Ceuta Invaders Are Now EATING The Cats And Birds: Report

Volunteer caregivers in the Spanish North African enclave of Ceuta report that cat colonies are vanishing, dead animals are turning up cut apart, and birds such as pigeons and seagulls are being found half-devoured in the weeks since tens of thousands of migrants poured across the border from Morocco.

Nearly three weeks after the mass invasion, local reports describe cats displaced or missing, and carcasses discovered in disturbing conditions. Caregivers who have continued feeding the animals daily say the damage is already severe.

One volunteer administrator, identified as Merelo, told La Gaceta she has found “many dead cats, cut,” some missing half their body or pierced with a punch, along with mistreated animals. 

She has also located pigeons and seagulls that were half-eaten, though she said she did not personally witness anyone consuming them. 

“When the people entered, the cats left their habitat, as happens in any natural space,” she explained. Merelo noted that Muslims traditionally show respect for cats, but among the new arrivals are people of sub-Saharan origin from various backgrounds.

The same pattern of disappearance is detailed in an account published by El Faro de Ceuta. Author Ángel Ruiz, writing in support of the volunteer caregivers, stated that the harm caused to the cat colonies “is great and, in many cases, irreparable.” 

Cats have left areas now occupied by migrants. “It can be said clearly that cats are missing. Where are they? As of today, no one knows,” the caregivers summarize.

How Did We Get Here? Morocco Demands the Return of Unaccompanied Illegal Migrant Minors From Spain — And Spain Says NO!

Following the invasion and mass irregular entry of more than 70,000 people into the Spanish cities of Ceuta and Melilla a couple of weeks ago, a new diplomatic front has intensified between Rabat and Madrid, centered on illegal unaccompanied immigrant minors.

Morocco, through its Justice Minister Abdellatif Ouahbi and diplomatic sources, has publicly demanded the return of all illegal unaccompanied Moroccan immigrant minors currently in Spain. This includes both those who recently entered Ceuta illegally and those already residing in reception centers elsewhere in the country.

Ouahbi stated that Morocco “maintains its determination to recover its children and minors” and will pursue their return “through legal and political channels.” He argued that the family environment and country of origin are the most suitable for them, particularly with the start of the school year approaching.

But Spain says NO.

Spain has responded that immediate or collective returns are not possible. Spanish and European legislation requires that any repatriation respect the best interests of the child and follow an individualized procedure.

A bilateral agreement exists between Spain and Morocco on the prevention, protection, and coordinated return of Moroccan minors. However, this agreement does not allow either side to bypass Spanish and European legal safeguards.

In a shocking decision, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals just upheld a ridiculous injunction that literally stops our brave ICE and CBP agents from arresting illegal aliens who are hiding out in “houses of worship.”

Senior Circuit Judge Barbara Milano Keenan, an Obama appointee, wrote the opinion. She was joined by fellow Obama appointee Pamela Harris and Bush appointee G. Steven Agee.

For decades, federal immigration agencies generally restricted enforcement actions at or near houses of worship and other so-called sensitive locations.

The Biden administration’s 2021 policy required prior approval for most operations in protected areas, while preserving exceptions for emergencies, national-security threats, hot pursuit, and other urgent circumstances.

On January 20, 2025, the Trump administration rescinded that framework and told officers to use discretion and a ‘healthy dose of common sense.’ A later ICE directive put case-by-case decisions in the hands of senior field officials.

DHS made its position unmistakable in the public announcement: ‘Criminals will no longer be able to hide in America’s schools and churches to avoid arrest.’ The administration said it would no longer tie the hands of ICE and Border Patrol agents.

ICE Proposes Insurance Coverage For Local Officers Involved In Immigration Arrests

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has proposed an insurance plan to shield local police officers involved in immigration arrests from financial liability if they face allegations of misconduct during those arrests.

A proposal document published Aug. 14 by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shows the agency intends to pay for liability insurance coverage for state and local law enforcement officers who are trained to perform immigration officer functions.

The plan would allow officers to purchase up to $500,000 in professional liability insurance, which typically covers financial losses, legal defense fees, settlements, and judgments. Officers would be reimbursed up to $250 each year for insurance costs, according to the document.

The proposal also states that ICE intends to hire a contractor to provide outreach, training, and support to its 287(g) partners. The contractor would also be tasked with coordinating professional liability insurance coverage and reimbursement for law enforcement officers, according to the document.

The 287(g) program is a federal partnership that allows ICE to delegate authority to state and local law enforcement officers to perform specified immigration officer functions, including identifying and processing removable illegal immigrants who have criminal charges.

