Freshman Trans Rep. BRUTALLY Misgendered on House Floor

“The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Delaware, Mr. McBride,” rang out the hate crime of the century from behind the dais in the People’s Chamber — a brutal double misgendering delivered in a single sentence!

Two birds, one stone, etc.

Rep. Tim “clapped back,” as the Social Justice™ people say, following the horrific hate crime he endured, live streamed on C-SPAN,  by defending the same USAID that very possibly had a hand in funding Senator Tim’s campaign through campaign cash laundered through “nonprofit” “humanitarian” groups like the so-called Human Rights Campaign.

Rep. Sarah McBride (D-Del.), the first openly trans person elected to Congress, let her brutal criticism of President Donald Trump’s administration do the talking on Thursday after Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.) misgendered her on the House floor.

Miller, a Trump ally who has backed anti-trans policies including the president’s wave of executive orders, presided over the House where she referred to the freshman lawmaker as “the gentleman from Delaware, Mr. McBride.”

Instead of immediately replying to the swipe ahead of what marked her first-ever speech on the House floor, McBride went after the president instead…

McBride argued that the “attacks” on workers and “lifesaving programs” administered by USAID — the agency responsible for distributing billions in foreign aid, one that Trump and billionaire cost-cutter Elon Musk are looking to shut down — don’t just put security and global health at risk.

“They lay the foundation here at home to gut federal support for education, for health care, for housing, for child care, for workers,” she said.

McBride would later turn to the words of President Franklin D. Roosevelt who, in 1941, declared that “necessitous men are not free men.”*

*How dare Tim use such gendered language as “necessitous men are not free men” on the sacred House floor, in this, Our Sacred Democracy™! What about the necessitous non-binary “transage” toddlers?

USAID Funneled Nearly $800 Million To ‘Gender Transformative’ Global Censorship Group

America’s foreign aid agency, USAID, has given nearly $800 million to a group that has pushed censorship and suppressed “heteronormativity” across the globe, according to documents reviewed by The Federalist. 

The Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) took in $799.7 million in funding from 2015 to 2021, per IRS tax documents. According to InfluenceWatch, “The organization is solely funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).”

As President Donald Trump pushes to “wind down” USAID — which has apparently become a massive “scam on U.S. taxpayers” — government funding disclosures have brought to light the often frivolous, and in this case nefarious, use of public tax dollars. As The Federalist previously reported, the federal government has been bankrolling America’s legacy media outlets for years with tens of millions of dollars in lucrative contracts. 

CEPPS — whose website is no longer public —  claims to be a “nonpartisan” group focused on global “democratic development,” according to an archived webpage. But its website suggests that, while corporate media have been pushing propaganda domestically, CEPPS has been advancing censorship — and radical gender ideology — throughout the rest of the world.

Why did Republicans fund ‘transgender dance’ in Bangladesh?

As Trump attacks foreign spending on “woke” initiatives, a GOP-aligned outfit has largely escaped scrutiny, despite using taxpayer funds to sponsor “transgender dance performances” and what it called the “largest published survey of LGBTI people in Bangladesh.” 

According to documents obtained by The Grayzone, the US-funded International Republican Institute sees gay and transgender people as uniquely disruptive actors who can be deployed to manipulate political realities overseas, stating, “LGBTI people tend to participate in social change activities to eventually bring changes to politics.”

For years, the Republican Party-aligned International Republican Institute’s (IRI) agenda in Bangladesh has been dominated by ethnic minority and transgender issues, with leaked documents revealing the Institute sponsored “the largest published survey of LGBTI people in Bangladesh” and that a full 24% of the 1,868 Bangladeshis who participated in IRI programs in 2019 and 2020 were transgender.

The IRI’s cultural activities were conducted with explicitly subversive objectives, aiming to recruit socially excluded groups as regime change activists. They mirrored the US government’s machinations in Cuba, where, as The Grayzone reported, USAID funded rappers, artists, and “desocialized and marginalized youth” to undermine the country’s socialist government.

