61 Percent of Illegal Immigrant Headed Households Were on Welfare in 2024: Center for Immigration Studies

Over 60 percent of illegal immigrant-led households and 51 percent of legal immigrant households received some sort of welfare benefits in 2024, compared with just 37 percent of natural-born citizen households taking taxpayer benefits, according to a new report from the Center for Immigration Studies.

The study, released on Wednesday, paints a concerning picture of welfare use by both illegal immigrants and natural-born U.S. citizens.

“If we wish to avoid high use of welfare by the foreign-born in the future, then moving to a system that selects immigrants based on their education or skills makes it much more likely they will earn higher incomes and not need welfare. Since more than one-fifth of all immigrant households using at least one welfare program are headed by an illegal immigrant, enforcing immigration laws and reducing the size of the illegal immigrant population would also be helpful in lowering future immigrant welfare use,” said the Center for Immigration Studies.

Researchers found that 61 percent of households headed by illegal immigrants, 51 percent of those headed by legal immigrants—whether naturalized citizens or visa holders—and 37 percent of natural-born citizen households received some sort of welfare.

U.S. secretly deporting Palestinians to West Bank in coordination with Israel

The United States is quietly deporting Palestinians arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to the occupied West Bank by private jet, with two such flights taking place in coordination with the Israeli authorities since the beginning of this year — part of a secretive and politically sensitive operation revealed through a joint investigation by +972 Magazine and The Guardian. 

Eight Palestinian men — shackled for the entire journey by their wrists and ankles — were flown from an ICE deportation hub in Phoenix, Arizona on Jan. 20 and arrived in Tel Aviv the following morning after refueling stops in New Jersey, Ireland, and Bulgaria. After arriving at Ben Gurion Airport, the men were put in a vehicle with an armed Israeli police officer and released at a military checkpoint outside the Palestinian town of Ni’lin in the West Bank.

The same private jet, which belongs to an Israeli-American property tycoon who is a friend and long-time business associate of President Donald Trump, conducted an almost identical journey on Monday this week, but the number of passengers onboard and most of their identities remain unclear.

Illegal Alien Released Into US by Biden Regime Kills Innocent 59-Year-Old Man During High-Speed Pursuit in SoCal

An illegal alien from Colombia released into the US by Biden Regime killed an innocent 59-year-old man during a high-speed pursuit in Orange County, California, last month.

21-year-old Darwin Felipe Bahamon Martinez illegally crossed the US border in August 2023 and was released under Biden’s deadly ‘catch and release’ policies.

Police pulled over Martinez in Anaheim for reckless driving. As officers approached his Jeep, he sped off and a high-speed pursuit ensued.

Martinez crashed into a Honda and killed the driver, an innocent 59-year-old man.

According to Fox News, Martinez is being held in the Orange County jail on a homicide charge.

Democrat Governor Newsom’s dangerous sanctuary policies also prevented ICE from detaining Martinez and now an innocent man is dead.

“He was released into the U.S. under the Biden administration’s so-called ‘catch-and-release’ policies, but if that hadn’t happened, the innocent 59-year-old driver he allegedly killed may still be alive today,” ICE said in a statement to Fox News.

“If local officials in Gavin Newsom’s sanctuary California choose to release Bahamon Martinez into the community, they will put ALL Californians at risk,” ICE said.

“California must honor our immigration detainer. Otherwise, ICE will be forced to re-arrest this criminal illegal alien at-large. At-large arrests are significantly more dangerous than custody transfers are because they require ICE officers to arrest unpredictable criminal illegal aliens in public settings,” they said.

HORROR: Illegal Alien Semi-Truck Driver Who Entered US Under Joe Biden Kills Amish Family in Head-On Crash

An illegal alien semi-truck driver killed four Americans in a head-on crash in Jay County, Indiana, this week.

The driver, 30-year-old Bekzhan Beishekeev, is an illegal alien from Kyrgyzstan who entered the US on Joe Biden’s open border invitation in December 2023.

The Amish victims were identified as 50-year-old Henry Eicher, 25-year-old Menno Eicher, 19-year-old Paul Eicher and 23-year-old Simon Girod.

Per ICE:

On February 3rd, criminal illegal alien Bekzhan Beishekeev of Kyrgyzstan allegedly swerved and drove his eighteen-wheeler head-on into a van killing four innocent Americans: 50-year-old Henry Eicher, 25-year-old Menno Eicher, 19-year-old Paul Eicher and 23-year-old Simon Girod.

Beishekeev entered the U.S. using the Biden admin’s disastrous CBP One App and was issued his CDL by Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro’s Department of Transportation.

ICE’s 287(g) partners at the Indiana State Police arrested Beishekeev, and he’ll remain in ICE Fort Wayne’s custody pending immigration proceedings.

This tragedy and loss of American lives could have been prevented had PA not issued a CDL to an illegal alien.

