DOJ demands records on ‘unexplained anomalies’ in 2020 election after Fulton County did not comply with subpoena

The Department of Justice sent a letter to the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections on Thursday demanding records related to what Georgia’s board of elections has called “unexplained anomalies in vote tabulation and storage related to the 2020 election” in the county.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon wrote on behalf of Attorney General Pam Bondi, “On behalf of the Attorney General of the United States, we request that you present for inspection in its entirety and most original form, all records in your possession responsive to the recent subpoena issued to your office by the State Election Board.”

“The Civil Rights Division sends this request consistent with its ongoing obligations to ensure all citizens’ voting rights have been and are protected in all elections. Title III of the Civil Rights Act of 1960 (‘CRA’) empowers the Attorney General to request preserved election records,” the letter added.

The letter cites Section 303 of the CRA, which states in part, “any record or paper required by section 20701 of this title to be retained and preserved shall, upon demand in writing by the Attorney General or his representative directed to the person having custody, possession, or control of such record or paper, be made available for inspection, reproduction, and copying at the principal office of such custodian by the Attorney General or his representative.”

Dhillon continued, “The purpose of this request is to ascertain Georgia’s compliance with various provisions of the National Voter Registration Act and the Help America Vote Act including, without limitation, compliance with the provisions relating to election technology and administration standards.” “The State Election Board of your State agreed when, in a July 30, 2025 resolution, it called upon the assistance of the US Department of Justice if necessary for state officials to effect compliance with voting transparency,” Dhillon continued.

In late July, the Georgia State Elections Board voted 3-2 to pass a resolution seeking assistance from the Department of Justice to reexamine the 2020 election in Fulton County. State election board member Janice Johnston, who introduced the resolution, said at the time, “This case is not closed.”

“Transparency appears to have been frustrated at multiple turns in Georgia. The State Election Board has cited ‘unexplained anomalies in vote tabulation and storage related to the 2020 election’ in a letter to you dated November 7, 2024. The Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division has also been made aware, in correspondence to it on August 1, 2025 from voter transparency advocates, of multiple instances of government obstruction of transparency requests, including high-resolution ballot scans, signature verification documentation, and various metadata requests.”

“The Civil Rights Division appreciates your prompt attention to this matter within 15 days of today. Compliance with this request includes notifying all individuals or organizations that have access to these responsive records, even if not directly affiliated with your office.”

The state board subpoenaed Fulton County on election night in 2024 seeking documents related to the 2020 election, including ballot images, chain-of-custody forms, lists of voters, documentation of security seals, and ballot scanner paperwork. The board had reprimanded the county in May of 2024 for double-scanning at least 3,000 ballots during a recount of the 2020 election.

During the July 30 hearing in which the board voted to request the DOJ’s assistance, Johnston said, “To date, from the subpoena from November 5, 2024, not a single document has been presented to this board.”

Chinese Nationals Arrested In Georgia For Attempting To Buy Black Market Uranium

In an entirely bizarre and alarming story emerging out of the Republic of Georgia, the country’s State Security Service announced Saturday that three Chinese nationals had been arrested in Tbilisi for allegedly attempting to illegally purchase two kilograms of uranium.

They are accused of attempting to illegally obtain “nuclear material,” Interpress news agency reported as cited in Reuters. It’s unclear whether the suspects have any official links with the Chinese government or its military or intelligence services, however. The suspects intended to buy the uranium for $400,000 and smuggle it to China through Russia, Georgian security and intelligence officials detailed further.

Statements from Georgian security services describe a case where the traffickers were caught red-handed. “According to the authorities, a Chinese citizen already in Georgia, who was in breach of Georgian visa regulations, brought experts to Georgia to search for uranium throughout the country,” CBS writes.

“Other members of the criminal group coordinated the operation from China, the statement said.” Further:

The perpetrators were identified and detained while “negotiating the details of the illegal transaction,” the security service said.

The suspects are facing charges which could bring up to ten years in prison. The scenario of foreigners on risky missions to procure nuclear material in Georgia is not far-fetched, given reports of similar illicit trafficking instances over past years.

