FBI, Utah Officials Have “GOOD FOOTAGE OF KIRK SHOOTER” – Tracked Him from Hour Before Shooting to When He Jumped Off Building and Ran Through Neighborhood — THEY FOUND THE WEAPON IN THE WOODS!

FBI and Utah Department of Public Safety officials hold a news conference in Orem following the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University.

Kirk was assassinated while addressing students yesterday at the university.

Authorities provide updates on the suspect search and investigation.

According to the local investigator who spoke to reporters, officials tracked the killer from an hour before the shooting to when he jumped off the campus building and fled into a local neighborhood.

Utah official Beau Mason: Through all that work last night, we were able to make a few breakthroughs. We were able to track the movements of the shooter.

Starting at 11: 52 AM, the subject arrived on campus, shortly away from campus. We have tracked his movements onto the campus, through the stairwells, up to the roof, across the roof to a shooting location.

After the shooting, we were able to track his movements as he moved to the other side of the building, jumped off of the building and fled off of the campus and into a neighborhood. Our investigators have worked through those neighborhoods, contacting anybody they can with doorbell cameras, witnesses, and have thoroughly worked through those communities, trying to identify any leads.

We do have good video footage of this individual. We are not going to release that at this time. We are working through some technologies and some ways to identify this individual. If we are unsuccessful, we will reach out to you as the media and we will push that publicly to help us identify them.

But we are confident in our abilities right now, and we would like to move forward in a manner that keeps everyone safe and moves this process appropriately.

The FBI official Robert Bohls, then spoke and said they have GOOD FOOTAGE of the killer. They also found his rifle in the woods!

Bill Melugin added the killer appears to be college-aged.

Manhunt on for Shooter: FBI Asks for Help From Public in Charlie Kirk Assassination Investigation After Two Suspects Released Following Questioning

As the manhunt continues for the shooter, the FBI has set up a tip line for the public to submit information about the assassination of 31-year-old Turning Point USA leader Charlie Kirk at a Utah college campus speaking event on Wednesday at this link: fbi.gov/UtahValleyShooting

A joint press release was issued late Wednesday night by the Utah Department of Public Safety and the FBI that offered the latest public information and appealed for help after two suspects were questioned and released.

The sole shot fired that hit Kirk in the neck and killed him is believed to have been fired from the rooftop of the Losee Center, about 200 yards across from the courtyard where he was speaking to about 3,000 students at Utah Valley University.

Only six campus police officers were assigned to the event, with the lesson from the Butler assassination attempt on President Trump not learned, as the rooftop vantage point was apparently left unsecured.

Newly Declassified FBI/CIA Files Reveal Two Saudi Government Operatives “May Have Served as an Advance Team” for 9/11 Hijackers — Official Narrative in Tatters as Timeline Shifts Back to 1998

For over two decades, the American people have been told a carefully curated story about the September 11th attacks.

Now, newly declassified FBI and CIA records are shredding the “official narrative,” revealing that Saudi government operatives may have been on U.S. soil as early as December 1998, three years before nearly 3,000 Americans were murdered.

Exclusive reporting from veteran national security journalist Catherine Herridge exposes that two Saudi government employees, Mutaeb al-Sudairy and Adel al-Sadhan, were not mere tourists.

Instead, they were caught on video in 1999 surveying Washington, D.C. landmarks later listed as potential al-Qaeda targets, including the White House and Capitol.

The Gateway Pundit reported in 2024 that in the CBS video, Omar al-Bayoumi, who the FBI says was a Saudi operative, was seen casing the US Capitol in Washington, DC, the likely target of the Flight 93 operation that was thwarted that day by American passengers and heroes.

The video was found by British police during a raid on Bayoumi’s UK apartment days after the 9/11 attacks.

According to ProPublica, Bayoumi was joined on the trip by two Saudi clerics, Adel al-Sadhan and Mutaeb al-Sudairy.

They were so-called propagators, emissaries of the Islamic Affairs Ministry sent to proselytize abroad. U.S. investigators later linked them to a handful of Islamist militants.

