REPORT: Muslim Student Was Exempted From Suspension in Loudoun County Locker Room Case Where Boys Objected to Presence of Female

A group of boys at a grade school in Loudoun County in Virginia were recently suspended from school because they objected to a female student in their locker room who identifies as male.

The female student even took pictures in the locker room but the boys were suspended for objecting. The case is outrageous.

The Gateway Pundit reported on this story:

The radical madness in Loudoun County, Virginia, just hit a new low. Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) has decided to SUSPEND two boys at Stone Bridge High School, not because they misbehaved, not because they broke the law, but because they dared to ask why a girl was in the boys’ locker room.

7News reported earlier this year that LCPS launched a Title IX investigation against the boys after they were caught on video asking the obvious question: Why is there a girl in the boys’ locker room?

That video, however, wasn’t recorded by the boys; it was recorded by the female student who identifies as male. A direct violation of LCPS policy, according to the news outlet.

Yet instead of disciplining the rule-breaker, the school launched a full-blown investigation against the boys themselves.

The school’s Title IX Office determined the boys were guilty of “sexual harassment” and “sex-based discrimination.”

Their punishment? A 10-day suspension, a no-contact order with the female student, forced meetings with administrators, and a permanent smear on their academic records that could destroy their college prospects.

Now it is being reported that one of the boys was exempted from the suspension. He happens to be a Muslim.

Liberal White Woman in Virginia Holds Up Vile Racist Sign to Protest Republican Governor Candidate Winsome Sears

Winsome Earle-Sears is the current Lt. Governor of Virginia and the Republican candidate for Governor of Virginia in the upcoming election.

Sears opposes the idea of boys in girls’ locker rooms and all of the other gender related nonsense that has been embraced by the left in recent years.

During a political event this week, a liberal white woman held up a sign in protest of Sears that must be seen to be believed.

The sign reads:

Hey Winsome
If Trans Can’t Share
Your Bathroom
Then Blacks Can’t Share
My Water Fountain

Take a look:

Old white liberals in Virginia are holding up big signs in front of the black Lt. Governor saying she can’t “drink at their water fountain.”

Incredible how fast libs go back to their racist factory settings when pushed.

Trans-Identifying HS Volleyball Player Sends Illinois Community Into Uproar

trans-identifying biological male at James B. Conant High School in Illinois, who reportedly stands 6-foot-4, made the freshman girls volleyball team despite never having previously played the sport, OutKick has learned.

According to a parent of one of the freshman girls, who spoke to OutKick on the condition of anonymity, around 70 girls tried out for the team and only 23 made it – along with the male to complete the 24-player roster.

In addition, the longtime girls’ volleyball coach allegedly resigned her position after being forced to allow the male – who is also allegedly using the girls’ bathroom and locker room facilities, according to parents – on the girls’ team.

OutKick reached out to the school’s athletics department and principal.

On Wednesday night, August 20, the Township High School District 211 school board – which oversees Conant, a school located in the Chicago suburbs – held a special meeting and allowed members of the public to speak. Chaos ensued.

Parents beg school board to take action

Over the course of an hour, 16 people spoke at the meeting. Some were in opposition to a male on the girls’ team and some were in favor. The first few speakers all begged the school board to intervene and remove the male from the girls’ volleyball team.

“If you want groundbreaking, revolutionary, inclusive ideas, start a trans league so trans people can compete against each other. But keep biological men out of biological girls’ sports. Protect our girls,” John Goodman, a candidate for the U.S. Senate, said.

Trans Dem Rep Makes Shocking Confession Nobody Saw Coming

One of the most prominent progressive figures in the Democratic Party has made a revealing admission that is now making waves across social media.

Rep. Sarah McBride (D-DE), who is biologically male and identifies as transgender, offered surprisingly blunt commentary during an appearance on The Ezra Klein Show. In a conversation that veered away from typical talking points, McBride acknowledged that the Democratic Party may have gone too far, too fast in advancing radical gender ideology. The fallout, McBride explained, has contributed to a nationwide backlash that is increasingly difficult to ignore.

“Candidly, I think we’ve lost the art of persuasion,” McBride told Klein. “I think that allowed for the misinformation, the disinformation — that well-coordinated, well-funded campaign — to really take advantage of that lack of understanding.”

