Possible Crimes Committed by Biden Staffers Using Autopen Without Presidential Awareness Outlined

As questions swirl about Joe Biden’s cognitive state and absentee leadership, new scrutiny is falling on the use of the presidential autopen by Biden’s staffers, an automated signature device that has been used to sign executive orders and potentially even pardons.

These staffers, if these reports are accurate, could have engaged in multiple ongoing felonies.

House Oversight Chair Jim Comer (R-KY) has said legislative subpoenas are being sent out, but what crimes could they be pursuing? And something many are asking online: will anyone ever be charged with any crimes?

Nearly all of Biden’s official signatures were done with the autopen. The Biden White House even issued criminal pardons with the autopen. There were two autopens that were in use.

The OversightPR project identified times that Biden’s pardons were issued while Joe Biden was known to be out of the White House on vacation and unable to run the automatic signature machine.

Project Veritas released a video today showing David Hogg admitting that it was Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff who was exerting a tremendous amount of unseen power in the Biden White House.

Trump has said whoever was using the autopen was “usurping the power of the Presidency.”

Who was running the American government under Sleepy Joe Biden?

David Hogg Spills the Beans on Who Really Pulled the Strings During Joe Biden’s Illegitimate Presidency

Jill Biden’s Chief of Staff, Anthony Bernal, “wielded an enormous amount of power” in the White House, a new undercover video reveals as Joe Biden’s “autopen” presidency comes under scrutiny.

The revelation came from none other than DNC vice chair David Hogg, who made the admission to an undercover Project Veritas reporter amid a discussion about DNC “corruption” as the organization attempts to oust him from its ranks.

“I think the fact of the matter is the DNC is always going to be a campaign arm of the president, ultimately,” Hogg told the undercover Veritas journalist, adding, “The bigger issue was like the inner circle that was around Biden. That’s it.”

“Like Jill Biden’s chief of staff had an enormous amount of power,” Hogg added.

Former Biden digital strategist Deterrian Jones picked up where Hogg left off, saying Bernal’s powerful role was “an open secret,” describing him as a “shadowy, Wizard of Oz-type figure.”

“I would avoid him, he was scary,” Jones said.

“I’ve never seen him,” the Veritas reporter told Hogg and Jones, who replied, “Exactly.”

“I knew how he looked, but the general public wouldn’t know how this man looked, but he wielded an enormous amount of power,” Jones said. “And I can’t stress to you how much power he had at the White House.”

Pigford, Again: Biden’s USDA Allegedly Excluded White Farmers from Loan Forgiveness

The Biden administration allegedly discriminated against white farmers in loan forgiveness, according to a whistleblower — a repeat of the Pigford scandal of 2010, with Tom Vilsack again in charge of USDA.

The Pigford scandal was exposed by Breitbart News founder Andrew Breitbart, who noted that left-wing organizers had exploited the real grievances of black farmers to conduct a covert “reparations” program.

The original Pigford settlement was reached by the Clinton administration. In 2008, then-presidential candidate Barack Obama used the promise of wider compensation to woo rural South Carolina voters.

That promise, Breitbart alleged, was key to Obama’s insurgent win against party favorite Hillary Clinton.

Though Breitbart struggled to force the mainstream media to pay attention, the New York Times eventually vindicated his investigative reporting, a year after his death, showing how Pigford became a massive fraud:

[T]he Obama administration’s political appointees at the Justice and Agriculture Departments engineered a stunning turnabout: they committed $1.33 billion to compensate not just the 91 plaintiffs but thousands of Hispanic and female farmers who had never claimed bias in court.

From the start, the claims process prompted allegations of widespread fraud and criticism that its very design encouraged people to lie: because relatively few records remained to verify accusations, claimants were not required to present documentary evidence that they had been unfairly treated or had even tried to farm. Agriculture Department reviewers found reams of suspicious claims, from nursery-school-age children and pockets of urban dwellers, sometimes in the same handwriting with nearly identical accounts of discrimination.

The groups found a champion in the new agriculture secretary, Tom Vilsack. New settlements would provide “a way to neutralize the argument that the government favors black farmers over Hispanic, Native American or women farmers,” an internal department memorandum stated in March 2010.

Now, another whistleblower has come forward to accuse the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) of racially discriminatory fraud once again.

