California’s Latest Gender Identity Law Is Producing Predictable Consequences

A California state law passed last year and implemented on January 1, 2021 allows men to be housed at prisons with women. All they have to do is identify as a woman and they’re in. No questions or judgement allowed. 

Sane people knew the law would have negative effects on women in California’s prisons by putting them at risk for assault and abuse. Now, six months into the practice the results have been horrific. Worse, they were completely predictable. From Yahoo News: 

A California law allowing transgender inmates to pick the prison gender of their choice has come under fire from a women’s rights group citing abuse of females by men.

In a letter to Gov. Gavin Newsom, the Women’s Liberation Front accused the state of violating the constitutional rights of incarcerated women by allowing men into their living quarters to “prey on women.” Since the law took effect on Jan. 1, WLF has received numerous complaints of assaulted, abused, and traumatized women at the hands of male inmates transferred into their prisons, WoLF Legal Director Lauren Adams said.

“We are working with a woman who was punched in the face so hard by a new transfer that she couldn’t chew for three days. He was taken away and released back in a different yard with no restrictions,” Adams said. “He was her cellmate. She had to sleep with him.”

Other women have been sexually abused in the past and must now contend with nude men sharing communal showers, Adams said.

“One woman went in there with two naked men showering who still had penises,” Adams added. “It was incredibly traumatic and scary, to know for, [possibly], the rest of their lives they are going to be subjected to this.”

But prisons aren’t the only places women are being forced to allow men into their personal and intimate spaces. Shelters for battered women are also under attack and transgender activists continue to demand men be allowed to sleep in the same quarters as abused women. Democrats in Washington D.C. want to cement these policies on a federal level through the Equality Act.

Gender-neutral option added to Wisconsin birth certificates

Parents will have new, gender-neutral options for identifying themselves on a child’s birth certificate in Wisconsin starting July 1, Governor Tony Evers and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services announced Monday.

Starting July 1, birth forms will also begin using “parent giving birth” as opposed to the term mother. This is a move backed by the Biden administration, who also prefers the term “birthing person” to mother.

According to Fox 6, birth forms, which are used to generate birth certificates, will be updated to include the option for “parent-parent,” in addition to the traditional “mother-father.”

Evers said the change reflects the administration’s commitment to recognizing diverse families and gender-neutral terminology.

Chinese scientists get male rats to give BIRTH by conjoining them with females and transplanting a uterus in ‘vile Frankenscience’ study

A male rat in China has given birth by Caesarean section after a ‘vile’ experiment that involved joining it to a female rat and transplanting a uterus.

Scientists from the Naval Medical University in Shanghai said the experiment may have ‘a profound impact on reproductive biology.’ 

They did not spell out the implications for humans but it comes after studies exploring the possibility of transplanting a uterus into transgender women. 

The team joined a male and female rat together by attaching their skin and sharing their blood, then transplanting a uterus into the male and implanting embryos into both male and female rats.

The embryos were allowed to develop to term, that is 21.5 days, with ten successful pups out of 27 ‘normal’ embryos in the male delivered by Caesarean section.

Those went on to live into adulthood and were able to reproduce, suffering no wider ill effects to heart, lung or liver, the team explained. 

The scientists said: ‘A mammalian animal model of male pregnancy was constructed by us.’ However, PETA’s Senior Science Policy Advisor, Emily McIvor, called the study ‘frankenscience’ and ‘vile’.

Democratic Congresswoman Calls For ‘Gender Equality’ In Crash Test Dummies

Democratic Washington, D.C., Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton introduced a bill Tuesday that would require car crash test dummies to use both male and female models.

“Women have achieved equality on the road when it comes to driving, but when it comes to safety testing to keep them safe on the road, they are nowhere near achieving equality,” Norton said in a statement. “Crash test standards are incredibly antiquated, and we must update these standards now, especially as more people return to their daily commute in the next few months.”

Norton, who chairs the Subcommittee on Highways and Transit, noted the federal government uses crash test dummies based on male bodies and car companies are not required to use female models.

Judge rules Christian college must follow Biden rule opening dorms, showers to opposite sex

A federal judge on Wednesday rejected a Christian college’s request to halt the Biden administration’s directive on gender identity in dwellings.

The College of the Ozarks, a Christian college in Missouri, had argued the government order, which claims to fight discrimination against transgender people, impinges on the rights of Christians and violates Biblical beliefs.

The dispute sets up a new legal battle over religious liberty and gender identity.

Judge Roseann Ketchmark, an Obama appointee, heard oral arguments from both sides for more than two hours Wednesday. After the hearing, she announced she would deny the college’s request to issue an injunction against the rule, which requires that segregated facilities such as dorms and restrooms be based on a person’s gender identity.

“After careful consideration of the law … the court denies the plaintiff’s motion for temporary restraining order and injunction,” she said from the bench. “The court does find that the dispute is not justiciable.”

The judge plans to issue a written order as soon as possible, she said. 

Valorie Coleman, a spokesperson from the college, said the school will appeal.

Neuroscience Professor Removed From APA Discussion After Saying There Are Only Two Genders

Aneuroscience professor was ousted from the American Psychological Association’s (APA) email discussion group by vote after suggesting that there are only two genders as well as past concerns over his posts, the College Fix reported Friday.

Psychology and neuroscience professor John Staddon at Duke University was removed from the APA’s Society for Behavioral Neuroscience and Comparative Psychology (SBNCP) Division 6 listserv and was notified via email by the group’s presidential trio who said use of the forum was a “privilege,” in the statements republished by the National Association of Scholars (NAS) on April 30.

“It is sad that an audience of supposed scientists is unable to take any dissenting view, such as the suggestion that there really are only two sexes,” Staddon said in reply to the notification of his removal from the division’s group before allowing NAS to publish the email exchange. “Incredible! I don’t mind having one less distraction, but I think you should really be concerned at Div 6’s unwillingness to tolerate divergent views.”

His post that “tipped the scale,” according to Staddon, was titled “Hmm… Binary view of sex false? What is the evidence? Is there a Z chromosome?” Staddon told Newsweek he created the post on April 15.
