Former The View co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck detonated a truth bomb on live television, leaving the far-left panel scrambling as she dismantled their open-borders talking points and delivered a blunt defense of strong border security.

The former co-host lectured the panel after the far-left hosts began trashing Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and criticizing the administration’s tougher immigration policies.

Instead of going along with the usual script, Hasselbeck delivered a blistering reality check.

Hasselbeck deconstructed the logic of the far-left panel by pointing directly to the people sitting in the studio. In a masterful move, she turned the camera on the audience to illustrate the necessity of vetting and boundaries.

“How many people in the audience here had to go through security to get here? Raise your hand, just be honest,” Hasselbeck challenged. “Otherwise you go to jail, I guess, for illegal trespassing, right? This is an authorized audience. They had to go through security to get through the border to get right here to just hear us talk. We need strong borders more than ever right now.”

The silence from the co-hosts was deafening as Hasselbeck drove the point home: If a daytime talk show requires a “border” to ensure safety, why doesn’t the United States of America?

Elisabeth Hasselbeck:
I think all lives matter to God, and we’re in uncommon times, so we need to have uncommon sense about things like this. Yes, there will be mistakes made, but I think if Kristi Noem were up for promotion right now and she put forward the statistics that zero illegals released into the U.S. for 10 months straight have crossed, that nearly 3 million aliens have left the United States, that we have the lowest murder rate in 125 years, that fentanyl trafficking is down 56% at the border, and that daily encounters have gone down 96%—hang on one second.

We need a strong border, especially now with our current global situation. And I believe that you may say you don’t want border control and you’re against ICE, but I actually don’t believe you in your daily lives. How many people in the audience here had to go through security to get here? Raise your hand. Just be honest. Otherwise you go to jail, I guess, for illegal trespassing, right?

We are being infiltrated by terrorists.

DHS Slams Governor Spanberger for Protecting a Murderer Over Virginians

Governor Abigail Spanberger ran as a moderate, but she’s a radical Leftist who — in just two short months — has driven businesses out of the state, jacked up taxes on everything from gym memberships to dog walking, and ended state law enforcement cooperation with ICE.

She’s also protecting a criminal illegal alien who killed a Virginia woman last month, by refusing to honor an ICE detainer on the suspect until DHS gets a signed judicial warrant. That’s a trap: ICE does not need a judicial warrant to detain and deport a criminal illegal alien, or any illegal alien. Democrats know this, and hope to make it impossible to deport their new voter base by making the process long and arduous.

DHS is having none of it, and they slammed Spanberger for putting criminals ahead of the safety of Virginians.

Oregon moves to penalize landlords who reveal tenants’ immigration status

Oregon lawmakers have approved a bill that would allow tenants to collect up to twice their monthly rent in court if landlords disclose their immigration status, the latest move by the state to expand protections for illegal aliens.

According to The Oregonian, House Bill 4123 passed the Oregon Senate Monday in a 24–3 vote and now heads to Democratic Gov. Tina Kotek’s desk. If signed into law, the measure would impose financial penalties on landlords who “knowingly” release confidential tenant information, including details about immigration or citizenship status, Social Security numbers, and medical or disability records. Under the proposal, tenants whose protected information is disclosed could sue to recover damages equal to two months’ rent.

The legislation builds on a 2025 Oregon law that already prohibits landlords from discriminating against tenants based on immigration status. That law also bars landlords from sharing or threatening to share a tenant’s citizenship information in order to harass, retaliate, or intimidate them. However, it did not include a set financial penalty for violations, instead leaving tenants to pursue legal remedies through the courts.

State Sen. Dick Anderson, R–Lincoln City and vice chair of the Senate Committee on Housing and Development, called the measure a “simple, common-sense” step to protect privacy. “This is a balanced approach that protects tenant privacy without burdening housing providers,” Anderson said during floor debate.

