Fauci: The Public Servant from Hell

If the allegations put forward by Tulsi Gabbard, former Director of National Intelligence, prove to be substantially true, Dr. Anthony Fauci’s legacy will be remembered as one of the greatest betrayals of the public trust in modern American history.

For four decades, Fauci occupied one of the most influential positions in the federal government. As Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), he controlled billions of taxpayer dollars, directed research priorities, advised presidents of both parties, and enjoyed a level of public credibility rarely afforded to unelected bureaucrats. Americans were encouraged to trust him — not because he was elected, but because he was presented as the embodiment of objective science.

That trust is precisely what makes the controversies surrounding his tenure so consequential. Fauci’s history in this position of power is one that should not be overlooked. That is why Senator Rand Paul, as chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, issued a subpoena compelling Fauci to testify before Congress. Fauci had declined to appear voluntarily. 

Fauci is no stranger to controversy. As director of NIAID (1984–2022), he oversaw the institute that funded much of the nation’s HIV/AIDS research. For two decades, beginning in 1985, NIAID conducted research involving the treatment of society’s most vulnerable children during the AIDS epidemic. Investigative journalist Liam Scheff alleged that HIV-positive foster children and orphans were enrolled in experimental drug trials without adequate informed consent or independent advocacy. Official reviews raised legitimate ethical concerns about research involving vulnerable children.

Critics alleged that the treatment children received was brutal and unethical, with staff and doctors prioritizing trial compliance over the children’s well-being. Scheff reported that some children experienced significant side effects, and those who resisted the drugs were held down and force-fed. It is also on record that persistent refusers underwent surgical insertion of gastric (stomach) tubes for direct drug delivery. One reason this policy faced little resistance is that the foster children had no parents protecting their interests.

But this wasn’t the only experimentation under Fauci that exploited a vulnerable population.

Owners and CEO of Wholesale Pharmaceutical Company Sentenced for Distributing More Than $92M of Black-Market HIV Drugs

Two owners of a pharmaceutical wholesale company were sentenced Friday to a total of 38 years in prison for orchestrating a complex, nationwide drug diversion scheme that harmed vulnerable HIV-positive patients, placed countless others at risk, and corrupted the supply chain for prescription drugs in the United States.

“Patrick and Charles Boyd did not just commit fraud and cost taxpayers millions of dollars, they preyed upon some of the most vulnerable members of our society: HIV patients who depend on life-saving treatments to manage their disease,” said Assistant Attorney General A. Tysen Duva of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division. “Fraud schemes like this one undermine the integrity of our supply chain for necessary prescription drugs. These defendants will rightly spend years in prison for their reprehensible conduct, which took advantage of people for illicit profit. This case is another example of how the Criminal Division, our United States Attorney partner in the Southern District of Florida, and law enforcement will pursue and seek convictions of those who defraud our systems, endanger our citizens, and seek to line their pockets with fraud proceeds.”

“These defendants treated life-saving HIV medication like street contraband,” said U.S. Attorney Jason A. Reding Quiñones for the Southern District of Florida. “They bought drugs off the street from black-market suppliers, shipped them in dirty boxes and discarded packaging, falsified paperwork, and pushed those medications back into the legitimate pharmaceutical supply chain. The consequences were real. HIV patients received bottles containing the wrong drugs, and at least one patient lost consciousness after ingesting medication that should never have been in that bottle. As a former military prosecutor, federal prosecutor, and trial judge, I have seen how greed can drive dangerous schemes. When criminals gamble with patient safety for profit, federal prison is the result.”

“Friday’s sentence underscores the extreme danger these defendants created,” said Acting Deputy Inspector General for Investigations Scott J. Lampert of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General (HHS‑OIG). “They took life‑threatening actions that showed an alarming disregard for human life in service of nothing more than a payday. Their criminal scheme endangered vulnerable patients, put entire communities at risk, and undermined the integrity of Medicare and Medicaid. HHS‑OIG will continue working with our law enforcement partners — and using every tool in our arsenal — to pursue and dismantle illegal black‑market rings that seek to corrupt the nation’s drug supply and exploit taxpayer‑funded health care programs.”

A popular honeymoon destination is the site of the Pacific’s fastest-growing HIV epidemic, with officials pointing to rising meth use as a key driver.