ICE is seeking industry feedback on the proposal by Aug. 20, according to the DHS’s notice.

The proposal comes as the Trump administration has intensified its immigration enforcement efforts nationwide, with ICE playing a major role.

A notice published on Aug. 10 by DHS showed that ICE also planned to provide its agents new gloves, known as CTG-5 G.L.O.V.E, or Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter, which can deliver electric shocks.

A DHS spokesperson told The Epoch Times by email on Aug. 12 that ICE aims to ensure that its officers have the tools and equipment they need to safely arrest and remove “criminal illegal aliens” from the country.

“Every decision is made with careful consideration and appropriately reviewed to ensure that any technology ICE utilizes is consistent with all applicable law enforcement policies and standards,” the spokesperson said.

“Our officers are highly trained in de-escalation tactics and regularly receive ongoing use of force training.”

The Democratic National Committee’s Resolutions Committee on Aug. 13 approved a resolution that calls for the abolition of ICE. The resolution cited the deaths of ICE detainees and allegations of poor conditions at detention facilities.

Natalie Baldassarre, the national press secretary for the Republican National Committee, criticized the resolution, saying that Democrats should prioritize the safety of Americans. Baldassarre also said the Trump administration’s enforcement efforts have mostly targeted illegal immigrants accused or convicted of crimes.

And the Civil Guard has confirmed at least 15 rapes since the late-July mass migrant invasion — including a 10-year-old girl allegedly assaulted by three migrant brothers.

Women are packing up and leaving the Spanish enclave. Local residents describe a city abandoned by its own government while Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez remains on vacation.

A mother broke down on live TV this week, describing the daily terror for her teenage daughter.

“My 16-year-old daughter has to go everywhere with her father or with me because the migrants devour her. I can’t take it anymore. I want them all gone,” she stated.

She added, “I’m not racist—my granddaughter is mixed-race, my best friends are Muslim—but they can’t invade us. What’s stayed here is the worst of it; there are murderers, rapists, thieves.” 

This is the reality two weeks after an estimated 70,000-plus migrants poured across from Morocco into a city of roughly 84,000 people. Reception centres collapsed. Thousands — largely young men — stayed behind when many others returned. Beaches became the default settlement.

Women Flee Spain’s Ceuta After Civil Guard Confirms 15 Rapes — Socialist Government Stays On Vacation As Enclave Implodes

Spain’s socialist government is on vacation while Ceuta dissolves. Nearly two weeks after some 70,000 migrants crossed from Morocco into a city of roughly 84,000 residents, the Civil Guard has confirmed at least 15 rapes — including the alleged assault of a 10-year-old girl by three migrant brothers. Ceuta’s beaches, parks, and public spaces are now unrecognizable.

Women are leaving. Families are sending children to mainland Spain. One Ceuta mother broke down on live television: “My 16-year-old daughter has to go everywhere with her father or with me because the migrants devour her. I can’t take it anymore. I want them all gone.”

Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez remained on vacation as the crisis peaked. The ruling Socialist party maintains the mass crossings are a humanitarian situation requiring management — not a security crisis demanding a response.

Residents describe a city transformed beyond recognition in three weeks. Beaches like Trampolín — once packed with local families — are now carpeted in makeshift shacks, garbage, and human waste. Children’s parks across the enclave have been fouled. A Ceuta resident told reporters: “We can’t take our kids to the beach. They are occupied. Full of shacks, people throwing food, full of clothes, feces, urine.”

Hospitals are overwhelmed. Reception centers hit capacity within days of the initial crossing. The Interior Ministry registered 2,168 unaccompanied minors in Ceuta; child-specific facilities existed for only a fraction of them. EU law requires unaccompanied minors be transported to the Spanish mainland — a directive now straining Spain’s broader social welfare system.

OUTRAGE IN VIRGINIA: Islamist Illegal Immigrant Found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity in Landlord’s Killing Flees to Tajikistan After State Hospital Grants 48-Hour Pass

The Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute handed accused killer Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda an unsupervised 48-hour weekend pass, DESPITE a court order that he “shall not be released from custody and inpatient hospitalization without further order of this court.”

Toshpulodzoda then headed straight to Washington Dulles International Airport, boarded a one-way Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul, and continued on to Dushanbe, Tajikistan. He never returned.

This is the latest outrageous failure of Virginia’s Democrat-run mental health and criminal justice system under Governor Abigail Spanberger.

In 2019, Toshpulodzoda stabbed his roommate and landlord, Mohammed Hemmatian, to death in their Vienna, Virginia home, according to FOX 5 DC. Investigators found him “covered in blood from head to toe.” He told police, “I am guilty.”

