Oregon Teen Arrested in Connection with Alleged Plot to Behead ICE Agents as “Trophies”

Rayden Coleman, 18, a resident of St. Helens, Oregon, was arrested on February 4, 2026, in connection with an alleged plot to carry out violent attacks against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

A manifesto found during his arrest, for a group called ‘Cascadia Rangers Coalition’, described intentions of beheading agents to use as ‘trophies.’

According to multiple news reports and court documents from early February 2026, prosecutors allege that Coleman planned to kill ICE agents, behead them, and use the heads as proof to recruit others on the Warm Springs reservation in an effort to start a separatist movement or civil war.

Oregon Live reports that Coleman is facing multiple charges, including one count of second-degree attempted assault (or attempt to commit a felony), and six counts each of unlawful manufacture and possession of a destructive device.

Authorities discovered the plot after roommates and acquaintances reported his statements and manifesto, which expressed anger over ICE actions during the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement. He allegedly told acquaintances about his violent plans, bought an assault rifle, and started making Molotov cocktails.

He was arrested during a high-risk traffic stop in the parking lot of an assisted living facility where he worked. Authorities found Molotov cocktail materials, weapons, surveillance gear, and evidence of payments for an AR-style rifle in his car.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The manifesto, written following the actions by federal agents in Minneapolis, allegedly launched plans to form a separatist state of “Cascadia,” according to prosecutors.

Kurt Cobain’s death was ‘homicide’: Shocking new forensic investigation questions suicide ruling

His death shocked fans and sent ripples through the music world, but decades later, Kurt Cobain’s final moments are under renewed scrutiny.

The Nirvana lead singer died on April 5, 1994, at age 27, from a self-inflicted shotgun wound at his Seattle home.

At the time, the King County Medical Examiner ruled his death a suicide by a Remington Model 11 20-gauge shotgun.

Now, an unofficial private sector team of forensic scientists has put fresh eyes on Cobain’s autopsy and crime scene materials, bringing in Brian Burnett, a specialist who previously worked on cases involving overdoses followed by gunshot trauma.

Independent researcher Michelle Wilkins, who worked with the team, told Daily Mail that after just three days looking into the evidence with fresh eyes, Burnett said: ‘This is a homicide. We’ve got to do something about this.’

She said the conclusion followed an exhaustive review of the autopsy findings, which revealed signs inconsistent with an instantaneous gunshot death.

The peer-reviewed paper presented ten points of evidence suggesting Cobain was confronted by one or more assailants who forced a heroin overdose to incapacitate him, before one of them shot him in the head, placed the gun in his arms and left behind a forged suicide note.

‘There are things in the autopsy that go, well, wait, this person didn’t die very quickly of a gunshot blast,’ Wilkins said, pointing to organ damage associated with oxygen deprivation. ‘The necrosis of the brain and liver happens in an overdose. It doesn’t happen in a shotgun death.’

Burnett has decades of experience analyzing crime scenes and interpreting complex evidence.

He has earned national recognition for his expert analysis in controversial cases like Marine Colonel James Sabow’s death and the investigation into Billey Joe Johnson Jr, where his meticulous forensic reconstructions challenged official findings.

A spokesperson for the Medical Examiner’s Office told the Daily Mail: ‘King County Medical Examiner’s Office worked with the local law enforcement agency, conducted a full autopsy, and followed all of its procedures in coming to the determination of the manner of death as a suicide.

‘Our office is always open to revisiting its conclusions if new evidence comes to light, but we’ve seen nothing to date that would warrant re-opening of this case and our previous determination of death.’

The Daily Mail reviewed Cobain’s autopsy, which described how his body was found on the floor of the greenhouse above his garage.

‘Examination of the miscellaneous papers in the left front pocket [of Cobain’s jeans] reveals some writing in black ink, reading ‘Remington 20 gauge 2-3/4 shells or shorter setup light shot 10888925,’ the June 20, 1994 autopsy reads.

