State Department funding ‘drag theater performances’ in Ecuador to ‘promote diversity and inclusion’

The U.S. Department of State has awarded more than $20,000 for a cultural center in Ecuador to host “drag theater performances” in the name of diversity and inclusion. 

The State Department awarded a $20,600 grant on Sept. 23 to the Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano (CEN), a non-profit organization supported by the U.S. Embassy and Consulate in Ecuador, to “promote diversity and inclusion” in the region.

The project at CEN, which started Sept. 30 and runs until Aug. 31, 2023, will include “3 workshops,” “12 drag theater performances,” and a “2-minute documentary,” according to the State Department’s grant listed on the USASpending.gov website.

Oregon child starring in controversial drag queen event had been mentored by an accused child sex offender

Controversy has erupted after a pub in Eugene, Ore. announced it is hosting a drag queen event featuring an 11-year-old child. An investigation by The Post Millennial has revealed that one of the child’s “drag moms” was recently charged with child sex abuse offenses.

“Are you excited for drag queen story time brunch this Sunday morning?” Old Nick’s Pub asked in a Facebook announcement. “Vanellope is here to show you what a 11 year old drag queen can do.” The post featured several photos of “Vanellope Craving MacPherson DuPont,” the stage name of the child, including one where she is touching her chest and her mouth is open. The Post Millennial is not publishing the real name of the child.

Old Nick’s Pub is known locally in the university town for being a leftist bar, and it frequently hosts drag shows as well as sexual fetish events. Vanellope has performed at different events around the state of Oregon, sometimes with grown male performers in risqué outfits, since at least 2018. The girl has CashApp and Venmo accounts, where adults often send her cash tips. Photographs on her Facebook page also show her being showered on stage with dollar bills.

Pennsylvania Elementary School Training Introduces 5-Year-Olds To Transgenderism

A Pennsylvania elementary school held a training for educators to teach them how to create a “gender-inclusive” classroom and affirm LGBTQ identities, according to documents provided by No Left Turn in Education to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Fern Hills Elementary School in West Chester, Pennsylvania, hosted an Aug. 24 teacher training titled “An Intro to LGBTQ Education: Cultivating Gender Inclusive Classrooms” put on by LGBTQ activist Aneesah Smith, according to documents obtained by the DCNF. The training provided the elementary school teachers with picture books and lessons for kids as young as kindergarten on transgenderism to incorporate into their classroom.

“Why are our elementary school teachers focused on gender ideology rather than teaching our children reading, writing, arithmetic, history and science?” Yael Levin, chief communications officer of No Left Turn in Education, a group focused on parental rights in education, told the DCNF. “Why are our schools even touching on subjects that belong with the parents, especially in children ranging from 5 to 11? And more importantly, why are our children being evaluated based on whether they are using the term gender expression and if they understand the meaning of the word.”

Smith is a “queer, Christian, cisgender, woman of color” and the director of diversity equity and inclusion at Penn State Abington who has been in social justice activism for more than 12 years, according to her website. She hosts a variety of training sessions including “understanding & supporting your LGBTQ+ child” and “cultivating campus climate considering intersectionality,” a workshop on addressing unconscious bias within campus offices and programs.

Incarcerated Drag Queen Who Sex Trafficked Teens Now A Trans Activist

An incarcerated drag queen jailed for his role in a child sex trafficking operation is now a regular contributor to a “harm reduction” magazine and is crowdfunding for transition surgeries on social media.

Christopher Thomas Lynch was handed a 14-year prison sentence in 2012 for forcing a teenage boy into prostitution. The male youth, who identified as transgender, was plied with cocaine and used to make child sexual abuse materials in addition to being forced to have sex with men up to four times per day for money.

Lynch and his boyfriend, Steven Lemery, ran an exploitation ring in which they used social media to lure gay and transgender teenage boys for the purposes of forcing them into the sex trade. Lemery, who was a go-go dancer at a gay club, was in a polyamorous relationship with Lynch, as well as a woman and her boyfriend. There were multiple small children residing in the home where the abuses took place.

