionaires!”

Joe Biden blamed President Trump during his unhinged speech.

“This is a democracy and the fact of the matter is there are no kings in democracies,” Biden said.

After attacking Trump, Biden tried to wander off stage but his handler stopped him.

A hot mic caught Biden’s handler talking to him like a toddler.

“You’re going to stay on stage,” Biden’s handler said as she grabbed him.

“I am? Oh,” Biden said.

“You’re going out by the side,” the handler said.

“Oh, alright,” Biden said.

Nebraska Tribe Punches Back After State Officials Hint At Prosecuting People For Buying Marijuana On Its Reservation

A Native American tribe in Nebraska, as well as cannabis reform activists, are punching back against the governor and state attorney general over recent comments suggesting that people would be prosecuted if they buy marijuana from businesses on its reservation.

Gov. Jim Pillen (R) and Attorney General Mike Hilgers (R) both made controversial remarks about the tribe’s cannabis program this week amid negotiations over a compact on tax revenue from tobacco sales.

Hilgers said that people who buy marijuana under the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska’s planned legal market on its reservation within the state do so “at their own peril,” implying enforcement action against citizens for purchasing what he described as a “poison” if they take it beyond the territory’s borders.

In response, the tribe’s attorney general, John Cartier, put out a statement condemning the top state officials, emphasizing that the state “cannot dictate our internal licensing” and that “retaliation and misinformation do not serve patients or taxpayers.”

“We continue to act in good faith and are ready to work with the Governor to find agreement that benefits both parties, but we caution him: if he is relying solely on the Attorney General’s flawed interpretation of the law, personal crusades are clouding his legal judgment as they have before,” he said. “If the State continues to retaliate or attempts to block our lawful enterprise, we will defend our sovereignty through all available means.”

Cartier said the notion that the tribe can’t sell marijuana under its regulatory model to non-tribal members is “wrong.”

“Nebraskans overwhelmingly approved medical cannabis last November, yet the administration has pursued litigation and commission actions that frustrate voter intent and depart from Nebraska law and the sponsors’ stated purpose,” the statement says. “None of this alters the jurisdictional line that preserves the Tribe’s authority on tribal lands. The Tribe has moved forward, as is our right, with regulations that align with statute. The State’s reaction misstates the law and distracts from patient-focused solutions.”

The tribe’s attorney general said its members are willing to compromise on the tobacco tax issue and accept a compact deal previously offered by the administration. But if that compromise plan is also being withdrawn, he said that would “demonstrate direct retaliation against the Tribe, and we will respond accordingly.”

“We prefer to work directly with the Governor on a tobacco tax compact that benefits both parties and respects sovereignty. Any attempt to leverage an unrelated, lawful medical cannabis program against compact discussions is improper. We look forward to the administration’s written position and we will respond through the proper channels.”

The tribe’s attorney general previously claimed that the state is using its efforts to legalize marijuana as an excuse to suspend negotiations on the tobacco tax deal.

Nebraska Attorney General Calls Marijuana A ‘Poison’ And Says People Who Buy It From A Tribe Within The State Do So ‘At Their Own Peril’

The attorney general of Nebraska says people who buy marijuana under a Native American tribe’s planned legal market on its reservation within the state do so “at their own peril,” implying enforcement action against citizens for purchasing what he described as a “poison” if they take it beyond the territory’s borders.

During a press conference focused on an unrelated executive order, Gov. Jim Pillen (R) and Attorney General Mike Hilgers (R) were asked about ongoing negotiations with the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska over a tobacco tax compact and the tribe’s move to legalize cannabis within the prohibitionist state.

“I think that my position is crystal clear. I’m totally opposed in recreational marijuana,” the governor said. “If the Omaha tribe progresses to that extent, my view is really simple: There’s not going to be Nebraskans going into the Omaha buying recreational marijuana. We’ll take whatever steps it is to keep our state values and keep that from happening.”

Hilgers, the state attorney general, also spoke about the tribe’s cannabis program alongside the governor, as well as during a separate press briefing on Wednesday.

While compacts between the state and tribal governments can be “good” for both parties, he said what the Omaha tribe has proposed is both a usurpation of tax revenue from tobacco sales and a willful defiance of state laws around marijuana.

Felon Who Was Granted Clemency by Biden Admin Hit with New Federal Charges After Violent Incident

An alleged Omaha, Nebraska, gang member who was given a get-out-of-jail card by former President Joe Biden has been arrested after less than five months of freedom.

On Jan. 17, Biden commuted Khyre Holbert’s 20-year sentence to 100 months, according to a federal list of the pardons and commutations.

Holbert is now facing a federal charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm in connection with an Oct. 4 shooting in Omaha that injured a 28-year-old man, according to WOWT-TV.

Holbert also faces local charges of first-degree assault, using a firearm to commit a felony, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

A criminal complaint alleged that Holbert tried to get rid of the gun, upon which his fingerprints were found.

