Welcome in to Democrat Politics in 2025.

The Democrat Party in 2025 places blame on all the supposed issues of our economy and society on everyone and everything except themselves, as they are without sin. Per them, it always the Republicans fault and of course all things President Trump. President Trump, much to the pleasure of the Democrat Party, has had to endure hundreds of lawsuits based on frivolous and inane interpretations of the law. That is just fine because it is all part of the Democrat Party blame and obstruction game. It is the game of interfering, regardless of the consequences to the citizen, the state, or the country. All of us, be damned.

The Democrat Party blame game currently can be seen in the stoic United States Senate with only 135 of the over 1,000 senior level appointments requiring Senate confirmation completed. “Democrats have forced multiple roll-call votes on more than 40 nominees for posts never subject to a single one. These confirmations used to take seconds. Now, each can take days. Today, 145 qualified nominees already approved by committees await full Senate approval. Nearly half these nominees earned bipartisan support in committee, and many have been waiting for months. Yet all are trapped in Senate procedural purgatory.”

Regardless of the welfare of the country, the Democrat Party blame game is helping to keep many important and critical government positions unfilled as they play their wicked political reprisal game due to their hatred of all things Donald Trump. The Democrat Party feels that this is good governing and how a government should run “efficiently” and for all the citizens they supposedly represent (or not). Because citizens do not matter as much as they do. (And shame on you if you think otherwise).

In addition, I am pleased to inform you that the Democrat Party blame game is alive and well in Connecticut where all sorts of rants, screams, protests, false crises, and incoherent gibberish are echoed daily. Of course, the Democrat calling card is invariably somehow tied to racism.

On or about August 15, Connecticut Democrat State Representative Corey Paris provided a clear warning on Instagram to illegal aliens in his district to help them avoid Federal authorities. Of course, some illegal aliens are violent criminals and could very well place Rep. Paris’ constituents at risk of great harm. But ostensibly, Rep. Paris did not care. In a shameful embarrassment to Connecticut, the popular site “Libs of Tik Tok” re-posted this news and the post was referred to the U.S. Justice Department with Rep. Paris’ picture.

Rather than Democrats reconnoitering, repenting, and re-doing because of this national humiliation and alleged violation of Federal law, a farcical multi-party Democrat press conference was called in front of state-run media where we viewed the spectacle of a middle aged Liberal white woman, Rep. Eleni Kavros DeGraw, come to the defense of Rep. Paris by claiming his notoriety was due to the fact that “he is a Black Man in this country.”

The Progressive Pantheon Of Pathetic Heroes

American left-wing heroes are proving to be a creepy bunch.

So what do some of the most renowned “resistance” left-wing heroes have in common other than shared hatred of conservative America?

They are either criminals, pathological liars, or self-described performance-art victims.

Take Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the current face of progressive resistance to the enforcement of federal immigration law.

No one questions that Garcia had previously received deportation orders before he was re-arrested by ICE.

No one argues that his current wife, Vasquez Sura, had in the past successfully petitioned for at least two protective restraining orders against Abrego Garcia—to stop his violent beatings and his manic destruction of household items.

In the old Democratic Party, the worst allegation possible was to be cast as a beater of women.

No one contests that in 2022, Garcia was pulled over in Tennessee for speeding and recklessly veering out of his lane.

He was then found to have an invalid driver’s license. He was accompanied by eight illegal aliens without IDs. And his vehicle was registered to an imprisoned and likely human trafficker. Garcia had been variously recognized in deportation hearings as a member of the violent and lethal MS-13 gang.

Yet when ICE began to deport him, the left went ballistic and constructed him as some sort of civil rights saint.

Senators tossed drinks with the illegal alien.

A few politicos trekked on a holy hejira to El Salvador to demand from the autonomous El Salvadorian government the release of a Salvadorian citizen held in jail on Salvadorian soil—as if they were 19th-century Yanqui imperialists dictating to an elected Central American government that the United States had more rights of jurisdiction over an illegal alien than did the government of El Salvador over one of their own citizens on their own soil.

Feminists said little about his brutal propensity to strike women. Anti-gang activists went mostly mum about his MS-13 affiliations. Those decrying human trafficking were quiet about his transportation of illegal aliens.

Instead, all that was needed of this useful illegal alien pawn was the Democrat meme that Abrego Garcia was a victimized person of color and a target of Trump’s supposedly racist, restrictionist, and xenophobic border policies. His crimes in comparison were immaterial if not advantageous to the cause. No one bothered to remember the legions of innocent women killed and raped by violent illegal aliens.

