Tom Homan Confirms ICE Operation Leak Points to the FBI — Criminal Investigation Underway: “Not Only Will This Person Lose Their Job and Lose Their Pension, They’re Going to Go to Jail”

Tom Homan confirmed that a series of leaks related to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations may have originated within the FBI.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a massive Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation set to take place in Los Angeles, targeting thousands of illegal immigrants with criminal records, was leaked to the far-left press.

According to the leaked documents, the raid—dubbed Operation Compliance—was designed to be one of the largest immigration enforcement efforts in recent years, targeting primarily individuals with outstanding deportation orders, criminal convictions, and known gang affiliations.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem openly criticized the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and appeared to accuse the agency of leaking sensitive information concerning impending “large-scale” immigration raids.

The previously secret, high-security deportation flights have been filmed for the first time as Sir Keir Starmer tries to head off the political threat from Nigel Farage’s Reform UK and demonstrate to a skeptical public that Labour is getting tough on illegal migration.”

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem openly criticized the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), calling the agency as “corrupt.”

Noem’s fiery statement appeared to accuse the FBI of leaking sensitive information concerning impending “large-scale” immigration raids orchestrated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in the Los Angeles region.

The raids, which are a joint effort involving ICE, the FBI, and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), came to public attention through an internal government document that was mysteriously leaked to the far-left press.

MORE LEGAL INSANITY: Obama Judge Blocks Trump Administration from Sending Venezuelan Migrants to Guantanamo Bay

Yet another judge has decided to legislate from the bench to stop President Trump from carrying out his agenda.

As Fox News reported, a federal court in New Mexico issued a temporary restraining order barring the Trump administration from shipping three Venezuelan immigrants held in the state to Guantánamo Bay as part of Trump’s efforts to rid America of illegal aliens.

The migrants’ lawyers accused the administration of racial profiling, stating in a legal filing that the men “fit the profile of those the administration has prioritized for detention in Guantánamo, i.e., Venezuelan men detained in the El Paso area with (false) charges of connections with the Tren de Aragua gang.”

The attorneys also went on to whine about “the mere uncertainty the government has created surrounding the availability of legal process and counsel access is sufficient to authorize the modest injunction.”

Attorney Jessica Vosburgh, who represents the three individuals, revealed District Court Judge Kenneth J. Gonzales granted the temporary restraining order.

Readers will not be surprised to find out that Gonzales was nominated to the bench by Barack Obama.

Elon Musk: DOGE Team Discovers FEMA Spent $59 Million Last Week on Luxury Hotels for Illegals in NYC Violating the Current Law – Musk Vows to Recoup the Funds

Elon Musk reported early Monday morning that FEMA sent $59 million just last week to luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal migrants.

According to Musk, sending this money to these high-end hotels violated the law.  This directly interferes with President Trump’s executive order.

And why is FEMA paying for illegal alien housing when they ignore Americans suffering and living in tents in places like North Carolina?

FEMA funds are meant for American disaster relief and not to fund Joe Biden’s invasion.

Musk says a clawback demand will be made today to recoup the funds.

Apparently, one of the hotels in question is the Roosevelt in Manhattan.

Frustrated Chicagoans Cheer ICE Deportations and Efforts Targeting Sanctuary Policies

Chicago resident Vashon Tuncle joined “The Ingraham Angle,” to share his support for ICE’s efforts as well as the frustration many in his community feel after being ‘abandoned’ by local and state officials.

Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker (D) and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) have made it clear that protecting the city and state’s sanctuary policies for illegals is more important than protecting American citizens.

Pritzker is so committed to keeping ICE from doing what is necessary to secure our country that he spread a vicious hoax to sow fear in the community by falsely claiming ICE agents visited a school on Chicago’s South Side.

It was, in fact, Secret Service agents investigating a threat at the school, not ICE.

On Thursday, The Department of Justice on Thursday filed a lawsuit against the state of Illinois and the city of Chicago for allegedly interfering with federal immigration enforcement.