Lemery was arrested in March 2011 after a former victim tipped off authorities. Police had initially suspected that Lemery was the only individual responsible for the trafficking operation — but that would quickly be revealed as untrue.

Critical race theory is all about conformity

Proponents of critical race theory continue to frame resistance to it in the classroom as racist. In an interview with Education Week, Margaret Thornton, an assistant professor at Old Dominion University in Virginia, characterized opposition to critical race theory as a “whitelash” and a “racist attempt to silence educators.” She insists that in spite of these attacks, she’ll keep teaching the “truth about oppression” in the United States.

The problem with this sort of attack is that there’s a lot more to critical race theory than just teaching historical oppression such as slavery or Jim Crow. It’s this “more” that should worry parents of any race, especially parents of aspiring entrepreneurs.

Of particular concern: Critical race theory activists often reject the idea of individuality. In her blockbuster critical race theory book White Fragility, Robin DiAngelo rejects the “ideolog[y] of individualism.” What does she mean by individualism? “Briefly, individualism holds that we are each unique and stand apart from others, even those within our social groups.”

The problem is that an individualistic streak is essential to being an entrepreneur. In ” Individualism: A Deeply American Philosophy ,” Patrick Carroll and Dan Sanchez pointed out that the greatest entrepreneurs in U.S. history were deeply individualistic. They were “mold-breakers.”

This individualistic mindset was perfectly captured by Steve Jobs with Apple’s 1997-2002 ” Think Different ” ad campaign. But if you’re told that it’s wrong to see yourself as “unique” or “standing apart” from your social group, what are the odds that you’re going to grow up to think differently?

The odds get even lower when you factor in how critical race theory is actually taught. If the essence of entrepreneurship is “think different,” the core of critical race theory might be described as “make sure you think like us.”

CBS News Report Frames Removal Of Gay Porn Books From Children’s Library As ‘Book Banning’

CBS Evening News ran a report Wednesday lamenting the fact that various controversial LGBTQ themed books have been removed from a school library in Jamestown, Michigan after parents complained that the material was pornographic.

The piece framed the development, which is occurring in schools nationwide, in the context of a “sharp rise in book bans in America’s schools and libraries”.

Correspondent Elaine Quijano noted that a group of parents called the Jamestown Conservatives have “led a successful drive to essentially defund the library.”

Defund?

“They want those books removed from the shelves,” Quijano further complained.

The report also contained an interview with the library board president, who repeated the “defunded” pejorative and whined “I feel like we’ve kind of stepped back in time, talking about book banning.”

Arkansas Library Says Book Teaching Masturbation To Ages 7-12 Will Stay On Children’s Shelves

A book marketed to children ages 7 to 12 that teaches kids to masturbate and affirms gender dysphoria was recently backed by a committee of public librarians in Arkansas after a local parent challenged its place on the shelves.

“Sex Is a Funny Word,” by Cory Silverberg and Fiona Smyth, includes images of a child touching herself in the bathtub and affirmation of gender dysphoria, all aimed at prepubescent kids. A children’s library reviewer described the book in 2016 as a “trans-inclusive sex education book.”

The book, which won top awards from gay activist organizations, “follows a cast of four 8-10 year old kids, including gender queer Zai, as they learn about and explore that strange and funny word — sex.” “Having a penis isn’t what makes you a boy. Having a vulva isn’t what makes you a girl. The truth is much more interesting than that!” the book tells kids.

After a patron’s complaint about the book last month, the Rogers Public Library assembled a committee of six of its librarians, says a letter to the patron dated Aug. 29 from Rogers Library Director Hannah Norris Milligan, obtained this week by The Federalist. The majority of this librarian committee decided to keep this book in the children’s section of the library, where children of any age can find it on the shelves.

The obtained public documents show that Norris Milligan participated on the library’s six-member review committee for the book, recommending that it stay on the library’s shelves “[f]or families that wish to discuss these sensitive topics with their children using a diverse and inclusive resource.”

