Merrick Garland Perpetuates The Government’s Psy Op Against White People

Joe Biden regime attorney general Merrick Garland said with a straight face that white racial extremists are the biggest “domestic violent extremist threat” in America, doubling down on the years-long anti-white Psy Op pushed by the political class in Washington, D.C.

“In the FBI’s view, the top domestic violent extremist threat comes from racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocated for the superiority of the white race,” said Merrick Garland, who strangely did not laugh or yell “Psych!” or indicate that he was joking in any way after making this statement.

Meanwhile, as NATIONAL FILE REPORTED ON JUNE 13: The Austin American-Statesman newspaper declined to publish a police description of a black mass shooting suspect because the paper felt “such publication could be harmful in perpetuating stereotypes.” Apparently the leftist media feels that the public’s right to know does not supersede the tenets of racial Wokeness. 14 people were injured in a mass shooting in Austin at approximately 1:30 AM Saturday morning.

Police stated that a suspect “described as a black man with a thin frame and locs-style hair” was still at large, after the police took one other suspect into custody. But at least one paper decided to keep its readers blissfully unaware of the appearance of an at-large suspect.

“Police have only released a vague description of the suspected shooter as of Saturday morning. The Austin American-Statesman is not including the description as it is too vague at this time to be useful in identifying the shooter and such publication could be harmful in perpetuating stereotypes. If more detailed information is released, we will update our reporting,” according to the newspaper’s statement on their journalistic omission.

Columbus police say weekend shooting spree was racially motivated

The 39-year-old man charged in a weekend shooting spree told Columbus police his assaults were racially motivated, targeting white men he felt had taken from him all his life, a detective testified Monday.

Though police allege Justin Tyran Roberts was involved in three separate assaults that wounded five people Friday and Saturday in Columbus and Phenix City, he was in Columbus Recorder’s Court to face charges in just one of those incidents, a shooting around 2 p.m. Saturday under the Oglethorpe Bridge at Broadway and Fourth Street.

That’s where a man was shot in the back as he was getting into his vehicle in a parking area under the bridge, said Detective Brandon Lockhart, who quoted Roberts as telling police, “I had to have him.”

The victim was hit once in the back, but four bullets hit his vehicle, and police found six shell casings at the scene, Lockhart said.

Under questioning by public defender Robin King, Lockhart elaborated on what Roberts, who is Black, told him during an interview at police headquarters.

“Basically, he explained throughout his life, specifically white males had taken from him, and also what he described as ‘military-looking white males’ had taken from him,” the investigator said.

Roberts also claimed that such men were “shooting at him in a wooded area with a slingshot,” and the wounds had infected his skin, Lockhart testified. Police saw no injuries to substantiate that, he said.

50-Year-Old Mother Charged With ‘Transphobic Hate Crime’ For Tweeting a Photo of a Suffragette Ribbon

A 50-year-old mother in Scotland has been charged with a ‘transphobic hate crime’ and faces up to two years in prison after she retweeted an image of a suffragette ribbon.

Yes, really.

Unhinged transgender activists targeted Marion Millar after ludicrously claiming that the ribbon represented a noose. The Scottish feminist drew their ire after campaigning to protect biological women’s spaces and right to express themselves.

“The messages investigated by officers are understood to include a retweeted photograph of a bow of ribbons in the green, white and purple colours of the Suffragettes, tied around a tree outside the Glasgow studio where a BBC soap opera is shot,” reports the Times.

Millar was forced to attend a 2 hour police interview and was subsequently charged under the Malicious Communications Act.

Hate-crime hoax: Noose reported on campus just crane’s steel cable loop

A construction company building a parking structure at Central Connecticut State University had hoisted an American flag at the end of one of its steel cable loops to mark Memorial Day — but a complaint that the cable was a noose prompted campus officials to apologize and pledge to take down the cable as soon as possible.

“Early this evening, we received a complaint about a possible noose found hanging from a construction site on the CCSU campus. Campus Police … investigated and found that it was not a noose but a standard steel cable loop hanging from a crane,” wrote President Zulma Toro in an email to the campus community on Saturday night.

“A construction crew working on campus hung an American flag from the crane’s cable to recognize Memorial Day,” added Toro in her email, a copy of which was obtained by The College Fix.

Toro continued that steel cable loops are often used by cranes, but that there was another similar concern recently reported regarding another nearby construction site. In the end, Toro sided with those offended by the steel cable loop’s visual similarity to a noose.

“Quite frankly, I think it is reckless and tone deaf behavior,” Toro said in her email to the campus. “We have been in contact with the construction company and demanded that the cable be lowered tonight. We have a team on site tonight monitoring the situation.”

But as of Sunday morning the cable loop and its American flag remained up, and a beleaguered-looking campus administrator, interim Vice President for Student Affairs John Tully, explained to a local news television station that it was difficult to find someone who could safely operate the crane at such short notice on a holiday weekend to get the cable loop down.