For example, one US think tank which monitors the Caucasus region reviews of the abundance of Soviet-era nuclear material there:

The Georgian government has attempted to enhance the safety and security of the nuclear materials under its control, but, prior to the August 2008 war, the anarchic conditions, weak law enforcement, and porous borders in both Abkhazia and South Ossetia have permitted widespread smuggling with neighboring Russian regions, as well as into Georgia. This condition has facilitated trafficking in nuclear materials as well as more conventional forms of contraband such as; narcotics, counterfeit currency, and young women. Georgia’s pivotal location at the crossroads between Europe, Russia, Asia, and the Middle East has raised concerns that transnational trafficking networks could move nuclear materials from Russia through Georgia to international terrorist groups.

Man Who Planned to Shoot up Atlanta’s Airport Is Arrested in a Terminal Following a Tip, Police Say

Police arrested a man at Atlanta’s bustling airport on Monday after getting a tip from his family that he was planning to shoot up the place, and found an assault rifle and ammunition in his truck outside, the city’s police chief said.

Billy Joe Cagle, of Cartersville, Georgia, had described his plan to shoot up the world’s busiest airport on a social media livestream, Chief Darin Schierbaum said during a news conference.

“The Cartersville Police Department was alerted by the family of Mr. Cagle that he was streaming on social media that he was headed to the Atlanta airport, in their words, to ‘shoot it up,’ and the family stated that he was in possession of an assault rifle,” Schierbaum said, describing Cagle as a “convicted felon.”

Cagle, 49, arrived at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in a Chevrolet pickup truck that was parked right outside the doors to the airport terminal. When police went to the vehicle, they found an AR-15 with 27 rounds of ammunition, Schierbaum said.

“We’re here today briefing you on a success and not a tragedy because a family saw something and said something,” the chief said.

Cartersville police Capt. Greg Sparacio, whose department received the initial tip from family members, said Cagle “had the intention to inflict harm to as many people as he could.”

Group Founded By Stacey Abrams Finally Shuts Its Doors After Historic Campaign Finance Violations

The dubious voter rights group founded by political grifter Stacey Abrams is closing its doors after a run of corruption like no other in Georgia history.

The New Georgia Project, according to its active website, claimed the group is “building long-term power in Georgia every year.” But a statement from the far-left organization released on Thursday announced the power has been turned off for Abrams’ old campaign ATM.

“After more than a decade of advancing civic engagement, equity, and justice across Georgia, The New Georgia Project (NGP) and The New Georgia Project Action Fund  (NGPAF) will officially dissolve as organizations,” the board of directors wrote in the statement

The New Georgia Project and its political action arm certainly advanced the riches of Democrat Abrams, who benefitted immensely from New Georgia’s generous contributions to her failed campaigns for governor.

‘Illegally Influencing Our Elections’

Earlier this year, the Georgia State Ethics Commission unanimously voted to fine New Georgia a whopping $300,000 after the liberal get-out-the-vote groups admitted raising millions for Abrams’ failed gubernatorial campaign — without registering as an independent political committee. That’s illegal under Georgia campaign finance law. And so is failing to disclose contributions and expenditures.

As The Federalist reported, the New Georgia Project and its super PAC partner admitted to 16 violations of the law, spending “unregulated and unknown monies” during the 2018 election cycle and on a 2019 failed public transportation referendum campaign. The groups, according to Ethics officials, failed to disclose north of $4.2 million, spending all but about $1 million of that to benefit the far-left candidate’s unsuccessful run for governor and the campaigns of fellow Democrats.

The New Georgia Project failed to report $646,000 in contributions and $173,000 in expenditures tied to a referendum campaign, according to David Emadi, executive secretary of the Georgia State Ethics Commission.

It was an unprecedented fine, the largest campaign finance penalty in the history of the Ethics Commission and, apparently nationally.

