Crazed Biden Judge Signals She May Block Trump’s EO on Transgender Troops, Says the Assertion That Only Two Genders Exists is “Not Biologically Correct”

A federal judge on Tuesday signaled she would side with a group of transgender soldiers who sued to block President Trump’s executive order on transgender troops.

Judge Ana Reyes, a Biden appointee, grilled DOJ lawyers on Tuesday and said that Trump’s executive order asserting there are only two genders is “not biologically correct.”

“With the DOD policy expected to be finalized over the coming week, Reyes said she would hold off on issuing an order but had largely made up her mind about the legality of the order, at one point remarking that “smarter people on the D.C. Circuit would have to tell me I’m wrong” about the policy. She added that the central premise of the executive order — that only two genders exist — is “not biologically correct.”” – ABC News reported.

Last month President Trump signed the “Restoring America’s Fighting Force” executive order and the “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness” executive orders, which direct every element of the U.S. military to “operate free from any preference based on race or sex” and root out gender insanity and made up pronoun usage, respectively.

This order directs the Secretary of Defense to ensure that military service is “reserved for those mentally and physically fit for duty” and “promptly issue directives for DoD to end invented and identification-based pronoun usage.” The standards for our military troops are deemed “inconsistent with the medical, surgical, and mental health constraints on individuals with gender dysphoria.”

“It is the policy of the United States Government to establish high standards for troop readiness, lethality, cohesion, honesty, humility, uniformity, and integrity,” the order states. “This policy is inconsistent with the medical, surgical, and mental health constraints on individuals with gender dysphoria. This policy is also inconsistent with shifting pronoun usage or use of pronouns that inaccurately reflect an individual’s sex.”

Judge Reyes also grilled lawyers on the use of pronouns and gender ideology.

“If you were in a foxhole, you wouldn’t care about these individuals’ gender ideology, right?” the judge asked DOJ lawyers.

The judge did not issue a ruling on Tuesday.

Liberal Women Are Lonely And Unhappy According To Recent Polls

The news must come as a shock to most, but it turns out that liberal women in the US are very unhappy.  A recently released poll from the American Family Survey held in 2024 shows that only 12% of liberal women are satisfied with their lives and that they are three times more likely to experience loneliness compared to conservative women.

The data reinforces a number of surveys over the years which reveal a continuing plunge in relative happiness among progressive western women despite their admission that they have more independence than ever before.

Brad Wilcox, a sociology professor at the University of Virginia and fellow at the Institute for Family Studies who analyzed the survey’s data, said he believes there are a couple of reasons why conservative young women are more likely to be happier than their liberal counterparts. 

“We’ve seen in the research that conservative women tend to be more likely to embrace a sense of agency and to have the sense that they are not, in any way, the victim of larger structural realities or forces,” he told Fox News Digital.  “They’re also less likely to catastrophize about public events and concerns,” and “more likely to think of themselves as captains of their own fate,” Wilcox added.

The survey also notes that conservative women are more likely to accept biological and social differences between males and females.  The ideal was thought to be common sense for thousands of years but has come under fire from feminists in the past decade as a “social construct of the patriarchy”.  The deconstruction of societal norms has been so pervasive, governments across the western world have tried to encode intersectional feminist taboos into law and punish people who remain skeptical.  

One side effect of the rise of feminist authority that liberals apparently did not expect is the decline in relative happiness of women.  The issue was fist noticed around 2009 when a study out of the University of Pennsylvania stunned the mainstream media – Despite decades of greater access to the jobs market, institutional influence and life options since the 1970s, young women have become increasingly less happy compared to their counterparts of past generations.  Though the study avoids addressing the problem of feminism directly, it does suggest that modern constructs may play a major role in creating anxiety for women.

Democrat DEI Brain Rot Is A LOT Worse Than You Think…

Democrat Illinois Representative Jan Schakowsky suggested in a Congressional hearing that the word ‘Manufacturing’ is sexist.

Yes, really.

Because it begins with ‘man’ it is somehow holding back women from going into the manufacturing industry.

Schakowsky, the ranking Democrat member on the House Commerce, Manufacturing and Trade Subcommittee, for some unfathomable reason, posited that only around 13 percent of people in manufacturing are female because the word itself just “sounds like a guy.”

The word originates from the Latin manu which means ‘hands’ and factum which means ‘made by’.

Yeah, made by hand. Anyone’s hand. Male or female.

18-year-old trans suspect arrested for plotting Indiana high school shooting

Authorities arrested an 18-year-old transgender suspect who allegedly planned to carry out a mass shooting at Mooresville High School in Indiana. Trinity “Jamie” Shockley, of Mooresville, was taken into custody on Wednesday and has been booked into Morgan County Jail without bond. The FBI alerted the local police department to the matter on February 11 after receiving a tip that Shockley was planning a school shooting, WTHR reported.