HATE HOAX: BLM activist claimed she was the victim of hate crimes including arson—video shows she started the fire

A student at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin, claims she had been the victim of racist incidents, including arson. However, police discovered that the alleged victim of framed hate crimes was the one caught on surveillance video starting the fire in the university’s residence hall.

Viterbo University student Victoria Unanka is reported to have texted a friend on April 18, claiming that a small fire started in the girl’s residence hall must have been directed towards herself because it began in the next room over.

When police investigated the fire and reviewed security footage, authorities discovered that it was the same student who set the fire.

Unanka was then arrested for arson and negligent handling of burning materials but released on signature bond, the La Cross Tribune reported.

She is alleged to have told police she had been with friends the night of the fire and returned home around midnight when she prepared food and then went to the lounge to clean up. Unanka said she didn’t go anywhere else in the residence hall before returning to the dorm room. She also told police she didn’t see anything suspicious prior to the fire. Once the alarm went off, she said she and another friend knocked on doors to get other students to evacuate the building.

Upon the police’s arrival, several students were discussing concerns that the fire was another hate crime incident. But when police reviewed security footage, which had been installed after reports of racist and threatening graffiti, of the residence hall, law enforcement noticed inconsistencies in Unanka’s claims.

The surveillance video showed Unanka left the dorm room at about 2:09 a.m. and began checking to see if other residents were present. In the next five minutes, Unanaka walks into the lounge area and uses the bathroom before returning to the dorm room. Smoke could be seen on the camera footage at 2:14 a.m. Unanka then began knocking on doors and pulled the fire alarm herself, the video reveals.

HATE HOAX: Police reports show black Minnesota high schooler sent racist messages to black students

Police in Minnesota have used forensics to determine that the creator of an Instagram account from which racist private messages to black students was a black female student at White Bear Lake High School.

In yet another “hate hoax” incident, it appears that the girl was sending racist messages to other black female students, although police could only confirm that she was the one who created the account. As far as individual messages go, they can, however, confirm that the messages did originate from her home IP.

According to The College Fix, the messages were virulently threatening and racist in nature, containing such phrases as “die, ni**er”, among others.

One message said, ‘Go back to Africa. With your tribe.’ Another post said, ‘GET HANGED. DIE. KILL YOURSELF,” KSTP-TV reported.

Colorado University Professor Claims: ‘The Point Is… White Supremacy Is Causing Black People To Attack Asians’

According to critical race studies and ethnic studies professor at the University of Colorado-Boulder, “white supremacy” is causing black people to attack Asians.

Professor Jennifer Ho published an article entitled “White supremacy is the root of all race-related violence in the US.”

The delusional professor claims that even though “black people are also attacking Asian Americans,” white people “are the main perpetrators of anti-Asian racism.”

Ho is a former President of the Association for Asian American studies and director of the Center for Humanities and the Arts.

“The point I’ve made through all of those experiences is that anti-Asian racism has the same source as anti-Black racism: white supremacy,” she wrote.

“So when a Black person attacks an Asian person, the encounter is fueled perhaps by racism, but very specifically by white supremacy. White supremacy does not require a white person to perpetuate it.”

Biden Justice Department Weighing Domestic Terrorism Law to Target ‘White Supremacists

The Biden Justice Department is “actively considering” whether to give prosecutors new authorities to bring specific charges against “domestic terrorists.”

“One of the things we’re looking at is would we need new authorities,” Brad Wiegmann, deputy assistant attorney general for the department’s national security division, said Thursday.

Because the current laws on the books to bring charges for arson, violations of weapons or explosives laws isn’t enough.

The reality is the DOJ is looking to make new laws to persecute people with whom they politically disagree.

The Justice Department did not mention BLM terrorists or Antifa terrorists; they are focused on so-called “white supremacists” – which is just code for Trump supporters/conservatives.

The FBI said white supremacists pose the most lethal threat despite the fact that BLM and Antifa have caused billions in damage, killed dozens of people and burned countless buildings to the ground over the last year.

Black student accused of setting fire in residential hall full of her sleeping peers in apparent ‘hate crime’ hoax

Say what you will about hate crime hoaxes, they aren’t usually dangerous.

A noose in the lavatory, some rebarbative slurs scrawled on the walls, a story about being jumped in the wee hours on a cold night in Chicago — they’re manipulative and unpleasant, they may be seized upon by cultural ambulance chasers, they may sow division, but they don’t threaten lives. Usually.

That can’t be said for what accused Viterbo University student Victoria C. Unanka is alleged to have done.

According to the La Crosse Tribune, Unanka was released on bail Monday after La Crosse, Wisconsin, police arrested her for starting a fire in a residential hall while most of her classmates were sleeping.

Unanka had been the target of two purported incidents of racism in the recent past and was apparently looking to frame the fire as a third one; a resident adviser told police Unanka had sent a friend a text in the wake of the blaze, saying that it was another potential hate crime because the fire was right next to her room.
