Bureaucratic NIGHTMARE – Marietta, GA Woman Mistakenly Declared Dead By Medicare, Left Without Coverage

In mid-June, WSB-TV news (Atlanta) reported that an elderly woman was mistakenly declared dead by Medicare and left without coverage!

Wrong, Medicare. She was very much alive and interviewed by the Atlanta media outlet.

The TV news presenters introduced the segment: “An 88-year-old Cobb County woman should be recovering right now in a rehab facility, after a hospital stay for heart problems. But instead her Medicare coverage has been cancelled because Medicare thinks she’s DEAD.”

The result was that she couldn’t get the care she needed right then.

The TV news reporter said that someone typed “deceased” into her medical records instead of “discharged”.

Her daughter said the results since have been “an avalanche of chaos”.

“I am alive, very much,” the 88-year-old woman told WSB-TV news.

FBI Fires Husband and Wife Analysts Who Refused to Assist Georgia 2020 Election Investigation

The FBI has reportedly fired two intelligence analysts after they refused to participate in the bureau’s investigation into Georgia’s 2020 presidential election.

According to multiple reports, the Atlanta-based analysts, a husband and wife, told colleagues they did not believe the investigation was justified and declined to work on the case.

They were reportedly escorted from the FBI office after refusing the assignment.

The FBI did not confirm the firings but defended its decision.

“The FBI will always investigate credible allegations of matters related to federal elections,” an FBI spokesperson said.

“Every employee at this FBI is to uphold our mission and adhere to our standards, any deviation will not be tolerated.”

Earlier this month, the FBI assigned 260 investigative analysts to assist with its ongoing investigation into the fraud that took place in Fulton County, Georgia, during the 2020 presidential election.

More Than 200 FBI Agents Swarm Fulton County, Georgia, to Investigate 2020 Election Fraud

In what an FBI memo calls a “priority investigation,” 260 FBI agents are “surging” to Fulton County, Ga., to look into possible fraud regarding the 2020 election.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) served a subpoena in April for the names and personal contact information of everyone in Fulton County who worked on the 2020 election. The request was slapped down by a judge last week. That didn’t stop the the influx of FBI agents from descending on Georgia from offices around the nation to look into more than 700 pieces of evidence, including documents, ballots and tabulation machines, all of which were confiscated in a sweep last January.

The evidence has been stored in Georgia since it was collected.

The agents have a deadline of July 17 to report their findings.

Fulton County officials believe the new wave of agents is “one of the clearest signs yet of the scope and intensity of the investigation.”

The Operation Mockingbird media mudpuppies at the Associated Press (AP) are still sticking with the narrative that the 2020 election was on the up-and-up:

President Donald Trump and his allies have made false claims that widespread election fraud cost him the 2020 election. Georgia’s votes in the 2020 presidential race were counted three times, including once by hand, and each count affirmed Democrat Joe Biden’s win.

But what the AP refuses to mention is this: How many of those votes were fraudulent? How many were counted repeatedly? How many of the voters are no longer living in Georgia, and how many are no longer living?

A complaint was submitted to the state of Georgia on July 8, 2022, suggesting the following:

  1. Irregularities in the Recount that lead to the addition of 16,382 votes to the “Batches Loaded Report” (BLR) of December 3, 2020, to the“certified result,” on December 4, which included 3,125 duplicate ballots and 17,852 votes of unknown provenance – that is, for which no physical ballot was in evidence.
  2. Additional tabulator results from unreported and unidentifiable tabulators that accounted for 20,713 votes in the November 3rd vote totals.

Federal Judge Rejects DOJ Attempt to Subpoena 2020 Fulton County Election Workers

A federal judge on Tuesday rejected the Justice Department’s attempt to subpoena 2020 Fulton County election workers.

Earlier this year the FBI raided the Fulton County election office.

The Justice Department also issued subpoenas for information on all 2020 election workers from Fulton County.

The records include those who were performing the following functions and duties:

  • Individuals assigned to review Mail-In Ballots
  • Individuals assigned to the Voter Review Panel/Board
  • Individuals assigned to Mobile Voting Locations
  • Individuals assigned to transfer results to or from media or transport ballots, ballot stock, or media
  • Individuals employed or contracted by the Fulton Board of Registrations and Elections
  • Individuals who worked or volunteered for the Risk Limiting Audit
  • Individuals who worked or volunteered for the Recount
  • Individuals who served as precinct managers and assistant managers

On Tuesday, US District Judge William Ray, a Trump appointee, quashed the subpoenas.

Judge Ray said the grand jury subpoena was unreasonable.

FBI Dramatically Expands Fulton County 2020 Election Investigation, Deploys Hundreds of Analysts to Review Records

The FBI has assigned 260 investigative analysts to assist with its ongoing investigation into the fraud that took place in Fulton County, Georgia, during the 2020 presidential election.

According to an internal FBI memorandum obtained by The New York Times, the analysts have been tasked with completing approximately 708 records checks by July 17th.

The memo describes the operation as a priority for FBI Director Kash Patel. The specific records under review have not been disclosed.

The expanded effort follows the FBI’s raid on a Fulton County election warehouse.