Since its founding in 1983, the congressionally-funded IRI has been run by Republican politicians and operatives dedicated to the cause of “democracy promotion” abroad. IRI’s Chairman, Sen. Dan Sullivan, is a vehement opponent of same sex marriage who signed on to a GOP letter calling to restrict the participation of transgender youth in sports. While many of the institute’s board members are Never Trump Republicans like Sen. Mitt Romney, the board also includes Sen. Tom Cotton, a top Trump ally who strongly opposes transgender medical interventions for youth.

The IRI’s eyebrow-raising statistics on trans participation in regime change activities were included in an internal report on its PAIRS (“Promoting Accountability, Inclusivity, and Resiliency Support”) Program, which was obtained by The Grayzone in 2024. The report boasts that “IRI issued 11 advocacy grants to artists, musicians, performers or organizations that created 225 art products addressing political and social issues that were viewed nearly 400,000 times [and] supported three civil society organizations from LGBTI, Bihari and ethnic communities to train 77 activists and engage 326 citizens to develop 43 specific policy demands, which were proposed before 65 government officials.”

NCAA Had The Power To Keep Men Out Of Women’s Sports This Whole Time

The National Collegiate Athletic Association announced an about-face on its 2022 “participation policy” for transgender-identifying athletes this week: No longer are men allowed to self-identify their way into women’s sports.

“The new policy limits competition in women’s sports to student-athletes assigned female at birth only,” the NCAA said in a press release, forced to acknowledge the genetic differences between men and women while bitterly clinging to the anti-science trans-speak “assigned at birth,” as if chromosomal makeup is arbitrary.

Regardless of the continued language manipulation, however, the policy change stands — and it’s a direct result of female athletes demonstrating the myriad ways male athletes have harmed them, plus a strong leader in the White House who is willing to listen and act.

On Wednesday, just one day before the NCAA policy reversal, President Donald Trump signed an executive order (titled simply “Keeping Men Out Of Women’s Sports“) that stripped all funding from educational programs that let men and boys infiltrate women’s and girls’ athletics. “It shall also be the policy of the United States to oppose male competitive participation in women’s sports more broadly,” the order reads, not only for reasons of “safety” and “fairness,” but also to preserve “dignity, and truth.”

The NCAA allowing males to compete against females “is demeaning, unfair, and dangerous to women and girls, and denies women and girls the equal opportunity to participate and excel in competitive sports,” Trump’s order says.

The president is clearly listening to the many brave women who have risked their reputations and much more to share their stories of discrimination and danger. One of these women, NCAA Division 1 athlete Sia Liilii, then the captain of the University of Nevada, Reno, women’s volleyball team, led her teammates in protesting and then forfeiting a game against San Jose State University’s women’s team because it included a trans-identifying male player. As IW Features highlights in a documentary about Liilii’s experience, her school refused to support its own women’s team.

Trans ‘sanctuary states’ Minnesota, California to defy Trump order barring biological males from women’s sports

In the wake of Trump signing an executive order banning biological males from women’s sports in schools that receive federal funding, multiple states are vowing to defy this order and continue allowing such athletes to compete against women.

The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL), which oversees interscholastic sports in the state, said in a statement to schools, “In Minnesota, participation and eligibility of transgender student-athletes is determined by state law, through the Minnesota Human Rights Act and the Minnesota Constitution. The Minnesota State High School League, similar to other youth sports organizations, is subject to state anti-discrimination laws, which prohibit discrimination based on gender identity,” per Fox 9.

“Therefore, students in Minnesota are allowed to participate consistent with their gender identity. League Member Schools have done excellent work in respecting students and their individual situations as they determine their participation and eligibility within interscholastic sports,” the organization added. “The League will continue to review the existing state laws alongside the new Presidential Executive Order and its timeline, processes for states, and requirements that are included.”

Over in California, the California Interscholastic Federation said that the organization “provides students with the opportunity to belong, connect, and compete in education-based experiences in compliance with California law,” with the state’s education code saying that students can participate in sports based on their self-proclaimed gender identity, per the San Francisco Chronicle.

The group said that it would continue to follow state law despite an executive order from Trump that opposes the state’s education code. Washington State is also, and stated, “We are working closely with the Attorney General’s Office to understand the next steps for our state and for our school districts in response to this unlawful order.”