Mahmoud Khalil was a different, far smoother sort of leftist icon. The pro-Hamas Algerian “student” came to the US supposedly for the chance at an Ivy League education. He soon stayed on a green card, becoming the poster boy of anti-Israel protests at Columbia.

To counter sometimes violent campus and urban pro-Hamas demonstrations and endemic anti-Semitism in elite higher education, the Trump administration decided that it no longer wished to import student force multipliers of widespread anti-American and anti-Semitic boilerplate.

In other words, the Trump administration ordered Khalil deported on the grounds that he was admitted as a guest student, not a perennial campus gadfly organizer spouting support for the terrorists of Hamas.

Note the U.S. is the host, Khalil the guest. And hosts need no reasons to disinvite unruly or obnoxious guests, who abuse the privileges (that most American citizens lack) of attending an Ivy League school.

Yet in the Democratic binary of oppressed/oppressors, Khalil fit the bill.

He was a “lite” Hamas supporter and a clever anti-Israel activist who oversaw demonstrations that were overtly anti-Semitic in his host country. The only lingering question is why do pro-Hamas, anti-American Palestinians so often demand to visit and study in the hated U.S. when there are universities receptive and conducive to Islamists and Hamas enablers closer to home?

The left seemed mostly uninterested in any of the 1,200 slaughtered on October 7 in a time of peace, only in those who championed the cause of that murderous rampage.

The left also went gaga over the wealthy, aristocratic, and supposedly charming young Luigi Mangione, the assassin of UnitedHealth CEO Brian Thompson. Not since the terrorist and mass murderer Dzhokhar Tsarnaev adorned the cover of Rolling Stone has the left so romanticized a stone-cold psychopath.

Mangione quickly became a supposed counter-culture freedom fighter, with his good looks battling the corporate insects who supposedly feed on hoi polloi.

In reality, Thompson was an up-from-the-bootstraps Midwesterner who, by merit, not birth, climbed to the top of the corporate world, murdered by Mangione, a spoiled, rich wannabe pseudo-intellectual who cowardly hid in wait to blow apart Thompson for the supposed crime of running the company that made a profit selling needed health insurance to willing buyers.

But for the left, the death throes of Thompson were out of mind and out of sight, while Mangione was interviewed and lauded on social media as a righteous revenger and the arm of the exploited.

Do we even now remember the faker Jussie Smollett?

Ilhan Omar’s Credibility Gap Widens With Millionaire Filing

From “Ridiculous” Denial to Millionaire Disclosure

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) is the person I find most abhorrent in Congress, and that’s saying quite a bit when you consider the competition.

Once, she mocked the idea that she was a millionaire, calling it ridiculous and categorically false, daring critics to check her records, claiming they’d only find nothing more than “thousands.”

When critics combed her filings, they discovered her words of incredulity were as hollow as a November campaign yard sign in February.

Her 2024 disclosures show Omar and her husband, political consultant Tim Mynett, have assets valued between $6 million and $30 million.

That isn’t a modest bump: It rivals Hillary’s expertise in cattle futures.

To most Americans, the reward for going from thousands to millions comes from sacrifice, risk, and hard work. Omar, however, seems to have found a shortcut that she’s unwilling to share. If you have the temerity to ask her, you’ll get an eye roll, a pointed lecture, and the accusation of racism she stores in her back pocket.

It’s a formula that has been working for her for years: Blame everybody, accept none.

A Career of Excuses and Evasions

Omar has made a career out of slinging acid from her tongue, such as when she reduced the 9/11 attacks to “… some people did something.”

People were justifiably outraged, but she refused to show humility while accusing critics of Islamophobia, as if disgust at minimizing the murder of 3,000 Americans could be easily explained away as bias.

That was a line that would make a crooked Chicago alderman blush.

We’re watching the same routine play out with her finances; ask how her husband’s companies ballooned from $51,000 to potentially $25 million in about a year, and by asking, you become the villain. In the world she occupies, numbers are wrong, paperwork is full of lies, and anybody questioning her integrity is guilty of being a bigot.

We’re not watching leadership in action: We’re seeing a street-hustler dressed up, wearing a congressional pin.

The Clinton Precedent

This grit is something we’ve seen before. Remember Bill and Hillary Clinton whining when they left the White House in 2001 that they were “dead broke”? The Clintons were hoping we’d forget about their mansions, disregard the six-figure speech fees, and ignore their book deals. Their version of dead broke transformed nothing into mansions faster than you could mutter “Clinton Foundation.”

