In a saga that reads more like a political thriller than a real estate dispute, Texas businessman Timothy Barton is at the center of a high-stakes legal storm that some allege is less about justice and more about silencing dissent.

Timothy Barton—a Christian businessman, proud Trump supporter, and founder of the successful JMJ Development—has, in yet another glaring example of Biden-era political persecution, become the latest target of lawfare by a weaponized federal government more interested in shielding the Chinese Communist Party than protecting American citizens.

Barton’s “crime”? Sounding the alarm on what he believed to be a covert Chinese land acquisition scheme on U.S. soil.

Back in 2019, Barton was approached by a Chinese national named Haoqiang “Michael” Fu and his associate Steven Wall. They pitched him on partnering in high-value real estate developments across Texas. At first glance, it looked like a lucrative venture. But the deeper Barton got involved, the clearer the red flags became. Fu and Wall repeatedly failed to provide promised funding, while Barton was forced to keep the project afloat—personally.

Worse still, Barton discovered what he described as blatant financial fraud, including altered co-lender documents redirecting repayments straight to Fu. Convinced that the deal was a front for something far more dangerous—a CCP-backed scheme to influence and infiltrate American real estate — Barton did what any patriot would do: he reported the activity to Homeland Security.

But in Joe Biden’s America, doing the right thing gets you punished.

Trump says he’s ending Biden’s ‘Digital Equity’ program — and Democrats are freaking out

Democrats are furious at President Donald Trump for saying that he will shut down the Digital Equity Act signed into law by former President Joe Biden.

The president said Thursday that he wanted to end the program signed into law in 2021, which spent billions ostensibly to expand internet access to underserved communities.

“I have spoken with my wonderful Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnick, and we agree that the Biden/Harris so-called ‘Digital Equity Act’ is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL,” wrote Trump on Truth Social.

“No more woke handouts based on race!” he added. “The Digital Equity Program is a RACIST and ILLEGAL $2.5 BILLION DOLLAR giveaway. I am ending this IMMEDIATELY, and saving Taxpayers BILLIONS OF DOLLARS!”

Some of the funds allocated for the bill have already been handed out, including to some red states like Kansas, Alabama, and Arkansas. Defenders of the bill deny the president’s allegation that it is racist and claim that the legislation hardly even mentions race, according to the New York Times.

Democrat Sen. Patty Murray of Washington state, who authored the bill, expressed her outrage at the suggestion.

“It is absolutely insane that resources meant to help red and blue communities—everyone from local school districts and libraries to workforce training programs and Tribes—close the digital divide will be illegally blocked because the President doesn’t like the word equity,” wrote Murray.

“Americans are sick and tired of extremist right-wing culture wars being forced down our throats,” she added. “Republicans will have to explain to their constituents why this Republican administration doesn’t believe their local library should get funding to help seniors navigate telehealth options or why middle schoolers in rural districts shouldn’t get laptops.”

Trump overturns Biden-era efficiency rules for household and commercial appliances

President Trump late Friday afternoon signed four pieces of legislation that overturn Biden-era efficiency rules. 

Three of the Biden administration regulations overturned by Trump had sought to improve efficiency for household water heaters, walk in freezers and commercial refrigerators and freezers. Trump also overturned a Biden-era rule related to labeling requirements for consumer products. 

A tool called the Congressional Review Act (CRA) allows Congress, with the president’s approval, to undo recently passed regulations. The CRA is most commonly used at the start of a new administration to undo regulations issued at the end of the last administration.

The Trump administration is reportedly preparing to release the full audio of Biden’s now-infamous classified documents interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

The recording, long shielded by Biden’s Gestapo-like Justice Department, is expected to confirm what conservatives have known for years: Joe Biden is mentally unfit for office — and Democrats have known it all along.

According to Politico, citing two GOP officials briefed by top aides in President Trump’s orbit, plans to release the audio are underway, though final plans remain fluid.

Democrats and Biden’s handlers are reportedly in full-blown panic as a critical May 20 legal deadline approaches, according to two sources within Biden’s inner circle, per Politico.

A federal judge has ordered the Biden Justice Department to declare whether it will continue hiding the tapes behind the flimsy veil of “executive privilege” in response to multiple Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits filed by Judicial Watch, The Heritage Foundation, and a coalition of media outlets.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the Biden White House admitted to altering the transcript of Joe Biden’s testimony to the Special Counsel to make him appear less incompetent.

This not-so-shocking admission comes on the heels of a lawsuit filed by the Heritage Foundation and Judicial Watch against the US Department of Justice, demanding the release of the original recording of Biden’s testimony.

Biden has personally invoked Executive Privilege against The Heritage Foundation and Judicial Watch in an attempt to keep his controversial interview with Special Counsel Hur under wraps.

Biden admin prioritized ‘social engineering’ over air traffic safety, key aviation Republican says

The chairman of the House’s Aviation Safety Caucus is accusing the former Biden administration of helping fuel the current air traffic control (ATC) crisis, by its choice to fund progressive diversity initiatives instead of modernizing the aging system.

Rep. Nick Langworthy, R-N.Y., told Fox News Digital that the former administration’s marquee bill, the bipartisan infrastructure bill, was among several “missed opportunities” to fund a revamp of the ATC system.

“That was before I came to Congress, but, you know, you had just mistaken priorities in that, all this DEI policy, DEI staffing, that all got baked into the cake,” Langworthy said. “They could have taken that money and spent it on real modernization of what is critical infrastructure in this country.”