Wilkins said: ‘To me, it looks like someone staged a movie and wanted you to be absolutely certain this was a suicide.

‘The receipt for the gun is in his pocket. The receipt for the shells is in his pocket. The shells are lined up at his feet.’

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson Admits to 30% Reduction in Homicides After Trump Intervention

Far-left Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) became a contortionist when asked about violence in his city, wiggling every way he could to deflect from the positive impact of President Trump’s actions to lower crime.

But try as he might, the mayor reluctantly admitted that there has been a 30% reduction in homicides.

Johnson appeared on MSNow’s ‘The Weekend’ and was asked, “That has been replicated in other big cities. Is the President right to say that it was his actions in Chicago, bringing federal agents to Chicago that made Chicago safer?”

He replied, “He is not. I mean, this President continues to exacerbate instability across our country. In fact, where ICE and federal agents were present, we actually saw an increase in violence. In other words, the tension and the chaos that federal agents bring to cities in America, it actually is counterproductive.”

“So yes, we saw a 30% reduction in homicides, shootings, shooting victims all down.  In fact, the city of Chicago doubled the amount of the national average in terms of violence reduction.”

“Because in my role as mayor, it’s about showing up for working people. We’ve revamped the Detective’s Bureau to bring closure and accountability in the city of Chicago, 71% clearance rate. We’re solving crime.”

Johnson then tried to pretend other things are stopping crime, “We’re building more affordable homes. I’ve reopened mental health clinics, expanded mental health care, investing in our young people. Over 31,000 young people had summer jobs because we know that policing alone is not going to save.”

So, housing and summer jobs reduced crime, but removing violent criminal aliens is “chaos?”

5 Lane Bryant Employees Inexplicably Killed in Illinois Store Subject of Documentary 18 Years Later, as $100,000 Reward Remains

Family members of the victims of the Lane Bryant murders are continuing to look for answers.

On Feb. 2, 2008, an unknown suspect entered a Lane Bryant location in Tinley Park, Ill., where four employees were on shift, tending to two customers. The assailant, posing as a delivery driver, entered the store and tied up the six women inside.

Rhoda McFarland, 42; Connie Woolfolk, 37; Jennifer Bishop, 34; Carrie Chiuso, 33; Sarah Szafranski, 22, were all shot execution style and died of their injuries. The sixth woman shot, a part-time employee at the store who survived her injuries, has never been publicly identified by police. One of the women was also sexually assaulted by the suspect, though police have never revealed which of the victims was involved.

The surviving victim was able to relay details to police about the suspect’s appearance, while his voice can be heard on a 911 call reporting the incident.

Seattle to pay $30M for teen death in anti-cop CHOP zone — because ambulances wouldn’t go there

The city of Seattle has been ordered to dole out $30 million to the dad of a teen who died from a gunshot wound inside a Black Lives Matter occupation zone in 2020 after first responders refused to enter the protest area.

The Emerald City was found liable by a jury Thursday of botching its emergency response to the still-unsolved shooting of Antonio Mays Jr., 16, on June 29 inside the Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) zone — a movement that was established in response to George Floyd’s death at the hands of cops in Minneapolis, Minn., two weeks earlier.

The verdict came after an unusually long 12 days of deliberations by the 12-person jury — which only needed 10 to agree rather than a unanimous decision. Civil cases only require jurors to find claims were proven by the “preponderance of the evidence” — or over 50% probability — unlike a criminal case which requires jurors to find guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Tennessee Releases Staggering Stats on Migrant Crime

The office of the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference has released its annual state immigration report revealing that in 2025, illegal migrants committed 2,183 violent offenses, including 41 homicides, 145 sexual offenses, 11 child rapes, and more.

Republican State Rep. Dan Howell said he was shocked by the report and called the data “really, really bad.”

“These are the criminals liberals want to defend while trying to defund ICE,” he pointed out.