Omar has completely rewritten the script; instead of pretending she’s broke, she insists, loudly, that she isn’t rich. Funny enough, though, her filings say otherwise.

She’s counting on the noise surrounding Washington to distract, and like the Clintons, she’s relying on voters having bad memories. It’s the oldest game in politics: Plead poverty, rake in and hide the cash, and laugh all the way to the bank.

Michigan Democrats Caught in $5 Billion Fraud Scheme

Republicans in Michigan have exposed one of the most blatant examples of budgetary abuse in recent memory. 

House Republicans say their review of the state budget revealed more than $5 billion in waste, fraud, and abuse, hidden through the creation of 4,277 “phantom jobs.” 

These positions do not exist in reality but were used to justify line items that allowed Democrats to funnel money toward radical priorities rather than essential services. 

Among the spending categories tied to these fake jobs are taxpayer-funded gender surgeries for convicted criminals and millions in “arts and culture” grants for organizations that cannot even be identified.

Under complete Democrat control, Lansing has allowed the budget to balloon to over $82 billion—the largest in state history. 

Compared to just two years ago, state spending has grown by nearly 20%, and rather than delivering real benefits for taxpayers, the increase has been absorbed by programs that advance ideological goals. 

Roads remain among the worst in the nation, insurance rates continue to weigh down families, and basic services show little improvement. Yet Democrats diverted billions toward programs that would not survive public scrutiny if debated honestly.

Republicans have presented a clear alternative. Their plan eliminates the fake jobs, strips out the fraudulent spending categories, and redirects those funds to priorities that ordinary citizens actually value. 

That includes repairing infrastructure, providing real tax relief, and ensuring that schools have the resources needed to educate students rather than serve as staging grounds for partisan experiments.

A deep dive into Trump Derangement Syndrome

Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS), is a sociological, psychological, and political phenomenon.  The central characteristic is not disagreeing with Donald Trump, but rather an intense dislike, disdain for, devaluing of, despising of, and/or hatred of Donald J. Trump.  TDS began as soon as Trump made the public decision to become an American politician and run for president of the United States.

An unspoken but evident and fanatical vow among sufferers of TDS is never, ever to acknowledge or give Trump any credit for good and positive things he does for America.  Even peace in the Mid-East or Ukraine would never result in Trump being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, which that Obama won for nothing but his utopian Cairo speech.

A corollary to the above vow by TDS afflicted individuals is to relentlessly and tirelessly criticize and disparage Trump for any proposal he suggests, or policy he introduces.  Trump’s sincere efforts to help America are to be condemned as racist, sexist, dictatorial, or Hitlerian-fascist.  Such criticism, especially by liberal Democrat pundits must be made with a studied tone of sanctimony and self-righteousness modeled on the voice tone of Scott Pelley of CBS.

Another basic requirement to quality for the diagnosis of TDS is that the TDS-afflicted must stay perpetually mindful of the Russia Hoax that took forty million taxpayer dollars of Robert Mueller’s investigation to disprove, and two bogus impeachment debacles to convince Americans that Trump is a pushover, lapdog, and colluding agent against America with Vladimir Putin of Russia.  Such a connection with evil Putin must be relentlessly believed and asserted.

And finally, with or without factual proof, the TDS victim must tie Trump to the violence that occurred during the pageantry and protests of January 6, 2021.  No mention of the Democrat-supported violence of the Summer of 2020 in Washington, D.C., Minneapolis, or Portland and Seattle can be acknowledged, and BLM and George Floyd must always be held in absolute reverence.

The Social and Psychological Domain of TDS

Trump the Political Aggressor, Identification with the Aggressor,* and Hatred of the Aggressor by the Group Self.**

*The phrase identification with the aggressor was coined by Sandor Ferenczi.  It is a paradoxical behavior that can be explained only as a defense mechanism, which involves the victim of aggression or harm acting like the aggressor.

**Group self: There is a parallel process by which an individual’s sense of himself as part of a group is formed.  In essence, inner representations of our self and our self-in-a-group are parallel and conjoined during early developmental and maturational personality experiences.