Former UPenn Athletes Sue To Expunge Trans Swimmer Lia Thomas’ Records

Three former swimmers for the University of Pennsylvania have sued the Ivy League college to expunge the records of transgender athlete Lia Thomas.

Alums Grace Estabrook, Margot Kaczorowski and Ellen Holmquist filed the suit on Tuesday, alleging they suffered emotional trauma after Thomas competed as a woman, destroying everything they’d worked their entire lives to achieve. The lawsuit was filed one day before President Donald Trump signed an executive order banning biological men from competing in women’s sports, the Fox News reports.

The three actual women claim that their former school, along with Harvard University, the NCAA, and the Ivy League Council of Presidents subjected them to harassment and abuse in violation of federal laws by allowing Thomas to compete on their team.

“The UPenn administrators told the women that if anyone was struggling with accepting Thomas’ participation on the UPenn Women’s team, they should seek counseling and support from CAPS and the LBGTQ center,” reads the lawsuit.

2004 grads Kaczorowski and Holmquist, and Estabrook, a 2022 graduate, say they were “repeatedly emotionally traumatized” after Thomas was allowed to compete with them in violation of Title IX, and say that school officials pushed pro-trans ideology on them the entire time Thomas was on the team.

They also allege that school administrators invited them to a talk titled “Trans 101,” where they were the problem if they had issues with a “trans-identifying male” on their team.

School officials also allegedly warned them against speaking out about Thomas or they’d be labeled transphobes and risk not finding jobs upon graduation.

Before it was shuttered, USAID routed funds to Soros-aligned causes, terrorists and drag queens

Before the Trump administration closed USAID’s doors, the agency regularly routed funding to causes aligned with George Soros’ nonprofit empire, terrorists and drag queens. 

The agency came under scrutiny from the new administration over failures to ensure transparency in its funding to organizations across the globe and concerns that the leadership was not responding to explicit policy directives from the State Department and the wider executive branch to align its programs with Trump policies and the U.S. national interest. 

In recent days, the Trump administration identified USAID programs ranging from contraceptives for Afghanistan to LGBT diversity programs for European countries as clear evidence that foreign aid needed to be paused and reevaluated, a task that fell to the Rubio State Department. 

The development agency for years also funneled money to several nonprofit groups that also received substantial backing from components of George Soros’ empire. Some previously came under scrutiny during the Obama administration for “democracy promotion” and judicial reform efforts in European countries that critics claimed promoted leftist politics. 

For example, U.S. government spending records show that the East-West Management Institute, which is in part backed by Soros’ Open Society Foundations, received more than $260 million over the years in grants from USAID to, among other things, promote the rule of law in Georgia, strengthen civil society in Uganda, and advance Serbia’s accession talks with the European Union. 

That same nonprofit group came under scrutiny during the Obama administration after Judicial Watch uncovered government records and communications showing that the East-West Management Institute’s “Justice for All” campaign in Albania received $9 million in funding from USAID. 

The assistance concerned several GOP Senators, who sent a letter to the newly appointed Secretary of State Rex Tillerson in 2017, alleging the campaign funded by the U.S. government helped craft an Albanian judicial reform proposal that may “give the Prime Minister and left-of-center government full control over the judiciary.”

BEAUTIFUL! President Trump Signs Executive Order Protecting Women’s Sports Surrounded by Little Girls

President Donald Trump signed a landmark executive order on Wednesday, ensuring that biological men cannot compete in women’s sports.

The signing ceremony, held at the White House, featured President Trump surrounded by young female athletes, symbolizing the administration’s commitment to safeguarding opportunities for women and girls in sports.

“Under the Trump administration, we will defend the proud tradition of female athletes, and we will not allow men to beat up, injure, and cheat our women and our girls. From now on, women’s sports will be ONLY FOR WOMEN!” Trump said during the signing ceremony.

The executive order directs the Department of Education to enforce Title IX based on biological sex, threatening to withhold federal funding from educational institutions that allow transgender women to compete in women’s sports. In the event that the Department of Education is dismantled, other agencies will take over.