Holbert had a substantial record even before his 2018 sentencing on charges that included being a felon in possession of a firearm and distributing crack cocaine, according to National Review.

He was charged in 2010 with carrying a concealed weapon and possessing an unregistered firearm. At the time, he was a minor and was sentenced for one year.

In 2012, Holbert was convicted of a felony for having a gun and was sentenced for three years.

Officials said he is a member of a violent gang in Omaha.

According to the Justice Department, “the gun used in the Omaha shooting was found to have been discharged in two other separate criminal incidents that occurred in Omaha, including a homicide that occurred on June 22, 2025, and a felony assault in which several unknown assailants shot at a man in his vehicle on June 23, 2025.”

Holbert had been released from federal prison in May and began three years of probation on May 30.

A Justice Department statement noted that at the time Biden commuted Holbert’s sentence, “the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nebraska objected to the grant of clemency due to Holbert’s gang affiliation and significant criminal history, along with the nature of his criminal convictions in that case, which included possessing firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking.  Clemency was ordered over that objection,” according to KSID-TV.

“Khyre Holbert should never have been prematurely released from federal prison and been free to participate in this violence,” United States Attorney for the District of Nebraska Lesley Woods said.

U.S. Senate Candidate in Nebraska Claims to be an Independent But is Being Bankrolled by Prominent Democrats

Dan Osborn is a candidate for U.S. Senate in the state of Nebraska and he claims to be an independent, yet he is being funded by donations from major Democrats in various parts of the country and is using the far left portal Act Blue.

It looks as though the left is trying to put one over on the American people by disguising a candidate as something that he isn’t and hiding the truth. It’s an incredibly dishonest and cynical move.

Of course, the liberal media is playing right along. Almost every report describes Osborn as an independent.

FOX News reports:

National Dems bankroll campaign of ‘fake independent’ Senate candidate from Midwestern state

Labor Union leader Dan Osborn, a candidate for U.S. Senate in Nebraska, has campaigned on being an “Independent,” going as far as saying he has no plans to caucus with either major party if elected, but his recent FEC filings paint a different picture.

Osborn has not only been endorsed by leaders of the Nebraska Democratic Party and mobilized fundraising on ActBlue, the Democratic Party’s main fundraising platform. He has also accepted donations from several prominent Washington Democrats and Democrat political action committees.

Among the donors to his campaign are the campaign of Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., and the PACs of former Democrat senators Bob Kerrey and Jon Tester. Democracy Summer, a leadership PAC founded by Maryland Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin, also donated $2,000.

The latest FEC filings, released last week, also show Osborn continues to accept fundraising support from The People United, a left-wing super PAC that has supported Democrat ‘Squad’ members like Jamaal Bowman, Cori Bush, Summer Lee and Ilhan Omar.

“As an independent, I’ll be uniquely positioned to bring together a majority to get it done,” Osborn’s “Where I Stand” webpage on his campaign website states in reference to securing the border from illegal immigration. “I believe we all have more in common with each other than we do with the partisans who run Washington.”

Back in March, Bernie Sanders recommended this exact strategy. He told progressive candidates that they should run as independents.

Nebraska Officials Miss Medical Marijuana Licensing Deadline As Regulators Resign

Supporters have questioned for months whether the voter-authorized Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission would meet its October 1 deadline to grant its first licenses.

The answer is no: The commission will miss that deadline by at least one week, in the wake of two resignations sought and received by Gov. Jim Pillen (R) of liquor regulators who jointly served on the medical cannabis board.

The Medical Cannabis Commission confirmed the new timeline Tuesday at a meeting originally meant to approve the first cultivator licenses and move toward the first steps of a medical cannabis supply chain in the state. However, two of the five cannabis commissioners resigned Monday, both of whom served on a three-member team evaluating and scoring cultivator applications received by September 23.

Now, the remaining commissioners will independently review applications by next Tuesday, when commissioners will meet to decide whether to award up to four cultivator licenses.

“We would just ask for your understanding that this is a situation that none of us created in this, where we’re at right here,” Commissioner Lorelle Mueting of Gretna said Tuesday. “We would just hope you understand that we’re working through this the best that we can to make sure that we get the licenses issued in a timely manner and evaluated and issued in time.”

Dark side of Indian immigration: NE hotel ‘sex trafficking’ story is worse than you thought…

As many of you know, the DOJ and FBI recently busted an Indian immigration sex-trafficking ring. This wasn’t just a small operation; it was an empire built on child trafficking, drug dealing, and visa fraud, among many other crimes. It was all happening in Nebraska, inside several filthy hotels owned by Indian immigrants, some of whom were in the country on nothing more than visitor visas.

But what you don’t know is how bad it really was and how long this had been going on.