In Fiji, HIV/AIDS cases are projected to double this year to more than 3,000, according to UNAIDS and Fiji’s Ministry of Health.

Officials say drug use is fueling the surge across the Pacific island nation.

In December, the World Health Organization (WHO) released a rapid assessment detecting unsafe injecting practices.

These practices can put people who inject drugs in Fiji at an increased risk of HIV transmission.

The “Bluetooth trend” has impacted the spread — with individuals injecting the blood of an already intoxicated person to achieve a high when they cannot afford their own drugs.

Plot to kill blacks with HIV exposed

Shocking allegations have surfaced that apartheid-era operatives orchestrated a campaign to spread HIV/Aids among black South Africans to reduce the
population ahead of the country’s first non-racial elections.

The claims, detailed in a new book, Who Really Killed Chris Hani?, point to a deliberate effort to use biological warfare as a tool of oppression.

In a devastating exploration of apartheid’s final, desperate years, retired judge Chris Nicholson’s new book alleges that the racist regime and its allies actively pursued a campaign of biological warfare, seeking to use the emerging HIV/Aids pandemic as a weapon to alter the demographic balance of power.

The book presents a tapestry of evidence, drawing from apartheid-era documents, testimonies from former security operatives, and historical connections to global eugenics movements, to support the harrowing claim that the spread of the virus was not merely neglected but, in some instances, deliberately facilitated.

Nicholson posits that for the apartheid state and its business beneficiaries, faced with the inevitability of non-racial elections, two nightmares loomed: Nuremberg-style trials for crimes against humanity and the economic redistribution promised by the ANC’s Freedom Charter.

“So desperate were the right-wing whites to retain power and wealth that they would consider any solution to avoid these two consequences,” he writes.

The emergence of Aids in the early 1980s presented a macabre opportunity: “Some extremists went as far as looking for ways that the black majority could be reduced, short of a Nazi-style mass extermination strategy.

“The arrival of the deadly Aids virus… gave hope to these white supremacists that nature might achieve their goal for them.”

This notion, Nicholson suggests, was discussed at high levels. He cites former security branch policeman JG Scholte, writing under a pseudonym, who
recalled a conversation with a soldier in 1983.

The soldier allegedly revealed: “South Africa is busy doing research, developing a method of curbing blacks from multiplying. The plan is to make it look natural so the world wouldn’t suspect anything.

“One of the aspects was to make it a sexually transmittable disease because of the blacks’ hyperactive sexual tendency and having multiple sexual partners.”

The book directly implicates the apartheid state’s clandestine chemical and biological warfare programme, Project Coast, and its head, Dr Wouter Basson.

Nicholson quotes academic Robin Jakob’s dissertation, which found that “evidence emerged that the state had tried to develop HIV as a biological weapon”.

Jakob noted that one Project Coast project at the Roodeplaat research laboratories (RRL) “sought to turn HIV into a sterility agent that could be administered to black women, reducing birth rates and opposition to apartheid”.

Another scholar, Jeremy Youde, is cited confirming that “RRL [Roodeplaat research laboratories] spent a great deal of time and money on utilising HIV as this agent”.

Man allegedly sprayed his own ‘HIV positive blood’ at hospital employees after removing IV

A hospital patient allegedly removed an IV from his arm and used his “HIV positive blood” as a weapon by spraying it into the eyes of medical personnel.

According to an arrest warrant obtained by Law&Crime, 25-year-old Kameron Gilchrist was being treated for diabetes at UNC Rex Hospital on March 21, 2025.

Gilchrist began spraying “his HIV positive blood at the victims’ eyes” by “removing his IV from his arm,” per the warrant. It was not made clear if the victims, both hospital employees, contracted HIV.

Gilchrist was not arrested until September because he was still receiving medical and psychiatric treatment at the time of the incident and could not immediately be arrested, per local outlet WRAL.

The Covid spike protein produced by mRNA jabs can activate reservoirs of HIV in infected people, new research shows

The paper, called “SARS-CoV-2 S protein activates the HIV latent reservoir through the mTOR pathway,” was released on August 19 by eight Chinese researchers. It is a pre-print, meaning other scientists have not yet peer-reviewed it, and so far it has received little attention, with fewer than 1,000 views.