Vaccine Cover-Up: The Greatest Biden Scandal of All

It is an undeniable scandal of mammoth proportions, but one that is – surprise, surprise – still being ignored by major media. It all began in February of 2021, shortly after Joe Biden took the oath of office with the pandemic still raging. Health officials in Israel sent a dire warning to the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) detailing “large reports of myocarditis, particularly in young people” who received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Many doctors and vaccinated individuals witnessed the same phenomenon here in the US. The affliction strikes the heart muscle, and in many recorded instances has caused heart failure and even death. But those raising red flags were discredited, scorned, and silenced.

After years of anecdotal reports about perilous side effects from the vaccine, the Senate’s Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, headed by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), finally conducted a hearing on the matter on May 21, 2025, and the revelations should have made headline news.

As you undoubtedly remember, we were repeatedly assured by top officials in the Biden administration that the vaccine, approved for emergency use and released during the waning days of the first Trump administration, was completely safe and effective. Every living former US president and first lady – except Trump and his wife, of course – participated in a public service announcement touting the vaccine in March of 2021 – after the warning from Israel about myocarditis.

President Trump’s Crypto Czar, David Sacks, Says Elizabeth Warren Behind Biden Regime Anti-Crypto Agenda… ‘Controlled Autopen’

In a fiery Fox Business interview on Tuesday, President Trump’s newly appointed Crypto and AI Czar, David Sacks, pulled no punches — directly accusing radical leftist Senator Elizabeth Warren of running the Biden White House’s infamous autopen and using it as a weapon to “terrorize” the crypto community.

Sacks, the Silicon Valley entrepreneur turned pro-Trump policymaker, didn’t mince words during the interview.

He accused “Pocahontas” Warren of waging a personal war against digital finance, calling her actions a “pathological hatred” of crypto.

Sacks: “This is the financial system of the future, Jessie, and we have to encourage it. What the Biden administration was doing—and let’s face it, it wasn’t Biden—Elizabeth Warren controlled the autopen during that administration.

She, for some reason, has this pathological hatred of the crypto community. She wants to drive this community offshore; she doesn’t want it happening in the United States. That’s the wrong policy for the United States.

We want all the innovation happening here. This is a financial system of the future. It’s cheaper, it’s more efficient—we want it happening here, Jessie. And I think people are thrilled that President Trump is making that possible.”

Here’s the Horrifying Way Biden’s Inner Circle Planned to Run the Country if He Somehow Got Reelected

It is easy to forget that before Biden’s disastrous debate performance last spring, he and his team were running full steam ahead on his reelection campaign. They actually believed Biden could win a second term and serve another four years.

Knowing what we now know, it’s obvious that this would have been impossible. But what if he had run and somehow won the election? How would his team have tried to pull it off? Now we know that too, and it’s terrifying.

According to Alex Thompson, Jake Tapper’s co-author on their new Biden book, Biden’s inner circle of unelected White House aides were planning to just show Biden in public every once in a while to prove he was alive, and then they would handle the day to day running of the country.

Thompson appeared on FOX News over the weekend and explained this evil plan.

Biden Aide Admits Liberal Admin Did ‘Undemocratic Things’ to Try and Stop Trump

In a candid admission, a longtime aide to former President Joe Biden reportedly revealed that White House staff felt justified in taking “undemocratic” actions during his administration, believing that President Donald Trump posed an existential threat to American democracy.

This revelation emerged during an appearance by Axios reporter Alex Thompson on Fox News Sunday, where he discussed insights from his reporting on the former Biden administration.

Thompson described a prevailing mindset among unelected aides, who saw themselves as the true decision-makers, often shielding Biden from scrutiny and managing the presidency behind the scenes.

“If you believe — and I think a lot of these people do sincerely believe — that Donald Trump was and is an existential threat to democracy, you can rationalize anything, including sometimes doing undemocratic things,” Thompson stated.

The aide’s remarks suggest a troubling rationale for actions taken in the name of protecting democracy.

In one notable comment, the aide remarked that Biden “just had to win, and then he could disappear for four years,” implying that the president could step back while his staff handled the day-to-day operations.

“He’d only have to show proof of life every once in a while,” the aide added, emphasizing the tight control exercised by an inner circle of staff members over Biden’s schedule and public interactions.

This admission raises important questions about the nature of governance in a democracy and the lengths to which individuals might go when they perceive a significant threat.