Democrats Just Gave Away The Real Reason They’re Fighting Immigration Enforcement

Democrats have spent years insisting illegal immigrants do not vote, yet Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries just gave the whole game away.

In a letter to GOP leadership, they demanded a slate of “reforms” to immigration enforcement as the price for funding the Department of Homeland Security, including targeted enforcement, no masks, mandatory use of body cameras, and other demands, several of which I suspect are nonstarters.

I don’t see Democrats getting anywhere with these, but the big thing is that buried in that list is a rather revealing demand:

Protect Sensitive Locations – Prohibit funds from being used to conduct enforcement near sensitive locations, including medical facilities, schools, child-care facilities, churches, polling places, courts, etc.

Polling places?

They went out of their way to include polling places right alongside hospitals, courts, and churches. There is only one thing that happens at polling places that would matter to illegal immigrants, and it is not the bake sale.

Democrats have insisted for years that illegal immigrants cannot and do not vote, and that the whole issue is a right-wing myth. If that is true, then why is “polling places” even on their list of protected zones for immigration violators? No one accidentally adds “polling places” to a policy letter being negotiated at the leadership level. This is deliberate. It gives away what they are worried about… and what they are counting on.

“Democrats just admitted they think illegal aliens need to be protected at polling places. Why exactly would illegal aliens be at polling places? We MUST fully fund DHS AND pass the SAVE America Act,” Senator Katie Britt (R-Ala.) posted on X.

That is the obvious question Democrats do not want to answer. If illegal immigrants are not supposed to be anywhere near the ballot box, then immigration enforcement near polling sites ought to be a non-issue.

This comes as Republicans are pushing election reform through Congress with the SAVE Act. The SAVE Act is a straightforward concept: safeguard federal elections by ensuring only American citizens can cast ballots, and that an ID is required to vote.

New York county drops ‘sanctuary’ bill after resident pressure

Rockland County in New York is dropping its efforts to declare itself a “sanctuary” jurisdiction after facing public backlash and concerns from law enforcement. 

On Tuesday night, hundreds gathered at the Rockland County Legislature to protest the proposal, which would prevent local law enforcement from working with federal immigration agents to apprehend those who are in the US illegally. Patriot protesters filled the legislative chambers, forcing many to wait outside. Amid the pressure, legislators pulled the vote, saying they would revisit it in March and hold another public hearing.

Democratic legislators have defended the proposal, saying it is necessary to counter the Trump administration’s efforts to enforce immigration law. In a statement regarding the bill, Rockland County Legislator Beth Davidson condemned the fact that Rockland County’s “diverse communities” have been impacted by ICE.

“We’re seeing chronic absenteeism in our schools because students are afraid that they or their parents will be picked up and deported,” he claimed.

However, the legislature’s Republican minority argued that the bill would negatively impact public safety.

“This legislation prioritizes ideology over safety, weakens cooperation between levels of government, and places unnecessary financial and security burdens on our community,” GOP lawmakers said, according to a report by Center Square. “Ultimately, sanctuary counties fail the most basic responsibility of government: protecting the public. No political statement is worth compromising safety, accountability, or the rule of law.”

Leftist Group Gets Millions of Taxpayer Dollars to Help Illegal Aliens After Trump Order Bans It

The Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee is promoting his investigation of a leftist group that received massive amounts of taxpayer dollars from the Biden administration to help illegal immigrants while omitting that the Trump administration kept the cash flowing. In fact, a $200 million program that gives illegal alien minors free lawyers was briefly cancelled and quietly reinstated by the Trump administration within days, though there is no mention of the abrupt about face in the probe announced last week by Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan, a former collegiate wrestling champion serving his tenth term in the House.

Shortly after President Trump issued an executive order, back in mid-February 2025, ensuring taxpayer resources are used to protect the interest of American citizens and not to incentivize or support illegal immigration, the $200 million allocation for migrant kids got axed. The money was going to the same leftwing nonprofit that Jordan’s committee is investigating, though the veteran lawmaker’s new audit only mentions that it is focusing on how the open borders group has spent hundreds of millions of dollars awarded under Biden-Harris. The target is the Acacia Center for Justice, a Washington D.C. nonprofit that partners with a national network of human rights defenders to provide legal defense to immigrants at risk of detention or deportation. “Acacia envisions a nation with a transformed immigration system that embodies freedom from detention, due process, and equal protection, where every person facing the prospect of exile and community separation has access to meaningful legal defense,” the group writes on its website, which assures its network of attorneys fight for all immigrants regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race or previous interaction with the criminal system.

Just a few days after suspending the $200 million annual program that funds the Acacia Center’s initiative to provide illegal alien minors with free legal assistance, the Trump administration quietly restored it with no further explanation. The center’s executive director, Shaina Aber, celebrated the speedy reinstatement of the government’s multi-million-dollar UAC defense program, saying in a press release that “it is unconscionable” that children who arrive in the U.S. unaccompanied by parents or legal guardians should be forced to represent themselves in immigration court. The hefty award is part of a billion-dollar commitment launched in 2022 by a Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) agency known as Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) to legally represent underage migrants, known as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC), who cross the border without a parent. Over 600,000 UAC have crossed illegally into the U.S. through Mexico since 2019 and Uncle Sam spends hundreds of millions of dollars to house, educate, feed, entertain and medically treat them. Under Trump’s America First policies—and his executive order banning the use of taxpayer resources to incentivize or support illegal immigration—that was supposed to change.