The lawsuit claims Pritzker and Johnson, as well as others, asserts that several state and local laws are “designed to and in fact interfere with and discriminate against the Federal Government’s enforcement of federal immigration law in violation of the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution.”

Pritzker left his “tough talk” for President Trump rather than the criminals destroying his state.

Chicago Alderman: We’re Getting More Upset at Trump for Enforcement than at Biden for Letting Criminals Into City

On Friday’s broadcast of “NewsNation Now,” Chicago Alderman Raymond Lopez discussed the lawsuit between the Department of Justice and the city of Chicago, Cook County, and the state of Illinois over sanctuary policies and stated that it’s bizarre that officials weren’t upset at the Biden administration for allowing dangerous illegal immigrants to remain in Chicago and are only getting “upset now that judgment has come” under the Trump administration.

Lopez said, “[W]hat I think is important for your viewers to remember is that the target list that Tom Homan is going off of was compiled under the Biden administration. They knew we had 2,000, at least 2,000 dangerous individuals in our city that were threats to our neighborhoods and our country that they allowed to come here that they are only now going after.”

He continued, “But yet, no one is questioning why Biden allowed that to happen, they’re only upset now that judgment has come.”

CA Woman Jailed After Ripping US Flag, Raising Mexican Flag, Declaring, ‘This Is Mexican Land’

A California woman was arrested Thursday after raising a Mexican flag at a Bakersfield park where an American flag had been flying.

According to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, Crystal Aguilar, 24, was arrested, according to KERO-TV.

A post from the department on Facebook said deputies responded at 9:36 a.m. to a report that someone was trying to steal an American flag from the park.

When they arrived they found Aguilar and a car stuck in the mud near the flagpole.

The post said the suspect “had cut the chain securing the flagpole, removed the American flag, and thrown it into the mud before raising the national flag of Mexico in its place.”

“When Park Rangers attempted to detain Aguilar, she physically resisted and made multiple verbal threats against them,” the release said.

“You’re not going to tell me what to do, this is Mexican land,” Aguilar told police in a video to YouTube, adding an obscenity.

Modern Slavery? Wealthy New Yorkers Beg Police Not to Turn in Their Cheap Illegal Servants

Affluent liberals’ purported compassion bears a striking resemblance to self-interest.

In fact, like their 19th-century forebears, modern Democrats seem to fancy themselves benefactors to those whom they exploit.

According to the New York Post, police officials in the upscale village of East Hampton on New York’s Long Island have assured wealthy residents that local police cannot cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in detaining and deporting the illegal immigrants upon whom those residents rely for domestic service.

“If it is an ICE detainer or an administrative warrant, we do not have the authority. We will not hold them,” East Hampton Village Police Chief Jeffrey Erickson said at a community meeting on Tuesday.

East Hampton Town Police Chief Michael Sarlo said effectively the same thing at a different meeting.

“Our level of participation and cooperation with ICE lies in criminal matters,” Sarlo said. “I haven’t seen an ICE agent in this town in I can’t tell you how long.”

Sarlo did add, however, that local police do not make a habit of violently confronting armed federal agents.

In other words, police in sanctuary cities cannot assist ICE, but neither do they actively resist ICE’s efforts. Thus, sanctuary cities themselves constitute the real problem here.

WHOA! Homan Says Tren De Aragua Gang Members Tipped Off to ICE Raid – ICE Agents Show Up to Empty Colorado Apartments After Leak

Trump’s Border Czar Tom Homan revealed someone leaked to Tren de Aragua gang members that ICE was raiding Colorado apartments.

When ICE agents showed up, the apartments were empty.

Homan told Fox News correspondent Harris Faulkner that someone leaked the ICE raid plans to the Venezuelan gang members.

“We’re addressing that immediately today – Operation Security – how these leaks are happening,” Tom Homan said. “We’ve already identified how this operation got leaked. I’ll deal with that today!”

Activists shouted into bullhorns as ICE agents raided a Cedar Run apartment complex on Wednesday morning.

Of course, this put ICE agents in danger.

Tom Homan said he’s working with the DOJ to see if he can have these activists arrested for impeding.