Former FBI veteran and Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center, William R. Evanina, confirmed to Herridge that the two were here in the US for a reason.

Ex-FBI official’s leaks expose ties to high-profile investigations

A disgraced FBI veteran’s betrayal has rocked the bureau’s credibility. Charles McGonigal, once a top counterintelligence official, leaked sensitive details about a probe into a Chinese firm tied to Hunter Biden’s business ventures, as Just the News reports. His fall from grace exposes a tangled web of high-stakes investigations.

McGonigal’s leaks centered on CEFC, a Chinese conglomerate linked to Hunter Biden, while he oversaw major FBI cases from Chinese espionage to Trump-Russia probes. From 2010 to 2012, he led a hunt for a Chinese mole that saw over a dozen CIA sources vanish or die. Yet, he himself fed information to a China-linked associate, casting doubt on his loyalty.

In 2010, McGonigal investigated a CIA mole, later pinpointing Jerry Chun Shing Lee as a suspect. Lee, caught with classified notes, conspired with Chinese intelligence but wasn’t arrested until 2018, despite the FBI’s chance to nab him earlier. The delay raises questions about the bureau’s judgment under McGonigal’s watch.

Mole hunt, leaky ship

McGonigal’s role in the mole hunt was critical, yet he leaked details about CEFC to a figure tied to Albanian and Chinese interests. “A veteran FBI counterintelligence agent, Charles McGonigal, was assigned to run it,” the New York Times noted, but his own leaks to China-linked targets mock that legacy. The hypocrisy stinks of double standards.

By 2016, McGonigal was section chief at FBI headquarters, overseeing cyber-counterintelligence. Promoted by James Comey to lead New York’s counterintelligence division, he juggled probes into Huawei, WikiLeaks, and terrorist attacks like TWA Flight 800. His résumé, though glittering, now looks like a roadmap of compromised trust.

McGonigal’s fingerprints were on the Trump-Russia probe, Crossfire Hurricane, which branded Trump a Russian asset. He received early tips from Alexander Downer about Russian “dirt” on Clinton, sparking the investigation. Yet, his own leaks to foreign players suggest the FBI’s moralizing was a selective charade.

Crossfire Hurricane’s tainted roots

“I’m sure you will be glad once Tuesday has come and gone,” McGonigal texted agent Peter Strzok before the 2016 election, hinting at political bias. The FBI’s briefing to Clinton’s campaign in 2015 was a cozy heads-up about Turkish influence, while Trump’s 2016 briefing doubled as a fishing expedition. Lindsey Graham called it a “clear double standard” in 2020, and McGonigal’s role fuels the skepticism.

McGonigal’s defense lawyer, Seth DuCharme, praised his “extraordinary service” in sentencing memos, conveniently ignoring his client’s Chinese mole hunt or Crossfire ties. DuCharme’s selective storytelling sidesteps the inconvenient truth: McGonigal’s leaks undermine his heroic narrative. The omission reeks of spin.

In 2017, McGonigal fretted over leaks about a FISA warrant on Trump aide Carter Page, texting, “It will create a real issue for us if it is made public.” The irony is rich — McGonigal, the leaker, feared leaks. His actions suggest the FBI’s internal rot ran deeper than suspected.

FBI Official FIRED, Escorted Out of Building After Leaked Audio Released of Him Claiming “There’s Something Being Covered Up” in Epstein Case – “A Lot of Powerful Democrats” Are on Epstein List

The O’Keefe Media Group on Monday released leaked audio of Mitch Rosas, an FBI Senior Paralegal Specialist, confessing there is “something” being covered up in the Epstein case.

Rosas also said the FBI won’t release all Epstein files until “this Administration is over.” He also suggested a lot of powerful Democrats are on the Epstein client list.

“None of the people that are in a position to answer the questions are willing to do it because it’s clear that they’re covering something and protecting someone or some people,” Rosas said.

Rosas was fired on Monday and escorted out of the FBI building.