“Forty-one Tennesseeans are dead at the hands of illegal immigrants and hundreds raped. This will not be tolerated in this great state and we will do more to keep you safe,” Howell added. (emphasis original)

The “2025 Immigration Report” released on January 30 is a required (TN Code § 4-1-425 2024) annual report from the state’s district attorneys general conference. The law directs them to “collect and analyze data from law enforcement agencies on the number of persons not lawfully present in the United States charged or convicted of a criminal offense in this state during the previous year.”

The crime statistics in the report come from data collected from the “Public Chapter 1008: Arrestee Citizenship Status – Not Lawfully Present or Unknown” forms created by the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference. Police in Tennessee are required to fill out these forms after arresting a noncitizen.

The report found that a total of 21,648 charges were filed against illegal migrants among 11,344 cases between January 1 and December 31 of 2025, averaging nearly 1000 reports per month. However, there are likely even more because one county (Bledsoe) did not submit its data in time for the report to be filed.

Migrants representing a total of 119 different countries were cited in the reports where country of origin was obtainable.

The categories of crimes revealed a shocking toll suffered by the state’s citizens at the hands of illegal migrants.

Among the categories of crime, the report includes:

  • 2,183 violent offenses
  • 41 homicides
  • 1,592 assaults
  • 145 sexual offenses
  • 11 child rapes
  • 40 aggravated kidnappings
  • 2,920 DUIs
  • 5,318 cases of driving without a license or on suspended/or revoked
  • 966 Carjackings
  • 36 Felony firearms offenses
  • 66 Assaults on police or first responders

The “2025 Immigration Report” is now the second such report in compliance with the state law. The 2024 report, the first of its kind, collected data from only 73 of the state’s 95 counties and found that 2,719 non-citizens had been charged with crimes.

Federal judge dismisses murder charge, rules Luigi Mangione will not face death penalty

Afederal judge on Friday dismissed the murder charge against Luigi Mangione, who allegedly killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in December 2024, and ruled that he will not face the death penalty.

Federal prosecutors had sought the death penalty in the case, CNN reported.

U.S. District Judge Margaret Garnett for the Southern District of New York, a Biden appointee, dismissed the murder charge because it requires that the killing was committed during another “crime of violence.” Federal prosecutors alleged the other crimes of violence were two stalking charges, arguing Mangione stalked Thompson online and traveled across state lines to kill him.

The judge found that stalking charges are not “crimes of violence” and also dismissed a related firearm offense.

The murder charge is the only count in the federal indictment against Mangione that could have carried a possible death sentence.

Mangione will still face two counts of stalking, both of which have a maximum sentence of life in prison without parole.

Garnett also ruled that Mangione’s backpack, which was recovered when he was arrested, be allowed into trial evidence.

Mangione’s backpack contained a handgun, a loaded magazine, and a red notebook, which are all pieces of evidence that authorities have said tie him to the killing.

His attorneys had argued for the evidence to be barred from trial, claiming that the search of their client’s backpack was illegal because authorities had not yet obtained a warrant and there was no immediate threat to justify a warrantless search.

Sept. 8 is when jury selection for the federal trial is scheduled to begin, with opening statements set for Oct. 13.

Lucy Letby is victim of greatest miscarriage of justice in decades, says cop who caught ‘Angel of Death’ Beverley Allitt

THE cop who caught serial baby-killer Beverley Allitt has told of his belief that jailed nurse Lucy Letby is innocent of the crime.

Retired Det Supt Stuart Clifton has been reviewing the evidence against the 36-year-old — serving 15 whole-life sentences for murdering seven babies and attempting to kill seven others at Countess of Chester hospital.

And Stuart, who nailed Angel of Death Allitt in 1991, said: “This is likely the greatest miscarriage of justice this century .”

The development comes after police last week confirmed Letby faces no further charges — offering her hope that the Criminal Cases Review Commission will sanction a new appeal.

And a hearing yesterday laid the groundwork to reopen inquests into Letby’s victims.