But the work appears rigorous. The scientists stimulated dormant groups of HIV-infected cells — called HIV reservoirs — with spike protein and found that they began to transcribe and replicate HIV and cause the release of HIV virions.

“This study, by constructing an HIV latent reservoir model expressing the S [spike] protein, has for the first time demonstrated that the SARS-CoV-2 S protein can significantly promote HIV proviral transcription and viral particle release,” the researchers wrote.

The Chinese finding is relevant to the mRNA Covid shots, because they cause people to make a version of the Covid spike protein, which the immune system then finds and attacks.

When they were introduced, the mRNA shots were supposed to degrade very quickly, but for reasons scientists do not fully understand, they appear to cause long-term production of spike protein in some people who receive them. Yale University researchers have found spike in people up to two years after they’d received the mRNAs.

Cannabis Use Linked to Lower Inflammation Among People With HIV or Methamphetamine Disorder

The research, published in the journal Viruses, involved 234 participants, including 86 people with HIV (PWH) and 148 without HIV (PWoH). Participants provided blood and urine samples and completed assessments covering medical, psychiatric, and substance use history. Researchers analyzed markers of immune activity and inflammation, focusing on CXCL10/IP-10, CCL2/MCP-1, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1.

Results showed that participants with HIV had higher levels of CXCL10/IP-10 compared to those without HIV, confirming heightened inflammation in this group. However, cannabis use was independently linked to lower CXCL10/IP-10 levels overall. Among people with lifetime MUD, cannabis use was also tied to reduced levels of CCL2/MCP-1, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1, suggesting cannabis may mitigate immune overactivation in this population. Interestingly, only participants without HIV displayed cannabis-associated reductions in VCAM-1.

The authors conclude that cannabis use is associated with lower concentrations of key immune and inflammatory molecules in individuals with HIV or MUD. They suggest that cannabinoid pathways could offer a promising target for treating complications tied to chronic inflammation.

This study adds to a growing body of evidence that cannabinoids may hold therapeutic value in managing immune dysfunction and inflammation, particularly among populations facing elevated risks due to substance use or chronic conditions.

2,400 Patients May Have Been Exposed to HIV and Hepatitis at Oregon Hospitals: Officials

Health care providers in the Portland, Oregon, area said Thursday that 2,400 patients should get blood tests because an anesthesiologist may have exposed them to HIV as well as hepatitis B and C in recent months.

In a statement, Providence Health said that it “recently learned that Providence’s comprehensive infection control practices may not have been followed by a physician during some procedures” at several hospitals, including Providence Portland Medical Center, Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, and “other non-Providence hospitals.”

The individual who was allegedly responsible is a physician previously employed by the Oregon Anesthesiology Group, said Legacy in the statement. The unnamed person is no longer employed by Oregon Anesthesiology Group and the company is no longer contracted by Providence, it said.

Providence said in its statement that the physician “might have put patients at a low risk of exposure” to hepatitis B and C as well as HIV for 2,200 patients who were seen at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. Two patients seen at Providence Portland Medical Center were also exposed, it said.

As a result, the medical group said that the potentially affected patients will receive a letter with more information, but it encouraged those patients to get a blood test to determine whether they were infected with hepatitis or HIV “out of an abundance of caution,” and “at no cost,” according to the statement.

“If a patient tests positive,” the statement said, “Providence will reach out to discuss their test results and next steps.

Moderna Stops New mRNA Vaxx Trials after High Rate of Side Effects

The phase 1 trial of Moderna’s new mRNA HIV vaccine has been halted after a high rate of “puzzling skin side effects” were reported.

The new vaccine requires a series of mRNA shots to be delivered, but an “unusually high percentage of recipients developed rashes, welts or other skin irritation,” according to Science magazine.

“We are taking this very seriously,” Carl Dieffenbach told Science. Dieffenbach heads the Division of AIDS at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, which funded the phase 1 trial.

It’s unclear at this stage whether the problem is caused by the “cumulative effect from multiple mRNA shots,” the genetic background of the recipients or the HIV sequence.

Different versions of this vaccine have already been tested, but in every instance skin problems occurred at a worryingly high level. In one study, 11 out of 60 recipients ended up developing some form of skin problem.