Grade School Used To Be About Math, Science, And Growing Up. Now It’s About Sex, Drag, And Obesity

Government grade school isn’t what it used to be. More than two years after America’s ruling classes used coronavirus as a reason to shut down schools indefinitely, it’s clear that left-wing activism throughout public education became even more unhinged in hibernation.

Earlier this month, teachers in a western suburb of Columbus, Ohio, welcomed back students to the classroom with lessons on “anal sex” and “fisting.”

Badges worn by teachers in the Hilliard school district featured QR codes linking to a union-sponsored website with resources from gender-bending activist organizations. Resources include information on “gender identity,” “body positivity,” and a guide on “Queering Sexual Education.” That 10-page pamphlet offers instructions on “anal sex,” “bondage,” “rimming,” “domination,” “fingering,” “muffing,” and “outercourse.”

The badges sported by teachers were sponsored by none other than unions such as the National Education Association and the Hilliard Education Association. The former represents more than 3 million public school teachers across 14,000 school districts, making the organization the largest teachers union in the country.

While, in a statement to a local ABC affiliate, Hilliard Superintendent Dave Stewart stressed that the QR codes are “on the back of the badge” and are “not to be shared with students,” the front of the badges reads “I’m here,” to signal to students that those who wear them are supposed allies of the radical gender movement.

Lisa Chaffee, a Hilliard parent with Ohio Parents Rights in Education, called the badges “extremely inappropriate” in a classroom setting.

“As a parent that crosses the line,” Chaffee told ABC6.

More than 2,000 miles west, Los Angeles teachers are taking “body positivity” to a whole new level, encouraging students to abandon traditional concepts of “bad” food.

In a video posted on Instagram, the Los Angeles Unified School District promoted childhood obesity by pushing students to eat donuts. The clip features a corporate nutritionist named Kéra Nyemb-Diop whose LinkedIn identifies her as an employee at Mondelēz International.

New Jersey schools must teach middle schoolers about anal sex, pregnancy options or risk ‘disciplinary action’

New state-wide sex ed standards in New Jersey teach students as young as 13 years old about anal sex and their pregnancy options, and school districts that fail to comply could face “disciplinary action,” or even a loss of funding.

The standards were adopted by the New Jersey Board of Education in June 2020, and schools are required to implement them beginning this month. Amid concern from parents and school districts, the state Department of Education has warned that schools who fail to implement the new standards may face discipline. 

The state standards describe what students should learn by each grade level, and it is up to the districts to design a curriculum to adhere to the standards. By eighth grade, according to the New Jersey standards, students should “describe pregnancy testing, the signs of pregnancy, and pregnancy options, including parenting, abortion, and adoption;” and “Define vaginal, oral, and anal sex.”

In Chicago, the city’s largest children’s hospital offers ‘kink’ and ‘trans-friendly’ sex toys for minors

The largest children’s hospital in Chicago has created partnerships with local school districts to promote radical gender theory, “kink,” “BDSM,” and “trans-friendly” sex toys for children.

I have obtained insider documents that reveal this troubling collaboration between gender activists at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and school administrators throughout the Chicago area. According to these documents, and a review of school district websites, Lurie Children’s Hospital has provided materials to school leaders promoting radical gender theory, trans activism, and sexually explicit materials in at least four Chicago-area public school systems: District 75, District 120, District 181, and District 204. According to a whistleblower, these documents were circulated to administrators, teachers, and other staff at the middle school and high school level as part of ongoing employee-training programs.

The primary training document, “Beyond Binary: Gender in Schools,” follows the basic narrative of academic queer theory: white, Western society has created an oppressive gender binary, falsely dividing the world into the categories of man and woman, that has resulted in “transphobia,” “cissexism,” and “systemic discrimination” against racial and sexual minorities. 

Versions of the document were attributed to Jennifer Leininger, associate director of Lurie’s Community Programs and Initiatives, and Hadeis Safi, a “nonbinary” genderactivist who uses “they/them” pronouns and works for the hospital’s LGBTQ and Gender Inclusion program—which advertises its care for children with “gender expansive” identities and offers “gender-affirming” medical procedures, including puberty blockers for children.