Critics have long pointed to the tensions between security and democratic principles, and this incident illustrates the challenges faced by those in power when navigating such dilemmas.

FBI Reopens Investigation Into Cocaine Found at Biden White House

The FBI on Monday announced it reopened the investigation into cocaine found at the White House.

“Shortly after swearing in, the Director and I evaluated a number of cases of potential public corruption that, understandably, have garnered public interest. We made the decision to either re-open, or push additional resources and investigative attention, to these cases. These cases are the DC pipe bombing investigation, the cocaine discovery at the prior administration’s White House, and the leak of the Supreme Court Dobbs case. I receive requested briefings on these cases weekly and we are making progress. If you have any investigative tips on these matters that may assist us then please contact the FBI,” FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino said.

A baggy of cocaine was discovered in the West Wing after Hunter Biden visited the White House in early July 2023.

The Secret Service closed its investigation into the Biden White House cocaine scandal without conducting any interviews.

No suspect was identified.

According to CNN, the baggy of cocaine was “found in a blind spot for surveillance cameras.”

The Biden shadow handlers who were REALLY running the White House, insiders reveal

A team of Biden administration insiders known as the ‘politburo’ were the ‘ultimate decision-makers’ running America as the president’s cognitive health declined, according to a new tell-all book.

A trio of senior political veterans who had known President Joe Biden for decades worked closely with his wife, Dr Jill Biden, and occasionally his troubled son, Hunter, to run the show, according to Jake Tapper’s book, Original Sin.

Mike Donilon, Steve Ricchetti and Bruce Reed were the core three decision-makers, the book claims, adding that former senior adviser to the president Annie Tomasini and former White House chief of staff Ron Klain were also ‘at times’ part of the group.

‘Five people were running the country, and Joe Biden was at best a senior member of the board,’ one source told the authors, Tapper and Alex Thompson.

‘In practice, Bruce Reed was the real domestic policy adviser, Mike Donilon was the actual political director, Steve Ricchetti controlled Legislative Affairs, and Klain controlled a bit of everything.’

The book states that this group could, and would, make decisions without consulting department heads, keeping Biden at an arms length from his own cabinet members and even some of his political aides.

One anonymous insider told the authors: ‘I’ve never seen a situation like this before, with so few people having so much power. They would make huge economic decisions without calling [Treasury] Secretary Yellen.’

The phrase ‘politburo’ is generally reserved for the upper echelon of power within a communist state.

Donilon had served as a senior advisor to Biden from the beginning of his presidency, but had been a close confidante of Biden’s since at least the 1980s.

He was described as a ‘true believer’ in Biden, and enjoyed mutual trust with the president.

‘The president valued Mike Donilon’s advice so much that aides would later joke that if he wanted, he could get Biden to start a war,’ Thompson and Tapper wrote.

Klain had also known Biden since the 1980s and was influential over policy decisions and key messaging.

According to the book, Biden’s aides had heard him boast of Klain over the years. He would reportedly say: ‘Only one person here is smarter than me, and it’s Ron.’

The book claims: ‘Biden showed a particular deference to Klain even though his chief of staff was often more progressive. Biden had deep respect for Klain’s intellect.’

And Ricchetti was a counselor to Biden throughout the presidency, also working as chief of staff during his vice presidency under Barack Obama.

Obama had, according to the book, expressed concerns about the ‘hangers-on’ within Biden’s circle.

Jill Biden’s Press Sec GOES OFF on Bidens For Concealing One Scandal After Another… “Allergic to Transparency”

Jill Biden’s former press secretary Michael LaRosa went off on the Bidens for concealing one scandal after another.

“This was a group in the White House who were allergic to transparency, and I’m talking about just in the East Wing. The very first day walking into the White House, the usher was fired, and I couldn’t get reporters straight answers, because nobody would give me straight answers,” LaRosa said on Fox & Friends.

Michael LaRosa said the Bidens lied about everything from the dogs biting secret service agents to wedding arrangements.

“They took days and months to be deliberative, and I’m talking about the small things, about when the dog bites occurred,” Michael LaRosa said.

“Or about the wedding with the grandkids,” he added. “They got caught lying to the press about press coverage, because they were so scared to be transparent about anything.”

“I said to myself at some point, ‘If it’s this hard to get them to just be transparent and disclose things and to just be upfront from the beginning about anything, even the small things… My God, what would happen if there were big things?’” he said.