“This clearly represents the largest, most significant instance of an organization illegally influencing our elections in Georgia at a statewide level that we’ve ever uncovered,” Emadi said during the commission’s two-hour meeting in January.

YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS UP – In 2022 We Warned about Salesforce – This Week Outed for Indirectly Funding Antifa

In 2022 we warned about Salesforce being purchased by Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.  Now we find out Salesforce funds the Deep State.

In April of 2022, we warned the world about Salesforce.  This entity was selected by Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to take over the state’s voter rolls despite having no history of doing so to date.

Here is part of what we shared:

How ignorant or corrupt is the Republican Party in Georgia to allow this to happen?  VoterGA’s Garland Favorito shared this:

This makes no technical sense, and it makes no business sense. So then you have to start asking, what sense does it make. The only thing I can think that’s left is that the Georgia Secretary of State has been compromised….. It’s time for the Governor and Attorney General to step up. It’s time for the legislature to ban this”.

Salesforce was one company corrupt Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi invested in.  This corrupt practice of politicians using insider information to purchase and sell stocks is something the average investor would get arrested for.

Salesforce is run by a Board Trustee of the World Economic Forum, Marc Benioff.  He has a record of far-left actions, including threatening to move his company from Texas over its stringent abortion laws.

We should have known!

Today its being reported that Salesforce is a major funder to the Deep State funding arm intent on destroying America according to a recent report.

“Salesforce’s funneling of funds through Tides is precisely how corporate philanthropy can feed the protest-industrial complex,” said Seamus Bruner, the director of research at the Government Accountability Institute.

From 2022 to 2024, the Salesforce Foundation, the company’s 501(c)(3) offshoot, directly gave various Tides entities a total of $27.4 million in grant money, according to tax filings, though those donations were earmarked for a wide range of vaguely described causes, such as “employment opportunities,” “general support,” “youth development,” and “solving homelessness.”

At a recent meeting in the White House it was determined that entities like Tides were behind funding entities like Antifa.

Georgia Judge Arrested For Drunk Driving After Backing His Mercedes into Truck in Parking Lot of “Wacko’s” Strip Club

A Georgia Superior Court Judge was arrested for drunk driving after he backed his Mercedes into a truck in the parking lot of Wacko’s Gentlemen’s Club early Tuesday morning.

48-year-old Robert Guy Jr. was arrested and booked on Friday after he backed his Mercedes into a Ford F-150 and then offered the owner of the truck $500 to avoid giving his identity and insurance information, according to the arrest report obtained by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Guy tried to drive off, but he couldn’t because he was too intoxicated.

According to the arrest report, Guy was slurring his words, and police could smell a strong odor of alcohol on him.

After repeatedly refusing to hand over his ID, Guy was arrested at the strip club and charged with DUI, failing to submit to a breathalyzer, and DUI-property damage.

The Sheriff’s Department did not released Guy’s booking photo because of his status as a judge.

Guy reported his arrest to Georgia’s Judicial Qualifications Commission and then resigned.

“It has been a distinct honor and privilege to serve the Council of Superior Court Judges as President and in other roles; however, today I am resigning effectively immediately as Council President,” Guy wrote in a statement, according to the AJC.

Georgia Man with Severe TDS ARRESTED After Video Shows Him Tearing Down Trump Banner, Then Opening Fire on Business Owner

A Georgia man has been arrested and extradited to North Carolina after a shocking incident caught on camera showed him tearing down a pro-Trump banner at a small business, and then opening fire on the property owner who confronted him.

According to the Swain County Sheriff’s Office, 39-year-old Benjamin Michael Campbell of Atlanta is facing multiple felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, discharging a firearm within an enclosure to incite fear, and willful and wanton injury to personal property for his role in the September 6th confrontation outside the Paddle Inn Rafting Company, WLOS reported.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the encounter began when business owner Mark Thomas noticed suspicious activity on his security cameras.

Thomas told News 13 he saw a Jeep slam on its brakes outside his rafting business before a man, later identified as Campbell, jumped out, crossed the road, and ripped down a large Trump 2024 banner hanging on his property.