“We had the longest period of incident-free aviation in this country’s history, where we didn’t have a commercial air crash from the time the crash happened in Buffalo, in my district, back in 2009, to just this year, and what happened at [Ronald Reagan Airport]. And it was avoidable,” he said.

It comes after a blackout at Newark Liberty International Airport reportedly caused a roughly 90-second outage to its air traffic control screens.

And earlier this year, a military helicopter collided with a passenger plane coming from Wichita, Kansas, in a deadly incident just off the shores of the nation’s capital.

Langworthy clarified that he does not believe DEI policies “necessarily” directly hit ATC.

“It’s what they spent the money [on]. I mean, you know, there’s infrastructure projects, ones in my backyard, where they want to bury and tunnel over our main artery in the town because it’s going to reunite a community somehow,” he said.

Per John Solomon of Just The News: A newly released memo from June 2021 shows the Biden administration authorized federal law enforcement to target Americans engaged in “concerning non-criminal behavior.” According to declassified documents, Biden officials directed law enforcement to investigate individuals such as active-duty servicemen, gun owners, and people deemed to be spreading “disinformation.”

No other information about the June 2021 memo was released as of Tuesday evening.

Biden press secretary Jen Psaki makes outlandish claims about former president’s cognitive decline

Former President Joe Biden‘s press secretary claims she didn’t know about her boss’ cognitive decline until his train wreck performance during last summer’s presidential debate.

Jen Psaki – the former White House spokesperson and now MSNBC anchor – made the extraordinary confession during Semafor’s Mixed Signals podcast.

‘I never saw the person on that debate stage. I was in the Oval Office every day… I’m not a doctor. Aging happens quickly,’ Psaki said

Psaki then attempted to tamp down speculation of a coordinated cover-up. But her own words only poured gas onto the political firestorm that has been smoldering since Biden’s dramatic withdrawal from the 2024 race last July.

‘Cover-up is a very loaded term,’ she said referring to how some described the Biden’s health issues. 

‘People use that term as related to Watergate or the covering up of not sharing public information about a war… I think it’s a bit of a dangerous term.’ 

Psaki stood beside Biden for more than a year: serving as his public voice, managing briefings, shaping narratives, and defending his clarity and capability from the White House podium. 

Her stunning admission rang hollow. Claims that she was blindsided by his mental decline sparked intense backlash and reignited questions about what the administration – and the press – knew about Biden’s condition.

Biden Autopen Use Increased As Cognitive Decline Deepened, Analysis Finds

The Oversight Project has released a disturbing new findings showing an apparent correlation between the increased use of autopen signatures and Joe Biden’s worsening mental decline.

The group previously found that two different autopens were used, pointing out that Neera Tanden was the White House Staff Secretary when Biden autopenned pardons from a golf course in the US Virgin Islands.

The organisation released further analysis finding that Biden’s pardons for family members, Anthony Fauci, General Milley, J6 Committee members, and Gerald Lundergan were all autopenned.

Now a further analysis of Executive Order signatures shows an “increased use of the autopen as President Biden’s mental and physical decline accelerated,” according to the group.

The findings show that Biden used a wet signature on every single Executive Order during his first 18 months in office.

However, this radically changed in late Spring of 2022 when around half of the orders were autopenned. By the Summer, 100 percent of the orders were being signed by autopen.

In 2023, two thirds of the orders were autopenned, and in 2024 that figure rose to three quarters, before again hitting 100 percent in the last days of his presidency in 2025.

Reports: Castro Regime Propagandist Living in Florida Thanks to Biden Parole Program

Narciso Amador Fernández Ramírez, a known propagandist of Cuba’s communist Castro regime, is allegedly living in the United States thanks to the Biden-era “Humanitarian Parole” program, Cuban-American journalist Mario Pentón reported on Thursday.

The outlet Cubanet described Fernández Ramírez, 65, as a former deputy director of Vanguardia, the official newspaper of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) in the central province of Villa Clara, who also served as columnist for the state propaganda outlet Cubahora. 

The communist propagandist is known in Cuba for vehemently insulting the Cuban diaspora in the United States, branding its members as “rats,” gusanos (“maggots”), and “mercenaries.”

Most notably, Fernández Ramírez appears listed as the author of two pieces published on the official website of late murderous dictator Fidel Castro. One such piece, dated 2019, in which Fernández Ramírez is listed as an author refers to the veterans of the Bay of Pigs liberation attempt as “rats.” In another piece, dated 2017, Fernández Ramírez praised late murderous communist dictator Fidel Castro and claimed that Castro is “seated, vigilant, next to [Cuban founding Father Jose] Martí, in the sacred Olympus of the heroes of the Homeland.”

Pentón reported that Fernández Ramírez has resided in Homestead, Florida, since March 2024 after he became a beneficiary of “humanitarian parole,” a now-extinct and fraud-riddled program launched in 2023 by the administration of former U.S. President Joe Biden that allowed up to 30,000 Cubans, Haitiaians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans per month to request entry to the United States by means of a “sponsor,” granting them legal stay and work permits for a period of “up to two years.”

“He is waiting for a green card to apply for benefits such as Social Security and Medicare. He, who was the most unconditional communist in Villa Clara, is now enjoying his old age in the country he despised so much,” a source told Pentón on condition of anonymity.

According to Pentón, Fernández Ramírez presently lives in Homestead with his wife Elizabeth Leal and their daughter, who already resided in the United States.

“A simple Google search was enough to know that this man was a propagandist for the Communist Party of Cuba. That makes him ineligible for immigration benefits,” Florida-based immigration attorney Ismael Labrador told Pentón.