Landlord groups also signaled support after amendments clarified what information can still be shared. The bill allows landlords to provide routine contact details, such as phone numbers or email addresses, for maintenance and utility coordination. It also permits disclosure of information when required by court order, during affordable housing compliance audits, or when conducting background and credit checks.

California bill seeks to restore Medi‑Cal coverage for undocumented adults in 2027

A proposed California bill could pave the way for undocumented Californians ages 19 and older to once again receive Medi-Cal coverage, beginning Jan. 1, 2027.

State Sen. María Elena Durazo and Assemblymember Joaquin Arambula, both Democrats, introduced the Medi‑Cal Access Restoration Act to end the freeze and reinstate full‑scope Medi‑Cal benefits for undocumented adults.

As of Thursday afternoon, the bill states that it would “make an individual who is 19 years of age or older, who does not have satisfactory immigration status, eligible for the full scope of Medi-Cal benefits subject to certain limitations, such as the payment of premiums and certain dental benefits.”

According to the Fresno Bee, California faced a deficit of more than $10 billion last year before rolling back health insurance access for undocumented adults, a benefit the state had been expanding for several years, to help balance the 2025‑26 budget.

The state is again projecting a nearly $3 billion deficit as lawmakers prepare next year’s spending plan.

Lawmakers say the freeze does not eliminate health needs and instead shifts costs to counties, hospitals and emergency rooms.

“Undocumented Californians pick our crops, build our homes, and care for our families – and they pay billions in taxes to do it,” said Senator Durazo. “Denying them basic health coverage isn’t saving money, it’s borrowing trouble. We pay more when people end up in the emergency room. SB 1422 is the fiscally responsible thing to do, and it’s the right thing to do.”

According to officials, undocumented Californians contribute $8.5 billion annually in state and local taxes and make up roughly one-tenth of the state’s workforce.

Gunter, who aims to oust Lee if he becomes the Republican nominee in Nevada’s third congressional district, spoke to Breitbart News Saturday host Matthew Boyle as Democrats refused to stand up for Americans over illegal aliens during the State of the Union.

When asked about Democrats’, including Lee’s, refusal to back Americans over illegal aliens, he said on Breitbart News Saturday, “Let’s face it, she’s flooded and aided and abetted Joe Biden in flooding our country with illegal aliens, up to 20 million people. She did not stand, she’s an aider and abetter. She’s really just chosen illegal aliens over the American people, over her district, over Nevada CD-3, and that’s why she’s going to lose.”

13-Year-Old Girl Beaten for Not Trashing ICE, Legacy Media Stays Silent

Commentator Britt Hughes described a reported assault at Lucille Umbarger Middle School in Burlington, Washington, involving a 13-year-old girl who was allegedly beaten after being asked whether she supported Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“Fair warning, this one’s a little graphic. You ready?” Hughes said while introducing the incident.

“This video was reportedly taken at Lucille Umbarger Middle School in Burlington, Washington, showing a 13 year old girl being beaten in the head after two other girls asked her if she supported ICE and she refused to answer the question,” Hughes said.

According to Hughes, the footage was circulated among students.

“Then the video of it was put on social media and passed around the school,” she said.

Hughes stated that the victim said the confrontation stemmed from a social media post made by her boyfriend.

“The victim said it started because her boyfriend posted on social media that he might want to become an ICE officer one day,” Hughes said.

Detroit Cop SUES City After Suspension for Calling Border Patrol on Venezuelan Illegal

A veteran Detroit police sergeant has filed a federal lawsuit against her department after being slapped with a 30-day unpaid suspension for contacting U.S. Border Patrol during a routine traffic stop that uncovered an undocumented Venezuelan migrant.

This case spotlights the absurd priorities in blue cities, where enforcing immigration laws gets you punished, even as Americans demand more cooperation to secure the borders.

Sgt. Denise Wallet, a 27-year department veteran, pulled over the driver on February 9, 2026, in downtown Detroit. The man presented a fake driver’s license and admitted he was in the country illegally without proper identification.