McBride continued by noting that progressives as a whole have become too rigid in their messaging and goals. “We became absolutist — not just on trans rights but across the progressive movement — and we forgot that in a democracy we have to grapple with where the public authentically is and actually engage with it.”

The Delaware congressperson, who made history in January by becoming the first openly transgender member of Congress, has not shied away from contentious cultural issues. In fact, McBride has been at the center of several political flashpoints since being sworn in. Early in the congressional term, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) introduced a resolution aimed at preventing McBride from using women’s restrooms on Capitol Hill. Although McBride chose to comply with the policy and shift attention toward legislative work, the decision drew criticism from some transgender activists who felt it signaled a retreat from principle.

In another highly publicized incident, Rep. Keith Self (R-TX) repeatedly referred to McBride as “Mr. McBride” during a Foreign Affairs Subcommittee hearing in March. The repeated “misgendering” sparked a heated exchange that led Democrats to abruptly end the session. McBride responded coolly with, “Thank you, Madame Chair,” and later denounced the GOP for being “obsessed with culture‑war issues,” reiterating a commitment to stay focused on policy-making rather than personal attacks.

Trump threatens funding for all California schools over transgender policies

US President Donald Trump on Aug 21 said any California school district that does not adhere to his administration’s transgender policies will not receive federal funding, but gave no other details.

Representatives for the White House and the US Department of Education did not immediately respond to requests for detail following Mr Trump’s comment, posted to his social media platform.

US schools receive the vast majority of their funding through local and state sources, but do receive some money from the federal government.

Mr Trump’s post is the latest salvo in his fight against transgender rights as well as the state of California, led by Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom.

His administration

sued California in July over its policy to allow transgender athletes to compete in girls’ school sports, alleging that it was a violation of federal anti-discrimination laws.

In February, the Republican President

signed a directive to strip federal funding from any school that allows transgender women or girls to compete in female sports.

Representatives for Mr Newsom’s office could not be immediately reached. REUTERS

Bob’s blunders? Male inmate in women’s prison assaults female under WA governor’s trans policy

Bob Ferguson is the most unpopular Washington state governor in his first six months in more than 30 years, with fewer than one-in-three registered voters giving him “excellent” or “good” marks, according to a recent poll

The Democrat may be headed for even worse poll numbers in the wake of a new reported assault against a female inmate by a male inmate with a documented history of physical and sexual assault of both adult and child females, in and out of prison, whose placement in a women’s facility is possible under a gender identity policy Ferguson championed.

America First Policy Institute threatened to sue the Washington Department of Corrections and Washington Corrections Center for Women in an Aug. 13 letter if they do not “take immediate and concrete measures to protect the females in your custody” by revoking the “Transgender Inmate Policy and immediately removing all biological males from the facility.”

It posted a recording of the unidentified female inmate describing the alleged Aug. 7 assault by six-foot-four-inch Christopher Scott Williams, who reportedly pleaded guilty to “third-degree assault with sexual motivation” as a 16-year-old on his 9-year-old sister and was subsequently twice convicted for failing to register as a sex offender.

“She is an entire foot shorter than the male who attacked her,” AFPI senior attorney Leigh Ann O’Neill told Just the News, describing Williams’ accuser. O’Neill said the recording was edited down from “around 20 minutes” to just the portions where the female inmate “describes what happened” with Williams.

The Daily Caller News Foundation reported July 1 that Williams had been inexplicably transferred back to a male prison June 20, but the same inmate tracking system for victims now shows Williams – identified as female – was back in WCCW as of July 10

AFPI’s letter traces the brief removal to a lawsuit alleging Williams repeatedly violated his female cellmate Mozzy Clark three years ago, as documented in her ongoing lawsuit against the state, DOC and several officials.

California AG Bonta ‘running out the clock’ to stop parental rights initiative, appeals court hears

California law required Attorney General Rob Bonta to write a neutral title and summary for a 2024 ballot measure to mandate parental notification when children request to be identified as the opposite sex in school records, limit girls’ sports to females and prohibit puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and genital surgery for gender-confused youth.

Having just sued a school district for the same parental notification policy, the Democratic attorney’s title for the Protect Kids of California Act seemed predictable: “Restricts Rights of Transgender Youth.”

His summary used the same framing, referring to males who identify as girls as “transgender female students,” claiming the parental notification mandate lacks an “exception for student safety” and referring to medicalized gender transitions as “gender-affirming health care.”