In individual psychology, psychoanalysts describe identification with the aggressor in their work with individuals, particularly traumatized individuals.  In observing Trump operate politically, it is striking to observe what can be called identification with and/or hatred of the aggressor at the large group psychological level.  In his large political rallies, Trump is applauded, cheered, and adored by the crowds of supporters as he insults, demeans, and caricatures political opponents.  They radiate an almost joyful identification with their aggressor-hero, Donald Trump.  Many in Trump’s campaign style crowds have felt traumatized and hurt by trade and other government policies that they feel took their jobs away in the oil, coal, or manufacturing industries.  Trump was their aggressor-savior.

Democrat and even some Republican politicians with TDS, however, more than resent and hate Trump at subconscious and conscious levels because of his aggressive, bullying, political style and behavior.  They seem to feel victimized or traumatized emotionally and politically.  Trump sometimes starts such political fights, and certainly, if attacked, will predictably escalate his aggression to win a personal fight at all costs.

MSNBC Host Does Absolutely DEMENTED Monologue About How Democrats Need to ‘Start’ Fighting Dirty

For anyone who doesn’t remember, Ali Velshi of MSNBC is the guy who stood in front of a burning building during the 2020 riots and declared that the situation was mostly a protest.

Now he has just done a monologue on the air that must be witnessed to be believed.

Velshi thinks Democrats need to ‘start’ fighting dirty. Apparently, the non-stop investigations, frivolous lawsuits, meaningless impeachments and assassination attempts just weren’t dirty enough.

At one point in his insane rambling, Velshi declares that the Republican party is no longer functioning. That will be news to them, considering that they currently control all three branches of government and the Supreme Court.

Velshi also claims here that he is not a Democrat, and not here to do PR for Democrats, then goes on to do exactly that for almost eight minutes.

There are so many things wrong with this monologue that it’s amazing it made it to air, but it’s a window into the deluded mind of the left.

ALI VELSHI, MSNBC HOST: Today we speak with some reverence about the U.S. Constitution. The document, remarkable for its time, that established our democracy and still guides and informs our rights and freedoms to this day. But when the U.S. Constitution was presented to the Founding Fathers for ratification, they weren’t universally enthusiastic about it.

In 1787, ever the optimist, 81-year-old Benjamin Franklin delivered his final speech to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia. He had to convince several delegates to sign on to the Constitution. Many of them harbored hesitations.

In fact, Franklin had a few himself. He acknowledged that the Constitution was indeed flawed and left space for the possibility that over time, as society and opinions changed, so would this document. But despite its faults, Franklin believed this Constitution was better than the alternative, living under a monarchy without representative democracy.

It was the no-kings movement of the time. Franklin was able to persuade the holdouts. The Constitution was signed, and the United States of America was born.

It is said that on the way out of the convention, Benjamin Franklin was asked what sort of government the delegates had just created. He responded, quote, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Our Constitution, and more broadly, our democracy, has been resilient, more of a cactus than a rose. But it does require some attention. Even in easy times, this democracy needs care.

And we’re not in easy times. Right now, it’s in dire need of defense, and it needs defenders who are willing to do whatever it takes.

True democracy also requires the competition of ideas. When that does not exist, political parties stop functioning properly. And when even one of our two major parties stops functioning, democracy itself is put at risk.

We all know by now that the Republican Party is no longer a functioning political party in America. It is a fully captured vessel of authoritarianism, which makes it even more vital that the Democratic Party rise to this moment in defense of our democracy. But whether national democratic leadership is unwilling or simply unable to do so, they are largely not rising to this moment.

Democrats Face Disaster as Another State Joins the Redistricting War

Democrats have long relied on gerrymandering to tilt the map in their favor. For years, they got away with it. But that winning streak is over. Republican-led states are finally striking back—methodically, aggressively, and with precision—reshaping congressional districts right under the left’s nose. While blue states scramble to hang on, Republicans are systematically gaining ground ahead of 2026.

The newest state to enter the redistricting wars is Florida, and Democrats have every reason to panic. With its latest moves, the Sunshine State is poised to shake up the congressional battlefield and give the GOP a decisive edge in the midterms.

Florida’s push comes on the heels of Texas’s, where Republicans wasted no time correcting the damage from the 2020 Census undercount. Despite Democrats’ stunts and loud public protests, Texas redrew its maps and neutralized the left’s advantage. That victory laid the blueprint, and now Florida is ready to double down—reworking districts mid-cycle and ensuring Republicans don’t leave a single seat on the table.

Meanwhile, blue state governors like Gavin Newsom in California and J.B. Pritzker in Illinois are in full scramble mode, feverishly drawing new maps in a desperate bid to blunt GOP momentum and cling to power. Accuracy and fairness in representation aren’t even part of the equation for them—it’s all about preserving their stranglehold on Congress. The obsession runs so deep that even Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey is vowing to gerrymander her state—despite the fact that Republicans don’t hold a single congressional seat there to begin with.