Leaked body camera footage captures Wallet explaining her decision to seek federal assistance. “I don’t want to be the reason that somebody who shouldn’t be getting away gets away, exactly, and then you find out (laughs). It turns out he was Pablo Escobar Jr.,” she said, underscoring the potential risks of letting unidentified individuals slip through.

Wallet consulted her superior before acting, with her lieutenant advising her to call Border Patrol.

Border Patrol agents arrived, confirmed the man’s illegal status, and took him into custody. But instead of commendation, Wallet faced discipline under the Detroit Police Department’s “bias-free policing” policy, which bars officers from enforcing federal immigration laws or contacting agencies like CBP for identification purposes.

The policy claims such actions amount to “differential treatment” based on perceived ethnicity or background. Wallet’s attorney, Solomon Radner, fired back in the lawsuit, arguing no policy was violated and that her due process rights were trampled.

Northern Virginia Woman Stabbed to Death at Bus Stop by Illegal Alien With Over 30 Prior Arrests

An illegal alien from Sierra Leone with over thirty arrests was charged with murder this week in the fatal stabbing of a Northern Virginia woman at a bus stop on a busy highway in the Hybla Velley area of Fairfax County just south of Alexandria last Monday evening.

Police say Abdul Jalloh, 32, rode on the same bus as Stephanie Minter, 41, and was seen getting off the bus with her. Soon afterward police were called to the scene where Minter was found with multiple stab wounds to her upper body.

The Department of Homeland Security is calling on Virginia’s Democratic Gov. Abigail Spanberger to ensure local law enforcement cooperates with federal immigration officials by handing over an illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal record who allegedly killed a woman earlier this week at a Virginia bus stop.

Police in Fairfax County, Virginia, arrested an illegal immigrant from Sierra Leone earlier this week on charges of second-degree murder after he allegedly fatally stabbed a woman, Stephanie Minter, 41, who was found dead at a local bus stop with several wounds to the upper body.

The alleged suspect, Abdul Jalloh, 32, also has a criminal history of more than 30 arrests, according to DHS, including for rape, malicious wounding, assault, identity theft, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, assault and pick-pocketing.

The request from the Trump administration comes after the newly elected Democratic governor of Virginia signed an executive order to end cooperation between federal immigration officials and state and local law enforcement, a move several Democratic Party governors have taken recently amid President Donald Trump’s move to increase deportation operations around the country.

…Jalloh entered the United States illegally in 2012, according to DHS, and immigration officials lodged an immigration detainer against him in 2020, whereupon he was granted a final order of removal by a judge who said he could be removed to any country other than Sierra Leone.

Joe Biden slammed President Trump on Friday evening during a political event in South Carolina.

“We’re honored to welcome President Joe Biden to Columbia on Friday, February 27, for a reception commemorating his pivotal 2020 South Carolina primary victory and thank him for a lifetime of public service,” The South Carolina Democrat Party said.

Joe Biden was a mess when he deplaned in South Carolina.

He wandered over to a woman in a wheelchair, took her phone and froze up before an aide intervened.

Later Friday evening Joe Biden delivered remarks at an event hosted by the South Carolina Democrat Party at the Columbia Museum of Art.

Biden slammed President Trump and blamed Covid for the border crisis during his speech.

Joe Biden absurdly claimed that HE closed the border – NOT President Trump.

“The day I left office, border crossings in the United States were lower than the day that I entered that office and inherited from Trump. He’s – I won’t say it,” Biden said.

“On the day I left office, I handed Trump the strongest economy in the world! In the world! And that’s not hyperbole. That’s a fact!” Biden said even though near record inflation was crushing Americans in January 2025.

She then lays out the pitch in Spanish: “If your child is turning three or age four in 2026, you can enroll them in free 3-K or Pre-K in New York City.”

She adds, “Any New York City parent, regardless of your occupation, income or immigration status is eligible to sign their child up.”

Ocasio-Cortez adds that the application comes in over 200 languages, making it crystal clear this is aimed at non-English speakers, many of whom crossed the border illegally.