Per James O’Keefe:

“The individual Mitchell Reyes Rosas has been dismissed/fired as of today, Rosas was escorted from the FBI building earlier.”

Rosas, the FBI official, also sent OMG a message trying to stop the publication of this damning audio on Epstein.

“I am not a government official and was not speaking on behalf of anyone but myself. I was not informed the conversation was on the record. The transcript you reference is a fabrication and does not reflect what I said. I do not consent to publication. Any portrayal otherwise would be false, misleading, and damaging.
I reserve all legal rights and remedies, including defamation, false light, and intrusion upon seclusion. Do not publish. l will be represented by counsel.”

Speaker Johnson Clarifies Comments Claiming Trump Was “An FBI Informant” in Epstein Case

Speaker Mike Johnson appeared to walk back his statements on Trump working as an FBI informant in the Epstein case.

Last week CNN reporter Manu Raju asked Speaker Johnson why President Trump keeps calling the Epstein case a hoax.

“What he’s talking about is the Democrats who are doing this with impure motives. If they cared so much about this, why didn’t they do something during the four years of the Biden administration when the Biden DOJ had all the records,” Johnson said to reporters on Thursday.

Johnson: What Trump is referring to is the hoax that the Democrats are using to try to attack him. He has never said or suggested or implied— I’ve talked to him about this many times, many times. He is horrified. It’s been misrepresented. He’s not saying that what Epstein did is a hoax. It’s a terrible, unspeakable evil. He believes that himself.

When he first heard the rumor, he kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago. He was an FBI informant to try to take this stuff down. The president knows and has great sympathy for the women who have suffered these unspeakable harms. It’s detestable to him. He and I have spoken about this as recently as 24 hours ago. What he’s talking about is the Democrats who are doing this with impure motives. If they cared so much about this, why didn’t they do something during the four years of the Biden administration when the Biden DOJ had all the records. They didn’t say a word about it. Now, they’re doing it for political purposes. Not everybody, but a lot of them, and that’s what the President’s frustrated about, and we all are, that they’re creating a hoax, just like they did with the Russian dossier, because they think it’s going to somehow be mud thrown on him. It’s not. He has no culpability in this thing at all. The president has clean hands. He wants all the records out. He has told me that himself.

BOMBSHELL: President Trump Was an FBI Informant Against Epstein

House Speaker Mike Johnson made a stunning revelation Thursday in response to questions from CNN’s Manu Raju about President Donald Trump’s use of the term “hoax” to describe the ongoing controversy surrounding the Epstein files. In defending the president, Johnson disclosed that Trump had once acted as an FBI informant against Jeffrey Epstein—a fact that has never before been publicly acknowledged by a sitting congressional leader.

“What Trump is referring to is the hoax that the Democrats are using to try to attack him,” Johnson said. “He has never said or suggested or implied—I’ve talked to him about this many times, many times. He is horrified. It’s been misrepresented. He’s not saying that what Epstein did is a hoax. It’s a terrible, unspeakable evil. He believes that himself.”

Johnson then dropped the bombshell revelation.

“When he first heard the rumor, he kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago. He was an FBI informant to try to take this stuff down,” Johnson said, appearing to confirm for the first time that Trump had assisted federal authorities in building a case against Epstein.

The speaker emphasized that Epstein’s crimes had long disgusted Trump. “The president knows and has great sympathy for the women who have suffered these unspeakable harms. It’s detestable to him. He and I have spoken about this as recently as 24 hours ago,” Johnson explained. “What he’s talking about is the Democrats who are doing this with impure motives. If they cared so much about this, why didn’t they do something during the four years of the Biden administration when the Biden DOJ had all the records? They didn’t say a word about it. Now, they’re doing it for political purposes. Not everybody, but a lot of them, and that’s what the President’s frustrated about.”

O’Keefe: FBI Official Escorted Out of Building After Release of Undercover Video of DOJ Official Admitting Government will “Redact Every Republican” While Leaving All “Democrat People” on Epstein Client List

James O’Keefe on Friday said an FBI official was escorted out of the building after he released undercover video of a DOJ official admitting the government will redact every Republican while leaving all Democrat people on the Epstein client list.