Sixteen months after a trial judge upheld Bonta’s phrasing as “accurately and impartially” conveying the substance of the measure, which under Bonta’s language fell short of the required signatures for the ballot within the 180-day collection window, Protect Kids California’s crusade to give voters a direct say in the matter may founder on a technicality.

Polling suggests voters would approve the measure, with majority support for each of the three prongs, but an appeals panel repeatedly grilled the group’s lawyer at a hearing Monday on why the case wasn’t moot in light of Protect Kids California’s litigation choices.

The three judges essentially made Bonta’s argument for him as Liberty Justice Center counsel Emily Rae tried to redirect them toward Bonta’s “malfeasance,” for what its lawsuit called his “inaccurate, false, and biased” language. The panel, by contrast, asked deputy AG Malcolm Brudigam just a single question during the state’s argument.

BC nurse ordered to pay almost $100k for opposing gender ideology

British Columbia nurse Amy Hamm has been ordered to pay nearly $100,000 for publicly declaring that gender is defined by biology.

In an August 14 press release, the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) announced that the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) mandated that Hamm pay $93,639.80 in legal fees and has suspended her license for one month for her statements opposing LGBT ideology.

“In our view, the panel made a number of legal and factual errors that make the decision unsound, and we look forward to arguing these points before the BC Supreme Court,” JCCF lawyer Lisa Bildy declared. “We are now considering whether to appeal the penalty decision as well.”

“This decision effectively penalizes a nurse for expressing mainstream views aligned with science and common sense,” she continued. “The Panel’s ruling imposes a chilling effect on free expression for all regulated professionals.”

In March, a ruling from the BCCNM disciplinary panel found that Hamm committed “unprofessional conduct” by publicly discussing the dangers of the LGBT agenda in three articles and a podcast appearance.

Later that month, Hamm shared on social media that Vancouver Coastal Health fired her from her nursing position without severance after she was found guilty of “unprofessional conduct.”

Hamm found herself targeted by the BCCNM in 2020 when she co-sponsored a billboard reading, “I (heart) JK Rowling.” This sign was a nod to the famous British author’s public comments defending women’s private spaces from being used by gender-confused men.

The BCCNM accused Hamm of making “discriminatory and derogatory statements regarding (so-called) transgender people” while identifying herself as a nurse or nurse educator.

According to the college, Hamm’s statements were “made across various online platforms, including but not limited to podcasts, videos, published writings, and social media” between July 2018 and March 2021.

Dept. of Education Plans to Pull Federal Funds from Five Virginia School Districts over Transgender Policies

The Department of Education said it plans to cut federal funds to five Northern Virginia school districts that have refused to rescind their policies allowing students to use bathrooms and locker rooms based on “gender identity” rather than biological reality.

The five school districts — including Alexandria City Public Schools, Arlington Public Schools, Fairfax County Public Schools, Loudoun County Public Schools, and Prince William County Public Schools — announced last week that they had rejected the Trump administration’s requests to change their transgender policies, Fox News reported. The Education Department announced in July, following an investigation, that the districts are allegedly in violation of Title IX for sex discrimination. Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 bars discrimination on the basis of sex in any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.

Education Department spokesperson Madi Biedermann told the outlet that the department will begin the process of suspending or terminating federal funding to the five districts.

“The U.S. Department of Education generously granted an extension for five Northern Virginia School Districts to come into compliance with Title IX and follow federal law – unfortunately, the additional time did not result in a fruitful outcome,” Biedermann said. “The Agency will commence administrative proceedings to effect the suspension or termination of federal financial assistance to these divisions. The Virginia districts will have to defend their embrace of radical gender ideology over ensuring the safety of their students.”

Loudoun County was the first of the five districts to announce that it had rejected the Trump administration’s request. The board voted 6-3 in a closed-session meeting on Tuesday to keep Policy 8040, which allows students to used restrooms and locker rooms according to their subjective sense of “gender identity,” according to the report.

A spokesperson for the district said the federal interpretation of Title IX is at odds with state laws.

“After consultation with legal counsel, the Board voted 6-3 not to comply with this request due to the tension between the OCR position and current law. We will continue to monitor developments closely to ensure continued legal compliance and the protection of all students,” the spokesperson told the outlet on Wednesday.

The other four districts reportedly asked the department to hold off on pilling funds until the courts clarify whether Title IX applies to gender identity.