That, of course, is the real problem for Democrats. When it comes to the redistricting wars, Democrats have already gerrymandered their states so much they are running out of levers to pull. Their grip is loosening, and they know it. Demographic changes and voting patterns are swinging hard against them, and with each passing year, the data tells a grimmer story for the left: Americans are leaving their high-tax, high-crime, heavily regulated states for Republican-led havens where opportunity actually means something.

Democrat Lehigh County PA Commissioner Arrested at City Hall In Massive Multi-State Drug Bust

Lehigh County Commissioner and Bethlehem Right-to-Know Officer Zachary Cole-Borghi has been arrested as part of an expansive, three-year, multi-state drug ring investigation.

District Attorney Gavin Holihan revealed Friday, that a sweeping narcotics operation led to the arrest of 22 individuals, including Mr. Cole‑Borghi, reportedly nabbed Thursday, at his City Hall office by the Lehigh County Drug Task Force with assistance from the Bethlehem Police Department.

According to court documents, Cole‑Borghi faces charges of possession of one pound of marijuana with intent to deliver.

He has since posted bail and was released.

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Authorities executed 26 search warrants and coordinated enforcement across Lehigh, Northampton, Montgomery counties, and even into New York, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Daily Voice reported:

“The commissioner is one of more than 20 people charged in a case driven by Lehigh County’s 12th Investigating Grand Jury, which oversaw a probe spanning several years and involving federal, state, and local authorities.

The coordinated operation included arrests across Lehigh, Northampton, and Montgomery counties, as well as in New York, Illinois, and Wisconsin, the DA explained.

In total, investigators executed 26 search warrants, froze 283 financial and cryptocurrency accounts, and seized:

  • More than 2,000 pounds of marijuana
  • Large quantities of THC liquid, cocaine, and MDMA pills
  • Over $100,000 in cash
  • At least 25 firearms, including semi-automatic rifles and ghost guns

Two clandestine laboratories manufacturing illegal THC products were also dismantled by Pennsylvania State Police during the raids.”

Corruption Crisis Continues to Bludgeon Democrats’ Biggest Contributor

ActBlue has become the financial engine of the Democrat Party. Since its founding in 2004, the Massachusetts-based nonprofit has directed more than $16 billion to Democrat campaigns and left-wing organizations. 

In the first quarter of 2025 alone, it processed $400 million, its strongest non-election quarter ever. Democrats call this proof of grassroots enthusiasm. 

In reality, ActBlue is now the center of multiple federal investigations, accused of allowing straw donors, foreign contributions, and widespread fraud that undermines the integrity of American elections.

The Gateway Pundit was first to reveal that ActBlue received NEARLY HALF of its donations in 2019 from 4.7 million unemployed donors!

Democrats were also funneling donations to BLM that went directly to Democrat politicians.

California Democrat Lobbyist Gets Six Months in Jail for Wire Fraud

The downfall of Melahat Rafiei, once an influential figure in Orange County Democrat politics, is now official. 

On Friday, a federal judge sentenced Rafiei to six months in prison for attempted wire fraud, closing a case that has lingered since her 2019 arrest. 

The ruling not only punished her crimes but also highlighted how deeply corruption has penetrated Democrat politics in California.

Rafiei, who previously led the Orange County Democrat Party and worked as a prominent lobbyist, admitted guilt in 2023 under a plea agreement with federal prosecutors.

In addition to acknowledging the wire fraud charge, she admitted that she attempted to bribe two Irvine City Council members to secure favorable cannabis legislation. 

Although she was not charged with the bribery allegations, her plea agreement made it clear that she had actively used political influence for personal and financial gain.

The judge imposed a sentence of six months in federal custody, a $10,000 fine, and three years of supervised release. 

He also emphasized that Rafiei had been able to build her career because of democrat institutions and that she had abandoned those principles in pursuit of power and money. 

Rafiei has been ordered to surrender to authorities by late September.

In court, Rafiei offered little defense beyond expressing that she would accept whatever penalty the court determined. 

Her legal team argued that she had made a positive contribution to the community in the past and highlighted the number of friends and relatives who supported her at sentencing. 

They portrayed her as someone who had already lost her career and reputation, even before serving time in prison.

The case had been stalled for years, mainly because Rafiei agreed to cooperate with federal investigators after her arrest.