“We are putting every school receiving taxpayer dollars on notice: If you let men take over women’s sports teams or invade your locker rooms, you will be investigated for violations of Title IX and risk your federal funding,” said Trump.

It also instructs the Department of Homeland Security to review visa applications to prevent individuals assigned male at birth from entering the U.S. to compete in women’s sports.

Additionally, the order mandates that the State Department advocate for changes within the International Olympic Committee to exclude transgender athletes from women’s events.

Letitia James Orders NY Hospitals to Continue Trans Surgeries on Minors

Democrats are sending a message: election or no election, executive orders or no executive orders, reality or fantasy: “This is our world, and you might be welcome to live in it, so long as you toe the line.” Make no mistake, they may have lost the White House, House, and Senate and elected David Hogg as the DNC vice chair, but they are digging in and remaining intransigent while they plot their return to power. And they aren’t content to merely lose their minds over confirmation hearings or the fact that the party is over at USAID. 

The AP reported that on Monday, New York Attorney General Letitia James sent a stern warning to the state’s hospitals. The warning came in a letter to the hospitals that despite Trump’s executive order to halt funding for transitioning treatments for minors, hospitals that did not continue what the Left refers to as “gender-affirming care” would be in violation of New York’s anti-discrimination laws. James commented, “Regardless of the availability of federal funding, we write to further remind you of your obligations to comply with New York State laws.” The outlet noted that hospitals in Colorado, Virginia, and Washington D.C. had hit the pause button on the procedures while they evaluated the order.

California’s ‘Gay As F**k’ Top Military Commander

Many have professed to find “two Americas” in the nation’s economic and racial divisions, but nowhere is there more of an estrangement between Americans than in the political and cultural realms. A fresh indication of that comes from the center of the loony left, the California S.S.R. itself, where a top National Guard commander proudly displayed a gay flag in his office and promptly got a promotion from Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Make Me President). Well, of course he did. The meteoric rise of Major Gen. Matt Beevers is an indication of how spectacularly insane the left has become.

The Washington Free Beacon reported that Beevers “featured a flag that read ‘gay as f**k’ in his office at the California National Guard’s headquarters in Sacramento, the July 2022 photo taken inside his office shows.” Imagine how Patton or Marshall would have reacted to the sight of a senior officer displaying such a flag. But they lived a long, long time ago, and instead of removing Beevers from command or even reprimanding him, Newsom promoted him to head of the National Guard in California. Apparently being “gay as f**k,” or thinking that being “gay as f**k” is terrific, is a prerequisite for advancement in Gavin Newsom’s military.

Beevers is married to a woman, which suggests that either he has a decidedly unconventional marriage, or that his support for the left’s efforts to destroy the traditional family and normalize all manner of delusions and perversions does not emanate from his personal proclivities, but from his deeply held convictions. Even if Beevers rejects the trans madness and everything that goes along with it, which is extraordinarily unlikely, his display of the flag still represents a common but nevertheless unacceptable lack of attention to what the National Guard is supposed to be spending its time doing. As President Trump has emphasized, the military should be concerned with protecting Americans, not with advancing social agendas. Gavin Newsom obviously has different ideas. 

The Free Beacon notes that this was no perfunctory or pro forma bow to the prevailing winds. On the contrary, “the flag was displayed in Beevers’s office for several months before a servicemember of the California National Guard took the photo.” And now that Beevers is in charge, “former California National Guard officers who served under Beevers said the vulgar display—and his other actions in office—raise serious questions about whether his focus on ‘woke DEI priorities’ over operational excellence has hampered the Guard’s ability to properly respond to natural disasters including the deadly Los Angeles fires earlier this month.” Excellent questions. Will Gavin Newsom answer them? Come on, man! 

Newsom will ignore Beevers’ “gay as f**k” flag despite the fact that the woke general’s “decision to dismantle a highly trained volunteer firefighting force under his command just months before the outbreak of the Los Angeles fires” turned out to be “a move that rendered the Guard incapable of sending a complete firefighting force to the city until 10 days after the fires broke out.” Was Beevers too distracted with his duties advancing the gay agenda to pay attention to such mundane matters? After all, didn’t he have some illegal migrants on hand to do the jobs he didn’t want to do?