Kash Patel:

The FBI has busted an alleged human trafficking ring with 10 children, some under 12, and 17 adults.

The individuals were rescued from filthy Nebraska hotels where they were allegedly trafficked for sex and forced labor.

Your FBI will never stop fighting for victims and delivering justice and we will hunt predators to the ends of the earth.

The hotel was wired for filming, and the Indian immigrants running the operation would sit around watching the private x-rated footage like it was their own twisted daytime soap opera.

Court records reveal the true horror that was happening right under everyone’s noses in the Midwest, carried out by people we welcomed into our country.

Headline USA:

Earlier this month, the Justice Department announced a slew of charges against four Indian nationals for running a human trafficking ring out of several Nebraska hotels.

Court records reveal shocking details about the allegations against Ketankumar Chaudhari, Rashmi Ajit Samani, Amit Chaudhari, Amit Chaudhary, and Maheshkuma Chaudhari. Along with pimping out children, they also allegedly sold drugs, trafficked in stolen goods, harbored fugitives, and committed widespread visa fraud over the last five years out of those hotels, which were wired with hidden cameras.
However, law enforcement’s initial investigation of this crime syndicate had nothing to do with violent crime.

Rather, it began as a probe into an Indian call center. According to charging papers, Indian scammers posing as Federal Trade Commission employees would call victims and bilk them for cash under the pretense of a federal investigation. As it turned out, many of those scammers lived in hotels owned by the leader of the conspiracy, Ketankumar, who first entered the country in 2008 as a visitor on a B1/B2 visa.

Indian immigrants accused of running huge child sex ring out of Nebraska hotels…

If the allegations in this case out of Nebraska are true, this is one of the most disturbing examples of immigrant crime in recent memory, and it completely shatters the left’s fantasy narrative about these do-gooder immigrants. Dems love to pretend that every person crossing our border is some hardworking doctor, scientist, or dreamer with a heart of gold and that the idea of bad actors slipping through is just some “right-wing talking point.” But here we are again, with a horrifying case involving child sex trafficking and drugs, all allegedly orchestrated by an Indian immigrant family who used their hotel business as a front for horrific human misery.

Douglass Mackey:

If these allegations are correct, then the Chaudharis, an Indian immigrant family that owned hotels in Nebraska, were engaged in an operation to traffic underage children across the Southern border to work in their hotels as laborers and prostitutes (and for their own sexual gratification), an operation to traffic illegal immigrants to the state of Washington to secure IDs, and an operation to fraudulently secure U visas by staging fake crimes.

Some or all of these trafficked illegal immigrants appear to have come from India.

They also used their hotels as drug trafficking hubs.

Democrat State Senator From Nebraska Defends Illegal Alien and Accused Murderer, Calling ICE the ‘Gestapo’

Democrat State Senator Megan Hunt of Nebraska recently went on a profanity laden diatribe on Twitter/X, in which she seemingly defends an illegal alien accused of murder and other crimes, while referring to ICE as the ‘gestapo.’

It’s absolutely stunning to see the lengths Democrats are willing to go to in order to defend dangerous criminals who are in the country illegally.

Twitchy reported:

This was no ‘Nebraska man,’ and he was no innocent person just seeking a new life in America. His name has not been publicly released yet, but El Salvador confirmed that the gang member is on their ‘Most Wanted’ list and has been charged in his home country with multiple counts of aggravated homicide as well as being affiliated with terrorist organizations. One of the kingpin’s top MS-13 associates, also wanted for murder in El Salvador, was shantched up in the raid as well.

All of America should be cheering for arrests like this, but the Democrats just can’t help themselves.

After the news broke, one Nebraska resident noted that State Senator Megan Hunt is opposed to arresting and deporting such nefarious criminals. Not only that, but she is actively trying to disrupt ICE operations.

How does this further the interests of the people of Nebraska?

Nebraska Medical Marijuana Regulators Approve Emergency Rules Banning Flower Access For Patients

The Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission on Thursday approved emergency regulations to begin accepting medical cannabis applications as soon as Gov. Jim Pillen (R) gives his final green light.

State law requires him to do so by Tuesday.

The emergency regulations, unveiled for the first time minutes before the 10 a.m. meeting, largely mirror a legislative proposal that lawmakers stalled on last month. The regulations would take effect for up to 90 days, pending Pillen’s approval. The two medical cannabis-related laws that voters approved mandate that applications must start being accepted no later than July 1.

Commissioner Lorelle Mueting of Gretna, an addiction prevention specialist through Heartland Family Service, affirmed that commissioners want public feedback on the emergency regulations through July 15, to inform future, formal regulations.

Public comments may be submitted to lcc.frontdesk@nebraska.gov, the repository for the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission, which will forward the messages onto the state’s new Medical Cannabis Commission.

“The input that the public provides on these emergency regulations will help us immediately begin drafting the regular regulations,” Mueting said Thursday.
