Cartel Gunmen Abduct, Murder Musical Group in Mexican Border City

A group of cartel gunmen abducted, murdered, and incinerated a group of musicians in the border city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas. Desperate relatives held protests, vigils, and even blocked access to international ports of entry in an attempt to get government officials to act and not ignore the case, like the thousands of missing persons cases that have been taking place throughout the state of Tamaulipas in recent years.

The abduction took place early Sunday morning after the five members of a local regional musical group called Fugitivo went to perform at a private party. When they arrived at the venue, they found it closed. They never returned.

Relatives and loved ones quickly sounded the alarm and filed missing persons reports with authorities. They then began holding protests and spreading the information on social media as a way to pressure authorities into action.

Authorities revealed to Breitbart Texas that 24 hours after the disappearance, they were able to locate the group’s SUV, but the trailer where they kept their musical instruments was missing.

In the following days, Tamaulipas State authorities went to a local bar called La Chinit, where witnesses claim the musicians went after finding their original venue closed. There, they found traces of blood and began conducting DNA tests to determine if the blood matched that of the missing individuals.

As part of their efforts to get attention to the case, friends and loved ones held protests, blocking traffic at international ports of entry. These protests forced Mexican authorities to take steps to secure the ports of entry.

Ex-Police Chief Serving Time for Rape and Murder Escapes Arkansas Prison Wearing Homemade Police Uniform

Former Gateway, Arkansas police chief Grant Hardin escaped from prison Saturday while serving a 50 and 30-year sentences for rape and first degree murder. According to authorities, Hardin wore a homemade police uniform to escape, wheeling supplies though the yard to fool guards.

Excerpt from the New York Post:

A disgraced ex-Arkansas police chief who was serving 80 years in prison for rape and a shotgun-to-the-head execution escaped from a high-security prison disguised as a cop.

Grant Hardin, 56, the former police chief of Gateway near the Arkansas-Missouri border, was seen on security cameras walking out of the North Central Unit prison, in Calico Rock, dressed in what appears to be a homemade law enforcement uniform on Sunday afternoon.

Hardin, who is considered extremely dangerous, used the outfit to sneak through the controlled gate while inconspicuously pushing a cart full of utility materials, according to the Stone County Sheriff’s Office.

…In 2017, Hardin pleaded guilty to the murder of James Appleton, 59, a Gateway water department employee who was shot in the head at point-blank range with a shotgun while on the phone with his brother-in-law, who was at the time the mayor.

…While incarcerated, Hardin’s DNA was tested and linked to a 1997 rape case that saw an elementary school teacher sexually assaulted at gunpoint inside a school bathroom while a community church service occured down the hall.

Hardin pleaded guilty to rape and kidnapping in 2018, with a judge sentencing him to an additional 50 years in jail.

Statement and updates by the Arkansas Department of Corrections, “FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – CALICO ROCK – On Sunday, May 25, at approximately 3:40 p.m., inmate Grant Hardin, ADC #168541, escaped from the North Central Unit. Anyone with information about inmate Hardin’s whereabouts should contact local law enforcement immediately.”

Hospital Murder Labeled as COVID-19 Death is Going to JURY TRIAL

During ‘the pandemic,’ hundreds of millions of Americans suffered through the unconscionable and unlawful COVID-19 mandates, from forcing 2-year-olds to wear masks to mandatory vaccinations to work or attend, but we survived. However, for the hundreds of thousands of Americans who unfortunately needed to seek emergency medical care during this time, many were hospitalized and isolated from their loved ones leaving them defenseless against the heavily financially incentivized medical-industrial complex to deny them proper treatments, inject them with sedatives and toxins, and then induce kidney failure, respiratory failure and death with Remdesivir and by ventilating the patients. Many of these patients were falsely labeled as COVID-19 deaths, but the truth of the matter is… the ‘hospital healthcare protocols’ were nothing short of medical murder (aka wrongful death).

