Appeals Court to Lefty Judge and Her Insane Border Patrol Ruling: Lady, You’re Not Doing This Right Now

A federal appeals court ruled that a lunatic judge’s ruling for the Border Patrol can be ignored at this time. Judge Sarah Ellis decided that she had appointed herself the chief of operations for immigration enforcement at the Department of Homeland Security with her silly ruling about mandatory body cameras for ICE agents. On this ruling, she ordered Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino to meet with her daily. Luckily, the Seventh Circuit put the kibosh on that, at least for now (via CBS News).

A federal appeals court granted a request from the U.S. Department of Justice for an administrative stay pausing an order that requires Border Patrol Commander Gregory Bovino to meet in person with Judge Sara Ellis each day.

Judge Ellis ordered the meetings after a hearing on Tuesday in federal court over alleged violations by Bovino and other federal agents of her temporary restraining order largely prohibiting the use of tear gas and other riot control measures on journalists, protesters and clergy during Operation Midway Blitz in Chicago. 

In response to numerous filings regarding violations of that order, Ellis instructed Bovino to meet with her every weekday evening to go over the events of the day until a preliminary injunction hearing on Nov. 5. 

In their filing to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, lawyers for the government argue the order “far exceeds the recognized bounds of discovery” and “significantly interferes” with Bovino’s function, which the government argues is “ensuring the Nation’s immigration laws are properly enforced.” 

They also argue the meetings are “untethered to the plaintiffs’ underlying claims” and go beyond reasonable necessity to comply with the court orders already in place.

DHS Expands Nationwide Airport Biometric Tracking

The Department of Homeland Security has introduced a new rule that will greatly expand biometric tracking at US borders, establishing a system to photograph and identify every non-citizen who enters or leaves the country.

Although the regulation applies to non-citizens, the cameras do not distinguish citizens from non-citizens in real time.

CBP says US citizens may opt out by presenting their passports manually, and that photos of citizens are deleted within twelve hours once nationality is confirmed. However, that’s after the fact.

Starting December 26, Customs and Border Protection will have authority to take photographs of “all aliens” not only at airports and land crossings but at “any other point of departure” the agency designates.

DHS Refers Chicago “NO KINGS” Rioter to DOJ After Calls for Cold-Blooded Murder of ICE Agents: “We Will Hunt You Down, We Will Find You”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has officially referred a suspect during the “No Kings” protest for prosecution by the Department of Justice (DOJ) after that individual was captured on video threatening agents of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with cold-blooded murder.

The individual incited violence while surrounded by other protesters chanting anti-law-enforcement and anti-border-agents slogans, as captured by Christopher Sweat, Co-Founder & CEO of Graystak Media.

“You gotta grab a gun. We gotta turn around the guns on this fascist system. These ICE agents gotta get shot and wiped out. This same machinery that’s on full display right there has to get wiped out,” the unhinged man screaming during the “No Kings” protest Saturday.

The individual alleged to have made the threatening comments has been identified by online users as Moises Bernal Puentes, an Adult Education Manager at Chicago’s Wilbur Wright College, American Greatness reported.

However, The Gateway Pundit has not independently verified this claim.

On Monday, Rep. Mary Miller (R-Ill.) urged the Department of Justice to launch an investigation into Puentes’ alleged “criminal threat.”

“Sickening. A staff member at Wilbur Wright College is calling for ICE agents to get “shot” and “wiped out.” This is a criminal threat that should be investigated,” she wrote, tagging the DOJ.

Convicted Pedophile Illegal Alien Released by Sanctuary City, Arrested Again

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed the arrest of Rick Martinez Lopez, an illegal alien from Guatemala with multiple convictions in Virginia. 

Despite his history as a convicted pedophile and registered sex offender, the Richmond City Jail released him in August after refusing to honor an ICE detainer. 

That decision allowed a violent criminal back into the community, proving that the consequences of sanctuary policies are not abstract but dangerously real.

Martinez Lopez’s record is extensive and alarming. His convictions include sexual assault of a child, failure to register as a sex offender, and probation violations. 

He was a known threat, yet local officials chose to ignore a lawful detainer request from federal immigration authorities. 

Instead of cooperating with ICE, Richmond authorities prioritized political ideology over public safety, enabling a repeat offender to walk free in Virginia neighborhoods.