“Our DOJ investigation is just the beginning. Another tape is about to drop. We are currently verifying the footage and confirming our sources. We’ve just been told an FBI official was escorted out of the building after what we exposed,” O’Keefe said.

We have formally requested an interview with top officials at the DOJ, who, along with the FBI, are actively working with us to arrange one.

As previously reported, the O’Keefe Media Group on Thursday released an undercover video of a DOJ official admitting the government will redact every single Republican while leaving all the liberal Democrats on the Epstein client list.

“They’ll [DOJ] redact every Republican or conservative person in those files, leave all the liberal, Democratic people in those files, and have a very slanted version of it come out… without really seeing any of their bad behavior,” admitted Joseph Schnitt, DOJ Acting Deputy Chief at the Office of Enforcement Operations.

“There’s thousands and thousands of page-open files,” Schnitt said. “If they’re released in any way, it’s going to be very redacted.”

The House Oversight Committee on Tuesday released more than 33,000 pages of Epstein-related documents.

The tranche of documents released didn’t really reveal anything new.

The DOJ official told an OMG journalist that the government will redact Republican names and release the Democrat names on the Epstein client list.

FBI Prevents Potential Mass Shooting at a Preschool

FBI Director Kash Patel said the FBI prevented a potential mass shooting at a preschool after agents arrested a man who allegedly posted threatening messages online.

Writing under the username “CommentatorsHateMe,” Zachary Charles Newell allegedly posted a comment on YouTube indicating his intention to “shoot up” a preschool and kill black children.

According to the complaint, that was not the only instance of Newell allegedly writing threatening and racist posts.

“The comments posted by this suspect were violent, hateful and shocking to the conscience,” Carteret County Sheriff Asa Buck told Fox News Digital in a statement. “Our office worked swiftly to take this subject into custody and worked with the [FBI] to subsequently have him placed into federal custody. … Suspects who make these types of comments will be dealt with as severely as the law allows.”

Google LLC reported the threats to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center on Aug. 31, having linked the “CommentatorsHateMe” account to an email registered to Newell, with associated phone numbers and an address.

Law enforcement traced the account’s IP address to Charter Communications in Newport, and on Aug. 31, Carteret County Sheriff’s Office deputies confronted Newell at his home.

Newell allegedly admitted to making the YouTube comment, according to the complaint.

A search warrant was executed at his home, and he was initially charged in state court with communicating a threat of mass violence on educational property.

The Carteret County Sheriff’s Office told Fox News Digital Newell was given a $30,000 bond by a state magistrate, where he was able to post bond.

Later that evening, the sheriff’s office worked with the FBI to take him into federal custody on federal charges. Additional charges will be forthcoming by the FBI. (Fox News Digital)

YouTube commenter arrested after allegedly posting threat to ‘shoot and skin’ Black preschoolers

North Carolina man is facing federal charges over a comment posted online in which he allegedly threatened to “shoot up a black pre-school,” after which the victims would be “skinned,” according to an FBI probable cause affidavit reviewed by The Independent.

Zachary Charles Newell, 25, was arrested Monday on one count of making an interstate threat to kidnap or injure.

On Sunday, a cybercrime team at Google flagged a disturbingly violent YouTube comment to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center, the affidavit states. It says the comment had been uploaded to the video-sharing site four days prior, at 10:37 a.m. local time, by a user with the screenname “CommentatorsHateMe.”

Posted beneath a video by YouTuber “Andrew Esquire,” a Florida lawyer whose real name is Andrew Clifford d’Adesky, CommentatorsHateMe wrote, “I’m gonna shoot up a black pre-school. 20 black babies will be shot and then skinned like the animals they are,” the affidavit goes on.

In the video, d’Adesky was discussing a reported Los Angeles police investigation into Raja Jackson, an MMA fighter who apparently went off-script while making an appearance in a professional wrestling match and put his opponent in the hospital with severe injuries.