Scott Schara’s 19-year -old, Grace, was medically murdered on October 13, 2021, at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, Wisconsin.

She was given a lethal concoction of three contraindicated meds (Precedex, Lorazepam, and Morphine) causing her heart and lungs to fail. Her doctor then ordered an illegal DNR (do not resuscitate) and place it on her chart the morning of her death. The hospital denied Grace’s family visitation during this time, and they tragically watched her die over an iPad screen.

Teens’ Google Search History Helped Detectives Solve Horrific Denver Arson Murder Case

A reverse keyword search warrant served to Google helped Denver police identify three teens responsible for an arson attack that killed five members of a family in 2020.

Wired reports that in August 2020, a horrific arson attack in Denver, Colorado, claimed the lives of five members of a Senegalese family, including two children. The case initially left investigators stumped, with little evidence pointing to the perpetrators. However, a breakthrough came when Denver Police Department (DPD) detectives Neil Baker and Ernest Sandoval decided to serve a reverse keyword search warrant to Google, requesting information on users who had searched for the address of the victims’ home in the days leading up to the fire.

The warrant, which was met with initial resistance from Google due to privacy concerns, ultimately revealed that three local teenagers—Kevin Bui, Gavin Seymour, and Dillon Siebert—had repeatedly searched for the address on Google in the two weeks prior to the arson. This information, combined with cell phone location data placing the teens near the scene of the crime, provided the key evidence needed to arrest and charge them.

The case highlights the growing use of reverse keyword search warrants by law enforcement. These warrants allow police to request information on all individuals who searched for specific keywords or phrases, potentially exposing innocent people to unwarranted scrutiny.

In this instance, the teens’ defense argued that the warrant violated their Fourth Amendment rights by conducting a broad “digital dragnet” without individualized probable cause. However, the judge ruled in favor of law enforcement, likening the search to looking for a needle in a haystack.

The Colorado Supreme Court later upheld the constitutionality of the warrant in a landmark ruling, potentially paving the way for wider use of this investigative technique. However, the court also acknowledged the lack of individualized probable cause, deeming the warrant “constitutionally defective” despite allowing the evidence to stand.

Trans-identified male charged in fatal stabbing of wife in New Hampshire

New Hampshire woman Margaret Jasmin was stabbed to death on May 18 and her partner, Reya Jasmin, has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. Jasmin is a male who identifies as transgender who was found at the scene by police and was also injured.

A child was also at Plaistow, NH home, and was uninjured and has been removed. The child is believed to be 9 years old and the son of the Margaret and Reya Jasmin. Reya Jasmin, formerly David Mark Jasmin, began the gender change process in 2017, starting hormones in 2018. Margaret also started to transition after her husband did.

Documents from the New Hampshire Department of Justice refer to Reya Jasmin as a woman, saying “an arrest warrant was issued for Reya Jasmin charging her with one count of Second-Degree Murder.” Reya Jasmin has been accused of having recklessly caused the death of wife Margaret.

Many news outlets, from NBC Boston, Hoodline, WGME 13, News 7, Derry News, and others called Reya Jasmin a woman, despite the murder being an instance of a male partner allegedly killing his wife. The Maine Wire noted that the original press release from the NH DOJ correctly identified Reya Jasmin as a man before adjusting their language to reflect Jasmin’s preferred pronouns and gender identity. The Maine Wire reported that the murder was an “apparent murder-suicide attempt.”

Labour set to free killers and rapists earlier under new soft-justice masterplan branded ‘recipe for a crimewave’ by the Tories

Labour is set to free killers and rapists from jail earlier under a new soft-justice masterplan.

The Government’s sentencing review was last night savaged by victims and senior police officers, while the Tories dubbed it a ‘recipe for a crimewave’.

The plan contains a raft of measures to slash sentences served by prisoners – from shoplifters to killers – by up to a third.

Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood, who commissioned the review to free up space in overcrowded prisons, is poised to become the weakest law and order minister in history by allowing thousands more criminals a year to dodge jail completely.

Most of the plan has already been adopted in principle by Labour. Tory frontbencher Robert Jenrick blasted the measures as ‘a get-out-of-jail-free card for dangerous criminals’.

‘It’s a recipe for a crime wave,’ the Shadow Justice Secretary told MPs in the Commons. ‘The Labour Party are clearly ideologically opposed to prison.

‘The radical, terrible changes today may be cloaked in necessity, but the root of them is their ideology. And it’s the public who will pay the price for their weakness.’

The review said criminals convicted of serious violence or sex offences could win their freedom after serving half their jail term, rather than at the current three-quarters point – a one-third reduction.

This lower automatic release date would apply to offenders convicted of ‘rape, manslaughter, soliciting murder, attempted murder and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm’, the document said, providing they behaved well in jail.

Most other offenders would be released after serving just a third of their sentence if they demonstrated good behaviour.

White House Responds to Massachusetts Judge for “Protecting Criminal Illegal Immigrant Monsters” – Shows List of Murderers, Child Sex Offenders, and Drug Traffickers Judge is Protecting

The White House called out “far-left activist” Massachusetts Judge Brian Murphy in a press release Wednesday after he ruled the administration cannot deport violent criminal aliens.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Biden-appointed US District Judge Brian Murphy said the Trump Administration violated his court order when it deported seven illegal aliens to South Sudan. He said they failed to provide the aliens with “meaningful” due process since they were being sent to “third-party” countries.

Murphy even suggested Trump Admin officials may have committed contempt for enforcing immigration policy.

The individuals were sent to South Sudan because they’re so bad that even their home countries “would not take them back,” said Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons.

The seven illegal aliens from several different countries have been convicted of murder, sexual assault with children or incapacitated individuals, drug trafficking and other drug charges, and robbery. Most of them have convictions for multiple crimes.

In response to Murphy’s ruling, the White House issued the following news release on Wednesday, featuring the mugshots and rap sheets of the aliens:

It’s another attempt by a far-left activist judge to dictate the foreign policy of the United States — and protect the violent criminal illegal immigrants President Donald J. Trump and his administration have removed from our streets.

“We conducted a deportation flight from Texas to remove some of the most barbaric, violent individuals illegally in the United States. No country on earth wanted to accept them because their crimes are so uniquely monstrous and barbaric … Thanks to the courageous work of the State Department and ICE and the President’s national security team, we found a nation that was willing to accept custody of these vicious illegal aliens,” said Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.

“As a career law enforcement officer and a career officer with ICE, I’ve been dealing with these recalcitrant countries for years — having to see repeated murders, sex offenders, violent criminals re-released back into the United States because their home countries would not take them back,” said Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons“Under President Trump and under the leadership of Secretary Noem, we are now able to remove these public safety threats so they won’t prey on the community anymore.”

South Africa: Surge in BRUTAL ATTACKS targeting white farmers – Afrikaner campaign group

ATTACKS against South Africa’s white farmers are on the rise with some victims being tortured with electric drills, blowtorches and bleach, according to a new report.

Research by Afriforum, a group which champions the rights of the country’s Afrikaner minority, said assaults on the farms shot up 25 percent last year. And it warned the attacks against landowners were becoming increasingly brutal. Afriforum spokesman Ernst Roets said there was a “racial element” to the violence with research showing only white farming families suffered such levels of savagery.

He said there were more than eight attacks on rural properties every week, 433 incidents in 2018, up from 342 the previous year and the highest recorded by the group.

The number of murders last year was down to 54 from 72 in 2017, its lowest since 2011, suggesting some of the farmers were fighting back.

Mr Roets said: “More victims are shooting back, more are being trained and more are defending themselves.

“They are not allowing themselves to be victims. The farmers aren’t waiting to get murdered, but rather prepared for that contact to happen.”