Shocking Cost of Migrant Crime: Each Year, More Americans Are Murdered by Illegals Than Died on 9/11

Tennessee has roughly 186,000 illegal aliens. California has over 2.2 million.

We have absolutely no idea how many Californians are murdered, raped, assaulted, or victimized by illegal aliens, because Gov. Gavin Newsom refuses to track the data or share it with the federal government. It’s allowed Democrats to argue that illegal aliens are less likely to commit crimes than native-born Americans.

Only it’s probably not true.

Because, unlike California, Tennessee actually tracked its year-to-year illegal alien crime statistics. And what they discovered was shocking and appalling.

2,183 violent offenses

41 homicides

1,592 assaults

145 sexual offenses

Rep. Dan Howell (R-Tenn.) was outraged: “Forty one Tennesseeans are dead at the hands of illegal immigrants and hundreds raped. This will not be tolerated in this great state and we will do more to keep you safe. Every single one of these crimes could have been prevented.”

Given that California’s illegal alien population is roughly 11.8 times larger than Tennessee’s, if those crime stats are consistent nationally, it would mean illegals were responsible — just in California! — for approximately:

255,446 total criminal charges in 2025

25,759 violent offenses

483 homicides

18,785 assaults

1,711 sexual offenses

130 child rapes

472 aggravated kidnappings

34,456 DUIs

62,752 cases of driving without a license or on suspended/or revoked

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey is Suddenly Concerned About His City’s Sanctuary Based Economy 

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey has a new excuse for wanting ICE to leave the city. He claims the presence of ICE is disrupting the city’s economy.

Back in 2020, when BLM activists and Antifa were quite literally burning the city down, do you recall Mayor Frey releasing this type of message?

It’s apparently not a problem for the small business owners of Minneapolis to be completely terrorized by left wing radicals, but ICE agents enforcing federal immigration law is just a bridge too far.

Breitbart News makes another great point about this. Through his sanctuary city policy, Frey has allowed the city’s economy to become sanctuary based. The enforcement of immigration law is actually bad for the city because of this:

Frey’s complaint is plausible because Democrats have built the city’s economy on a peculiar institution — the government’s long-term delivery of many foreign workers, consumers, and renters. That historically bizarre foundation is fundamentally different from — and corrosive too — the typical free, level, and uniform marketplace rules that govern American citizens, whether they are employers or employees.

Minneapolis’s resulting “Sanctuary City Economy” enables and worsens many civic problems, including a high share of lower-productivity workers, and the conflicts caused by having residents with illegal, uncertain, or subsidiary legal status.

The city also struggles with two-jurisdiction communities, corrupt business practices, politicized agencies, patronage politics, high taxes, a pay-to-play political machine, scare politics, the loss of high-productivity jobs, large wealth disparities, private regulation, vigilante crime, low-income ethnic enclaves, political instability, and a pro-establishment media.

And of course, Frey has nothing to say about left wing radicals setting up their own checkpoints in the city, This can’t be good for the local economy.

New York Released Almost 7,000 Criminal Illegal Aliens

New York released almost 7,000 criminal illegal aliens last year as a result of sanctuary policies, rewarding killers, rapists, robbers, and burglars while defying Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

On Feb. 2, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a press release about the arrest of Gerardo Miguel-Mora, a criminal illegal alien with an extremely lengthy rap sheet for strangulation, rape, grand larceny, burglary, sexual assault, and drug possession. New York City released Miguel-Mora because city officials refuse to honor ICE detainers, so ICE had to re-arrest him on Jan. 30 of this year. But Miguel-Mora is no exception. He is one of thousands of illegal aliens who benefitted, at least temporarily, from sanctuary policies.

At the end of the release on Miguel-Mora, DHS included two illuminating paragraphs of data covering Jan. 20, 2025, when Donald Trump took office, up to the present time. DHS said that New York, in defying ICE detainers, freed 6,947 criminal illegal aliens.

DHS explained further:

The crimes of these aliens include 29 homicides, 2,509 assaults, 199 burglaries, 305 robberies, 392 dangerous drugs offenses, 300 weapons offenses, and 207 sexual predatory offenses.

There are currently 7,113 aliens in the custody of a New York jurisdiction with an active detainer. The crimes of these aliens include 148 homicides, 717 assaults, 134 burglaries, 106 robberies, 235 dangerous drugs offenses, 152 weapons offenses, and 260 sexual predatory offenses.

And since Commie Mamdani is now mayor of New York City, expect such numbers to grow even more out-of-control.