Despite his confession, he was found not guilty by reason of insanity in 2022. Court records show his attorney argued he was “fixated on religious topics and he was illogical and nonsensical,” with delusions intertwined with Islam. He was committed to the Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute.

On June 11 and again around June 29, 2026, Fairfax County Circuit Court Judge Stephen Shannon ruled that Toshpulodzoda remained mentally ill and in need of inpatient hospitalization. The judge ordered that he shall not be released from custody without a further court order.

Prosecutors had opposed permanent release, citing public safety. Court records even noted concerns that deportation would prevent him from receiving treatment.

The DNC Just Made Abolishing ICE Official Party Policy

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has formally backed a resolution calling for the abolition of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Newsweek reports that DNC members approved the measure Saturday during the party’s summer meeting in Austin, Texas, calling on congressional Democrats to pass legislation eliminating ICE and winding down the federal immigration detention system.

The resolution also calls for withholding Department of Homeland Security funding unless the administration ends a series of enforcement practices, including workplace raids, large-scale roundups and arrests at courthouses and ICE check-ins.

It additionally demands the closure of immigration detention facilities, the termination of private detention contracts and the release of most immigration detainees while their cases proceed.

The vote makes abolishing ICE a position formally endorsed by the DNC, although it does not amend the Democratic Party’s official national platform.

“Our official party positions are determined at the convention every four years in our platform,” said DNC Chairman Ken Martin.

“However, clearly, the one thing that unites Democrats, regardless of their position on reform versus abolish or whatever other ways to change what’s happening, is people believe that what ICE is doing right now and CBP and the federal government should stop.”

30 Dead, 17 Fatal Crashes, and a Judge Tells DHS to Wait

Thirty people were killed in 17 crashes in 2025 involving what the left’s dictionary calls “non-domiciled commercial drivers” who, under the Trump administration’s current rule, would no longer qualify for those licenses.

The issue isn’t foreign CDL drivers; plenty of lawful immigrants and foreign-born drivers safely operate commercial trucks daily. The issue is whether somebody who can’t adequately read road signs, understand warnings, communicate with police, or follow instructions in English should be behind the wheel of an 80,000-pound commercial vehicle on an American highway.

That’s a safety standard, not a nationality test.

When crashes expose drivers who apparently couldn’t meet that basic standard, the question becomes unavoidable: Who licensed them, who failed to catch it, and why were they still on the road?

Senior U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga put DHS’s access to roughly 17 million commercial driver records on hold Friday. His administrative stay is temporary, and he hasn’t ruled the subpoena unlawful. 

DHS must file its opposition Monday, the states reply Wednesday, and Trenga has scheduled a hearing for Thursday.

DHS wants five years of records from the Commercial Driver’s License Information System, including names, birth dates, license numbers, states of record, and Social Security numbers. The subpoena says the information would be used to investigate illegal practices at CDL schools, criminal fraud involving CDLs issued to illegal aliens, and civil immigration enforcement.

Why Are They Getting Free Sh*t?

A major British telecoms giant is supplying thousands of free SIM cards loaded with six months of data to a charity that hands them out to illegal migrants arriving in the UK via boats, it has been revealed.

The charity Care4Calais has distributed more than 162,000 items to nearly 30,000 people, including 2,221 Vodafone SIM cards, 3,765 hoodies, 3,532 pairs of joggers, 1,174 T-shirts, 1,173 Ramadan food packs around Calais, 2,770 cold-weather “snug packs,” and 1,169 weatherproof garments.

The charity also ran 80 drop-in sessions and 17 large-scale distributions at British military bases housing asylum seekers, providing around 23,000 items, plus free haircuts, phone charging, English lessons, Ramadan food packets, and “new arrival packs” for about 1,800 people reaching England’s South Coast.

Reform UK’s home affairs spokesman Zia Yusuf has accused Vodafone of “facilitating the invasion of Britain.”

In a letter to chief executive Margherita Della Valle he wrote that customers “will no doubt be astounded to hear that a British company of generally good repute is helping to facilitate the invasion of Britain by unvetted, military-age men” and that they “will be shocked to hear that their phone or broadband provider is actively endangering British women and girls.”

Yusuf demanded the company cancel the cards, end its relationship with Care4Calais, and hand over tracking data.

Under a Reform government, he said, “we will hold each and every officer and director of Vodafone Group Plc and all relevant subsidiaries personally and criminally liable for distributing SIM cards to illegal migrants. If found guilty, you would be liable to go to prison.”

The party has also pledged to review public contracts and exclude the firm from defence, national security and emergency services procurement.