Thomas, watching in real time, grabbed his rifle and stepped out onto his porch. He says he fired two warning shots into the air to deter the vandal. Instead of fleeing, Campbell allegedly opened fire from the roadway, sending bullets toward the business owner’s property in a dangerous exchange of gunfire.

By the time deputies arrived, the suspect’s vehicle was gone.

On September 30, Swain County deputies coordinated with the Cobb County Police Department in Georgia to locate Campbell.

Search warrants were executed on two residences and the vehicle used during the shooting.

After gathering evidence, Campbell was taken into custody and extradited back to Swain County, North Carolina, where he now faces prosecution. He is currently being held on a $70,000 bond.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene Drops Chilling Warning: ‘I’m Not Suicidal — If Something Happens to Me, Find Out Which Foreign Government or Powerful People Would Take Heinous Actions to Stop the Information from Coming Out’

Republican Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) issued a stunning and ominous warning on Saturday, saying that she is “not suicidal” and calling on Americans to demand answers if “foreign governments or powerful people” try to stop her from exposing the truth about the Jeffrey Epstein pedophile network and the political establishment that protected it.

Earlier this month, Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Thomas Massie (R-KY) vowed to publicly expose the names of the pedophiles, enablers, and conspirators involved in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking ring after victims deliver a list to lawmakers.

A group of victims, hosted by Greene, Massie, and Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), broke decades of silence at a press conference, stepping forward to demand justice, transparency, and accountability from the government.

Rep. Massie filed a discharge petition to force a full House vote on the Epstein Transparency Act. This would force the Department of Justice to release almost all documents related to the Epstein investigation, with certain information redacted, including victims’ personal identifying information.

Greene took to X to make her position crystal clear on her support for the Massie–Epstein discharge petition, which calls for a full release of Epstein-related documents.

Atlanta forfeits $37.5M in airport funds after refusing to agree to Trump’s DEI ban

Atlanta’s airport has forfeited at least $37.5 million because city leaders have refused to disavow diversity, equity and inclusion programs as mandated by President Donald Trump’s administration.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the world’s busiest airport by passenger traffic, declined on July 29 to agree to terms set out by the Federal Aviation Administration. Those terms certify that the airport doesn’t “operate any programs promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that violate any applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws.”

That language mirrors a January executive order signed by Trump banning DEI programs operated by anyone doing business with or receiving money from the federal government.

The FAA told the Atlanta airport, owned and controlled by the city government, that it was holding back $57 million, The Journal-Constitution reports. But federal authorities said $19 million of that money would be available to Atlanta in the next federal budget year if it agrees to the language then.

The money would have gone to repave taxiways and renovate public restrooms, among other projects.

Trans Georgia inmate who made bombs and mailed them to DOJ gets 80-year sentence

A person already in prison has been sentenced to 80 years in federal custody after authorities said the inmate built two bombs while behind bars and mailed them to a federal courthouse in Anchorage, Alaska, and the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Federal prosecutors on Tuesday announced the sentence for the inmate authorities identified as David Dwayne Cassady, 57, who was incarcerated in a state prison in Georgia when the devices were made, authorities said. The inmate pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted malicious use of explosive materials.

The inmate has severe anxiety and gender dysphoria, defense lawyer Tina Maddox wrote in a sentencing memo to the court. The crimes were “acts of desperation born out of unrelenting abuse, hopelessness, and mental distress,” Maddox wrote. The defendant is a transgender woman and now goes by the name Lena Noel Summerlin, the lawyer said in the July 8 court document.

The indictment says both bombs were made at a state prison in Tattnall County, Georgia, and mailed from the prison. The document does not detail how the bombs were built or where the materials were obtained.

The bombs were functional and had the capabilities to explode, a plea agreement states. The inmate admitted to mailing them “in retaliation for prison conditions,” it said.

Since the early 1990s, the inmate has been held in a variety of Georgia prisons after being convicted of more than a dozen crimes including kidnapping and aggravated sodomy, according to records from the Georgia Department of Corrections.