An individual notified the FBI’s Sandy Hook Promise’s Say Something Anonymous Reporting System, saying that their friend was preparing to commit a shooting in Indiana on February 14, according to court documents. The informant said that the suspect had ordered a bulletproof vest and had access to an AR-15.

On February 11, Shockley reportedly told a school counselor that he had allegedly been sending letters to Florida Parkland High School mass shooter, Nikolas Cruz, while he’s been in prison. It was also reported that Shockley had a heart-shaped locket necklace with a photo of Cruz inside.

A search warrant was executed at Shockley’s home on February 12 as part of a joint law enforcement operation consisting of Mooresville police detectives, Morgan County Sheriff’s Office detectives, and officers from the Mooresville School Police.

Court documents state that detectives found multiple photos of Cruz and two other mass shooters – Dylan Roof and Andrew Blaze – in Shockley’s bedroom. Authorities also recovered AR-15 magazines and a box of .40 caliber rounds in the suspect’s father’s bedroom. Additionally, detectives recovered three notebooks in Shockley’s backpack, which included professions of love for mass shooters and the want “to hurt others.”

Kamala 2.0? Buttigieg Made Same Pledge To Support Taxpayer-Funded Transgender Surgeries for Criminals That Dogged Harris Campaign.

It wasn’t just Kamala Harris. No, during the 2020 Democratic primary, presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg also supported taxpayer-funded gender transition surgeries for federal inmates and illegal immigrants.

The former mayor of South Bend, Ind.—now eyeing the 2026 Michigan Senate race—told the American Civil Liberties Union in 2019 that, if elected, he would use executive authority to ensure that federal inmates and illegal immigrants have access to “comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition, including all necessary surgical care.”

“I would direct my HHS Office of Civil Rights and Department of Justice to vigorously enforce all federal laws against discrimination based on gender identity, including ensuring the provision of all medically necessary care for transgender Americans,” Buttigieg wrote in response to the question. “This includes medical care for transgender individuals incarcerated in federal prisons and under immigration detention.”

A spokesman for Buttigieg told the Free Beacon that he “made clear his position that the law must be applied equally and fairly to all people seeking necessary care, and that he would faithfully enforce all federal laws against discrimination.”

Rep. Tim “clapped back,” as the Social Justice™ people say, following the horrific hate crime he endured, live streamed on C-SPAN,  by defending the same USAID that very possibly had a hand in funding Senator Tim’s campaign through campaign cash laundered through “nonprofit” “humanitarian” groups like the so-called Human Rights Campaign.

Rep. Sarah McBride (D-Del.), the first openly trans person elected to Congress, let her brutal criticism of President Donald Trump’s administration do the talking on Thursday after Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.) misgendered her on the House floor.

Miller, a Trump ally who has backed anti-trans policies including the president’s wave of executive orders, presided over the House where she referred to the freshman lawmaker as “the gentleman from Delaware, Mr. McBride.”

Instead of immediately replying to the swipe ahead of what marked her first-ever speech on the House floor, McBride went after the president instead…

McBride argued that the “attacks” on workers and “lifesaving programs” administered by USAID — the agency responsible for distributing billions in foreign aid, one that Trump and billionaire cost-cutter Elon Musk are looking to shut down — don’t just put security and global health at risk.

“They lay the foundation here at home to gut federal support for education, for health care, for housing, for child care, for workers,” she said.

McBride would later turn to the words of President Franklin D. Roosevelt who, in 1941, declared that “necessitous men are not free men.”*

*How dare Tim use such gendered language as “necessitous men are not free men” on the sacred House floor, in this, Our Sacred Democracy™! What about the necessitous non-binary “transage” toddlers?

End of an Era: Boy Scouts of America Officially Changed its Name on its 115th Anniversary in Latest Woke Push for ‘Inclusivity’

The once-iconic Boy Scouts of America has officially changed its name on its 115th anniversary.

This renaming, effective Saturday, marks a sad day for traditional American values, as the organization succumbs to the pressures of political correctness and gender ideology, while also attempting to distance itself from its troubled past marred by a torrent of sexual abuse claims and subsequent bankruptcy.

The Gateway Pundit reported that the organization was nearly bankrupt after a series of woke decisions, including changing its policies to allow gay leaders and allowing girls to join. Those decisions had a major impact on the organization’s bottom line.

In May 2024, the Boy Scouts of America announced that they would change their name to “Scouting America,” with the change taking effect on February 8, 2025, coinciding with the organization’s 115th anniversary.

President and CEO Roger A. Krone said at the time, “Though our name will be new, our mission remains unchanged: we are committed to teaching young people to be Prepared. For Life. This will be a simple but very important evolution as we seek to ensure that everyone feels welcome in Scouting.”

USAID Funneled Nearly $800 Million To ‘Gender Transformative’ Global Censorship Group

America’s foreign aid agency, USAID, has given nearly $800 million to a group that has pushed censorship and suppressed “heteronormativity” across the globe, according to documents reviewed by The Federalist. 

The Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS) took in $799.7 million in funding from 2015 to 2021, per IRS tax documents. According to InfluenceWatch, “The organization is solely funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).”

As President Donald Trump pushes to “wind down” USAID — which has apparently become a massive “scam on U.S. taxpayers” — government funding disclosures have brought to light the often frivolous, and in this case nefarious, use of public tax dollars. As The Federalist previously reported, the federal government has been bankrolling America’s legacy media outlets for years with tens of millions of dollars in lucrative contracts. 

CEPPS — whose website is no longer public —  claims to be a “nonpartisan” group focused on global “democratic development,” according to an archived webpage. But its website suggests that, while corporate media have been pushing propaganda domestically, CEPPS has been advancing censorship — and radical gender ideology — throughout the rest of the world.

Why did Republicans fund ‘transgender dance’ in Bangladesh?

As Trump attacks foreign spending on “woke” initiatives, a GOP-aligned outfit has largely escaped scrutiny, despite using taxpayer funds to sponsor “transgender dance performances” and what it called the “largest published survey of LGBTI people in Bangladesh.” 

According to documents obtained by The Grayzone, the US-funded International Republican Institute sees gay and transgender people as uniquely disruptive actors who can be deployed to manipulate political realities overseas, stating, “LGBTI people tend to participate in social change activities to eventually bring changes to politics.”

For years, the Republican Party-aligned International Republican Institute’s (IRI) agenda in Bangladesh has been dominated by ethnic minority and transgender issues, with leaked documents revealing the Institute sponsored “the largest published survey of LGBTI people in Bangladesh” and that a full 24% of the 1,868 Bangladeshis who participated in IRI programs in 2019 and 2020 were transgender.

The IRI’s cultural activities were conducted with explicitly subversive objectives, aiming to recruit socially excluded groups as regime change activists. They mirrored the US government’s machinations in Cuba, where, as The Grayzone reported, USAID funded rappers, artists, and “desocialized and marginalized youth” to undermine the country’s socialist government.

Since its founding in 1983, the congressionally-funded IRI has been run by Republican politicians and operatives dedicated to the cause of “democracy promotion” abroad. IRI’s Chairman, Sen. Dan Sullivan, is a vehement opponent of same sex marriage who signed on to a GOP letter calling to restrict the participation of transgender youth in sports. While many of the institute’s board members are Never Trump Republicans like Sen. Mitt Romney, the board also includes Sen. Tom Cotton, a top Trump ally who strongly opposes transgender medical interventions for youth.

The IRI’s eyebrow-raising statistics on trans participation in regime change activities were included in an internal report on its PAIRS (“Promoting Accountability, Inclusivity, and Resiliency Support”) Program, which was obtained by The Grayzone in 2024. The report boasts that “IRI issued 11 advocacy grants to artists, musicians, performers or organizations that created 225 art products addressing political and social issues that were viewed nearly 400,000 times [and] supported three civil society organizations from LGBTI, Bihari and ethnic communities to train 77 activists and engage 326 citizens to develop 43 specific policy demands, which were proposed before 65 government officials.”

NCAA Had The Power To Keep Men Out Of Women’s Sports This Whole Time

The National Collegiate Athletic Association announced an about-face on its 2022 “participation policy” for transgender-identifying athletes this week: No longer are men allowed to self-identify their way into women’s sports.

“The new policy limits competition in women’s sports to student-athletes assigned female at birth only,” the NCAA said in a press release, forced to acknowledge the genetic differences between men and women while bitterly clinging to the anti-science trans-speak “assigned at birth,” as if chromosomal makeup is arbitrary.

Regardless of the continued language manipulation, however, the policy change stands — and it’s a direct result of female athletes demonstrating the myriad ways male athletes have harmed them, plus a strong leader in the White House who is willing to listen and act.

On Wednesday, just one day before the NCAA policy reversal, President Donald Trump signed an executive order (titled simply “Keeping Men Out Of Women’s Sports“) that stripped all funding from educational programs that let men and boys infiltrate women’s and girls’ athletics. “It shall also be the policy of the United States to oppose male competitive participation in women’s sports more broadly,” the order reads, not only for reasons of “safety” and “fairness,” but also to preserve “dignity, and truth.”

The NCAA allowing males to compete against females “is demeaning, unfair, and dangerous to women and girls, and denies women and girls the equal opportunity to participate and excel in competitive sports,” Trump’s order says.

The president is clearly listening to the many brave women who have risked their reputations and much more to share their stories of discrimination and danger. One of these women, NCAA Division 1 athlete Sia Liilii, then the captain of the University of Nevada, Reno, women’s volleyball team, led her teammates in protesting and then forfeiting a game against San Jose State University’s women’s team because it included a trans-identifying male player. As IW Features highlights in a documentary about Liilii’s experience, her school refused to support its own women’s team.