Back in January, federal agents seized more than 600 boxes of election materials, including original 2020 ballots, as part of a Justice Department investigation.

No criminal charges have been filed and federal authorities have released few details about the scope of the investigation.

The FBI and Fulton County officials have so far declined to comment on the latest developments.

Dem Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia Claims Transphobia is ‘An Offense to the Glory of God’

Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia, a Democrat, recently spoke to members of a synagogue in Los Angeles and claimed that transphobia is violence against humanity and divinity and an offense to the glory of God.

First, transphobia is a stupid word. People who object to the trans agenda do not fear trans people. They just don’t want it pushed on their kids in schools. They don’t want their wives and daughters to have to share intimate spaces with biological men.

New Map Tool Helps Drivers Dodge Atlanta-Based Flock Safety License Plate Cameras And Bluetooth Trackers

A free open-source website called DeFlock now lets drivers route around automated license plate reader (ALPR) cameras as a surveillance company prepares to add Bluetooth device-tracking to the same roadside hardware.

DeFlock, built by developer Will Freeman and backed by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), crowdsources ALPR camera locations nationwide and maps roughly half of Flock Safety’s roughly 100,000-camera network.

Users enter a start and destination, select an avoidance buffer between 50 and 500 feet, and receive a privacy-optimized route.

A companion tool called “Have I Been Flocked,” available through StopFlock, lets users check whether their plate has appeared in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)-obtained Flock query logs.

Flock Safety sent DeFlock a cease-and-desist order over alleged trademark dilution. Freeman declined to comply, with the EFF providing legal backing.

DeFlock’s growth coincides with plans by ELSAG, a subsidiary of Italian defense company Leonardo, to add device-tracking sensors to existing ALPR hardware.

The system, called SignalTrace, scans passing vehicles for Bluetooth and wireless signals from phones, smartwatches, earbuds, and fitness trackers, then correlates devices that travel together to a specific plate and timestamp. ELSAG describes the method as “non-intrusive intelligence gathering.” 404 Media reported the SignalTrace system on June 8, 2026.

An EFF analysis published in May 2026 found agencies had used Flock data for school residency checks, background searches, and noise complaints. More than 50 agencies ran hundreds of protest-related Flock searches over a 10-month period.

Washington State’s Driver Privacy Act, signed by Gov. Bob Ferguson on March 30, 2026, bans ALPR collection near health-care facilities, schools, and places of worship, and sets a 21-day default data retention limit. NPR reported in February 2026 that several cities terminated Flock contracts over concerns about federal immigration agencies accessing locally collected plate data.

Georgia Urges AI Data Centers to Cut Water Usage as Droughts Rage

Georgia is reportedly struggling to meet the growing water demands of AI data centers, as Atlanta planners urge operators to prioritize community needs and reduce consumption — even as water usage varies widely across facilities.

“There’s no easy answer for how much water data centers are requesting,” Celine Benoit, principal planner for the Atlanta Regional Commission and Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District, said, according to a report by Bloomberg.

Benoit, who was speaking at a conference hosted by the American Water Works Association on Monday, added that Georgia residents are unfamiliar with AI data centers and oppose them based on the facilities’ water and energy demands.

Georgia, which is prone to droughts, is one of the areas of the U.S. where data centers are being quickly developed, with the Atlanta area being the second largest data center market in the Unites States as measured by megawatts of power usage.

Proposed AI data centers need water ranging anywhere from 5,000 gallons to 9 million gallons per day, depending on the cooling system, as well as other factors, Benoit noted.

As drought continues to lay waste to the state, local Georgia utilities have pushed back against data center developers’ requests for massive water usage, saying they simply don’t have enough supply to provide millions of gallons per day, she added.

Rep. Clay Fuller Introduces Articles of Impeachment Against Radical Obama-Appointed Judge Eleanor Ross for Shocking Sexual Misconduct in Federal Courthouse Chambers and Lying to Investigators

Georgia Congressman, working alongside Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, moves to remove unfit judge who carried on an affair with high-ranking Atlanta PD official during business hours while actively presiding over criminal cases.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a special committee for the Eleventh Circuit discovered that Eleanor Ross of the Northern District of Georgia carried out a two-year sexual affair in her “chambers and during business hours” with a police commander.

According to Bloomberg Law, the incidents all occurred within “earshot” of law clerks. The entire affair created a major conflict of interest and made the judge vulnerable to extortion.

Ross, who is married to a DeKalb County judge and former prosecutor, was also found by the committee to have attended a partisan political event hosted by a district attorney’s campaign and to have lied to judges investigating her conduct.

Despite these damning findings, Ross has refused to resign.

Freshman Rep. Clay Fuller (R-GA) announced Friday that he is dropping articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge Eleanor L. Ross of the Northern District of Georgia on Monday.

Rep. Fuller wrote on X:

I am dropping an article of impeachment against Eleanor L. Ross, a Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. I have been working on this alongside [Jim Jordan] since the news broke and will be introducing this on Monday.

Judge Ross is alleged to have engaged in an extramarital affair with a high-ranking official of the Atlanta Police Department inside her federal courthouse chambers during office hours, within earshot of her judicial staff, while actively presiding over criminal cases.

This radical judge has no place in power and is unfit to sit on the federal bench.