The release demonstrates how sanctuary policies function in practice. 

Federal immigration officers attempted to carry out their duties, but local officials refused to cooperate, placing ideology above enforcement. 

These policies undermine public trust and erode the ability of federal officers to protect communities from individuals already proven dangerous. 

Rather than safeguarding families, sanctuary decisions increase the likelihood that predators remain in close proximity to vulnerable populations.

Martinez Lopez entered the United States illegally at an unknown time and place, bypassing any form of lawful inspection. 

His presence in the country reflects how failures at the border combine with sanctuary loopholes to create lasting dangers. 

When local governments decline to assist federal officers, the result is not community protection but heightened risk. 

Communities are forced to live with the consequences of criminals shielded from deportation.

After his release, Martinez Lopez spent weeks freely moving about before ICE finally apprehended him on October 14.

Antifa Is Threatening Families Of Law Enforcement: Homeland Security

Family members of law enforcement officers are facing threats from individuals affiliated with the far-left extremist group Antifa, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said in an Oct. 10 X post.

“Antifa terrorists are threatening the families of our law enforcement. We will hunt these sickos down and put them behind bars,” the post said. “In Texas, the spouse of an ICE officer received a voicemail filled with violent threats.”

The agency uploaded an audio clip of the threat received by the spouse, in which a woman can be heard using expletives against the wife of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer, comparing them to Nazis.

“Did you hear what happened to the Nazis after World War II? Because that’s what’s going to happen to your family,” the caller said in the expletive-filled message.

In an Oct. 10 X post, the White House said Antifa is a radical terror group explicitly calling for the overthrow of the American government.

“Under the Trump Administration, Antifa’s days are over,” it said.

The post included a video of several officials and personalities detailing threats posed by the group.

For instance, conservative influencer Cam Higby reported he was “brutally attacked and almost killed” by Antifa in Seattle and that all of his colleagues have faced violence.

In the video, Attorney General Pam Bondi said Antifa attacked police stations, attacked court houses, and doxxed law enforcement officers. “They are a terrorist group and we are coming after them,” she said.

Antifa is a far-left extremist group originating in the Soviet Union and is known for committing politically motivated violence against their opponents, whom the group typically labels as fascists.

President Donald Trump designated Antifa a domestic terrorist organization in a Sept. 22 executive order, calling the group a “militarist, anarchist enterprise” that uses campaigns of violence and terrorism to accomplish its goal of overthrowing the U.S. government and the system of law.

“Antifa recruits, trains, and radicalizes young Americans to engage in this violence and suppression of political activity,” said the order.

DHS arrests college professor with alleged Antifa ties for bringing a loaded gun to anti-ICE protest

college professor at Northeastern Illinois University, who believes Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents are Nazis, was arrested in Chicago in late September after allegedly bringing a loaded gun to an anti-ICE protest.

Elias Cepeda, who is suspected of having ties to Antifa, and who is listed as a faculty member in the English department of the Chicago university, was arrested on Sept. 26 carrying a loaded gun along with multiple rounds of ammunition during President Donald Trump’s Operation Midway Blitz operation, according to the New York Post. 

“Elias Cepeda has suspected ties to the domestic terrorist organization ANTIFA and has a history of glorifying violence against—and the killing of—our brave law enforcement,” said Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin in a statement.

“Violent individuals like Cepeda are putting the public and our law enforcement’s lives in danger. Just two days after the horrific attack on ICE in Dallas, Cepeda brought a loaded gun and multiple magazines to our ICE facility in Chicago,” McLaughlin added.

“Thank God law enforcement intervened and arrested Cepeda before he could have potentially shot or killed anyone. Let this serve as a stark warning to any individual who wishes to do our law enforcement harm or any ANTIFA terrorist: President Trump and Secretary Noem will fight every day to protect and defend the men and women who keep our country safe from violent extremists and criminal illegal aliens alike.”

Cepeda already had a history of social media posts urging violence against ICE, while describing federal agents as Nazis and referencing Antifa.

President Trump Suggests that Brandon Johnson and JB Pritzker May Face Criminal Charges – DHS Sec Kristi Noem Reveals that Portland Police Were Cheering on Antifa’s Calls for Violence with Their “Fists in the Air”, Says Officials Should be Prosecuted

President Trump and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called for the prosecution of Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor JB Pritzker for perpetuating attacks against law enforcement on Wednesday during a “Roundtable on ANTIFA” at the White House.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, federal officers from CBP and ICE were recently ambushed by a convoy of roughly ten vehicles in what officials described as a “coordinated assault” by domestic extremists against law enforcement.

Chicago police, however, were explicitly ordered to stand down and ignore the distress calls from federal agents.

“The governor knew about it, the mayor knew about it,” Trump told reporters on Wednesday, while suggesting criminality.

Trump called for Brandon Johnson and JB Pritzker to be jailed on Truth Social this morning, stating, “Chicago Mayor should be in jail for failing to protect Ice Officers! Governor Pritzker also!“

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem Threatens Democrat Mayor and Police Chief Face-to-Face She’ll QUADRUPLE Federal Agents If They Don’t IMMEDIATELY Crush Antifa Outside ICE Facility

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem delivered a blistering ultimatum to Portland’s Democrat Mayor, demanding immediate action to rein in the violent Antifa mobs besieging the city’s ICE facility, or face a surge of federal agents.

“No more political games,” Noem told Jesse Watters, describing a meeting with local law enforcement and the mayor in which she demanded a bigger buffer zone, open streets, and concrete security measures so officers and nearby residents could be safe to come and go.

When she says the mayor failed to give her the commitment she expected, Noem told Watters she warned him she would “cover him up with more federal resources”, specifically, four times the current federal presence, if Portland didn’t act.

She said federal CBP and ICE officers have been doing the heavy lifting to remove violent offenders and keep the facility safe — while city leaders have been “playing politics.”

Noem made clear she’s tired of local officials prioritizing optics over public safety.

Israeli Official Who Fled US After Pedo Sting Indicted; Trump DHS Appointee Is His Lawyer

A senior official in Israel’s cybersecurity agency who was arrested in a child sex sting in August has been indicted by a Clark County grand jury on Friday, six weeks after he was mysteriously allowed to flee the United States back to Israel.

Tom Alexandrovich, who helps guide Israel’s cybersecurity policy, was representing Israel at Black Hat USA, a professional conference in Las Vegas, when he was one of seven people swept up in a major, multi-agency sting operation targeting pedophiles soliciting sex acts with minors. According to court records, on Aug 6, the 38-year-old Alexandrovich allegedly committed the felony offense of using computer technology in an attempt to lure a child into sexual abuse. That particular crime encompasses children under 16. The next day, he posted a $10,000 bond at the Henderson Detention Center and fled the fucking country. 

Online court records show that Alexandrovich is expected to appear on Oct. 15 for an initial arraignment, and is being represented by Las Vegas-based defense attorney David Chesnoff – who President Trump appointed to a position on the Homeland Security Advisory Council. 

Why is an alleged Israeli high-level government pedophile being represented by a Trump nominee? Chesnoff also represented an Israeli dual citizen who pleaded guilty to lying about the Bidens taking a $5 million bribe from Burisma. Really weird.

DHS: Agents ‘Rammed by Vehicles’ Outside Chicago, Fired ‘Defensive Shots’

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) claimed that on Saturday morning federal agents in the Broadview-area near Chicago were “rammed by vehicles and boxed in by 10 cars.”

In a post on X, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin revealed that after being “unable to move their vehicles” the agents got out of the car and were faced with one of the drivers having a “semi-automatic weapon.” McLaughlin added that “law enforcement was forced to deploy their weapons and fire defensive shots.”

“This morning, during routine patrolling in Broadview, in the same area of Chicago that law enforcement were assaulted yesterday, our brave law enforcement officers were rammed by vehicles and boxed in by 10 cars,” McLaughlin said. “Agents were unable to move their vehicles and exited the car. One of the drivers who rammed the law enforcement vehicle was armed with a semi-automatic weapon.”

“Law enforcement was forced to deploy their weapons and fire defensive shots at an armed US citizen who drove herself to the hospital to get care for wounds,” McLaughlin added.

McLaughlin added that the woman had been “named” in a Customs and Border Protection “intelligence bulletin last week for doxing agents” and calling for people to “f*ck those mother f*ckers up.”

“Thankfully, no law enforcement officers were seriously injured in this attack,” McLaughlin continued.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller responded to the report of agents being rammed and blocked in by labeling it “domestic terrorism and seditious insurrection.”
